Pearl pecked Romeo’s l¡ps once more before getting down from his laps,her eyes met with the bag on the seat

“What’s this?” She asked

“Oh,it’s for you. From mom” Romeo replied and Pearl gasped

She immediately took the bag and opened it

“Cookies!!” She s¢ræmed and hugged the bag to her chest

Romeo smiled

“I missed them so much” She muttered and took one of the cookies

She took a bite and m0aπed as she chewed it

“Don’t make that sound in public,seriously” Romeo said and Pearl turned to him

“What? Why?” She asked innocently

“Never mind,you can go now” Romeo muttered and wipe her l¡ps

“I missed that” Pearl smiled

“Go” Romeo said in a way that only his l¡ps moved without the word coming out

“Make sure you text me,if you don’t then I will. Don’t make me miss you,okay?” She pouted and Romeo nodded

“I have no assignment today” She smiled and immediately got down from the car

Romeo’s eyes followed her until she got to Cameron who seems to be waiting for her

He started the car and drove off

“Hey brother” Pearl called

“Wait…what were you doing in the car with….”

“I collected this” Pearl raised the bag in her hand

“Mom sent me some cookies,do you want some? She makes the best cookies in the world” She smiled,taking another bite

“Just finish it alone,I’ve been waiting here for eternity” Cameron scoffed and entered the car

Pearl made a sad face before getting into the car with him

He drove out of they school,it was silent.

Soon,Cameron was getting close to where Pearl and Romeo always get ice cream on their way home.

Pearl glanced at Cameron and then sighed before looking out of the car,she continue staring at the ice cream parlor without saying a word

“Do you want ice cream?” Cameron suddenly asked

“Yes!” She answered and Faced him immediately

“Sounds like you were expecting me to ask” Cameron chuckled and reversed the car back.

Pearl smiled as they both got down from the car

They went in together

“Oh…..it’s you..where’s the handsome dude you always come here with?” The man asked Pearl and Cameron faced her

“He’s not here” Pearl replied and looked at Cameron

“I always come here with Cherie” She grinned

Cameron scoffed and turned to the ice cream man

They got the ice cream and went out

“So,you two always stop here everyday,after school?” Cameron asked when they entered the car

“Not everyday but almost everyday” Pearl smiled and Cameron nodded

“I guess you love Ice cream so much,so aside milk and ice cream,what else do you love?” He asked as he started the car

“Chocolate,biscuit,Cookies,Sweets,I love snacks in general” She grinned

“Seriously?? You eat all that?” Cameron asked

“Romeo always buy them for me,anything I want” Pearl said

“I see” Cameron muttered

Finally they got home,

“I think mom is home” Pearl smiled and Cameron nodded

They went in together and an unfamiliar face welcomed Pearl

It’s a young lady

“What the f**k!!! Big sis!!!” Cameron called out loudly before hugging her tightly

‘Oh,i have a sister too?’ Pearl thought

“You’ve grown so tall Cameron,and handsome” Evelyn smiled

Cameron turned to Pearl

“She’s a cousin” He said

“Oh…hi” Pearl greeted with a light smile

“Seriously,is she the one??! She’s so beautiful,OMG” Evelyn gasped and hugged Pearl

Cameron smiled

Mrs Lush came down

“Mom,you didn’t tell me she’s as pretty as this” Evelyn said and Mrs Lush smiled

“Gosh,so cute. Little sis,I hope we get along well” Evelyn smiled and touched Pearl’s cheek like she’s a baby

Pearl smiled,she hugged her mom before going upstairs

“Awwwn,so cute and innocent. I suddenly want to be young again” Evelyn touched her cheeks

“What are you talking about? You’re just two years older than me sis,you’re twenty,you’re still young” Cameron scoffed and before Evelyn could hit him,he hugged her

“I missed you so much,promise me you’re going to stay really long” He said

“She will be staying here for now,she transferred from her college to Meadows College here” Mrs Lush said and Cameron gasped

“But why! I was planning to finish my highschool and meet you in Oxford!! Why are you doing this to me!!” Cameron stomp his feet on the floor like a kid

“Just come to Meadows then” Evelyn grinned

“Never!! You just broke my heart,seriously” Cameron muttered and went upstairs

“He’s still cute” Evelyn chuckled

“Have you checked your time table??” Mrs Lush asked

“Yes,I’m free for a week before my classes starts,finally I escape from that boring house of mine” Evelyn sighed and fell on the couch

She suddenly stood up again

“Pearl Is so cute,I’m going to her” She grinned and ran upstairs

Pearl just changed into a comfy when Evelyn came in

“Hey cutie” She smiled

“Hi sis,what’s your name?” She asked

“Evelyn” she smiled and Pearl nodded

“You’re sixteen right?” Evelyn asked

“Yes”

“You really look like it,you’re so cute” Evelyn smiled

“Thank you” Pearl smiled cutely

“We will definitely get a lot of time to talk,come down for dinner when you’re done” Evelyn k×ssed her head before going out

Pearl smiled and fell on the bed

After a while,she stood up and left her room. She joined them in the dinning room.

“Hey Pearl,here” Evelyn tap the seat next to her

“Seriously? I feel jealous” Cameron joked and Pearl chuckled before sitting down

They started eating,Mrs Lush wouldn’t stop feeding Pearl from her own plate,Pearl didn’t know when she stood up and hugged her,surprising everyone

“I love you mom” She muttered and Mrs Lush gasped

“Baby” She called and stood up

“I love you too,I love you so much” She said and hugged Pearl tightly

“Awwwn,so cute” Evelyn said,holding her cheeks like a child

After the hug,they both stood up again

“Mom,can I go on a sleep over with my friends?” Pearl asked

“As long as you will be fine” Mrs Lush said

“I promise” Pearl smiled

“Who?” Cameron asked her

“Senior Sapphire and Senior Lyric” Pearl replied

“I didn’t know you were friends”

“You don’t know anything about me” Pearl said and Evelyn laughed

“Dear Cameron,try to find out everything about your cute little sister” Evelyn said and Pearl smiled

CAYDEN’S MANSION**

Penelope knocked gently on Romeo’s door

“Yes?”

“Come down for dinner please” she said and left

Romeo opened the door and came out,he went downstairs and met Mrs Cayden already waiting

“I didn’t know when you got home” Romeo said as he sat down

“Yeah” She replied

“Did you gave your sister the cookies?” She asked

“Yes I did” Romeo muttered

“I will be going on a trip tomorrow and I might take long,you can take care of yourself right?”

Romeo nodded

“You shouldn’t stop taking care of her okay? She’s your little sister no matter what” Mrs Cayden said and Romeo almost rolled his eyes

“Well…she’s no more my sister” he said

“Says who??”

“Mom please,Can we just talk about something else? I never said I wasn’t going to take care of her,but must you remind me everyday that she’s my sister??” Romeo asked

“It’s just an harmless word,why are you angry?”

“I’m not angry mom,I’m just….” Romeo sighed

If she keeps on seeing Pearl as his sister this way,how the f**k will be ever tell her he’s dating Pearl?? That’s going to be war,for real

“Nothing,I’m fine” Romeo sighed

“Be careful” Cameron said as he dropped Pearl in front of Sapphire’s house

“I will,bye” She waved at him and watched him leave

She already packed her uniform and other stuffs,she took her phone and dialed Sapphire’s number

CAYDEN’S MANAION**

Romeo was just done with his maths assignment when his phone suddenly rang,he took the phone and answered the call from Ryan

“Hello?”

“Come open the door” He said and hanged up

Romeo’s eyes w¡dened,he immediately stood up and rushed out of the room,he ran downstairs and opened the entrance door

“Boom!!” They all rushed in like soldier ants

Ryan,Princeton,Donovan and Frankie

“What are you all doing here?” Romeo asked still looking confused

“Sleep over!!” Princeton grinned

“What Sleep over??” Romeo asked

“Right,we didn’t tell you about it. It was Ryan’s Idea” Donovan said and Ryan nodded,grinning

“But…why is he here?” Romeo asked,looking at Frankie who rolled his eyes

“I dragged him here” Ryan smiled

They all sat down and Romeo sighed

“Seriously you’re my headaches” he muttered

“Hey,have you done your maths assignment? I managed to solve fifteen out of thirty” Donovan said

“I solved twenty,I Will copy the other ten from Romeo” Ryan winked

“I’m not going to do it” Princeton scoffed,taking the remote control

“And why won’t you?” Romeo asked

“Because I want her to get angry,I want to see the trouble she wanna give if we don’t do the assignment” Princeton smirked and Donovan chuckled

“Let’s play video games,who is in?”Princeton asked

“Do you need to ask? We are all playing,Romeo get us some chill drinks” Ryan said

“Is that an order?” Romeo asked

“Yes,what will you do?” Ryan laughed

Romeo scoffed and went in

“Who’s playing with me?” Donovan asked

“Me” Frankie sat beside him

“Yeah,come to daddy and get punished” Donovan grinned

Ryan and Princeton laughed

“I hate your pride” Romeo came in and dropped the drinks

“Coming from a person whose daily life stands on pride” Frankie scoffed

“Ryan,can you just return this dude to where he’s coming from? I might end up killing him” Romeo said

“I will just kill you first” Frankie said

Ryan and Romeo exchanged glances and Ryan blinked his eyes cutely

Romeo scoffed and sat down

“Am I the only one who is hungry?” Frankie asked

“Then go home and eat” Romeo snapped

“I’m also hungry seriously” Princeton muttered

“Me too” Donovan rub his tummy

“No food for the wicked” Romeo and Ryan said at a time and they all laughed

“I will just order for some pizza” Ryan finally said

“You know I love eating,so know what to order” Princeton said and Ryan scoffed

“Wait,is mom home?” Donovan asked

“Yeah,she’s asleep” Romeo replied

“I won!!!!!” Donovan s¢ræmed and dropped the control

Frankie scoffed

“Pride goes before a fall dude” He said

“Honestly,Donovan don’t be like this” Ryan gr0aπed

MINUTES LATER**

The pizza guy delivered the pizza and left

“Make sure you eat decently and don’t stain the floor” Ryan said

“Great,I know you have sense more than them” Romeo said

Donovan and Princeton frowned and Ryan winked at them

Frankie chuckled,taking another pizza but Romeo’s hand also came at the same time.

They both glared at each other

“You both look like cute angry birds” Donovan laughed

“Correction,he look like an angry bird,not me. I’m as cute as always” Frankie smiled

“Cute indeed” Romeo said in a mocking tone

A message popped on his phone and he gasped when he saw Pearl’s name

‘F**k I forgot to text her’ he thought inwardly and opened the message

“What is it?” Ryan asked beside him

“Nothing” He immediately said

“Guys I have a confession” Donovan suddenly said after the long silence and they all faced him

“What is it? Did you impregnate a girl?” Romeo asked

“Exactly my thought” Ryan chuckled

“Something more than that” Donovan smiled

“What is it?”

“I’m in love” Donovan grinned and Princeton raised his brows

“Really? Who?” Romeo asked

“Lyric” Donovan said

“I knew it” Ryan hit his hand on the couch and laughed

“I’m madly in love with her,she f**king got me badly” Donovan said and smiled crazily

Princeton said nothing,he looked away and turned to the video game

“Well,good luck. I wish she rejects you” Ryan said

“She can’t okay?? I’m sure she feels the same” Donovan said

Romeo took a glance at Princeton and sighed

“Well,I’m glad you wanna stop being a playboy” He muttered

NEXT MORNING★RAINBOW HIGH**

Sapphire came out of the car with Pearl and Lyric

“See you later seniors” Pearl smiled and waved at them before running off

Lyric turned to see Princeton and Donovan coming

“Guys!!” She immediately waved at them

Princeton walked past her without sparing her a glance and her eyes followed him

‘What’s wrong with him?’ She thought

“Did you call me?” Donovan asked beside her

“Hey” She faced him with a cute smile

“Why are you smiling? Do I suddenly look more handsome?” Donovan teased

“Yes,are you happy now?” Lyric scoffed

They both laughed and walked away together

“What do you think Is wrong with Princeton? He suddenly changed since last night” Ryan said beside Romeo

“He will be fine” Romeo muttered but he knew exactly what is wrong with Princeton

“I hope so” Ryan said

LUNCH**

Pearl ran to the laboratory where Romeo was waiting for her,she opened the door and met him.

“Pooh Bear” She immediately ran to hug him

Romeo carried her in the process and she wrapped her legs around his waist

“I missed you so much” She pouted,hugging his neck

“Me too,f**king much” Romeo said

Pearl smiled and broke the hug

“How was the sleep over?” Romeo asked

“Great” She grinned

Romeo dropped her

“Why did you drop me?” She asked and hugged him again

“Really?” Romeo carried her again

“I love you so much,promise me you won’t leave me for someone older,I can’t live without you” Pearl muttered and Romeo chuckled

“I won’t,I love you more than you can ever imagine” He said and started k×ssing her

She wrapped her arms around his neck immediately,k×ssing him more deep

Romeo broke the k×ss and dropped her

“Would you come over to the house tonight? Mom is going on a trip” he said

“Really? Of course I can’t wait,what are we going to do?” She asked

“What are you talking about?” Romeo laughed and Pearl made a cute sad face

“We should do something r0m×ntic right? I’m your girlfriend” she said and Romeo nodded

He k×ssed her again before holding her hand

“Let’s go,are you not hungry?” He asked

“Will you eat with me?” Pearl immediately asked

“Your brother will kill me” Romeo said

“Sounds like you’re scared of him” Pearl scoffed

‘He’s not the only one who will be against our relationsh¡p,,your mom and my parents too’ Romeo said inwardly

“Okay then,see you later” Pearl ran off when they got out

Princeton entered the cafeteria and the first people he set his eyes on are Donovan and Lyric,they are eating together and laughing like couples.

He just couldn’t stand it or watch them doing that,he turned back immediately and walked out of the cafeteria,meeting Romeo on the way

“Are you okay?” Romeo asked him

“Yeah,I’m fine” Princeton muttered and walked away
