” You’re not the only one” Ryder replied, rolling eyes at him
“shut up” Jasmine said and Ryder smiled
“I missed you so much I missed you crazily” Jewel said, breaking the hug and facing him, rubbing his face with her palm while he held her firmly though his stomach hurts but it’s nothing right now
“I’m so sorry for hurting you, I never meant to I swear” he said, locking eyes with her
“I know, and I love you Kingsley, I love you so much jerk” she replied and hugged him again
“Your baby will be three months in Mandy’s belly by next month” Jasmine said as Kingsley stroked Jewel’s hair lovingly
“She’ll get rid of the pregnancy, I’m not ready to father a kid that’s not from Jewel” Kingsley replied seriously
” Someone is being serious” Natalie said
“Seriously Natalie, I can’t, I love Jewel so much and I can’t stay away from her just to take care of Mandy and the unwanted baby”
” Well well, game over… The baby is not yours” Jewel said in his arms and he swiftly looked at her

“Mandy got impregnated by a gangster and is trying to keep that fact from her parents, that’s why she pinned it on you for the fact that you once f*cked her raw” Love said

I, Jasmine, Richmond, Artemis and Natalie, we got there and with the aid of a girl, we found their hideout and went there to save you and… ” Pearl stopped and looked at all of them
” I can’t narrate anymore” she said slowly
“Did you just say save?, It’s not an ordinary rescue mission and you need to see how Pearl was fighting like Jackie Chan, she was very aggressive and.. oh God! ” Jasmine said and everyone laughed
” Pearl… Though we haven’t been best of friends…. I’m grateful for what you did, I hope we get along” Kingsley said and Pearl smiled
” And talk about Natalie, truly she’s a fighter, can’t believe she stabbed one of those jerks without blinking” Jasmine said
” Thanks Natalie sweet sis, I love you” Kingsley said
” It’s my pleasure” Natalie replied
“And talk about my one and only brother, when The Kings do practice boxing back then, you know he’s always with us, he’s damn good! ” Jasmine said
” You two made up already?” Kingsley asked
“Of course” Jasmine winked
“I’m so glad, at long last…. Well I’ll see him soon” Kingsley smiled and Jewel dipped her face on the crook of his neck, she’s still in his arms
“And Richmond, if not for him we wouldn’t have got the clue, then he fought like a warrior too, he was so swift! ” Jasmine said, touching Richmond’s cheek but Richmond slapped his hand away
“Newscaster” Richmond laughed

Jasmine came to the center and dipped his hand in his hair, adjusted his jacket and took a model walk before winking
Romina and the rest are already laughing
“He has started again” Natalie laughed
“And to me … Your one and only sweetheart, I fought like a lion, I cracked heads and bursted testicles” he said
” You’re not my sweetheart” Kingsley said
” That’s a lie, do you know what I used to chase all your b*tches away on your birthday?, Guess you don’t know” Jasmine said and blew k-sses to Kingsley
” He said you’ve turned to g-y and he’s your new girlfriend” Ronny said and they all started laughing
“What the….” Kingsley said and Jewel even laughed in his arms

“But honestly Pearl, where did you learn those skills from?” Natalie asked
” Well… I and my sisters has been fighters since seven, we always get bullied then by some guys in our neighborhood so that prompted us to join the taekwondo school near our house, after a month, the bullies started fearing us cos we gave them the beatings of their lives” Pearl replied
” So Jewel is also a fighter and you were crying like a chicken?” Jasmine said
” She cried? ” Kingsley said and Jewel refused to look up
” She was like huhuhhuuuhuuu, aarrgh…. Eeeeeeeerrrrrr, oooooooo” Jasmine said, mimicking Jewel and that got everyone laughing again
“I’m sorry for making you cry baby” Kingsley said
“I love you” Jewel replied
” You’ll always own my heart” Kingsley replied and k-ssed her hair

“At all, it doesn’t feel like I’m carrying anything” Kingsley replied and adjusted Jewel in his arms, making sure it passed his belly wound

” I mean the real love” Ryder laughed

” And to the main subject.. Kingsley do you know if your parents do take codeine?” Jasmine asked
” My parents don’t do drugs, what are you talking about?” Kingsley asked
“Oh no you guys know nothing, they must be doing it without the knowledge of you and Veera and in fact it won’t be only codeine, cocaine inclusive” Jasmine said
” He means they’re behaving like maniacs, even after saving you, we weren’t allowed into the ward, only Veera” Natalie said
” I’m so sorry about that, those are the monsters I have as parents, I’m so sorry” Kingsley said
” We had to sedate the guards by the door before we can enter” Ryder said
” I’m sorry once again” Kingsley said, finally dropping Jewel on the bed and he sat beside her
“Well we’re glad you woke up, by the way you always ride home with Kingsley but when it happened, he insisted I take him to our house, why?* Love asked
“She never allows me to drive her to her house, she drops at the nearest bus stop always but now I know it” Kingsley replied
” Anyways… thanks for waking up, we love you” Ronny said
“Yeah we love you, I love you” Jasmine winked
“Stop Jax before I kill you” Kingsley laughed
” Mum and dad are off to London and we don’t know when they’re coming back so when your wound finally heals up, maybe after a week… we’ll hold a BACK TOGETHER party for jerk and witch in our house!” Veera said
” I can’t wait!” Jewel said
“Me too” Kingsley replied and pecked her

Kingsley still has to stay in the hospital for at least a week till he’ll be fully ok before discharge so everyone has to come everyday to check on him, Kingsley fired the guards immediately
Bianca and Kay only call on phone to ask of his well being and Immediately he told them he’s fine,they hung up
“Are they really my parents?* Kingsley said to himself
It’s actually only Jewel with him that night, it’s his fourth day in the hospital
“You don’t have to think about them, just focus on your life Kingsley” she said beside him on the bed
” I really want to, but do you know how much it hurts if you don’t have your parents beside you when you need them?, Though they’re of no use to me anyways but….I’m just tired” he said sadly
” Sorry baby, ignore them like I’ve always said, you’ll be fine, just ignore them like Veera” Jewel said, holding his face
He felt like smashing his l-ips on hers that moment and just k-ss her hærd but…he’s being patient
He hugged her tightly
“Thanks for staying with me, thanks for not forsaking me” he said
“And I’m sorry about how I reacted during Mandy’s case, for the unpicked calls and ignored messages, but you know I love you so much right?” She said
” Of course, if you hadn’t behaved like that, that means you don’t love me, behaving like that only means you love me dearly and won’t want to see me with another girl, and you know I love you more Jewel, I can’t live without you swears, I really do love you, I don’t know how it happened but I just find myself falling and falling for you, I’m still falling in love with you right now despite the fact that I’m already insanely in love with you, what did you do to me witch, did you cast a spell on me?’ he said, rubbing her earlobe with his right thumb
“Yes, I casted a love spell on you” she replied
“Can you make it everlasting?, The one I won’t be able to break till forever?” He asked
” Of course, you’ve been caught in my web and you can never find an escape route” she replied
” I love you Jewel” Kingsley said and pecked her l-ips, he made to pull away but she pulled him back into the k-ss and deepened it
“Damn, I miss this” she said into the k-ss
“I missed this so much .. very much” he said and pulled the cover clothe over their heads

Two days later**
“This annoying sun again” Natalie said, coming down from her car in front of a grocery store
She used her sunglasses and unbuttoned the chestnut buttons in her jacket, she pulled it off before entering the store
She picked her basket and started picking what she needs
“Salt… Oil, low fat chicken, cackleberry, … Seasonings, onions, tomatoes, pepper paste, I need rice too…then noodles…” She kept talking as she picked
” Natalie?” A male voice called from behind and she looked back to see Artemis
“Art” she said
“Artemis” he replied
“Well isn’t that the short form of your name?’ she said
“Art?, How odd” he replied
“You come to the grocery too?” She asked
“I followed a friend, we have maids at home so I don’t need to shop by myself” he replied
” Whosh!, I think I need to tryout this maid of a thing, Richmond has refused to get one” she replied
” Maybe he feels uncomfortable with maids, some prefer doing their things by themselves” Artemis said
” I really don’t care, I’m getting a maid soon…so crybaby what do you do?” She asked
” Crybaby?” Artemis said
“Of course, you were crying like a baby while reconciling with Jax” she smiled, walking already while he moved beside her, picking things with her
” Silly…well I’m a graduate and I manage dad’s company though it’s a lot of work and that’s why Jax will join me after he graduates from highschool before going to college, what about you?” He asked
” I managed my grandpa’s company in Manchester before coming home, right now he hired a caretaker for the company till I’ll go back there with Richmond” Natalie replied
” So after Richmond graduates, he’s leaving with you” Artemis said
“Sure” she replied
” Cool…” Artemis replied
” Hey bud!, I’m done!” A guy called from the other side
“That’s my friend, I need to go” Artemis said
“Wait!” Natalie quickly said
” Yes?”
” Can I…… have….your ….. num… ber?” She asked shyly, bringing out her phone
“It’ll be my pleasure” Artemis replied and took her phone, he typed his number and she called his line immediately, his phone rang in his pocket
“That’s my number” she said and waved as he left
She smiled and saved his number before leaving to pay for the stuffs she got

“You asked for a guy’s number?, Who’s he?” Richmond asked when she got home and told him
” Crybaby” she replied
“Crybaby?”
“Art”
“Art?”
“Ok fine!, Artemis” she replied, looking away
“I said it!, Oh m gee!, I need to order my suit, I’ll soon be eating wedding cake” Richmond gushed, playing with her hair
” Whatever” Natalie rolled eyes
“But you’re bold, asking a guy for his number is what most girls find hærd to do” he said
” I know right?, But it’s nothing hærd” she replied
” Hi!” Pearl said by the door
“My best part!, Come on in” Natalie said, w¡dening her arms
She came in and hugged her..
“I’d rather go in than be ignored when you both start the ladies talk” Richmond said and went in
“I don’t know why but I’m always happy to be around you” Pearl confessed
“I’m blushing hærd, well I’m easy to like anyways, how has been your day!” Natalie asked
“It has been cool” she replied
” It has been cool ?, Are you sure?, When you know Jewel is in the hospital with Kingsley” she said
Pearl looked at her questioningly
” When you know they might be cuddling and k-ssing right now” Natalie said
Pearl folded her palms uncomfortably
“I know you like him, I mean Kingsley” Natalie said
“Huh?’
” Huh huh….yeah I know, the scene I saw during the rescue, how you were so aggressive while fighting and the emotions on your face when you saw him, I got it immediately” Natalie said
” I’m so sorry” Pearl said, picking on her nails
Natalie stood from the couch she’s sitting on to sit beside Pearl
“I understand how you feel when your sister have what you want for yourself, but I’m sure you know the right thing” Natalie said
” Letting him go?” Pearl said
” Sure”
” But that’s so hærd to do, at first I loved him a lot, that was when he’s not into Jewel yet, I’ll always hope that he’ll notice me, I dress to school because of him and will do everything possible to get noticed, he once k-ssed me though I pushed him away and slapped him,…. but when he started feeling for Jewel, I found myself growing obsessive, I want him for myself by all means and I planned to go any length to separate then cos my thirst for him kept getting stronger everyday just like a vampire thirsty for blood, I’ll always grow wild with fury anytime I see them together and on the night he k-ssed her neck, I almost died Natalie cos it hurts so much, I hated Jewel with passion and will always be happy when she has clashes with Kingsley even till now I can’t deny the fact that I still feel hatred for my sister, I wanted to stop but I find it difficult cos she kept getting closer and closer to Kingsley, the more they get closer, the more I hate her and when they started dating, I felt like killing my sister and almost can’t believe I had such thoughts about her but I just couldn’t control it, I created a monster in,side me whose food is to always see Jewel and Kingsley apart but is seems at every trial, their bond kept growing stronger and that too is so annoying” Pearl said and tears is already trickling down her pretty face
Natalie held her hands and made her face herself
“So from love it grew to obsession” she said and Pearl nodded
” And now what exactly do you want?” Natalie asked
“I dunno, I just know that… when I saw Jewel looking at Kingsley’s unconscious face on the laptop and felt happy, I felt a bit of pity for her” she replied
” What has been your view of her from the start?” Natalie asked
” To be honest I’ve always envied my sisters even Beverly..I feel like Love is prettier, Jewel is more curvy and Beverly is more cute, I’ve always felt inferior till I met you and you told me I’m beautiful, I was fascinated by it and i really felt better, that’s why I can’t help but adore you” Pearl replied
” Feeling inferior breeds jealousy, envy is another bringer of jealousy too and that’s why it was so easy for you to get jealous and hate her, but the pity you felt for her like you said shows that you’re not bad Pearl, you still love her” Natalie said
” And now I feel bad, I’ve been hating my sister cos of a guy” Pearl cried more
“It’s ok baby, it’s ok, come here” Natalie said and hugged her tightly, touching her hair gently and letting her tears w-t her shoulder
“You’ll get over him I promise, you’ll get your own prince charming” Natalie said
” I really want to… please help me” Pearl said, tightening the hug as she continued crying
Richmond smiled from the stairs where he has been watching from
