🌹Episode 15🌹

JOCELYN P. O. V

I poured myself a glass of whiskey and gulped down. I’ve become a regular customer in this bar ever since Evelyn stole my Jeff.

Everything has changed between us, we are no longer the sweet loving sisters and it all Evelyn’s fault. I hate her so much. I really wanna strangle her at any slight opportunity I have.

“Hey”.. I look up to see him. Oh God… Not again. Ever since I’ve been coming to this bar, this stupid guy always come to me. He’s tall, dark and has pink l-ips. He’s handsome.

Very very handsome but my Jeff that I want. He always has 7-8 hefty men around him. They’re his bodyguards I guess. Even though I dont know why he has them with him.

“Drinking everytime won’t solve it”. He said and sat opposite me while I gulp my drink. He ordered for Maltina as usual and one of his guards brought it to him, opened the bottle and poured little in glass cup then he went back to their usual s₱0t.

They have where they do sit everytime their boss is with me watching us from distance.

“One more bottle bar man”. I said.

“No more bottle, bar man”. He said annoying me and the bar man continued what he was doing.

“Listen you dont know a thing about me, you dont have any right on me. So just leave me alone”. I yelled angrily.

I tool my glass about to gulp the remaining content in it when he snatched it from me. It annoyed me and I slapped him hærd across the face.

Immediately his guards stood up coming towards us but he waved them to go sit down and they did.

“When will you tell me your beautiful name, or you prefer me calling you “My precious”. He said smiling and revealing his deep dimples. Gosh, this guy is crazy I swear.

I picked my car key and stood up. Walking out of the bar.

“Am Ryan”. I heard him say but I did not turn, I just hissed and left the place.

EVELYN P. O. V

I buried my face in his chest, wetting his shirt with my tears. He held me tight and I love the fact that am in his arms again perceiving his masculine cologne which I’ve missed so much.

“Am so sorry Evelyn, I must have caused you pains… Am so sorry”. He said rubbing my back softly.

“Stop saying that Hajoon, the good thing is that you’re here with me. I’ve missed you so much”.

“Jeff… “I called softly looking into his eyes

“Yeah…..

“Promise me that no matter what you’ll never let go of me and my baby”. I said looking straight into his eyes.

He cupped my cheeks.”Evelyn….. I promise you to forever care for you. I give you my words that i’ll move mountains for you if need be. I’ll keep you out of harm’s way.

I’ll be anything you need at the given time. No matter what you ask of me, i’ll do it because you are the love of my life. You are my everything forever.”. With that he k!$sed me passionately and I reciprocated.

I was about to leave the house when Jeff barged in and pull me into his arms. He explained everything to me and I did the same.

All this time that I thought I’ve lost him and that he doesn’t want the baby. He was happy that am carrying his baby. It was his sister that answered the call…He actually saw me with Alfred and I understand how he must’ve felt. We a perfect match..

Two heartbroken people coming together as one. Thank God I did not hurt our first child. If not, i’ll regret for the rest of my life.

“Let’s go pack your stuffs. You’re leaving with me”. I stared at him. ” you’re not safe here considering what you said about your sister and I won’t want you to hurt out baby. What if it wasn’t Davis…… Please dont say NO.. “.

I smiled at him. Am so happy because right now, I wanna stay far from jocelyn. Am scared of her this days.

JEFFREY P. O. V

I parked my car, came out of it, opened the door for Evelyn and she came out out. I brought her luggage from the boot and we walked in,side the house.

Am so grateful to have a sister like Mirabel. After speaking sense into my head. I sped off to Evelyn’s house. Luckily I was fast enough if not. I would have lost our child and live to regret it cos I dont think i’ll be able to face her.

“Aigoo(oh my)… Who do we have here”….. Mum said and pulled Evelyn in her arms. She hugged her tight before pecking her.

“Oma(mom) please dont hurt my baby”. I grinned.

“Oh common Hajoon… I also have my husband, dont try to make me jealous”

“Ani Oma(No mom) she’s carrying your grandchild”. I said majestically.

“Mwo! (What?!) She’s carrying my grandchild? “..

“Yes Oma, she’s carrying my baby”. I grinned while Evelyn was busy blushing.

“Omo omO”. Mom exclaimed covering her mouth and she hugged her again.

Evelyn kept smiling. Beautiful Angel.. Am so blessed to have her. I just wish my family will free her soon, I wanna spend time with her. I’ve missed her so much. Anyways she’ll be staying with me henceforth though.

“Ibwa kiyomi(hey cutie) “. Mirabel smiled coming downstairs.

EVELYN P. O. V

I sat with Jeff in his room with Mirabel who is busy arranging my stuffs in the closet. She’s all over me calling me “Love of my life”.

Mirabel is so beautiful,replica of her mom. She’s a complete white girl that you’ll doubt the blood of black in her and same with their elder sister because I’ve seen her pictures.

Jeff is the only one who looks like his dad but he’s fair. (You will know he’s an half cast unlike others cos he’s not complete white).

Their parent are cute too and I got a reason why Jeff and his siblings are very cute. I pray my child be cute like them too…. I smiled at the thought of that.

We heard a knock on the door and Jeff’s mom walked in..

“I made something special for Sweet Evelyn”. She said smiling at me. Wow she has a deep dimple. This woman is so beautiful. I never imagined i’ll ever have something to do with a korean. I so much love them.

“Oma(mom) what did you cook? “. Mirabel pouted.

“Min Su, you’re suppose to do that not mom and you’re here asking her what she prepared. Moreover she said she cooked for Evelyn not you”.. Jeff said sticking his tongue at her.

“Aissi”she smirked at Jeff. “I dont want to stress Love of my life”. She said and winked at me smiling and I giggled.

“Oh really, let my husband come back from his trip then i’ll discuss your marriage with him. Can’t wait for you to go with your troubles. Dong Gu has alot to do”. Jeff’s mom said sighing.

“Wow really….. I’ll be so glad if you do that.. I’ll just give Dong Gu a call and he’ll be in Nigeria straight away to come and take his bride……

Everyone knows you gonna miss me, you’re just acting like you won’t”. Mirabel said sticking her tongue out at her mom.

“Aigoo… Min su”. Jeff’s mom said and removed her slippers charging at Mirabel who quickly dash out of the room while her mom ran after her.

“I wish my mom is still alive. This reminds me of how we do play, me pulling her legs just like your sister did just now……….

I did not even get a chance to see her before her death…. I miss her voice. I really wish I can hear it again… I miss everything about her.

Even Jocelyn, she’s the only family I have left but she changed. I miss her so much, I really do. I miss how we play and ………. “. My voice trailed off as I started sobbing.

Jeff pulled me his arms rubbing my back. “You dont have to cry anymore, am here with you… Am gonna protect and stand by you till eternity”…

UNKNOWN P. O. V

I crossed my legs on the table sipping my glass of vodka. Jeff and Eve turned me to who I am. And am gonna make their life miserable, I have something in stock for them.

I look around at the hoodlums sitting on different chair in the sitting room smoking and drinking. They are three in number.

Stone just like his name is the deadliest. He’s their leader. He has a cold heart.

What he loves doing most is hurting people, pulling triggers. Always ready, he works for politicians too.

Scorpion just like his name too. He’s evil and dangerous. Never cross his path cos it like entering a lion den.

And Becky the only female. She’s the only cool one but harmful too. She’s a green snake under a green grass.

I know I was going to need this hoodlums one day, I’ve been hanging with them since I lost my parent.

I really enjoy their company because I feel alive with them and they love me too.

Am the one responsible for the well being of their family. I mean shelter, food and money. My parent were rich before their death so I have enough.

This hoodlums are my family, they’re ready to do anything for me and I repeat anything.

Becky pick a bottle of whiskey from the table and poured herself a glass. The table is full of different alcohols, gins everything including packs of cigarettes and bowl of marijuana.

“I have a mission… A real one. ”

“Wow… Finally”. Stone smiled.

“Someone has stepped on my toe”

“Who dare step on your toe? “. Becky asked puffing smokes through her nose.

“Jeffrey and Evelyn. They betrayed me. They f–ked and screwed my life”. I roared.

“Haha haha haha”. Scorpion laughed.

“They dont know that you have people who are ready to pull the trigger for you”.

“You just tell us what you want and we’ll get it done”. Becky said.

Stone hærdly talk, he wrapped a marijuana and ins××ted it in his mouth.

“I have a good plan already…. A very clean revenge. No rush….. It might take months but I dont care”. I said looking at all of them who nod in affirmation.

“Here take this, you need it. I’ve mixed it with some stuffs”. Scorpion said with a wink and I understood what he meant.

I collected the drink and gulp. My body felt diffraction and I enjoy the new feeling. You just wait. Eve and Jeff. Am gonna screw your lives just like you did to mine!!!!!!.

EVELYN P. O. V
I sat in the kitchen with Jeff’s parent. His mom is making kimchi soup while her husband and I are gisting her.

I’ve come to learn to eat and cook some korean meals too though I remember purging for a week the first time I ate black noodles but it one of my favorite now.

It been two months since I moved in with Jeffrey and I must say, his family is the best. They make sure I was being pampered and well taken care of.Mirabel got married last month and I got to meet their elder sister and her family too.

Every member of the family is nice. But their elder sister acts like mutt. She hærdly talk and according to Jeff that’s how she is but I must say she’s sweet than Mirabel. She brought lots of things for me.

I get gifts from any of the family member everytime they go on trip. The last gift I got was from Jeff’s dad. He got me a box of pure gold jewelries. Said it for my wedding.

I call Jeff’s parent mom and dad because they complained that I wasn’t addressing them like my parent.Am more close to Jeff’s dad because the man is jovial and very lively.

Same with his wife but I think I got along well with his dad more because we’re both Nigerians.

I felt a arm around me from behind and I need no soothsayer to tell me it my Jeffrey. I smiled at him, stroke his hair and he plastered k!$ses on my face.

Jeff’s dad cleared his throat and went over to his wife. “I still have my wife here so you dont have to make me jealous”. He grinned and k!$sed his wife on the neck.

“Hey stop it……. Am busy here”. She said sweetly to him and Jeff’s dad gave her a puppy face making me giggle.

“Mom, am here to pick my Angel. It been 1 hour since you came to steal her from me”. Jeff said and k!$sed the back of my hand and I blushed.

“Hajoon… It just 1 hour, anyways you can go with her. I have my husband here”.His mom said turning to see her husband stealing a meat from her pot of soup. She hit him with the wooden spoon.

“Yeobo!! (Honey) “. He pouted making a baby face.I smiled at them. They are loving couples, anybody will definitely know they are inseparable.

“You dont have to envy them dear our love story will be sweeter than this”. Jeff whispered into my ear and helped me down from the stool.

“Mom, dad….. We’ll be going to the garden now”. I smiled at them.

“Sure baby, go and have fun while I play with my queen here”. Jeff’s ad said winking at his wife who rolled her eyes at him and continued what she was doing.

Jeff and I chuckled and soon left the kitchen to the garden which is located at the backyard. It a very beautiful garden with different beautiful flowers.

We settled on the mat and soon one of the maid came and served Jeff and I fruit juice.

“Thank you chioma”. I said as I collected my own glass from her, I was about to sip when beauty ran to me making the glass fall and the drink spilling. It a hærd glass cup so it did not break.

Beauty is Jeff’s mom puppy. She’s pure white and hair, very cute and loving.

“Am so sorry ma, sorry ma. Let me go and get something to clean up for you”. Amaka panicked as she rushed out of the garden.

“Sorry about that, love”. Jeff said and pulled me to him in a position I sat between him.

It not even the maid’s fault and she was just apologizing. I dont blame her though. She just got hired last two weeks and she’s very nice to me.

I love her around me she’s a Nigerian unlike Yeon Ah the other maid who is a korean lady.

“Here take mine”. Jeff offered me is drink. I collected it from him and Boom!. Beauty did the same thing again.

“Common Beauty, why do you keep doing that? “. Jeff asked the puppy who came to me licking my foot which made me giggle forgetting what she did earlier.

“Any news about Jocelyn?? “. I asked Jeff.

“Not at all dear”. Nobody knows where Jocelyn is. She’s not in our house anymore. Jeff and I never stop checking the house but we never saw her. Her phone is switched off.

I lost the key of the house and I dont even have any other one so I never get a chance to open the house but the compound is always neat cos amaka always go to clean it.

Jeff kept his hand on my stomach car×ssing the little budge in my dress.

“So tell me honey, how many children do you want us to have?”.

“6 won’t be bad”.he said and I faced him immediately while he grinned.

“What?? Are you kidding right now? Do you wanna kill me? “. I half yelled.

Jeff laughed till he couldnt. “You need to see your face right now babe”. He said chuckling.

“You know am a Nigerian even if I have a korean blood in me. Grandparent had just Dad and Davis mom that why I want many children”.

I hit him lightly. “Am gonna give you 3.2 boys and a girl but you can add another 3 from another woman”.

“Wow that sound great”.

I hit him softly. “You won’t even dare i’ll kill you myself”. I said making a angry face.

“Hey common, it just gonna be you and I forever”.

“Are you sure? What if you fall inlove with another girl? “.

“That will be our daughter”. He said and I k!$sed him softly on the cheek.

“I can’t wait to see our baby”. He added car×ssing my stomach.

“Saranghae(I love you) “. I said softly

“Naso saranghae(I love you too) “. He replied and we k!$sed passionately.

I’ve learnt some korean words but abusive words mostly.
