Venessa POV 💄
“Don’t worry, what are sisters for?” She asked with a smile on her small cute face.
I pulled her into big hug while she patted my back like she always does.
“Mr Nam said we have a meeting in five minutes about our next adventure.”
I said while she picked her pen and jotter before running her hands into her bag.
“What adventure?” She asked still looking into her bag.
“I don’t know. Obviously another lie to feed people and our viewers with.”
I said squeezing my face in disgust.
” Venessa, it’s time you believe in what you do ” Mia said placing her left hand on my shoulder.
I wanted to say something but bite it back because I know it will surely come out harsh.
I don’t know why my emotions are just based on anger today.
Only God knows why I am this pissed off?I thought chewing on my lip.
“Let me tell you a secret.” She said making me turn around to look at her.
“Without you,we are nothing in this television station. Especially our reveling programs.
When you write,it always seems like you where there.” She whispered into my ear.
” I wonder why you haven’t been promoted.” She said hissing with a pained facial expression.
I don’t believe in everything she said just now. Because all I write is rubbish.

“Let go before it’s too late.” I said turning around to leave.”
“Wait!” Mia called back for me.
“Yes?” I asked not interested in whatever she wants to say again.
Especially if it’s about this supernatural stuff.
“You should hold this along because you don’t want to come out famished. ”
She said giving me a pack of cookies and Pepsi. My favorite drink.
“You are such a live safer.” I said kissing both of her cheeks.
We both walk hand in hand gisting about any guy who pas by us.
Especially those who couldn’t keep their eyes off our body.
We met the boys on their respective sit while Mr Nam stood while tapping his fingers impatiently on the table.
“We are sorry for showing up late.”I apologise for both I and Mia.
” Have your sit but don’t try this again.” He warned while we both pop yes out.
Sitting, he started talking while I noted some part which I know I might forget.
Especially those long olden days city names which can make you loose a teeth.

We where both done with the meeting and we were ask to go home so as to prepare for tomorrow adventure.
I picked my bag and lock my office door before going down to Mia’s office.
“There you are Mia.” I said rolling my eyes. She is always having two or three things to do.
“Sorry I forgot my sister said I should print some documents for her.”
She said packing some files into her bag before doing her zipper.
“Am done.” She said smiling. We both exit her office and she lock it.
Walking into the elevator, we continue our gisting about this and that.
I and Mia has been together since we were little, her dad and my dad are best of friends.
Like my dad said, they met when he relocate to where we are leaving now.
He was the one who helped him secure land for both his house and restaurant.
This makes our family and her family grow a really tight relationship.
She has a junior sister who is still in the University studying medicine.
I never for once felt like am the only child because Mia and her junior sister are always there for me.
We always spend weekend together in different Park.
Though, that was before we started working our ass off.
But still, we still spend time on Sunday evening together as a family.
She as been there when I am happy, active, down or depressed.
Especially when I was looking for job, she is always persuading me to work in her company.
Which we are both working with Now.
But it took her a whole two months to persuade me and accommodate my stupidness.
Especially how and what I do say whenever she bring up the topic.
“Mia aren’t you dropping again?” I asked looking at her.
Because it has been up to twenty minutes I have parked in front of her house.
“Do you want to say anything?” I asked cause the Mia I know will keep quiet whenever she have something to say.
“Yes I do.” She said paying with her nails which makes her look more cute.
“Am all ears Mia, anything for you.” I said persuading her to talk.
” About the blind date. “She said looking up at me but she quickly place it on another thing.
Oh God! Like seriously? Did she think am going to shout at her? I thought laughing.
“Sorry for laughing. You look like you stole mom’s meat.”
I said jokingly just to clear the tense atmosphere which is already building.
“I would, but that would be after this adventure.”
I said looking out of the window because I don’t want her to see the fear in my eyes.
“Finally! I love you!” She squeal jumping out of my car.
“No good bye?” I asked getting out of my car while I walk towards her.
“Sorry, I was just…” She didn’t get to say what she was saying.
Because I hugged her really tight letting a tear drop and roll down my cheek before cleaning it.
I don’t know why I did it but I just felt like I needed to do it.
“Mia!” I heard her junior sister called from inside.
“What was that for?” Mia asked.
“You don’t want Alice to scream her lungs out so run along.” I said not answering her question.
” Tell her I said hi!”I yelled as I entered my car and drove off…

Ryan POV 🍷
Tapping my foot on the ground,I started typing off on my phone as the man sitting in front of me for the talking.
“Mr Tiffin are you listening to me at all?” The man asked making me look up to him.
I stare at him without blinking as I search through his head for answer.
I wasn’t listening to him because am just sitting here while my mind is back to the highway.
Staring back at my equal, especially her black eyes.
They are round, beautiful and heart whelming which makes my heart jingle.
I wonder what her name is. I should have try and search through her rather than counting the second.
Shit! How I wish I can turn back the hand of time just to search through her for her name.
Just by us meeting, we have build one percent Bond between us without her knowing.

Fool! How will she know? Obviously, she is a human who don’t know how vampire bond works.
With that one percent Bond, we will be able to feel each other presence.
Although, that’s if we are few feet away from each other.
Two, we will start thinking about each other more often especially if we have nothing to do.
Also if one of us is in a relationship,it won’t work out again.
Like just a little mistake,we will start comparing them with our equal.
Whenever we seem pised off, just by remembering each other faces, we will be calm.
If she is in danger, I will feel uneasy but won’t know where it’s coming from.
Though, not all vampire can feel it because they aren’t vampire king or crown prince.
She wouldn’t be able to feel mine which it’s not fair because she is a human.
This is so damn complicated.
“You were talking about your next adventure but never mention what adventure it is.
You also said you want me to sponsor those going on that adventure. ” I summeried making him gasp.
I did stare into his eyes just to search through his memories.
That one of the gift I enjoy been a vampire crown prince.
Normally,a vampire can read your mind but can’t search through the memories of your past.
They can only do that by tasting one’s blood. But the blood should be fresh.
Else,they wouldn’t be able to search through the person memories.
“Oh…I didn’t know you where listening.” He said laughing but I can say it’s a forced one.
Because he didn’t expect I will hear what he was saying with the way I was lost in my thoughts.
“Since you heard,why don’t we close today’s meeting with your signature on this.”
He said pushing a file to my front along side his pen but I pushed the pen back.

Picking the file,I didn’t bother reading through because he said it’s a surprise to the viewers.
And I don’t feel anything like strange vibes from him. So why not be a patient person?
Signing where am to sign as the sponsorship,u push the file back while he continue thanking me.
Suddenly,I started feeling uneasy and the urge to hug the person who is on his or her way here.
Do my sister always come here? No she don’t like things like this.
The door opened and someone came stubbing into the office.
Her scent filled my lugs making my body ACH for her touch.
Both her and the MD was too busy with whatever they are doing to notice my flanges growing.
But after some seconds,I was able to make it reduce it’s length.
She pulled her hair to the other side of her. Showing her flawless smooth neck.
My flanges came out again the more I stare at her bare neck which are begging to be mark.
She look up to the man without sparing me a glance.
Not to blame her, who sit at the dark side of the office? 😌
I strolled towards her before I could stop my own legs.
She was too engrossed in what she wants to say that she didn’t notice my presence.
Until I placed my hand on her bare back. Making her shiver.
I wanted to laugh but keep my cool guy act Because of her face right now.
With the way she talk to me earlier, I thought she won’t be afraid of my touch.
“Venessa you are still on your bed. It still the same nightmare so just wake up!”
She yelled more to herself while slapping herself hard in the cheek.
But I heard because of my super fast hearing.
Only those words makes my heart ACH . Has she been seeing me in her sleep?
I thought as I smell her neck. I need to look into that later but now, I only want to take in her scent.
“Mrs Blackwell,are you okay or you have some fever?” The MD asked.
” Venessa Blackwell. What a beautiful name. “I murmured into her neck making her shiver again.
” I will call you Nessa.” With that, I nib and bite her neck a little for sometimes.
After sometimes, I stopped when I realize what I was doing.
I remove my mouth from her neck before I could mark her or drink from her.
I wonder what makes me do this.
I erased all the memories from the MD’s brain and hers…
