“Oh, mummy thank you so much!” Diana said as she stand up to hug her mum.

And immediately she hugs her mum Ciri opened the door.

Stepping in with some cups of drinks and her eyes and Diana’s eyes met.

They were staring at each other even Diana’s mother noticed it.

Ciri keeps staring at Diana and she didn’t know when she kicked a chair.

And these cups of drinks fell down and broke into pieces and the drinks in,side splashed around.

“What are you staring at? I knew it!” Diana’s mum shouted.

And that made Ciri and Diana to stare at each other.

“She knew what exactly?” Diana said in her mind as she stares at Ciri.

And Ciri stares at her too and their minds were beating so hærd.

Because they thought that her mum have the knowledge about their secret.

“I knew the way you were staring at us, I knew it that you will throw the drinks away!” Diana’s mother said.

And then Diana and Ciri’s mind breathes down slowly.

As Diana puts her hand on top of her chest while her mother was still yelling at Ciri.

“Come here, what are you looking at that made you throw away the drink”

“Which you brought for us, were you not supposed to be careful?” Diana’s mother asked and then Diana interrupted immediately.

“Umm… mother it is okay, come on Ciri stop looking at her”

“Just go and get something for her to clean up her body”

“And then you do quick and pick up all these pieces of glass okay…” Diana ordered.

“Alright,” Ciri answered and step away to go and get the Parker to pack up the broken glasses.

“Mother am really sorry about this, I don’t know what was wrong with her”

“I hope you are not hurt by any means,” Diana said as she was staring at her body.

“No dear am not hurt, I was only stained” Diana’s mother responded.

“Okay in that case I should be going to school, so where is the car key?” Diana asked.

“But you are not done eating why left your food?” Mum replied.

“Mother… am done eating, I have had enough, I should be going” Diana responded.

“Okay… the car key is in,side the car” Mum responded.

“Okay, goodbye mum see you when am back” Diana responded as she hurries to the parlor.

When he get to the parlor he picks up her school bag and then she saw her phone ringing.

And that was shown to be Amelia calling her on phone, so she picked it up.

“Hello, Amelia am highly disappointed in you, am so disappointed with you”

“So you left with my car yesterday and you didn’t come to pick me up to school”

“Okay… where are you now?” Diana asked.

“Am at school” Amelia’s voice sounded.

“You see… Do you drive to the school with my own car? and…”

“You didn’t bother to come and look for me, oho… that’s so bad if you” Diana responded.

“Am so sorry dear, I thought that you are at the school already”

“You know how you used to be so early at school”

“That’s why I thought that I wouldn’t meet you at home, so am very very sorry?” Amelia apologizes.

“You don’t have to bother yourself about that, it’s fine, am not that upset with you” Diana responded.

“Alright, but where are you, I called you to know if you are still coming to school?”

“Or does it mean that you are no longer coming today or what?” Amelia replied.

“But there is still enough time, why won’t I come to school?” Diana replied.

“Am saying it all because of how you used to come early before” Amelia responded.

“Alright am on my way coming, I will be there soon” Diana replied as she cuts off the call.

And then walks out of the house and went to enter her mother’s car.

And just as the mum directed the car key was in,side the car.

What was left to her is to turn the car on, so she just turn it on.

And then starts the car and slowly reversed the car.

And then the gate opened widely and she drive out of the house.

And as soon as she drives out of the compound the gate shut down.

★Delis And Rehab At The Hospital★

Delis and Rehab were shown as they drive into the hospital and their car halts gently.

And then Rehab stepped out of the car while waiting for Delis to step down.

But to her greatest surprise Delis reversed the car silently and tried to drive away.

“Delis!” Rehab shouted his name as he halts and then Rehab ran to him.

“Where are you going to? we have arrived at the hospital and you are leaving?” Rehab asked.

“Yeah? go and take care of your mum first, you know what am into now?”

“I am homeless, I need to start looking out for a new home”

“A new life so that I won’t be left stranded” Delis replied with his reasons.

When Rehab came to think of it and she find out that it is true.

“Okay you should go, but before leaving, I think you should send the…”

“Remaining five hundred thousand that was with you into my account”

“So that I would just transfer it to the doctor immediately I get in”

“And there will be no need of calling you again to disturb you about it”

“When you are already at another task” Rehab said to Delis.

“Rehab I don’t understand what you are trying to say”

“You are not making any sense at all, what are you even saying?” Delis replied.

“I don’t understand what you are trying to say, Delis”

“You said you have five hundred thousand left with you right?” Rehab asked.

“Yeah?” Delis responded.

“That’s what am asking for, bring the money so we can give it to the Dr,” Rehab responded.

“Why are you talking as if you did not notice everything that happened yesterday” Delis replied.

“Yeah I noticed it, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t give me the money” Rehab responded.

“So… If I give you the money now, where do you expect me…”

“To get another one from, which I will need to use and replace my belongings”

“Where would I get another one which I will use to get myself a new home?”

“Or do you want me to stay homeless again?” Delis asked.

“Noo… Delis why are you talking that way” Rehab said as she opened the car and step in.

“Delis are you trying to say that you are no longer giving me the money?”

“Come on Delis please, life first, with life we can achieve every other thing”

“Please let’s cure my mum first you know that she is the only thing left for me”

“I love her so much I can’t afford to lose her please?”

“And you know that this is a kidney issue,” Rehab said to Delis.

“Yeah it is a kidney issue, and there is a simple and easy way we can do this and it will be easier for everyone,” Delis said.

“So which way is that..?” Rehab asked.

“You love your mother so well right?” Delis asked as Rehab nodded.

“And she is everything you have, your first and last right?” Delis asked and Rehab nods.

“Fine! donate your kidney to your mum and I will use my money to build a new home”

“And that will give everyone a cool mind,” Delis said as Rehab reacted madly.

“Waaat! I should donate my kidney to her?” Rehab asked.

“Not to her, but to your lovely mum” Delis responded.

“Come on that’s too risky, we are talking of one person issue”

“Why should we go and risk another to it again when we have the money” Rehab responded.

“You are risking it to the same woman you said that you love wholeheartedly”

“You love her right,? and she is the only thing left with you”

“I agree on that… but if you can’t risk your life to save hers”

“Am I the one that was supposed to risk mine for her?” Delis asked.

“I don’t understand, how do you mean?” Rehab asked.

“I mean why would I use money am supposed to use to settle my life”

“I mean the only money I have with me, why would I use it to pay for your mum”

“When you her daughter are not even ready to risk your own life with her?”

“And I will risk mine for her? where do you want me to be staying if I spend this money now?” Delis asked.

And then Rehab was already downed in tears, tears were already running out of her eyes.

“Delis please don’t do this to me, I love my mum so much and you know that?”

“She is the only thing I have, and you know we can’t be risking life when we have the money”

“Please Delis, okay I promise you that you won’t be homeless”

“I will never allow you to be homeless again, I will make sure that you have a home okay..?”

“Remember that we are this together and together we stand,” Rehab said to Delis with tears.

While Delis kept silent for some seconds, although he loves Rehab a lot.

And hate seeing her with tears, so he was trying to consider her.

“You made an important statement, you said that you will never allow me to be homeless”

“What do you mean by that? I mean how would you do that?” Delis asked.

“I still have a house, I mean my mother still has a house”

“So maybe we will stay there till we can be able to cope with ourselves again,” Rehab said.

“I don’t understand what you are trying to say, you mean…”

“I will park into your family house?” Delis asked.

“But you are already a part of this family Delis, besides the house still belongs to both of us”

“Am the only child of my mum, and my mum is living alone”

“So there is nothing like disturbance there, we will still be living a good life”

“Please Delis let’s use the money to cure my mum”

“Please don’t abandon us, just do it even if not for the sake of my mother’s life”

“But for the sake of the love you have for me”

“Please Delis am begging you,” Rehab said to Delis as she puts her head on Delis’s lap while crying to him.

“Alright it’s fine, I will do this, only because of you,” Delis said to Rehab.

While Rehab smiles with tears all over her face and then hugs Delis.

“But please you need to know that once you made away with this money”

“Am totally broke, I have nothing left with me again please”

“And that doesn’t mean you should change your behavior towards me”

“You have to bear with me, and equally help me to secure a job okay?” Delis said to Rehab.

“Delis you should have known me, there is no way I can ever hurt you”

“Or even say anything that will hurt you, remember what we use to say to ourselves”

“We are in this together, you know what I can do right?” Rehab responded.

“Okay, no problem about that, I just wanted you to have it in mind”

“So let’s go see the Doctor so that we can pay, and they will have to start the treatment on time,” Delis said.

While Rehab hugs him again with tears “Thank you for always being good to me” Rehab said to Delis.

“It is okay, come on there is no time for this let’s go already”

“Stand up, get up let’s go, be quick about it,” Delis said as Rehab opens the car and stepped out.

And the door of the car closed back immediately while Delis did not come out.

But instead, he started the car immediately

“Delis what are you doing!” Rehab shouted
