Giovanni broke the long kiss slowly,his eyes on her red lips which was almost swollen from the hard and deep kiss,Vanessa bite her lips and looked down.

“Say something” Giovanni said,his eyes not leaving hers

“I….I don’t know…I’m not sure” Vanessa muttered,her fingers were so sweaty at the moment

“Why? You don’t like me??….”

“Of course I do” She cut in immediately

“Then what is it?” Giovanni asked

“I don’t know how I truly feel about what you said..can you just give me enough time to think about it?” She asked and finally looked up

“Really? Is this your first time?” Giovanni asked

Vanessa bite her bottom lip before nodding and a smile escape Giovanni’s lips

“Does that mean I’m your first kiss too?” He asked and Vanessa blinked twice,her mind went to Valentino,the night their lips had touched each other by mistake,was that considered a first kiss???

“Yes….you’re my first kiss” She blurted out and Giovanni smiled

“Then,I don’t mind. I will wait until you’re ready” He said

Vanessa smiled and Giovanni pecked her lips

“Do you really have to do that? I’m not your girlfriend yet” Vanessa said

“Then why did you kissed me back? Now I’m addicted already” Giovanni said

“Kissing a lady without permission…you should know more than this barrister Giovanni” Vanessa said and he chuckled

“Forgive me your honor but the lady is just too sexy to ignore” Giovanni said and they both laughed

They walked out of the office

“But then…last night. You were mad at me,I’m sorry” Giovanni said

“I was just…..you should have helped him at least. So I got angry” Vanessa said

“It’s not as easy as you thought,I just can’t get it off my mind that you two are…..”

“We just decided to be friends,you don’t have to worry about him” Vanessa interrupted

“Promise?” Giovanni asked

“Promise what??” She looked at him

“You won’t have any feelings for him” Giovanni said

“Of course not,I don’t have to promise. I don’t like him that way okay? So stop getting unnecessarily jealous” Vanessa winked

“I need to go” She added

“Right now?” Giovanni asked and she nodded

“Bye” She said and walked away

Giovanni stared at her till she was out of sight

“What was that? You look alive” Pierce and Ace stopped beside him

“Did something happened?? Why is your lips…”

“Wow,don’t tell me you kissed her, Wait,did you confessed already?” Ace asked

“Yea” Giovanni said and started walking,they immediately followed him

“For real? Are you dating now?” Pierce asked

“Not yet,gosh I don’t want to talk about it” Giovanni said and they frowned

“You need to give us every details…..”

“Have I ever asked you for the details about the girls you’ve been f**king all your lives?” Giovanni snapped

“I don’t mind starting right now you know? Let me start with their names…..”

“Pierce,have you taken your drugs today?” Giovanni asked

“No” Pierce replied

“You need it” Giovanni tapped his back

“I will keep that in mind,so are you dating Vanessa….”

“Pierce!!!” Giovanni yelled and he laughed

“Fine fine,I will wait” Pierce muttered and Ace sighed out

“You two are giving me headache” he said and walked away

Giovanni also went separately

“Those dummies” Pierce chuckled

“Pierce!!!” Someone called from the back and he turned,Paige was coming to him and he groaned

“What the f**k does she want?”

“Why ignoring my calls?” Paige asked

“Tell me why I should answer your call,like what the f**k are you doing?….”

“Giovanni broke up with me….”

“I know! So what?! Why are you frustrating me because of that?” Pierce snapped

“Coz I want you to talk to him for me” Paige replied

“Oh wow,now I understand why he left you” Pierce muttered

“Why?” She raised her brows

“Coz probably your sense is not located in the right position” Pierce said

“Hey!!”

“Why screaming? I’m not done yet…You are not okay mentally,you’re so dumb and you act so foolish and gosh,,,,I shouldn’t be here talking to you before I contact your stupidness” Pierce said and walked away leaving Paige speechless as she stared at his back.

Delphine and Julia walked over to her

“Are you okay?” Delphine asked

Paige turned and faced them

“I think I’m really dumb” She said In tears

“I told you already,you’re dumb. How could you watch that Vanessa of a girl take your man from you without doing a thing?” Delphine scifced

“I thought… He was joking,I thought he would come back to me…”

“Such a dumb excuse,He’s never coming back to you if you keep acting this way,the problem here is Vanessa” Julia groaned

“Then what am I supposed to do?” Paige asked and wiped her tears

“Get rid of her first” Delphine smirked

“Get rid?? How?” Paige asked

“Don’t worry about that” Julia smiled

BRIGHT STARS HIGH

“Lotus!” Love and Ella ran after her,she ignored them and only focused on her phone

“So,are you coming to the sleepover?” Ella asked

“No” Lotus replied

“Come on,Tom invited you by himself,we all know that’s many girls dream…”

“But not mine okay? So stop trying to convince me,it won’t work” Lotus scoffed and walked away

“Hello young miss” The driver greeted as Lotus entered the car

She rolled her eyes and the driver was surprised coz it’s not like her,maybe something Is wrong? Nevertheless,he drove out of the school.

Lotus dialed Virgil’s number again but still no answer from him,she doesn’t even understand how she was feeling but not hearing his voice made her sad. She dropped her phone and rest her head on the window glass in tears

“See you later” Gigi said as she got down from Reed’s car

“Later when??” Reed asked

“I don’t know okay? Just got” Gigi said

“But I want to know”

“I will see you in class tomorrow” Gigi said and walked into the compound before he could say more,she suddenly saw Terence also coming and she stopped. Terence got to her and stared at her endlessly she without saying a word

“Terence” She called

“You told me you were going out with your friends” Terence said

“Yeah I was planning to go out with them but then….”

“Are you playing with me right now? Gosh I don’t understand why I’m getting mad when I’m not even your boyfriend,but it’s so annoying that you ditch me for my friend…..”

“Annoying?” Gigi scoffed

“Hey dude,like you said you are not my boyfriend okay? You have no f**king right to question me or tell me where to go or who I go out with so stay the f**k away from my business” She said angrily

“Are you seriously telling me to f**k away?” Terence asked

“Of course,I hate explaining myself” Gigi replied

“Fine” Terence muttered and walked away

Gigi turned immediately,staring at him as he left

She sighed out and roughed her hair,she groaned and went in.

7PM≈WHITE MANSION

Virgil and Reed were in the living room together when Terence walked in,he had went out of school after his little encounter with Gigi earlier and he’s just coming back.

“Where are you coming from?” Reed asked

“I don’t think I’m a kid to tell you where I am coming from” Terence snapped and Virgil frowned

“So now I’m at fault for asking….”

“Just keep quiet next time” Terence said

“Are you serious right now? You are not the only one who went out,Valentino also left the school without telling anyone,it’s not the first time we would be asking you this type of question just because we were worried….”

“And I said I don’t need it” Terence cut in and went upstairs.

Virgil faced Reed

“Don’t say a word” Reed muttered

“Is there something going on between you two?” Virgil asked

“I have no idea what you’re talking about” Reed said

Virgil wanted to ask more but then Reed got a call and he answered immediately.

“Young master,can you come over right now?” The voice said

“Why? What happened?” Reed immediately asked

“It’s Lotus….”

“What happened to my sister?” Reed stood up immediately and Virgil turned

“She’s running temperature and it’s quite bad…”

“Where’s mom?” Reed asked

“She won’t be coming home tonight”

“F**k” Reed spat and hanged up,he took a car key

“What’s going on?” Virgil immediately asked

“My sister is Sick and mom is not home” Reed replied,going toward the door

“I will come with you” Virgil said and quickly followed him

They both entered the car and Reed drove out speedily

They arrived at the Lakes Mansion after the long ride,Reed got from the car and ran in

The maids greeted but he didn’t bother to answer them,he went upstairs and entered Lotus room,she was laying on the bed,still in her uniform.

“Angel” He called and touched her head,she was really hot.

“What the f**k?” He muttered

Virgil entered the room

“Is she okay?” He asked and almost immediately Lotus opened her eyes and their eyes met

“Angel” Reed called and Lotus looked at him

“Muffin” She smiled

“Gosh,you scared me. Get up,let’s go to the hospital” Reed said

“No,I don’t want to” Lotus pouted

“This isn’t a matter of being cute right now okay?? You are burning too badly” Reed said

“I will be fine” She said

“Get up and go get dress” Reed snapped

Lotus groaned and climbed down the bed

Reed’s phone rang

“Mom is calling” He said

“Did you tell her?” Lotus asked

“If you don’t want me to do that,then let’s go to the hospital” Reed scoffed and answered the call,the conversation seems to take long so Reed eventually went out of the room

Virgil was leaning on the wall,his eyes on Lotus who was trying her best to avoid his face

“Are you okay?” He finally asked after the long silence

“As if you care” Lotus scoffed

“Are you angry because I didn’t answer your calls?” Virgil asked

“You don’t have to ask me that,I will delete your contact from my phone,you don’t even know how much it hurts when you ignore me. I’ve been calling you all day but you never answered,you’re so mean” Lotus said in tears

Virgil walked to her and slowly wiped her tears with his thumb

“I’m sorry” he muttered

“You really have no excuse? You ignored my calls intentionally?” Lotus asked

“Is that why you fell sick?” Virgil asked and she nodded

Virgil chuckled

“I’m sorry okay? I won’t ignore your calls again” He said

“Kiss me” Lotus muttered

“Do you want me dead?? Come on….”

“Just a little bit,my brother won’t find out” She said

“Gosh,if not for being a crybaby,then I would think you’re older than this” Virgil said and she pouted

Virgil pushed her forehead

“I’m not kissing you,stop it” He said

9PM≈VANESSA’S ROOM

The rain was falling so heavily,lightning and thunder follows every minute as the rain poured unstoppably

Vanessa wrapped herself up with the duvet,she was shaking so badly as the flashes kept coming to her. She was in tears too,she was so scared,she couldn’t even get up to go into Gigi’s room.

Suddenly she heard her window opening and she jumped up on the bed,she was right,someone was trying to open her window.

She got down from the bed and started walking to the window,she was so shocked when she saw Valentino trying to come in,even in the heavy rain

“Valentino?” She called with wide eyes

“Move” Valentino said and she immediately moved out of the way and then he jumped in.

He was looking so soaked and wet

“What are you doing here?” Vanessa asked

“I got home and the door was locked” Valentino replied and Vanessa raised her brows

“You should have managed t climbed their windows the same way you climbed mine,tell me exactly why you’re here and stop lying” Vanessa said but at that moment,the thunder decided to make it worse. She immediately ran into him,not minding how soaked he was

Valentino hugged her shaking body

“I came because……I couldn’t sleep” He muttered and Vanessa looked up

“Why?” She asked

“I was worried…..you would be scared on your own,because of the rain” Valentino said and Vanessa stared at her unbelievably

“I was right,you were scared before I came in” He smiled and winked at her

“You entered the rain because of me?” Vanessa asked

“I told you I will be your knight” Valentino said

Vanessa moved away from him and he got the chance to stare at her,she was wearing a nightie, he knew she’s hot but right now she’s a killer,her curves were obvious even in the nightie,it was kind of transparent and he could see her nipples pointing out in such a sexy way that Valentino find it hard to look away,he would have crazily grabbed one of them if she didn’t call him back to his sense.

“Are you going to stand there like that? You will get cold” Vanessa said

“Don’t worry,I will just leave after they rain stop” Valentino said

Vanessa rolled her eyes and walked to her closet,she brought out a set off pajamas. A shirt and pants

“Are you planning to give your boyfriend this?” Valentino asked when she gave it to him

“Shut up and put it on” She snapped and pushed him into the bathroom.

She walked back to the bed and bite her lips

Her door suddenly opened and Gigi came in

“Pumpkin,are you okay?” Gigi asied abd Vanessa stood up

“Of course,I’m fine.” She said nervously

“Why are you not sleeping?” Gigi asked

“I was sleeping…..but I remembered my window” Vanessa replied

“You’re not cold right?” Gigi asked

“No…you can go back to sleep” Vanessa smiled

“Yeah…goodnight. Or should we sleep together…..”

“No! I am fine” She immediately said and Gigi gave her a look bit then smiled before going out. Vanessa locked the door and sighed out

“You can lie quite well” Valentino showed up,he was putting on the pajamas already and he was drying his hair with a towel

Vanessa ignored him

“By the way,who did you get this for? He’s gonna be quite short” Valentino said,the pajamas pants hardly covered his legs

Vanessa said nothing and climbed on her bed,Valentino sat down on the seat,staring at her face

The rain even became heavier this time around and she was beginning to shake under the duvet,she opened her eyes and found Valentino sitting down.

She bite her bottom lip and sighed

“If you’re going to just sit down there,why don’t you just leave? I never asked for a bodyguard” She suddenly said

“You mean I should join you on the bed?” Valentino adkrr

“When did I ever said that?” Vanessa snapped and Valentino chuckled

“Then I will stay here…”

“You are here because you know I’m scared!” Vanessa yelled,staring at him

“Stop acting stupid and…..sleep beside me” She muttered

Valentino smiled

“That sounds so go of” He said and gently climbed on the bed,Vanessa immediately moved closer to him

“Don’t leave until the rain stops like you said” She said softly

“I won’t” Valentino said

There was silence for some minutes until another thunderstorm came again,Vanessa jumped from her side and didn’t know when she climbed on Valentino. She got herself back when the thunder stopped,her eyes widened in shock,she was on top of him,her soft boobs pressing on his chest,his hand around her waist while their eyes on each other.

Vanessa made to get down but Valentino held her more tightly on the waist

“Valentino…….” He tossed them around and he came on top instead

Vanessa swallowed,she was really under the jerk she once hated so much. Valentino touched her lips slowly and then looked into her eyes

“I don’t care if you are in love with someone else,it’s not too late to try right?”he asked

“It’s too late” Vanessa muttered

“Liar,then why didn’t you accept his proposal yet?” Valentino asked

“I am going to tell him tomorrow that I love….” Valentino kissed her neck and she froze,the feeling was so crazy and new. He sniffed her in and kissed her neck again

“Don’t tell him” He said

“Why?” Vanessa asked

“Coz…..I think I’m going to go crazy if you ever date another guy” Valentino replied

“You’re already crazy,what’s new?” Vanessa mumbled

“Can I kiss you?” Valentino asked

She kept quiet

“I will take that as a yes” Valentino said and Vanessa bite her lips

“My kiss comes with other things too” Valentino muttered and she raised her brows

Valentino smiled and slowly covered her lips with his own,she closed her eyes and responded to the kiss gently.

She almost broke the kiss when the thunder came again but Valentino pinned her down and deepened the kiss even more.
