Part three

🥀 Xander’s POV🥀

Taking the elevator to the last floor which lead to the VIP section, I make my way to her room but as I was about to open the door to where she is, I heard Mia’s voice then I began to wonder how she got here.

But I thought she didn’t come here with her parent and how come? Maybe she just arrived like me,I thought then my dad pushed the door open before I could even listen to their conversation.

The moment the door was opened,I was pushed in,side sudden so I didn’t bother looking behind me knowing it would be no one other than my dad so I decided to act normal and walk towards Serena mom who lay on her bed with her husband trying to keep her calm.

He was petting her and telling her things that’s making her smile while she continue to chuckled not until her husband noticed me and announced my arrival which made her turn around.

Seeing me, her eyes went wide and she sat up instantly while her husband tried to make her comfortable but still, she moved his hand away and sat up with anger written on her face.

” What are you looking for? Why did you allow them in here!” She yelled at us while we wonder what went wrong because she should be thanking me already for bringing her in there before she end up dead.

Even her husband self was wondering what went wrong with the way she is acting up this moment instead of being kind of thankful to me. I thought as I take another step towards her only for her to scre-m at me.

” Don’t you dare take a step nearer!” She yelled while I paused and didn’t bother taking any step forward as I stare at her with wide eyes staring at her for an explanation.

” If we weren’t made to give you our daughter before you strike a deal with us, am sure she would not be dead by now, I won’t be here neither instead, I will still see her smiling down at me.

But the moment you came into our lives, she started distancing herself from us and we were always starting our day with an argument and always ending it with the same argument which is about no one but you.

I should have given up on my daughter getting married to you but I thought she would have peace of mind with someone like you and I also thought she would stop staying up all night but I never knew you were just a bunch of bad lucks in your family.

Only if I had known, my daughter wouldn’t have been made a sacrifice she was being used as right now!” She yelled angrily at me while throwing her drugs at me but they didn’t even move more than two inches away from me which pissed her off more…

Xander’s POV

I should have given up on my daughter getting married to you but I thought she would have peace of mind with someone like you and I also thought she would stop staying up all night but I never knew you were just a bunch of bad lucks in your family.

Only if I had known, my daughter wouldn’t have been made a sacrifice she was being used as right now!” She yelled angrily at me while throwing her drugs at me but they didn’t even move more than two inches away from me which pissed her off the more.

” You should be buried ten feet below and away from human you animal!” She yelled then her husband tried to stop her from getting off the bed with the way she was shouting and trying to get off the bed she was placed on.

” Just go, for now, I will see you later and we will talk. By then, I would have talked to her and her anger would have died down. Remember the doctor said not to make her too angry or make her scre-m so much.” Her husband said and I nodded.

“Am sorry for whatever loss I have caused you and your family, I pray you to find a place in your heart to forgive me. And I want you to know am not in support of this marriage like your daughter isn’t in support of this union but it’s like both of our parents have something they aren’t telling us.

So if you want to hold someone responsible for what happened to you and your family, you should hold them responsible for your daughter’s death.” I said pointing at the two humans behind me that portray themselves as a parent before bowing my head and turning around to leave but her next word stopped me.

” Am sure your parents just put you through this to apologize on behalf of them, this is not through from your heart so get out of my room now you piece of sh*t!” She yelled and I walk away making my way out of the room.

Making my way downstairs, I walk out of the hospital straight to my car then I drove out of the hospital compound.

” We are heading home,” I said and he nodded then bow before driving out if the hospital.

The moment he drove into the house, I get down before he could park the car then I make my way into my house.

Entering into the bathroom, I shower then came downstairs for my already served dinner.

I was halfway gone before I remembered that I had a sick maid which was the cause of her pain at the moment.

” Is she okay already?” I asked not looking up to one person in particular and one of them replied saying she is asleep while I continue to eat…

Part three

Mia’s POV

I couldn’t help but feel happy the moment everything went like this, Xander has been released, she wouldn’t feel somehow if I have Xander to myself since she has rejected him already.

Now, it’s time for me to make use of all I have and bring Xander home to me. It’s time to get the contract with Xander’s parents and have my wedding done, I thought smiling in that I will be Xander’s wife very soon.

” You have to call them to continue to pick up their contract in my house by tomorrow morning.” She said pointing at her husband who was trying to help her lay comfortably.

He nodded his head knowing if he doesn’t do that, he would not be able to get the wife this calm and cool after so much stress he has passed through to get her the way she is.

” You didn’t say anything did you?” His wife asked looking at him while waiting for him to say something rather than having to the muted like he is right now.

” I will have him come to carry his things, not only the contract, I mean everything he gave us because of their Union.” He said making his wife hum in support of what he just said and she smiled at him touching his head.

Mom and dad continue to discuss with them while I was just left alone to think about my things myself till I was ten minutes after eight mom and dad told them they would be heading out now but they would always come back to check upon them.

Taking my leave after placing a k-ss on their forehead each and promising to be the daughter they crave for to them also make sure they don’t feel the loss of the daughter they have within, I wish them a good night rest before stepping out of the room to wait for dad.

” Mia, what do you think?” Dad asked and I look up to stare at him, wondering what he is talking about while pretending not to understand what he is trying to say at the moment even though I know it was no one but Xander that he is talking about.

” Mia… Come on don’t act like this.” Dad said and we busted into laughter while mom shook her head for us.

” Dad… Am not like anyhow, I don’t just under what you are trying to say
” I said with that innocent smile playing on my l-ips while dad roughly my hair and I pouted because he just scattered the hair I spent so much time to make this calm.

” Since they don’t care anymore about Xander and his feelings anymore, it means you have him yourself already or what do you think?” Dad asked…
