FREDERICK’S PENT HOUSE~ ONE WEEK LATER
Tiffany was preparing their breakfast when Frederick joined her, all dressed and ready for work.
“I was wondering where the delightful smell is coming from and it turns out to be your doing” he said which got her laughing.
“Take your seat, It will be ready in a while” she said as he sat on one of the stool watching her.
She finished setting his food in front of him and he turned to stare at her.
“Why aren’t you eating?” He asked.
“I don’t have an appetite, so am going to pass” she replied wanting to leave but he pulled her back.
“You’ve been saying that for the past two days, don’t you think you should see a doctor?” He asked.
“Am not sick, I just don’t have an appetite to eat certain things” she replied.
“But still you…” He stopped talking when she gave him a kiss on the lips.
“Am fine sweet heart and if you don’t want us to get to work late, eat your food” she said to him and that got him quirking his brow.
“What if we skip work and head back upstairs. I know of new ways to please you and….”
“No way! We’ve been indoor for a whole week. That should be enough you insatiable ogre ” she replied jokingly and that got him pouting.
“Your pout won’t work this time, I will go get the door” she said when she heard the door bell.
She open the door only to see a delivery man there and he was holding a bouquet of white lilies.
“This is for Mrs Davies” the man said which got Tiffany wondering where the flowers came from.
Knowing Frederick, he would never buy her such flower since he knows how much she distaste it.
“Are you sure this is for me?” Tiffany asked.
“Am not in the wrong place Mrs and besides, there’s a letter attached to it” the delivery man said handing the letter to her.

“This isn’t mine” Tiffany said not taking the flowers from him.
” But it’s your name that have been signed there” the man said.
“You probably must have mix some one else with me. Am sorry but have got things to do” she said closing the door on him.
“Who was that?” Frederick asked when she return to the kitchen.
“Just a delivery man. He brought some flowers saying it’s for me but he must have got it wrong” Tiffany replied.
“Where is Willow?” She asked.
“Went to get me some thing, why do you ask?”
“I just want him to make sure that all deliveries to our home should be checked out first before being given to us. I don’t want….what’s funny?” She asked when she saw the smile on his face.
“Our home, I love that” he said referring to her earlier comment.
“You tend to say the weirdest thing, if this isn’t my home then where else will my home be?” She asked as she wrap her arms around his neck.
“Changed your mind about going to work?” he asked as his hand drifted to her butt.
“No. We’ve got to go to work and we are late” she said as she pulled away from him.
As soon as Frederick stopped his car in front of the company.
The security men help them open the door and it wasn’t until Tiffany was at his side that he walk into the company with her.
“Good morning Mr and Mrs Davies” his employee greeted as they made their way to the elevator.
“It’s all yours” one of the employee said offering the elevator for their use alone and when Tiffany tried to refuse, Frederick pulled her into the elevator, thanking them instead.
“Why didn’t you let them join us?” Tiffany asked as soon as the elevator door slid shut.
“Cause I want to do this” he answered as he pulled her towards him, plundering her lips while his hands roam over her body.
“We are almost at my floor” she murmured and he let go of her.
“And so? Am only kissing my wife and besides, I won’t be seeing you for a while, so let me kiss you as much as I can” he said trying to kiss her and the door choose that particular moment to open up.
“Oh! We are sorry boss” The three female employee who witnessed the kiss between the both of them apologised quickly.
Feeling shy, Tiffany pulled out of Frederick arms running straight to the kitchen while Frederick told the girls to join him and that they had no need to apologise.
Pulling his phone out of his pocket, he sent a message to Tiffany.
★ LET’S HAVE LUNCH TOGETHER, ONE IN THE AFTERNOON, I WILL BE WAITING ★ she smiled as she read his text.
” Here comes the bride!” Sophia said as soon as she walk in.
“Good morning Mrs Davies” Peter chipped in adding a bow to it.
“Stop teasing me” Tiffany said as a blush appeared on her cheek.
“But you are now Mrs Davies and there’s a rumour going around the office because of you two” Sophia informed.
“What sort of rumour?” Tiffany asked.
“Love sick couple. People refer to you and the boss like that ” Peter replied.
“And they are right cause you two are the love sick couples since you spent the whole week indoor. Hope I will be an aunt soon?” Sophia teased which got Tiffany laughing.
“Let’s get to work!” Vivi said as soon as she walk in.
“Here comes the boss boss” Sophia let out sarcastically as she went to her counter along with Peter.
Tiffany went towards Vivi and surprisingly gave her a back hug.
” What are you doing?” Vivi asked trying to pull away but she tightened her hold on her.
“I never got a chance to thank you personally. If it hadn’t been for you I would never have made it to church on time” Tiffany murmured.
“Am glad you know that” Vivi said, smiling slowly.
“Have you found the culprit?” Vivi asked when Tiffany let go of her.
“No. With everything that has happened, I haven’t gotten the chance to but I will surely get to it ” Tiffany answered.
“Then make sure you do and also I don’t intend to address you as Mrs Davies, To me you are just a…”
“I know. You’ve told me that already” Tiffany replied with a smile.
“Then get to work”
“Yes boss” Tiffany replied before joining Peter and Sophia.
“A delivery man brought this for you” Sophia said giving her a bouquet of white Lily
“I don’t think it’s for me” Tiffany said
“Really? But the delivery man told me to give it to you. Check out the message, it must be from the boss” Sophia suggested.
Tiffany excuse herself and when she was in the changing room, she pulled out the letter and read the message.
★ YOU REJECTED THE FIRST ONE, I HOPE YOU WON’T REJECT IT AGAIN CAUSE IT’S A TOKEN OF MY APPRECIATION WITH WHAT HAPPENED BETWEEN US LAST NIGHT★
She tore the paper Into tiny shreds and taking the flower to the nearest bin, she threw it inside.
Why is she being sent such flowers and letter?

“You what! Don’t tell me you are for real?” Frederick asked as he stared at his friend.
“Am serious. I really want to get married to her” Lucas replied toying with his finger.
“Are you In love with her cause if you aren’t, it’s best you let her be” Frederick adviced.
“You are meant to be supporting me on this” Lucas said.
“And I am. You marry for Love and not for any other thing” Frederick told him.
During that time, he got a message and thinking it was from Tiffany, he quickly checked it out.
“Is this some sort of joke ?” Frederick said as reread the message again.

“Who sent you such message?” Lucas asked after reading the message too.
“I don’t know and I certainly don’t care. This is a joke, a senseless one at that” Frederick replied as he set his phone aside.
“So what do you plan to do about Sophia?”
“Just like you did with Tiffany, I won’t give up ” Lucas replied.
“What do you intend to do then?” Frederick asked.
“It’s a secret” Lucas replied having a mischievous look on his face.

JUPITER COLLEGE
“What’s wrong?” William asked Kelvin as soon as he walk into their private lounge.
“Why do you ask?” Kelvin replied.
“Cause you’ve been looking lost all day. Come to think of it, you’ve been looking lost since the whole of last week. Problems at home?” William asked.
“No. It’s just….my heart” Kelvin said looking very confused.
“What’s wrong with your heart?”
“I don’t know, It’s been acting strange. When I think of her it beats fast, when I see her it thumps crazily for joy. I can’t do with our wanting to see her, I miss her when she’s not around and….you think am crazy right?” He asked William who was silently watching him.
“No and I know the answer to your problem but what I need to know is who is this girl your heart is beating for?”
“Brianna” Kelvin replied which got William smiling.
“Dude, you are in love with Brianna ” William answered.
“What! Never! I don’t do love” Kelvin said quickly.
“That’s what a playboy who have fallen say at first but the truth is that you are in love with Brianna”
“You are crazy. Am no longer listening to your nonsense ” Kelvin said as he stood up to leave.
“A kiss will certainly give you the answer you want ” William said suddenly.
“What?”
“Go give Brianna a kiss and if you don’t feel a thing then it isn’t love but if you do just acknowledge your feelings” William told him again.
“Your crazy” Kelvin replied as he left the lounge.
He was heading to class when he saw Brianna walking ahead while talking to her friend.
His heart began it crazy thump and Kelvin’s thought drifted to what William told him earlier.
Could he really be in love with Brianna?it’s best he find out.
“Brianna, we’ve got to talk” Kelvin said which got Brianna starring at him in a surprised way since he’s been ignoring her for a week.
“Why?”
“Just meet me in the science lab, I will be waiting” he said before walking off.
“What does he want to tell you?” Jenny, Brianna friend asked.
“I don’t know. I will be back” Brianna said before following Kelvin.

Tiffany was waiting for Frederick at the lobby when Philip approached her.
“Good to see you again” he said admiring her gorgeous look.
“How have you been?” She asked feeling uncomfortable around him.
“Great and you?”
“Bubbling with joy” Tiffany answered lightly.
“Frederick must be treating you well?” He asked softly.
“Philip I….”
“Can we forget the past and start all over again?”
“What?”
“Have realized my mistake and I realize that I shouldn’t have done what I done that day. I hope you can forgive me” Philip apologized.
“There’s nothing to forgive you for and besides it’s all in the past. I hope we can keep on and so before being friends” Tiffany suggested lightly.
“Sure thing, am glad you still want to be my friend after all this” he said taking hold of her hand.
“That’s because she has a warm heart” Frederick said as he approach them.
“Hello”Philip greeted as he fake a smile his way.
“Since you are done talking to my wife, I will take her with me” Frederick said as he put his arms around her in a possessive way.
“See you around” Tiffany said as Frederick pulled her out of the company.
The fake smile on Philip face changed to one of anger as he kept starring at the both of them.

JUPITER COLLEGE ~ SCIENCE LAB
“Why did you ask me to meet you here?” Brianna asked Kelvin as soon as she got to the lab.
“I asked you here to make myself clear on some thing” he said moving towards her
“And what’s that?”
“This” he muttered as he pulled her into his arms.
Before she could stop him, Kelvin lips landed on hers.
Brianna was baffled at first and so she stood still while he kissed her but when she finally regain her wits, she pushed him away.
“Why did you do that?” She asked slowly.
“William is right! Am in love with you ” Kelvin said feeling shocked by this revelation.
“What are you saying?”
“I found it weird that I keep thinking of you, that I keep missing you and that my heart beats faster than normal whenever’s I think of you. I never thought it to be love until now” He replied.
“You must be high on some thing, I will pretend that this never happened and I hope you do the same” she said nervously and when she turn to leave, he stopped her by wrapping his arms around her.
“Kelvin you….”
“I know you don’t believe me and it’s all to my previous lifestyle but am saying the truth. I love you Brianna and even though it will take me forever, I will prove it to you” he whispered into her ear.
She pulled out of his arms and turn to him.
“Kelvin I…”
“Don’t refuse me yet. Just give me the chance to show you how much I love you” he said as he kissed her again and this time, Brianna didn’t pull away.
Some how she wanted to experience her first kiss with him again and so she let him explore her lips while she did the same with him.
When they pull away from each other, they were both gasping for breath.
“Let me take you home today. Don’t leave with out me, Okay” he murmured and with one last kiss he left Brianna there.
Brianna on the other hand couldn’t help but to touch her swollen lips as she thought of the kiss they both shared once again.

RESTAURANT
“Order for the both of us, have got to use the rest room” Frederick said as he excuse himself.
Tiffany was checking out the menu when a waiter brought a rose to her this time.
“Who is it from?” Tiffany asked.
“He didn’t say, he only asked me to give it to you and before I forget, this letter is added to it” the waiter said giving her the letter before going to wait on another customer.
It’s the same person, she thought as she open the envelope.

“This is insane” Tiffany muttered after she read the letter.
“What’s insane? ” Frederick asked as soon as he return.
“What’s that in your hand?” He asked when he saw the nervous expression on her face.
