★ CHAPTER 15&16 ★

“Brother letter J” Lyric smiled.

“And what’s the meaning of that?” Piper faced her.

“Jealousy! Isn’t it f**king obvious?” Lyric replied, and Freddy laughed so hard that he had to lean on the doorframe.

“Jealousy? Oh Lyric i know you’re still young but baby try to reason deeper. Rhapsody broke his heart just some days ago, and Diva came just some days ago too, now you’re talking about jealousy? Please” he said.

“I didn’t think it that way” Lyric bit her lip.

“Please start thinking that way, there’s no way that’s gonna happen” Piper said, and Lyric nodded.

“By now, Vee broke the hug with Diva already, so they went to them.

“Hey Vee!” Freddy waved with an hand.

“Dude” Vee smiled.

“Thanks for last night, I’m saying it on behalf of Jazzy and everyone” Piper smiled.

“Where’s he anyways?” Vee asked.

“He’s…he’s busy right now so he’d say his thanks later” Lyric lied, and Vee shrugged.

“It’s not necessary, all I need is you guys taking care of Bae, please be good to my bestie”

“She’s the star of the band so don’t even worry, we gat you” Freddy said sweetly, and Diva smiled.

“I guess I’ll see you later tonight” Vee faced her.

“You’re coming here again tonight?” She raised her brows.

“Not really, I’ll call you and give you updates” he winked, and she hugged him again.

“Alright I’ll be waiting for your call”

They disengaged, and he got in his car, waving at Diva once again before driving off.

“Aww! He’s so cool and cute!” Piper gushed.

“Don’t when try to crush on my bestie” Diva said playfully, and they all laughed as Lyric took the bag from her.

Her eyes widened when she saw the contents, and she looked up swiftly.

“OMG all these from him to you? Including pads? He’s your boyfriend!” She shouted.

“Pads?” Freddy and Piper checked it out too, and they looked up at once.

“Don’t tell me otherwise, you’re dating this guy dear friend” Freddy said.

“He has been doing this for me since highschool so…” Diva said.

“What!!!” They all chorused.

“Y’all stop being dramatic and let’s go in” Diva smiled and led the way in.

They still have the surprised looks on their faces as they went in with her, meeting Jazzy in the living room.

“Jazzy what was that? You’re busy? Doing what?” Diva asked, and he dropped the TV remote with him.

“Sorry, I’m gonna say my own thanks sometimes later” he said, and Diva sat beside him.

He quickly shifted and covered his ears

“Did I really traumatize you with our first meeting? You now hold your ears anytime I come near” she said, leaning in.

“Go back!” He tried pushing her shoulders, but she began tickling him, and loud laughter from him filled the house.

The rest exchanged glances, and they joined in the play, renting the whole house with laughter till they got tired.

GALAXY LABELS, 10AM**

Rhapsody rushed out of a taxi and adjusted her velvet gown, then she brought out a mirror from her bag and stared at her face which was molded with make up.

She smiled and adjusted her gown again, pulling it up so it’d cover her b**bs well.

She went in when she was satisfied, and she was suddenly blocked by the door.

“Who are you miss? You here to see someone?” A security asked.

“Oh…I’m Rhapsody, and I’m here to…

“She’s with me” Vodka’s voice said behind them, and she turned to see him just coming out of his car with Min.

She smiled slightly as she watched him remove his shades, then he began walking to them.

“Sir Vodka” the security bowed in respect.

“She’s with me” he replied simply and faced Rhapsody.

“Follow me” he said, stepping in.

Min followed, and Rhapsody rushed after them.

Her eyes widened immediately. It’s the first time she’d be entering the building, and she attested to it immediately that the magnificence beats Rainbow entertainment, it’s beautiful!

She was looking around with wide eyes as she walked behind, and she almost fell.

“Easy, miss” Min said, and she smiled.

“I’m fine”

Her eyes widened again when she saw H. O. T entering a room, and she couldn’t blink till they went out of sight.

Yeah, they belong in this big agency too, they top while the rest follow.

Vodka finally entered the CEO’s office, and the tall man swivelled his chair to face them.

“Vodka?” He smiled, and they shook hands.

“Why bother come when we could have talked on phone?” He said.

“It’s important so I had to come myself” he smiled, taking his seat.

“What’s up with your expensive face? Why is it bruised?” The CEO said suddenly, noticing the scanty bruises from Vee’s punches.

“Oh… I fell” he lied, and the man looked up at Rhapsody who’s standing beside Min.

“Who’s she?”

“Rhapsody, you can get her signed with us as a soloist, right?” Vodka replied.

“Vodka I believe you should have known the protocol by now, this is your third year in this agency and…

“And I know the protocol you’re talking about, but can you scratch the darn protocols and get her signed already? I’ll pay any amount, and I promise she’d make you proud, she’s good. I can’t probably bring in a nuisance” Vodka replied, and the CEO sighed, resting back on his chair before facing Rhapsody.

“Rhapsody?” He said.

“Yes sir” she nodded nervously.

“Why are you so inclined with making her one of us? Any connections?” He faced Vodka again.

“She’s an highschool junior, I attended Juri high for a year before transferring remember? I knew her there” Vodka replied.

“Cool, did you send her details and info into my email already?”

“My manager sent it since last night” Vodka replied.

“That’s right” Min said beside Rhapsody.

“I’ll check them out today, you should come tomorrow, and be ready to sing in the booth” CEO said, and her eyes widened

“Huh? Tommorow?”

“Yeah, I’ll assign a songwriter who’d send you the song tonight, so it’s tommorow by 10 again, over” the CEO replied, and Vodka stood.

“Thanks” he shook hands with him and left the office immediately.

Min followed him, and before Rhapsody could go after them, they’re already gone.

She immediately got a text on her phone from Vodka.

• My place tonight at 8, Min will be at your place to pick you.

She sighed after reading…

“Rhapsody?” A guy said behind him, and she turned to see a strikingly handsome guy waiting behind her, her eyes widened.

“Sweetheart!” She gushed, and he smiled.

Sweetheart is the most popular songwriter in the agency, he writes for H. O. T too!

“Hey, please follow me for your song” he smiled radiantly again, leading the way to a room.

“Yes!” Rhapsody jumped before running after him.

HWANG MANSION**

Vee just finished taking his bath, and he was about to go out of the bathroom when his eyes caught his necklace, and he stopped to admire it again as usual.

He took the half heart pendant and smiled charmingly as he caressed it

He brought it to his lips and kissed it deeply before leaving the bathroom.

He dressed up and was about to start tying his shoe laces when a loud knock sounded on his door.

“Vee? Boss is back” secretary Jo said, and he sighed. His pains is back.

He quickly tied the laces and left the room, following secretary Jo to the study where Mr. Hwang is already waiting.

“Dad” he muttered.

Mr. Hwang walked furiously to him and slapped him as expected, and he staggered, but he received another blinding slap immediately, and he fell as a result.

Mr. Hwang kicked him afterwards, bruising his face again.

“How dare you try to ruin me bastard! You beat up someone? How dare you pauper! I took you in when no one was willing and this is what I get in return? Huh!!” He demanded.

Vee stood quietly, and he tried to slap him again, but Vee grabbed his hand surprisingly, shocking him.

“What! Did you just grab my hand?” Mr. Hwang muttered.

Vee gave him a defiant look and let go of his hand before walking out of the study.

“Vee! Come back here Vee! Vee!!” Mr. Hwang shouted after him.

He kept walking out of the house, and the old maid blocked him by the door, but he didn’t spare her a glance before leaving the house.

12PM**

The cool weather favored them so much, and as their jalopy bus stopped in the busiest area in the street, Diva was the first to jump out.

She was wearing a f**king tight black leggings under her white bum shorts, then white sneakers and a white fur coat on a crop top. She has a white hat on too, looking so cute.

Lyric was wearing the same thing, but instead of white, she’s rocking colour yellow.

Piper is on cargo pants and a purple crop, the only similarly between them is the hat she’s also putting on.

Jazzy and Freddy are on joggers and black shirts, wearing hats like the others.

Jazzy was carrying the MP3 player this time, and when he found a wide spot to drop it, they lined up appropriately, and he pressed play before joining them.

INTRO: TRUE LOVE in your hearts… In your hearts… your hearts…

The sing started proper, and they began dancing publicly with mad energy, devouring all their moves perfectly.

It only took two minutes, people started converging around them to watch, and within five minutes, a large crowd has formed, surrounding them completely as they danced.

The song ended shortly, and it started playing again cos Jazzy put it on repeat earlier.

They started the dance all-over again, attracting more crowd.

👥 OMG the girl in white!

👥 The dimple boy! His dimples!

The comments they kept hearing made them more energetic, and when it got to the part where Jazzy and Diva had to dance together…

Thru suddenly went crazier, so much that they had to dance all-over again for the third time.

By the time they finished for the third time, they quickly got their flyers and began distributing it to their crowd.

“We’re TRUE LOVE, please show some love!”

“We’ll perform here tommorow if you guys want, please don’t forget us!”

“TRUE LOVE it is!”

“Please always remember us!”

“Please support us!”

They were saying these as they shared their flyers with beautiful smiles on their happy sweaty faces, till they shared it all.

8PM, VODKA’S PLACE**
Min arrived with Rhapsody as planned, and she came out of the car alone.

“You’re not going in with me?” She asked him.

“Nope, I still have something to do for Vodka,you go in first, he’s waiting for you” Min replied and drove off.

Rhapsody sighed and walked in.

She went straight to his bedroom and met him smoking around in only his black pants, he’s shirtless.

“Thought indoor smoking is prohibited for idols” she said slowly, and he giggled.

“No one is seeing this anyways, did you get the song?”

“Yeah, Sweetheart sent it to me already” she replied.

“Then strip and get here” he replied, unbolting his belt already.

“A…gain?” She said, almost inaudibly.

“Yeah, again and again” he replied, and she gently dropped her bag.

Two minutes later, she was already stark naked in front of him, and his pants went down already too.

He stroked his d**k as he walked to her and turned her around, making her lean on the wall.

He inserted himself into her, and she released a tear as she tightened around him, and he began his brutal f**king again.

“Argh!! Please go…slow!!”

8:30PM**

TRUE LOVE is currently in front of a restaurant, chatting and as they ate pork getting roasted by Jazzy.

Freddy came out of the resturant with bottles of soju…

👥 Whoaaa!!!!

“Set them down!” Diva shouted, taking some from him to set on the table in front of the others.

“Cheesecake!!!” Lyric shouted.

“Yes! Cheesecake!!!” Piper and Freddy shouted too.

“Kimchi!!!” Jazzy and Diva chorused, and they all poured soju for themselves to clink glasses afterwards.

“I’m so happy! Why haven’t we been doing this since? We’re getting there” Freddy inhaled the fresh night air.

“I know, right?” Jazzy smiled.

“People like us!” Lyric gushed.

“It was the first time I feel so proud of myself, I couldn’t stop dancing” Piper said.

Her hand was near the grill as she talked, and she was unaware of when she dipped her hand in

“F**k!” She spranged up, and Freddy quickly grabbed the hand.

“Are you ok?” He asked, and she shook her head

He began blowing on it immediately, and she bit her lip.

“Be careful” Diva said.

“We should get it treated when we get home” Lyric said.

Diva looked sidewards and found Jazzy staring at her, but he quickly looked away immediately, bitting his lip in embarrassment.

Diva smiled secretly, bit it dissipated when a gang of seven men appeared and kicked their table, pouring everything on top of it away.

“What the hell!” Diva spranged up with the others

“Why this?” Jazzy covered his band, facing the gang.

“You’re the leader? Who gave y’all the permission to perform publicly on that ground without seeing us first? You wanna die?” The heftiest pushed Jazzy’s chest, but Diva stepped forward.

“It wasn’t written on the ground that it belongs to anyone, so how dare threaten us?” She said, and they all brought out their knives immediately.

“Eonni!” Lyric hid behind Piper immediately, and Jazzy’s eyes widened.

He quickly pulled Diva to himself.

“Run!” He shouted, bolting off with Diva .

Piper and Lyric followed, then Freddy behind.

The gang followed, chasing them madly through the streets.

“Who the f**k are they!!!” Diva shouted.

“Just run!” Jazzy replied, pulling her harder as they ran together.

“Eonni! I think we’re dying tonight! Those knives are scary!” Lyric cried as she ran with Piper.

“Stop the tears already!” Piper replied.

Freddy was busy topping it up for them behind, running with all his might till they entered a dark corner where they hid in, releasing heavy hot breaths from their nostrils.

The dark place smells like cigars, the smell of smoke filled it up.

“Who are those?” A voice said from the corner, and their eyes widened immediately.

“Let’s go!” Jazzy pulled Diva and the rest out, and they were about to run away from the spot when someone blocked them.

He’s smoking, the thin cigar stick between his lips looking so dangerous as he stood in the dark.

“Who are y’all?” The voice asked again, and Diva’s eyes widened again.

It might be dark, but the voice can’t lie. He knows the owner of that voice ….

“Jun-ho” she muttered, getting her phone without waiting.

She put on the Torchlight, and it shone brightly, directly on his face…

The cigar between his lips fell as he stared back in shock, and Diva’s eyes widened more…

“Vee”
