{ KIDNAPPED }
“Does it mean that you are breaking things off with me?” Sephy asked.
“It’s the only thing best for….where are you going?” Raphael asked when she suddenly pick up her towel.
“To the gym, I need to burn some fat” she replied.
“How can you leave when am talking about some thing very important?” He asked.
“To you it might be important but to me, it isn’t and so, I will pretend that we never had this conversation ” she replied as she left the room getting Raphael more worried and agitated.
“Boss” one of his men appeared at the door way.
“You need to see this” the guard said a while later.
Raphael sat in his office starring at the book in front of him.
“After what Don guard reveal, have been doing some investigation” the guard began.
“This is the info of all the people working in the Den, I read every one profile and I only found three people odd” he said.
“And those three people are Louis, Milly and Bluey?” Raphael asked starring at the record
“It’s the three of them that are likely to be a suspect and….” He was cut off when they heard a loud noise from outside.
“What’s that?” Raphael asked just as another guard came running in.
“Boss, an equipment from the gym has just explode” the guard informed which got Raphael out of his seat.
He took to his heels, heading straight to the gym.
All he could think of was Sephy, she had told him earlier that she was going there.
He got there to see some of the workers injure and there was no sign of Sephy.
He was about going in when his guard pulled him back.
“It’s dangerous to go In, boss”
“Sephy is in there” Raphael replied pulling out of his hold.
“She’s over here” some said and that got him going the opposite way.
He found her unconscious on one of his guards arm and immediately, Raphael pulled her into his arms.
“What’s wrong? Why is she unconscious?” Raphael asked.
“She got out on time but insisted on going back in to help those who were still stuck. She must have inhaled a lot of smoke” the guard replied.
“Take the injured to the clinic, I will take care of Sephy” he said as he lifted her into his arms and back to his quarters.

Sephy woke up to find herself back in Raphael’s room.
She sat up only to see Raphael standing by the window, his back turned to her.
“Raphael ” she called and that got him turning to her.
“So, do you still think staying with me is the best solution” he asked.
“Let’s not talk about it”
“We’ve got to talk about it. Your life was at risk once again”
“It’s the machine fault, it got faulty and….”
“And explode. The machine itself was bought from some one we know but we found out today that there’s a bomb in it. Only one person is capable of doing such a thing and that person is Don who is lusting after you” Raphael told her.
“Don is lusting after me?” Sephy asked.
“His aim isn’t me anymore but you and that’s why I want you to leave, if you are some where else, I can think straight and figure out a way to protect you” He stated.
” I don’t want to leave, figure some thing else out but don’t push me away” Sephy begged as she got out bed.
“You aren’t well enough to be….”
“I don’t care! I don’t want to leave Raphael, don’t make me leave” she said walking the few distance that separate them to give him a tight hug.
“Keeping you here will hurt you more, you’ve got to understand. I hate letting you go but it’s the best thing” he replied pulling her slightly away from him.
“It’s not the best! Can’t you see that I can’t live with out you? Being away from you is like killing me ” she said fiercely even as tears began to fall from her eyes.
Seeing this, Raphael pulled her into his arms, holding her fragile body tightly.
“If you dont leave then you will put yourself at risk and if some thing bad happens to you, I don’t know what I will do” he admitted which got her wrapping her arms around him.
“Instead of sending me away, let me help you” she suggested which got him thinking.
“Sephy, the work we do here isn’t a child play. Some times we go out and never come back, it’s risky and so am not going to put you at risk ”
“Then am not leaving either, I won’t leave you” she vowed as she held him tightly.
Raphael let out a low sigh. He needs to find a way to make her leave before some thing bad happens to her.

~ NEXT DAY ~ CITY
On hearing the door bell, Violet quickly went to open only to see Sephy standing there with her things.
“He really made you leave?” Violet ask even as Sephy gave her a hug.
“Come in” Violet ushered as Sephy walk into the suite Violet share with Rex.
“What happen?” Violet asked.
“Don, a rival of his is after me and so to keep me save, he asked me to leave” Sephy began her explanation.
“I begged him to let me stay but he wouldn’t, he told me that it’s best for me to leave rather than to die” Sephy added.
“Raphael is a jerk but then I think his action is for your safety” Violet said.
“I know too but it hurts, it hurts to be away from him” Sephy said as she began to cry and Violet could only hug her sister, letting her shed all the tears she could.

~ LION’S DEN ~
Bluey was having her lunch in the kitchen when she heard some maids gossiping.
🗣️ “Did you hear that Raphael has told Sephy to leave?”
🗣️ “Really? But he isn’t he into her?”
🗣️ “He is but then I saw her leaving today. Seems like he is tired of her”
🗣️ ” So will he be going back to Ginger?”
🗣️ “I doubt that cause ever since the boss got infatuated with Sephy, he has set Ginger aside”
🗣️ “Let’s go the our quarter, we can continue our discussion there ”
As soon as they left, Bluey pulled out her phone and quickly went to a private spot.
She called Don who picked after the third ring.
“What!”
“Have found a way to get you Sephy and we need to act fast before things go wrong again” she said.

~ NEXT DAY ~ HOTEL~
“I can’t believe your wedding with Rex is in a few days time ” Sephy said in excitement.
“We still have a lot of things to prepare for and I need your help” Violet replied.
“At least, Raphael sending me away got me here to help you” Sephy said sadly.
“If you keep talking about him then you won’t be able to forget him. Do me a favour” Violet said as she took her bag.
“Get me these things from the mall. I would have love to go with you but I can’t due to the baby, Doctors order” Violet told her.
“I will be back soon” Sephy said as she left the room.
Sephy was downstairs when she remembered that she had forgotten some thing.
Taking the elevator back upstairs, she got to Violet suite only to find it open which is odd since she didn’t leave it open.
She walk into the room only to see three men.
One was seated on the chair while the other two was holding onto Violet.
“Leave Sephy!” Violet said to Sephy who payed deaf ears to her warning.
“Let her go” Sephy said softly.
“It’s me you want, so let Violet go!” Sephy yelled at them and it got the two guard releasing Violet.
They went to Sephy and took hold of her.
“It’s a good thing you are co operating with us with out us using force” The guard seated on the chair spoke.
“Don’t take my sis, please” Violet begged but they ignored her.
Leaving the room with Sephy, they shut the door on Violet who kept calling after them to let Sephy go.
At the parking lot, they hit Sephy on the neck which made her unconcious.

~ DON TAVERN ~
Sephy stirred when she felt some one touching her hair.
Could it be Raphael? Is she back with him? Did he find her and rescue her like he has always done?
“Wake up my beauty” an unfamiliar voice said and that got her opening her eyes.
“Who are you?” She yelled as she got off the bed and away from him.
“Have always wondered how our second meeting will be but I never thought it to be like this” Don said sighing out slowly.
“Second meeting? I don’t even know you!” Sephy said moving away when he began to walk towards her.
” We’ve known each other for a very long time, you and I have met way back, way before you met Raphael, I don’t mind refreshing your memory but in order to achieve that, I must do some thing” he said pulling her towards him.
“Don’t you dare touch me!” Sephy said trying to pull away from him but she didn’t get to achieve that because he kiss her…..
