A YEAR AFTER≈LARISA’S MANSION
“Welcome ma’am” The guards all bowed as Larisa stepped down from the car,she removed her sunglasses and began walking in without saying a word,a guard carried her bag from the car and followed her.
Larisa could hear the loud cries coming as she walked in,she entered the living room and there was the nanny trying so hard to pet the little baby of just three months. She wasn’t surprised anyway,the baby find so much joy in crying unnecessarily and it’s never easy to make him stop crying.
The nanny turned immediately she noticed Larisa’s presence
“Welcome ma’am,he’s been crying and….”
“You can go,I will take it from here” Larisa cut in and the lady immediately handed the baby to her.
The baby kept on crying even in Larisa’s hand,she went upstairs and entered her room. She dropped the baby on the bed and brought out a small bracelet just the size of a baby’s wrist.
She stared at the bracelet and sighed out

FLASHBACK
Larisa walked into the house and Amber immediately stood up,their eyes met and Larisa made a little bow.
“Lorenzo’s mate?” Amber asked and Larisa nodded
“Why are you here?” Amber asked
“Can I at least sit down?” Larisa asked
“Have a seat” Amber said and Larisa sat down gently.
“I’m here because……..of your grandson” Larisa muttered and Amber’s eyes widened
“Grandson?” She asked again
“Yeah,I have a son…for Lorenzo” Larisa said and a tear dropped from Amber’s eyes
“Where is he? Is he okay? Can I meet him?” She asked in rush
“Yea” Larisa said
“But,is something wrong? You don’t sound so good” Amber said
“You don’t look good either” Larisa said and Amber swallowed
“Did Daven disappeared too?” Larisa asked and Amber looked at her
“What?”
“You must be missing him just the way I’m missing Lorenzo,I don’t even know how I lived up to this moment without him….sometimes I wish I knew where he went to,I wouldn’t mind joining him” Larisa said In tears
Amber sat down next to her and touched her hair
“I understand how you’re feeling,I felt the same way the first time too” Amber said and Larisa looked up
“What do you mean?? I heard you left him when you discovered the real him” She said
“I would never do that” Amber shook her head
“I really loved Daven a lot” Amber said
“So…why…”
“Coz I once overheard……his life is going to be In danger because of me. It wasn’t right from the start to fall in love with a human,so I thought…..lying to him and chasing him away would save his life” Amber explained,tears rolling down her eyes while Larisa listened carefully to her story
“I never knew I was pregnant” Amber said and sniffs
“So when I had Lorenzo….I discovered the dark powers around him and….I got too scared and.I made a mistake” She said,more tears began rolling down her eyes
“I discovered he wasn’t human and….I got scared he might also end up like Daven if he stays with me,so I abandoned him that day…” Larisa hugged her tightly,preventing her from saying more.
“It’s okay” Larisa said in a whisper
“He will never forgive me….but I can’t even forgive myself either. I should have protected my son,I should have protected him no matter what,I’m such a useless mother” Amber said on Larisa’s shoulder
“No you’re not,and….I’m sure he loves you,even though he hides his emotions…I’m sure he does” Larisa said
They hugged for almost five minutes before they disengaged.
“So…..why are you here?” Amber asked
“I think my son…..is not a full human” Larisa said and Amber’s eyes widened
“Do you notice some strange things about him?” Amber asked and Larisa nodded
“I once saw his eyes glowing….and I think,the dark energy makes him cry too much” Larisa explained
FLASHBACK ENDS
Larisa continue staring at the bracelet she was holding,it was tge bracelet Amber gave her after her explanation about the baby
Larisa slowly pulled the bracelet into the Littls one’s hand and they cupped his wrist. Larisa’s eyes didn’t leave the baby’s eyes which changed into green color for a second before turning back into the natural brown color it is
He stopped crying,looking into Larisa’s eyes
“Hey baby Ray” She smiled at him and kissed his cheek
The baby chuckled cutely which took her by surprise,it will be the first time she would see him so happy.
“I love you” Larisa whispers into his ear.
She was interrupted by the door bell coming from downstairs,she looked at Ray and carried him warmly in an embrace before opening the door. She walked out of the room and went downstairs.
Larisa opened the entrance door and Vesper entered
“Baby!!!” Vesper screamed as she almost hugged Larisa but stopped when she saw the baby in her hand.
“How did you find me here?” Larisa asked but Vesper was only lost staring at the baby in her hand
“Is that for my brother?” She asked
Larisa nodded and closed the door
“Wow!” Vesper shouted and immediately carried Ray
It’s been a year since they last saw each other,since Larisa discharged all the mobsters in the empire.
“How could you just leave that way?? I missed you so much” Vesper said
“I missed you too” Larisa said and they finally hugged each other.
“Seriously,don’t tell me you’ve not been contacting with anyone since we all left” Vesper said and Larisa shook her head
“I needed time for myself alone” She muttered and Vesper nodded
“You haven’t forgotten about my brother yet” She muttered and Larisa looked up
“I can’t believe you expect me to forget about him” Larisa said
“I know you can’t” Vesper muttered and then turned back to Ray
“He looks a lot like my brother” She said and Larisa smiled
“I guess” She said.

A WEEK LATER≈7PM^A MALL
“Here you go ma’am” The attendant said,handing over the bag filled with what Larisa bought.
“Thank you” Larisa smiled and took the bag.
She looked down at Ray who was busy with his finger,she was wearing the baby carrier and he seems to like it so much even though it’s her first time carrying him this way or even going out with him.
She started pulling the carrier while most of the attentions fell on Raymond in the carrier.
“Wow,nice eyes he’s got” A woman said
“Oh thank you” Larisa smiled
“She’s so beautiful… ”
“It’s actually a he” Larisa corrected
“Oh my God,he’s such a cutie. Can I take a picture?” The woman asked
“I’m sorry…no” Larisa said simply
“It’s okay,he’s just so cute” She said amd Larisa smiled,watching as the woman walked away.
She looked at Raymond and saw his eyes already turned blue
“It’s blue eyes today huh?” She muttered and Raymond smiled at her
Many people kept on greeting and complimenting that Larisa became tired
“I don’t think I’m ever bringing you out again Ray” Larisa groaned silently before looking down again to see the little cutie already sleeping.
She was about going into the elevator when suddenly a strange guy hijacked her purse from the bag and ran off.
“Hey!!!” Larisa screamed and eyes
glow but she quickly controlled herself and instead of using her power,she began running after giving.
“Stop!!!! Thief!!!” Someone also ran after the guy,seems Larisa is not tge only one He’s stealing from.
Larisa kept on running after the guy even while pushing the carrier and soon she grabbed the guy’s shirt and flipped him backward with just one hand. The people watching gasped
The thief got up and tried running away,Larisa kicked him leg and his face,he fell roughly on the floor again
“My bag!” The lady running finally got to them and immediately took her purse from the thief,
Larisa placed her leg on the thief and brought out her phone,she called the cops first before tying his hand to the back
“I would have loved to kill you but I won’t” she said to the thief who was already bleeding before getting up
Everyone started clapping

Larisa smiled and grabbed the carrier,she suddenly turned and saw a familiar back. Even though the man was turning his back on her and she couldn’t see his face,still it looks so familiar,but then suddenly she couldn’t find him again
“Oh no” she muttered and immediately started walking fast to follow the direction he took.
She got to the elevators and seems all doors are close already but fortunately one was still opened. She immediately ran to the door which was about to open and there was the man standing in the elevator,trying to make a call.
Larisa’s eyes widened immediately. The man standing in front of her is no one else but Lorenzo but right now the way he was staring at her was strange.
“Lorenzo” Larisa called and he raised his brows
“Who are you?” He asked and Larisa’s heart shattered.

{ A HAPPY EVER AFTER }
Larisa was speechless for the first five minutes,different questions in her head,is he Lorenzo of not? Or maybe he probably lost his memories? But then,how come he’s alive? Most of all,can she ever mistake her only Lorenzo for someone else? She was so sure it’s definitely him
“Hello miss” The man waved his hand and Larisa swallowed
“Lorenzo” She called again
“I think you’re mistaken,I’m not Lorenzo” The man said and pressed the lift button,the door closed
Ouch!
Larisa almost broke into tears as she stood there,her hands hardened on the carrier of Raymond.
She sniffed in and brushed her hair backward with her fingers before walking into another elevator.
“Lorenzo” she mumbled and sighed out loudly,she looked down to see Raymond already awake but she couldn’t even smile or do anything,she only waited quietly until she got to the last floor and the elevator door opened. She pulled the carrier out and walked straight to the car parking lots,going toward her own car.
She was walking in the quiet lot,her heels was the only sounds coming up,she was so lost in thought and totally carried away that she didn’t know a car was actually reversing toward her direction.
The last moment she looked up,the car light almost blinded her,she quickly pulled the carrier off the road,expecting the car to hit her instead but the car suddenly stopped,it full light filled the whole lot,it’s not something natural,she knew it instantly.
“Lorenzo” She muttered and quickly turned back
There he was,standing and holding the baby carrier with one hand and stretching the second hand toward the car,their eyes met. Lucifer snapped his fingers and the car returned to where it was coming from,his eyes still not leaving Larisa.
Larisa began walking toward him till she stopped right in front of him,he was still holding Raymond’s carrier even though his eyes were on her.
“Lorenzo?” Larisa called and slowly,he nodded his head
Larisa continue to stare at him without saying a word,it was so silent until she spoke up
“So why did you lied to me earlier? Do you even know how much I miss you everyday?! Do you know how I felt just when I saw your face?! Do you?!!” She yelled,in tears.
Lorenzo pulled her into a hug and she broke into more tears as she held him more tightly
“I missed you so much” She said
“I’m sorry for keeping you waiting” Lorenzo said,she kept on crying in his chest
“I love you so much,I love you” She muttered
Lorenzo broke the hug and turned to Raymond who was already awake,he was getting busy with his hand already
“Is he…..mine?” Lorenzo asked,staring intensely at little Raymond
“What do you think?” Larisa asked and Lorenzo carried Raymond
“Is he….human?” He asked
“You don’t expect him to be” Larisa muttered
“I wish he is” Lorenzo said
Raymond smiled cutely and Larisa chuckled
“He’s actually….a whole lot of trouble” She saud
“Let’s get out of here first” Lorenzo said and Larisa nodded

A MONTH LATER
“Not done yet?” Lorenzo asked using the mind link as he held the crying baby
“I’m coming” Larisa replied in his head and he looked at Raymond who seems to be crying even harder right now.
“Can you please stop crying?” Lorenzo asked
Larisa walked into the room and saw him talking to the baby as if he could really understand
“Such a view” She laughed and Lorenzo looker up
“I think he took after you” He said and Larisa frowned
“Why?”
“You’re so stubborn” Lorenzo said and handed Raymond to her
She took him and sat down to breastfeed him,Raymond stopped crying the moment Larisa removed her breast for him and he immediately opened up when
“See? He took after you” she said and Lorenzo chuckled,watching as Raymond sucked in a fast way
“That’s supposed to be mine” He muttered and Larisa looked up
“Wait,are you serious right now? Huh? You left me remember? But he was always here for me” she saud anx Lorenzo smiled
“As he should,he came from me” He said
“That’s right” Larisa smiled
Just the,Lorenzo phone rang out. It’s from Daven
“He’s going to scream” Lorenzo said and Larisa chuckled
He answered the call
“Where are you!! The party is starting soon!” Daven yelled on the phone
“I will be there dude” Lorenzo said before hanging up
Larisa laughed and seems Raymond was done sucking coz he removed his mouth from her boobs
“We need to go” Lorenzo said
“I will dress up quickly” Larisa said,dropping Raymond in the crib before walking into the dressing room
It’s been a month since they met and as expected a lot of things really changed. Lorenzo was practically saved by Daven who had to sacrifice everything just to make Lorenzo come back to life and it worked. Lorenzo woke up and got even more powerful but the deal was to lay kow and live like every normal human out there.
Daven and Amber reconciled after Larisa met with Daven and explained everything Amber had told her,strangely their love was still there and they are back together again.
Today is the family dinner and they are on their way to Daven’s mansion
Larisa walked into the room fully dressed
“You look even more beautiful” Lorenzo stood up and pecked her lips
She smiled and carried Raymond,he was already sleeping
“Why does he sleep so much?” Lorenzo asked
“Coz he’s a baby and he’s got nothing to worry about” Larisa replied and Lorenzo smiled
“Why are you smiling?” Larisa asked
“I’m proud of you little bride” Lorenzo muttered
Larisa smiled sadly
“I don’t want to remember how hard it was without you,I almost lost myself” She said
“That’s why I cams back for you” Lorenzo said
Finally they were on their way,Lorenzo drove out of the mansion.

DAVEN’S MANSION
As the couples stepped down from the cad,they could hear music coming out from insids
“I thought this was supposed to be a family dinner but a party” Lorenzo said
“Guess My Mama is planning something big” Larisa said proudly,Raymond opened his green eyes
“Gosh Ray,not now please” Larisa said
“There’s nothing wrong with his eyes Risa” Lorenzo said
“I just don’t want…..”
“Stop it” Lorenzo cut in and she sighed
They walked to the door and Larisa opened the door at once
It was followed by loud screams coming from number of crowds in the house
Larisa could see BB,Jericho,Desdemona,Rocco,Wednesday,Storm,Orpheus,Rocky…just all the mobsters including Bathsheba,Vesper and Ryder
“Boss!!” They all screamed and bowed at once,all wishing they can just run to him and hug him
“Guys!” Larisa screamed emotionally
Wednesday and BB rushed to hug her
“We missed you so much Eclipse!” BB cried
“I missed you too ice cracker,I really do” Larisa said and sniffs in her tears
“Is this our baby?” Desdemona azoed and Larisa nodded
They immediately carried Raymond
“His eyes” Wednesday gasped
Others also surrounded Lorenzo,especially Orpheus,he couldn’t contain his happiness,only Scarlett wasn’t present.
After the long pleasantries,Daven and Amber walked in and everyone bowed
“Let’s all eat,I’m happy everyone made it here” Amber saud
“I don’t mind going to hell if it’s to meet the boss again” Rocky said and everyone laughed
“So you mean I was going to hell?” Lorenzo asked
“No oo!! No boss….”
“I’m not your boss” Lorenzo said and Rocky made a sad face which made everyone laugh
“We jusg miss out life in the empire” Ethan said
“Yeah” Hunter muttered
“It was going to be for a time,not forever. It was nice working with you all” Lorenzo said and raised his glass
“We love you boss!” The ex mobsters chorused and they all clink their glasses together.
They continue talking as they eat
Rocky and Wednesday are still dating,BB and Rocco got engaged already,Storm and Hunter also started dating just recently including Jericho and Desdemona. Vesper and Ryder are also dating, In a word,Only Orpheus and Ethan are single.
After few minutes,Lorenzo got up and all eyes fell on him.
They all gasped when he knelt in front of Larisa,Larisa’s eyes widened
Daven and Amber only stared at their son proudly
“I just want to do this properly,so….MARRY ME” Lucifer said
Larisa didn’t think twice before screaming
“Yes!!”
Lorenzo pulled the ring into her finger and she jumped on him
Everyone clapped
“I love you little Risa” Lorenzo whispers
“I love you more devil” Larisa replied and their lips collided immediately.
