” Although she didn’t want to so I had to pay extra to her so that she would let go of you for us and that’s why we have been doing everything in our power to make sure you don’t lack anything.” He added and my heart instantly melted.
No, don’t fall for this, they area lol trick to make you their prey and make you tell them every single things you know about them. Their secret which you have acquired in you palm.
And once they have it, you are a gone for good like a dead animal. They will murder you in cold blood and no one who talk about you because you aren’t even their blood and flesh born.
My inner mind said making me shake off the thought of them wanting the best for me, instead, I thought dancing to their tune till I have Xander’s protection, am sure he won’t make me surfer neither would he want me to die.
Because I am going to make him fall in love with me and make him realize the difference between I and Serena which he chose to be with when the name was brought before him.

” Dad what are we going to do now then?” I asked trying to sound and look pointless.

” You should clean up quickly, we have to be at her parents house to console them but remember we must eat before we head there so be quiet with whatever you are doing and come downstairs early because I have a business meeting to be.” Dad said before making his way out of the room while mom stayed back…

She stayed back to console me thinking I am affected by her death, something I did myself. Can you Jill and be affected because you killed someone? Naa you can’t be affected same way am not affected by killing her.
I just wished she has stayed away like I have told her to, like we had planned for her to stay away from him, like she had promised me she would back off from the engagement.
But instead, she decided to go behind my back and take what’s mine, she wants to claim my sweat and work for years in just one week which wouldn’t be possible.
But come to think of it, I won’t have an enemy again which would make my day lively. I will be bored and lonely from today hence fort, no late night staying up and enjoying tge outside night breeze.
No more Serena begging me to cover up for her, there’s no one I will always nag anymore. God, this loneliness shouldn’t last for long! I pray they give up.on looking for her and we send her off quickly so that I can have my way around.
So that people will stop looking and watching my steps every 24/7 just to see if I am guilty or not, I just want everything too go back to the way it has always being!
I scre-med internally as I just imagine how bored I would be if they don’t give up on looking for her before three day come in aside today.
Talking about that, I should better ask my mom what would be Xander’s parents move cause the reason why they wanted this marriage is fast approaching, they only have two more weeks to go due to the extended period of time they gave out yesterday after the death of his fiancee.

Talking about that, I should better ask my mom what would be Xander’s parents’ move cause the reason why they wanted this marriage is fast approaching, they only have two more weeks to go due to the extended period of time they gave out yesterday after the death of his fiancee.
Other bachelors who go ahead and get married quickly just because of the award were angry about this but none of them can speak up for themselves, I mean there’s nothing money can’t buy in this life.
After money, it’s money and connections and his family has both which is why they want him to win this award so that they would also be benefiting themselves in one way or the other.
I mean Xander would sponsor the next awards and make partnersh¡p with them till his one-year rollover but if he should still win the award, he would still have to continue the contract by renewing the contract till another year roll in.
He would have to keep on doing this till he have his way around or till he loses to someone else which would not make him participate in the next one because they will tell you they don’t want a failure in their mist.
Which means it’s better no to win a single thing from them than winning the award and having to lose it back.
” Mom what would happen to Xander now? Would he lose the award like that?” I asked looking at her with that puppy dog face.
” Oh… Before I forget, his father send us letter that we need to seat together tomorrow morning and talk about you and him.” Mom said with excitement written all over her face while I look down with no emotion on my face although am so happy in,side that I might end up getting up on my bed to jump.
” Why this blank face? Aren’t you happy that your crush would finally look at you with love and attention and you will finally be his wife? You should be happy, don’t tell me you are not.” Mom said.
” It’s not that mom, won’t people think of it as something else. Like me getting married to my best friend husband?” I asked trying to make her understand my point.
” No one would think of it as something else, remember his family do go for what they want. They would just think you were forced to represent and replace your best friend, and all the blame would be on them and not you.” Mom said making me smile.
” Then I can’t wait to have Xander, my crush finally!” I scre-med jumping up.
” Don’t get to excited when you get to meet him so that he wouldn’t think you are happy about you friend death and also, don’t make him have the reason to stop this wedding because of your dead friend.” Mom warned and I nodded hungrily…
