The car almost hit him, but he was quick to stand.

“If you’re tired of living then go die in your house!” The driver of the car shouted at him as he walked grudgingly out of the road.

He didn’t bother to hide or go back home till he got to a tattooist shop where he gets weed from.

“DM!” The shop owner hailed immediately he came in

He’s a man in his early thirties, his hair is in dreadlocks.

“Dwayne Miller!, One and only DM living!, Why the tears and why are you wet?, Are you ok?” He asked, looking at his face.

Dwayne fell on the chair in front of him and almost passed out, but he held his face.

“If you close those f**king eyes then no weed for you anymore!” He shouted, and Dwayne managed to keep his eyes open.

“I’ll get you a towel” the guy said and rushed to one of the rooms

He came back with a towel which Dwayne dried his hair with, then he sat in front of him.

“What’s Poppin?” He asked with concern.

“Gimme weed Zach, I need it badly” Dwayne replied, and he opened a drawer which he brought out a pack of weed from.

Dwayne took it and quickly rolled it.

Immediately he lightened it and took a puff, he started crying again.

“DM, seriously?” Zach said.

“Have you ever been in love?” Dwayne asked, and Zach rested back before bursting into a biosterous laughter.

“F**k!, Bad boy in love?, That shit is total foggy smoke maaan!” He said.

“You won’t understand” Dwayne replied.

“My first love broke my heart and I almost drank toilet water when I got drunk, so I understand, what’s your story?” Zach asked, and Dwayne stood.

“Not tonight”

“Whatever it is, just take it easy” Zach said.

Dwayne didn’t look back as he started walking out.

“When are you drawing your next tattoo?, I have fine samples ready!” Zach shouted, and Dwayne stopped.

He looked back slowly.

“My next tattoo will be her name, but not now” he said and eventually left the shop.

It has stopped raining by now.

He was smoking without caring about anyone as he walked the roadside, and when her words hit him again….

“WHATEVER YOU DO WITH YOUR LIFE IS NONE OF MY BUSINESS”

Another tear slipped out of his eyes, and he took a long puff from the weed.

He swallowed the smoke instead of puffing it out, and his head banged.

“F**k!” He held it tight and squatted beside the road as blood came out of his nose.

Mary was driving past, and she saw him through her window.

She wanted to stop the car and come out, but she stopped herself and just drove away.

Dwayne kept squatting there, holding his head.

“AHH!!, My head!!”

EVEREST BANK

Rona came out and yawned hungrily, then her stomach made funny sounds.

“I’m so hungry, Nana should come fast” she muttered, holding her stomach.

“Wanna go eat dinner with me?” Richard suddenly asked beside her.

“You scared me!” She held her chest, stepping back from him

He smiled and came closer, but she stepped back again.

He changed totally today, and she has been wondering why he suddenly became friendly. He even smiled throughout.

“The whole Washington and beyond knows me as your boyfriend, so why running?” He smiled.

“The whole Washington thinks that way cos you made it happen, I’m not yours Mr Stallone” Rona scoffed, and he smiled again.

A taxi stopped in front of the bank, and Nana came out.

“What happened to your forehead!, The bruises on your face, and your hair!” Rona shouted.

“Bullying?” Richard said.

“It’s nothing, I deserve it anyways, let’s go get something to eat first” Nana replied.

“Was already starving” Rona said and grabbed her hand, but Richard grabbed Rona’s hand too.

“Are you guys going to eat dinner?” He asked.

“Yes, sisters dinner so leave us alone!” Rona shot.

“No, I want to go too” he replied.

“Mr Stallone” Nana smiled, and he went to her.

“I’ll drive you guys in my car, come on. And the dinner is on me” he said, taking Nana to his car.

“Richard!… I mean… Mr Stallone… gawd…. leave me alone!!!” Rona shouted frustratingly.

“You can call me Richard, I don’t mind, babe” he winked, pushing her into the car too.

He drove them to the most expensive resturant around, and immediately they settled down, Rona blinked.

“Hey, I never said an expensive resturant” she mouthed.

“I hate eating in a poor resturant” Richard replied.

“I mean…I prefer resturants with low bills like twenty dollars or even lower” Rona said.

“Twenty dollars?, When you’re not eating grass” Richard replied.

“Richard!” Rona snapped, and he smiled.

“Isn’t it sweet that my name sounds s*xy on your lips?” He said naughtily, and she pulled his ear.

“I’m still your GM, Rona!” He shouted.

Nana wasn’t even looking at them. Instead, her mind is with Dwayne.

Will he still be waiting???

A waiter brought the menu, and Richard took it.

“All the fifth page and your signature wine, I want a full table” he said, returning the menu.

“Wait, how much is the full table?” Rona asked.

“1.5 million dollars” the waiter replied.

“Mwo!” Rona spranged up, but Richard pulled her back.

“When we’re not eating a human” she said.

“Calm down, 1.5 is nothing” he winked, and she kept looking at him.

“Good girl, keep staring” he said, and that was when she turned her face away.

“Meet Nana, my baby sis” she introduced.

“She’s cuter than you” Richard replied.

“Whatever” Rona giggled.

“Young girl, you look pensive and disturbed” Richard said, and Nana quickly covered up with a smile.

“I’m fine Mr Stallone”

The orders arrived, and it was indeed a full table.

“Eat up, sisters” Richard said, and Rona went closer to Nana.

She held her face gently.

“I know you’re in love with Dwayne” she said, and Nana blinked slowly.

“Right from the dinner night at the Millers, I saw how you were staring at him, and how you avoided his eyes when he looked your way. You’ve never stared at a guy that way cos I know about your hatred for them, and that’s when I found out you have a crush on him” she said.

“Big sis….

“It was your first trial at love, and I understand it’s uncontrollable, though not telling Shane how you truly feel was wrong”

“I know” she replied, and Rona nodded.

“You don’t have to throw away your happiness for anyone, if I were you, I’d follow my heart” she said, and Nana smiled.

“You know what to do, I trust you” Rona said, and Nana hugged her tightly.

“I love you so much big sis, you’re the best”

“I love you more gummy bear” Rona stroked her hair.

“Can we eat now?” Richard said.

JKR RESTURANT

Immediately Shane finished his shift, he changed back into his clothes and left the resturant.

Jisoo ran after him and held him.

“Ma’am” he blinked once.

“I heard about what my foolish daughter did, and I’m sorry, it must have been so hard” she said, and he smiled sadly.

“You don’t have to worry, I’ll be fine”

“Are you breaking up?” Jisoo asked.

“I’m not sure” he replied, and she sighed.

“Take care of yourself”

“You too ma’am” he smiled lightly, and she let him go.

He left in a taxi, and she inhaled.

“Poor him”

SHANE’S PLACE~THIRTY MINUTES LATER

Shane has two bottles of alcohol in front of him, drinking seldomly from them as he stared into space, thinking about Nana

It’s clear that she made a fool out of him, it’s so lucid that she feels nothing for him, but letting go of her is so darn hard to do

How is he supposed to let go of his first love just like that???

It’s harder than he thought, and he’s even going more crazy than he already was

He drank another gulp, and Aura came in.

“Shane, you’re still drinking again?” She knelt beside him, and he looked up slowly.

“Aura” he smiled and made to drink again, but she took the bottles from him.

“You just have to let her go, she’s not meant to stay. I’ll help you get over her” She said.

“It’s not that easy” he replied, and she was about to talk again when she saw the necklace on his neck.

“That…that necklace” she said, touching the one on her neck too. They’re same.

“Wait…. they’re the same” he said.

Maxine came in that moment.

“Clear the road for SmokyMax!!!” She screamed.

“My baby!!!” Aura rushed to hug her tightly.

“You were so busy all day, no time to congratulate you” she said.

Shane widened his arms immediately they broke it, and she rushed into his arms.

“Congratulations girlfriend” he smiled.

“Thanks big brother, I love you” she replied.

“I love you too SmokyMax” he replied, and she giggled.

“Come take a look at my car!” She gushed.

“Car?” Aura said, and they all rushed out to see a freaking Bugatti divo!

“Jesus!” Shane screamed.

“Oh my Geez!” Aura shouted.

“My agency sponsored it, and tommorow we’re moving out of this house to my mansion!” Maxine said.

“Gawd…. Max” Shane hugged her again.

THE MILLERS

Bianca was sitting in the living room, chatting with the girls on the GC, looking guilty.

CARMEN: Girls, should we just take turns to kill ourselves?

CECE: Been thinking about that, we turned our backs on her completely, I’m so ashamed.

BIANCA: We’ll apologize, though I’m not expecting her to forgive us, we’re worse.

The doorbell rang immediately, and Bianca got it.

Her eyes widened when she saw Mr Windsor.

“Mr Windsor?”

Mary came downstairs, and she blinked shockingly immediately.

“Mary Miller, longest time” he said, coming in with four guards.

“Let’s talk in the study sir” Mary led him in, and Bianca kept standing, wondering what they’re gonna talk about.

Immediately Mr Windsor settled down with Mary in the study, he went straight to the point.

“My son in place of the debt?” Her eyes widened.

“My daughter is so in love with him, who do you think processed his bailing from the station the other time?, it was her, so think well” he replied.

“I need time” Mary said.

“You have two weeks”

NEXT DAY~WSU

Thanks to Rona, Nana got her courage back this morning, and she boldly went to school.

Rona took her to a saloon last night, and her hair was given a regular cut, though it’s now short but it’s better than the zigzag cut.

She’s hairy, so she’ll get her long hair back in about two weeks.

Her forehead is still plastered, but the pains refused, thanks to Rona’s treatment. She even gave her a back massage.

Nana smiled again and stepped into the campus, then the murmurs started again.

She held her head up without fidgeting, and immediately she got to the linguistics hallway, Serena and Riley appeared, blocking her.

“You’re really bold, what are you doing here?” Riley asked.

Her arm has a bandage as a result of Dwayne’s scissors.

“Get out of the way, fake @ss” Nana replied.

🗣️ Whoaa!!!

“At least I still have fake, and I’m hot, but you lack both the fake and original” Riley replied.

“Stop calling yourself hot, the only thing you can turn on is the microwave” Nana scoffed.

“What did you just say?” Serena stepped forward.

“You heard me right, grandma” Nana replied, and Serena waved a tissue in front of her.

“Here’s a tissue, you have a little bull*hit on your lips” she said, and everyone laughed.

“You’re so ugly that when you were born, your mother said WHAT A TREASURE, and your dad said YEAH, LET’S GO BURY IT” Nana replied.

“How dare you!” Serena spat and made to slap her, but someone appeared and held the hand.

Carmen.

Bianca and CeCe are behind her.

“Slap her and I’ll make your death look like an accident” Carmen said.

🗣️ Geezus!

Serena took her hand from Carmen, then she left angrily with Riley.

Nana faced the girls, and when they made to talk to her, she walked away.

Dwayne is not in school, and Nana got worried as usual.

She left him in the rain last night. Is he ok?

Shane only came in in the middle of the class, and he left before it ended.

She received a text from him.

★I AND MAXINE ARE RELOCATING TODAY, WILL CALL YOU LATER… I LOVE YOU★

She sighed after reading it, and she left the class immediately it ended, bumping into Rudy by the door.

“Have you seen Dwayne?, He’s not picking his calls” he said worriedly.

“Oh….no” she replied, and he smiled.

“I love your courage though, right behind you” he said, and they hit knuckles before he left her.

“Dwayne…” She muttered worriedly, biting her lip before rushing out of the block.

She left school immediately.

Rudy was still trying Dwayne’s line worriedly when he bumped into CeCe.

Immediately he saw her, he made a sour face and started leaving, but she grabbed him.

“I know you’re mad at BCC, but…

“But I’m not ready to talk to you guys” he cut her off and took his arm roughly, then he started leaving.

“Rudy!” She called, but he never looked back till he went out of sight.

“Shit, he hates me” CeCe muttered and faced the other side where she met Bianca standing.

She froze as she came closer.

“You said you don’t came a crush on him” she said, and CeCe smiled nervously.

“Of course Bianca”

“Better” Bianca replied.

“You have a crush on him?” CeCe asked.

“Yeah” Bianca replied.

“What!”

JOLLY RESTURANT~7PM

Dwayne has been there since last night, drinking without stopping.

He has been drunk since the first few bottles, and he’s still drinking.

He has more than one crate of alcohol beside him.

Nana came to the resturant twice already, but Terri lied to her that he’s not there, so she left.

Dwayne was saying incoherent things as he drank the eleventh bottle, laughing funnily.

“I’m so cute!, I know…. Seriously”

He stood and started crawling on the ground like a baby.

“Mummy!” He laughed again before falling flat on the ground, then he started rolling around.

“I want to suck breast!” He cried.

“Breast!!!”

“I’m so hungry! … B**bs!!!”

He was seriously crying, and Honey came in.

Terri actually called her.

“Aww, how cute!” She smiled, squatting beside him.

“I want breast” he pouted cutely, and she chuckled.

“You’ll have mine, baby” she said.

With the help of Terri, she took him out and got him in her car, then she gave him a bail of cash.

“Thanks miss” he smiled, and she drove away.

“I do anything that brings money, just money!” He laughed, checking out the cash.

“Terri!” Nana called from behind, and he faced her shockingly.

“Wasn’t that Dwayne?, You got him into Honey’s car just now, but you said he’s not here” she said.

She was actually coming to check the resturant for the third time when she saw the scene.

“I do anything that brings money, sorry” Terri said and left.

“Shit” Nana quickly got in a taxi and started chasing after Honey’s car.

The car stopped in front of a hotel, and Honey took in drunk Dwayne.

She booked a room and took her in all by herself.

Immediately she entered the elevator, Nana rushed into the hotel and entered the next elevator before the guards could stop her.

She pressed just any button, and she was lucky.

She got out at the seventh floor, and she saw Honey taking Dwayne into a room already.

She rushed to the door and took a deep breath before knocking.

“Room service?, I don’t need any” Honey replied from inside.

She knocked again.

“Get the f**k away!” Honey shouted, opening the door.

She’s already half naked, ready to f**k Dwayne.

“Kim Rubbish?” She said shockingly.

“Bitter leaf” Nana replied and punched her on the nose.

Honey fell in with a bleeding nose, and Nana came in with her, shutting the door.

Dwayne is in bed, spewing rubbish in his drunk state, but immediately she came in, he sat up, and he smiled.

“Aww!, My lucky charm is here!” He said cutely, palming his face.

“How dare you!” Honey stood and punched Nana on the face.

“Ssi-Bal!” Nana spat and punched her back in the mouth.

“2-1!” Dwayne shouted.

Honey made to return the punch, but Nana grabbed her hair and threw her on the ground before slapping her soundly.

“3-1! Aww!, My lucky charm is winning!” Dwayne shouted drunkenly again.

“He’s mine ok?, Mine!” Honey said from the ground.

“I belong to my lucky charm!” Dwayne replied sharply, pouting cutely afterwards.

“And who’s your lucky charm?” Nana asked.

“Nana!, baby Nana!” Dwayne shouted cutely, waving his arms in the air like a kid.

“Heard that?” Nana smiled, and when Honey made to stand, she kicked her back.

“4-1!, I love you baby Nana!!!”
