Eva finally got to the office,she breathed in relief and opened the door,to her greatest surprise she saw Fred k-ssing someone.

“Fred!
She called out in shocked.

Fred became so astonished at the moment he saw her,he became so dumbfounded and speechless,his heart beating so fast.

“Am sorry Sir,I was stopping her but she was behaving so aggressive”
His Secretary apologized.

Eva couldn’t believe her two eyes,she never imagine in her life that she will be meeting Fred in that position she saw him,she thought it was a dream and not a reality,she called him again to be sure if truly is her own Fred.

“Fred!
Eva called out again in anger and ran out.

“Don’t run! My Eva please wait”
He shouted and ran after her.

The look on Anne’s face was so funny,
“So she is the so called Eva? She is just a commoner she got no match with me at all”
She giggled.

Fred was calling out Eva but she keeps on running,the workers gathered around with so much confusion wondering why their president is chasing a girl.

Eva pressed the button of the elevator and went in,side as the elevator was about to close Fred rushed in,side immediately.

Fred didn’t know how or where to start and explain things to her in a way she will understand.

“Please Eva calm down,let me explain things to you okay”
He said being so worried about her.

“What did you want to explain to me? What explanation did you want to give me Fred? All this years I have been waiting hoping and believing that one day I will meet you little did I know you have already forgotten about me and moved on with your life”
She cried out with a broken heart.

“How can I forget about you my Eva? I always thinks about you every blessed day I never for one day without having the thought about you in my head”
He said and held her hand.

She threw his hand and shouted,
“Get your hands off me! You know what am just a big fool for waiting for you thinking that you gonna come back for me,I don’t know you never think about you any more and you are perfectly doing well with your girlfriend probably your wife”
She cried out.

“No My Eva,There’s no intimate relationsh¡p between me and Anne and what you saw there is nothing”
He said with a weep voice trying to explain things to her but Eva is not giving him the space to explain himself.

She giggled and shouted,
“You called that nothing? Like Seriously nothing! Fred I never knew you can lie like this,the way you were k-ssing the girl so passionately means a lot to me”

“Please calm down my Eva and allow me to explain things to you”
He sounded.

“Stop calling me that,am ceased to be your Eva at from this moment”
She cried out.

The elevator opened and Eva ran outside with a broken heart,Fred ran after her.

“Eva you can’t go like that,calm down we need to talk”
He shouted to her hearing.

She walked back to him and shouted in tears,
“We got nothing to talk anymore,here take back this your damn bangle and thank you for fooling me and keeping my hopes up on you”
She threw back the bangle to him.

Sophia saw her running to her in tears she became so confused.

“What is it bestie?
She asked confusingly.

She hugged her so tight and sobbed so bitterly.

Fred picked the bangle and recalled back the day he gave her the bangle at the Orphange,he hit his forehead and said,

“Oh mine! What am I going to do now? How will I explain things to her? How will I make her to understand that I never for one day stop thinking about her?
He thought being so worried.

“What is it Eva? What happen in there?
Sophia asked being so anxious to know why she is sobbing so bitterly.

Fred looked there staring at her as they got a cab and went in,side.

“What will I do now? Should I follow them and know where they are going so that I can be able to talk to her”
He thought and decided to follow them.

As he was about to get in,side the car,Anne came outside and called out his name.

“Where are you going to Fred?
She shouted to his hearing.

He turned back and shouted at her,
“Am going to fix things right”
He got into the car and drove out.

“What did he mean? Let it not be what am thinking because I won’t stand and fold my hands and allow a bitch from nowhere to snatch my man away,nope it won’t happen”
She sounded so furiously and got into her and drove out.

“Please Eva talk to me,what happen? What did he said to me that got you so bitter like this?
She asked feeling so concerned about her bestie.

“My heart is broken Into pieces,Fred has forgotten about me,all this years I have been waiting for him little did I know that he has moved on and perfectly doing so well with his wife”
She cried out.

“Oh bestie!
She sounded feeling so sad for her.

“It’s just a dream to me,if someone tells me that Fred will forgot me in his life I will definitely doubt that person a million times”
She cried out.

“But Eva how sure are you that has forgotten about you and even moved on?
She asked.

“What I saw gave me a enough reason to believe that he no longer thinks about me,the way he was k-ssing that girl so passionately proved everything to me”
She cried out.

“Oh bestie! You have at least allow him to explain things to you before jumping into conclusion may be what you saw was not actually meant to happen”
She said trying to make understand in her own experience.

“What explanation? Sophia what I saw there has already given me the explanation I need,they were k-ssing so passionate like lovers,you know what am just a fool for keeping my hopes up for someone that will forget about me”
She cried out bitterly.

“Oh bestie! Come here”
She rest her head on her shoulder touching her hair softly and consoling her.

“Calm down,stop crying okay!
She consoled her.

“I think we have to go back home,I will tell the manager that you are not feeling”
Sophia suggested.

“No need of going back home”

“Are you sure you want to go to the restaurant like this?
She asked.

“Yeah,it will help me not to think about Fred then going home it will make to remember everything”
She said.

She accepted her decision,when their to the restaurant they went straight to the manager’s office to ask forgiveness for being late to work.

Meanwhile Fred arrived at the restaurant too and got himself a chair waiting to see the waitress Sophia.

Sophia told the manager that they got emergency this morning that’s why they are late,he forgave them since they have been so punctual with time.

Eva went to the kitchen while Sophia went to get people’s orders.

Fred saw her and called her,
“Excuse me I think you are the same waitress I asked to get me the chef other day and also Eva’s friend?

“Yes Sir!

“Please I need to talk Eva if you won’t mind calling her for me?
He asked.

“Sir,she is hurt right now so I don’t think it’s the right time to talk to her,you have to give her some time”
She said.

“Give her some time! No! I don’t want to waste anymore time on her,I need to see her,I need to talk to her,I want her to know that I never for one day stop thinking about her,this heart of mine never stops beating for her,please help me out and call her for me”
He pleaded.

Sophia felt for him so badly and said,
“Is okay Sir,I will call her for you right away”

“Thank you so much!
He thanked her with smiles.

Sophia went to the kitchen to call her,
“Hmmmmh Something smells so delicious,what are you cooking bestie?
She asked with smiles.

“Preparing Huevos Ranchores for lunch”
She said.

“Okay,Who got a guest”

“Who? Wait if it’s Fred better tell him that I don’t want to see him”
She said being so serious.

“Eva he really want to see you so i think you should give him the chance to explain things to you”
She said trying to convince her.

“And I said i don’t want to see him anymore go and tell him that I said so”
She shouted angrily.

Eva tried her best to convinced her but the anger in her won’t let her,She went back to Fred.

“Am sorry Sir,she don’t want to see you”
She said.

“Its well but I won’t give up on her until she accept to talk to me”
He said.

“Don’t worry Sir,I will try my possible best to convince her to talk to you”
Sophia said.

“Thank you ……
He said trying to get her name.

“Sophia Sir!

“Thank you Sophia I appreciate it”
He said and went out while Sophia went back to her duty.

At Gilberto’s house,Mrs Maria has been receiving a threat messages from unknown number,she came out from the shower and another threat message came in,she picked her phone and read it,
“Am coming for,am gonna make you suffer and suffer until you pleaded for mercy,I will take everything away from you and turn you into my puppy”

She became so angry after reading the message,she decided to call the number,she tired many times but the person didn’t pick so she gave her a voicemail.

“If you are not a coward face and challenge me and stop sending me an empty threat”
She said angrily.

“What nonsense? She thought that her threat messages will scared? Oh hell to that! Who did she think she is? Let her come and face me if I will not skin her to death”
She shouted angrily,she knew it was Reina,She sighed and lay down on the bed.

Two days later,at Mr Gilberto’s house,the security man came to inform Mrs Maria about her visitor.

“Excuse me Ma!
He said calling off her attention from the television.

“Yes!
She replied staring at him.

“Ma you have a visitor”
He said.

“A visitor! Who are there?
She asked surprisingly because she was not expecting anyone.

“The lady said her name is Mrs Power”
He answered.

The name sounds so strange to her,
“Mrs Power! I don’t know anyone by that name,well bring her in”
She sounded so confused.

The security man went out and informed the guests to come in gorgeous,stunning,beautiful, ,attractive in fact words are not enough describe how the lady looks,she is damn gorgeous her ponytail hair makes her to looks so beautiful,extremely beautiful,she walks in with her three bodyguards.

At the moment they stepped in,side,Mrs Maria stood up with her body written in shock,she couldn’t believe the person she is seeing at a point she thought she was dreaming.

“Could she be the one or am I dreaming?
She thought being so confused and removed her eyeglass to be sure of the person she is seeing.

“Reina Pons!
She called out in shocked.
