There’s no denying that I deserve whatever misery and tragedy that’s coming my way considering what I’ve done in the past. I have no excuse and I’m ready to bear all the consequences of my actions. My only regret about all this was that the innocent Morenike was about to pay the price of something she had no part in.
So presently as I was still in my unconscious state, I was awoken by a cold splash of water that filled my nostrils and ear lubes. After shaking off the water from my face, I realized that I was stripped open from my w–st upwards and tied to a chair. In that moment as I looked around trying to figure out where I was, I s₱0tted Morenike who was unconscious, her hands and feet had been chained to the wall. I struggled hærd trying to break free from my bounds so that I could help her but before that could happen, a sharp blow landed on the left side of my face stunning me painfully.
Whilst I was still dazed by that unexpected punch, someone whom I hoped I’d never see again showed up in the room and stood in front of me. I couldn’t bear to look into the eyes of the very person that was responsible for turning me into the terrible person I was once. Vixen who was still standing in front of me, stretched out her hand and grabbed my face turning it to her direction. She lowered her face close to mine and gave me a dirty k×ss.

Vixen ➡ Mmmm.. Oh Chris, I’ve missed these l-ips of yours.
.

Chris ➡ Get away from me.
.

Vixen ➡ Aren’t you happy to see me? Aren’t you excited to see the very woman that has molded you into a man. I gave you a future. I am your everything.
.

Chris ➡ NO! you’re nothing but a curse and a disease. You didn’t give me a future, all you did was manipulate and take advantage of me to do your bidding.

Vixen ➡ You ungrateful dog! How dare you bite the hands that fed you? After everything I’ve done you’ve decided to pay in me this manner.

Chris ➡ I don’t owe you anything. I left because nothing good came out of staying with you. The life I live now is way better and peaceful.
.

Vixen ➡ My first intention was to kill you if I ever found you but first I decided to calm down and hear your reason for deserting me. I’m disappointed in you Chris and you’re going to pay the price for what you did.

Chris ➡ Go ahead, kill me. I’m ready to die.
.

Vixen ➡ (laughs) Kill you? No, no, no. I’m going to take everything that is precious to you. BOYS, BRING IN THE PACKAGE.

In that moment, Vixen’s goon brought in a small box and dropped it in front of her. She kicked the box down towards me but it fell and opened letting out whatever is it that was in,side it. Immediately I saw what came out of the box, I gasped in horror and looked away angrily.
Here right next to my right foot was Snake’s decapitated head. Vixen laughed as she saw the look on my face. Although I was really angry, I was also devastated by the cruel demise that had befallen snake. If it wasn’t for me he’d still be alive by now. In that moment, I yelled and cursed at Vixen struggling hærd to break free from my bounds but before that could happen, Vixen signaled her goons to rough me up which they did without hesitation.
If only I could break free from my bounds, these goons wouldn’t stand a chance against me. Before things could get nasty for me, Morenike’s sudden outburst saved me from further beating. Everyone was surprised when they heard Morenike’s voice, she must have awaken while I was getting a beat down. Seeing that Morenike had woken up from her sleep, Vixen approached and stood next to her staring back at my face.

Vixen ➡ Finally, you’re awake.
.

Morenike ➡ What is going on here?
.

Chris ➡ VIXEN! let her go. She has nothing to do with this.
.

Vixen ➡ I don’t think so. Tell me sweetheart. Is Chris your boyfriend?
.

Morenike ➡ Yes.
.

Vixen ➡ There you have it. No wonder he deserted me. You’re truly a lovely lady. Just look at you ; pretty, full, s××y.

Chris ➡ Stay away from her, Vixen.

Morenike ➡ Why are you doing this to Chris? I don’t know what he did but please forgive him. He’s a really nice guy and…

Vixen ➡ (laughs) NICE GUY!? Boys, do you hear that? This b-tch thinks Chris is nice. Little girl, do you have any idea who Chris is?

Vixen ➡ Judging from your answer, I’m sure you don’t know. Well, I’ll make it easy for you. Chris is a killer, an assassin. He’s killed lots of people and the bodies he piled is enough to build a mountain with it. Look at his chiseled body and the marks on it. Is that the body of an ordinary guy?

Morenike ➡ Chris… What is talking about? Are you really an assassin?

As much as I wanted to deny that statement, there’s no point in doing that cause the damage had already been done. It’s my fault for not telling Morenike about my past but what kind of lady would willingly agree to date a guy that was once a killer?

Morenike ➡ Chris, answer me.

Chris ➡ Yes, it’s true. I was a killer. I can’t erase the past but I’m telling you now Morenike, I’m not that guy anymore, I’ve changed.

Chris ➡ NO! you corrupted and turned me into what I used to be. I never asked for it, you used and manipulated me. It doesn’t matter what I say now, I don’t have any excuse. I know what I did and I’m ready to face the consequences. Morenike, I’m sorry for bringing you into this, I never meant for any of this to happen. Please don’t hate me.

Vixen ➡ It doesn’t matter now. I’m sure she despises you for roping her into this. Did you honestly think that you can walk away and start a new life? You think you can be good?
.

Morenike ➡ He is good and that fact that he changed from what he used to be proves that. For the record, I don’t hate him. Nobody is innocent in this world.
.

No words could describe how pleased I was after hearing Morenike’s statement. I wasn’t expect her to say something like this but this shows that there are people who understand. Vixen on the other hand wasn’t pleased by this at all, she showed her displeasure by assaulting Morenike.

Vixen ➡ B-tch! You think you’re some easy and understanding person abi?
.

Chris ➡ LET HER GO!
.

Vixen ➡ I think I know why you left. It’s because of this b-tch isn’t it?

Chris ➡ She has no part in this. LET HER GO.

Vixen ➡ I don’t think so. Not only did you desert me but you chose this b-tch over me. Killing you won’t make up for your betrayal but I know what will.

Chris ➡ Don’t you dare touch her.

Motivated by rage, I tilted the chair I sat on backwards smashing it hærd on the ground and fortunately for me, the chair was old and made out of wood. As soon as I had gotten free, I knocked out some of Vixen’s goons that came at me before heading towards the venomous b-tch herself. I knuckled my fists so hærd and gathered all my strength to knock her and make her my hostage but then something unexpected happened.
As I threw my punch with all my might, Vixen blocked it by holding my knuckle in her right hand. What Vixen makes up in deception and cunning, she lacks strength. She’s the kind of person that avoids direct confrontation and whenever chaos ensues, Vixen watches the the sidelines.

Chris ➡ It can’t be.
.

Vixen ➡ I see you’re shocked. You never expected me to block your punch. If I might guess, I could swear that you were going for the kill cause your punch packed a lot.

Chris ➡ Let’s see you block this then.
.

In that moment, I swung out my right leg hærd trying to break Vixen’s ribs but to my surprise, she caught my leg and swung me around effortlessly before slamming me hærd onto the ground.

Morenike ➡ CHRIS!!
.

Chris ➡ (coughs violently)… How?
.

Vixen ➡ Oh Chris, this is what happens when you desert people. Things happen, amazing things. Months ago, I came across an supernatural being that gave me powers and all she wanted in return was loyalty. She also promised some juicy tips that I couldn’t resist, things like…. Immortality and thousands of years free from hell. (Laughs)
.

Morenike ➡ You mad foolish b-tch! Only God can grant internal life and there’s no such thing as avoiding hell.
.

Vixen ➡ (laughs) God!? What God!? God doesn’t exist not after what I’ve seen. Whoever that being was, she made me see things in a different light.
.

Chris ➡ You sold your soul to you devil because of this?
.

Vixem ➡ Yes and you can have this too if you return to me.
.

Chris ➡ No, I’d rather take my chances.
.

Vixen ➡ So be it then. BOYS, PROCEED.

Morenike ➡ (struggling) NO! Let go of me.
.

Before I could get back on my feet to help Morenike, Vixen approached me and pinned me down to watch what was about to happen to my girlfriend. The goons ripped Morenike’s clothes and began to assault her s××ually by car×ssing her body violently. I tried to look away but Vixen held my head up forcing me to watch. After the goons had stripped Morenike n-ked, they unchained her and pinned her to the ground trying to penetrate her. I felt horrified as I hear Morenike’s s¢ræms of plead, I felt devastated that I couldn’t do anything to help but then before Morenike could get defiled, another strange thing occured.

Suddenly, there was a series of loud s¢ræms and rumble outside the building we were in and within a matter of seconds all was quiet. Before we could figure out what was happening, hundreds and thousands of spiders began to drop on us spurning webs all around and as if that wasn’t crazy enough, giant black serpents began to emerge from the shadows around us. Vixen’s goons shot the snakes but nothing seems to be working and immediately they witnessed this, Vixen’s goons began to freak out.

Vixen ➡ WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING!?.
.

Goon 1 ➡ NA JUJU… NA JUJU O.
.

Vixen ➡ DON’T JUST STAND THERE. SHOOT THEM.
.

Goon 2 ➡ E NO DEY WORK!
.

Broken mentally by fear, Vixen’s goons took off like antelopes running for their lives but before they could go far, they all met their demise. The webs that hung around sliced the goons in a blink of an eye as the poor fools ran through them. The guys that tried to rape Morenike met their demise in the hands of the serpents. Vixen who had moved away from me became terrified and tried to run, I wanted to make a move but Morenike stopped me from doing so.

Morenike ➡ CHRIS! don’t move.
.

Chris ➡ Why?
.

Morenike ➡ Just trust me. Don’t move.
.

I had no idea what to do. My mind was telling to run but my body wouldn’t move even when 2 serpents slithered past me but before long, I made up my mind after seeing what came next. Vixen who had already taken off headed towards the exit trying to save herself from all this but before she could get out of the place. A giant tarantula which was equal to the size of tractor descended from above and immobilized her by stinging her with venom and spinning her with it’s web.
The scene was horrific and terrifying that I was literally shaking. Despite witnessing what was going on, I still couldn’t believe it. There could be no way that there’s a spider of this size without the world knowing it and how is it even possible? After the spider was done covering Vixen in its web, it hung her upside down on the ceiling before looking straight at me and Morenike. At that moment, I gasped with shock as I saw a cute little girl on the spider’s back. I thought the spider had taken the girl for it’s meal but it turns out the girl was the one controlling the spider. Just when I thought I had seen enough super strange occurrences for the night, another unexpected thing occured.
Suddenly as I was busy staring at the giant spider in front of me, Ebinoluwa together boy and some gorgeous looking fulani girl instantly appeared into the room. It was like they appeared out of thin air. I had to twitch my eyes several times to make sure I wasn’t going crazy, Morenike who had noticed how strange I was reacting tried to calm me down.

Morenike ➡ Chris, you need to calm down.
.

Chris ➡ Calm down? Please tell me that I’m dreaming because I’m about to freak out.
.

Ebinoluwa ➡ No, you’re not dreaming. This is all real. Morenike, are you alright?
.

Morenike ➡ Yes, your timing was perfect.
.

Helen ➡ Aunty, can I fees this one to my spider?
.

Ebinoluwa ➡ NO!
.

Morenike ➡ There’s no need for that Helen.. He’s with us.
.

Helen ➡ But he knows our secret now. I promise to make it quick and clean. There will be no trace of him for anyone to find.

Riley Jr ➡ Wetin be your problem? Didn’t you hear that he’s with us?

Chris ➡ EXCUSE ME! Can you tell me what is going on?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Chris, we’ll explain everything to you but right now, we need to handle some business if you don’t mind.

Chris ➡ What?..
.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Sorry, I can’t have you watching. Sweet dreams.
.

Before I could say anything, Ebinoluwa snapped her fingers and shortly after that, I instantly collapsed on the ground and fell into a deep sleep.

OMNI-POV

After Chris had been put to sleep, Morenike confronts Ebinoluwa about her actions and the latter didn’t hesitate to give her reasons.

Morenike ➡ Why not earth would you do that?

Ebinoluwa ➡ Why not? He knows what we are. Once I’m done wrapping things up, I’m wiping his memory of this whole event.

Morenike ➡ You can’t do that. He deserves to know.
.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Tell me why?
.

Morenike ➡ Because I know his secret. It would be unfair if he doesn’t know mine.
.

Ebinoluwa ➡ And what is this secret of his?

Morenike ➡ Didn’t you read his mind?
.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Why should I?
.

Morenike ➡ Okay, Chris was an assassin.
.

Ebinoluwa ➡ This kpemú !? You’re telling me this p×$$ycat was once an assassin.

Morenike ➡ Read his mind and see if I’m lying.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Okay fine. I won’t wipe his memory but I hope he stays with you when you explain everything to him. Now, who’s that on the ceiling?

Morenike ➡ She’s the one that kidnapped me and Chris. She’s bad news and I think she knows something about the things that has been happening recently.

Ebinoluwa ➡ Is that so? . Helen, bring her down. Time to find out what that b-tch knows.
