Father please let it not be what I’m thinking, please.

I left my bed and went into the bathroom. I took off my clothes and got into the tub.

I had to wash off this negative thoughts from my head.

I came out from the bathroom and found out that sister cherry had left my room. I sighed going to my wardrobe. I changed into something casual after applying cream on my body.

I checked the time on my phone and it was 10am. I haven’t slept for that long ever in my life.

I went out of my room and found sister cherry going down the stairs.

Good morning, I grumbled walking past her.

Morning, she replied.

I got to the living room and found everywhere clean. Was I dreaming, I said to myself. Is my mind playing pranks with me.

Don’t be surprised, we cleaned it up, Sister christabel said.

Good morning sister, I greeted.

Morning, how are you feeling, she asked.

A little headache, but I’m fine I replied her.

Thank God, I don’t know what I would have told your mum if she had asked how are you, she lamented.

I’m fine sister, you don’t need to be worried, I assured her.

My sister slept at your room right, she asked.

I found her question quite suspicious, but I answered it anyways.

Yeah she did, I answered her.

Tell me, what’s going on between the both of you, she said.

Her question really got me shocked and surprised at the same time but I maintained my cool.

Sister how do you mean, I asked her trying to deviate from her question.

The connection between both of you is too deep, I’m not against it though, I’m just concerned.

Sister nothing is going on between sister cherry and I. I said.

Explain to me why she was on her b_a, her p_ntie on the floor but her mini skirt on and laying on your body, she asked.

Sister nothing happened, I know I was so drunk last night, but that doesn’t mean I let it control me. I was aware of all my actions, I said trying to convince her.

Maybe she was just uncomfortable and she decided to ease herself, you know how some ladies sleep especially sister cherry, I added..

Yeah, that’s true i remember telling you she’s not always on clothes while sleeping, how could I forget, she said hitting her head.

She apologized to me this morning, saying she thought she was in her room, I said.

Yeah I did, I was afraid, I had caused you to do what you normally won’t do, she said cutting me off.

Nothing happened, and it can’t or never will happened, we’re family, I said feeling guilty.

Good morning family, sister cherry said sitting on the couch.

Now I wanna know what’s up with you two, I said looking at sister christabel and brother jason.

Okay, let’s sit, brother jason said.

We all sat.

It’s not a long story, I had always had a crush on christabel, though she is a little older than I am. I found out that the was nothing bad if I asked her out, because if we date, it will strengthen the bond between our families. So I did and funny enough she had the same feelings too, now here we are, brother jason said.

Wow, those my parent know, I asked them.

Yeah, they didn’t tell you, sister christabel said.

If they could hide their promotions from me, what makes you guys think they’ll tell me, I said.

Anyways sister christabel and I will be going on a two days trip, brother jason said.

So you’ll be in charge from tomorrow, he added, addressing sister cherry.

Okay, she said.

Let’s get prepared for third services, we’re already late, I said.

What about breakfast, sister cherry said.

It can wait, I said, going up to my room to change into church wears.

We all got dressed and went to church.

Service was great today, sister christabel said.

I’m hungry, sister cherry complained.

We’ll soon get home Aunty baby, brother jason said.

We got home and sister cherry said from the backseat that she’s cooking immediately she enters into the house and we all laughed at her.

We had lunch forty-five minutes after we came back from church, thanks to sister cherry the fast chef. After lunch we all decided to chill indoors. Soon night came and we all retired to bed.

I still wondered why today was quite uneventful.

I was still in thoughts when a knock landed on my door, I said come in, knowing fully well who was at the door.

Sister cherry walked innocently in her pink pyjamas into my room.

I felt you’d be bored so I came to cheer you up, she said making her self comfortable on my bed.

Wondering why today was uneventful, she asked cutting me off.

Yeah, how did you, nevermind, I said.

So about yesterday, did we have s€×, I asked sounding serious.

No, she answered making me raise an eyebrow.

If you don’t believe me, check the camera you installed in your room, she added.

I remember collecting some camera ch¡ps from my friend YU, a Chinese classmate of mine, whose father owns a tech company, he gave me the tech saying it would come in handy. I never wanted throwing them away because he said it was my birthday gift.

So that day after school, after he explained how I could install them on my own, I came back home and installed it in my room with the help of sister cherry, not that anything would happen but I just installed them. I even forgot about it, if not for sister cherry reminding me now about them.

Oh yeah, I said going to my drawer to get the ipad I could use and see the previous records and current coverage.

I checked and I saw we didn’t have s€×, I felt relief. I looked at sister cherry was sitting close to me and she smiled, she lean forward and k-ssed me before telling me good night and leaving my room.

I don’t why, but I was happy, I laid out my bed immediately she left and I drifted off to sleep.

I woke up the next morning very early, it was Monday, and I had to be in school, I said my morning prayers, and did the usuals.

I went downstairs in my school uniform and found everybody seated on the couch.

Up so early, sister christabel said.

And even prepared for school, Sister Cherry said.

Had breakfast, sister christabel asked me.

No, I’ll get it on my way going, I replied her.

Okay christabel and I are leaving now, we’ll be back on Thursday evening, brother jason said coming out from his room and dragging along side him a small packed bag.

Would you mind dropping us off, he asked me.

Of course not, I said.

We’re almost late, sister christabel said, standing to her feet.

Take care of him, she said to sister cherry before going out.

You guys should stay safe okay, brother jason said, going out also.

I’ll see you later, I said to sister cherry before heading out.

I drove sister christabel and brother jason to where they said I should then turned and went to school.

Time ran at great speed soon I was on way back from school. I thought about my parent, they said they’ll be calling me today, since everything differs over there even time. I miss them so much.

I alighted from the car immediately I turned off its engine.

I went into the leaving room and found sister cherry on the couch covering a blanket, shivering and breathing hærd.

I rushed to her and asked if she was okay, she didn’t respond.

I opened the blanket and I froze at the s₱0t.
