Alec smiled knowing he is wining her heart already
“and also do another favour for Santa?”
“what?”
“don’t tell Tracy what Santa said”he said and she smiled
“okay”she said and clapped her hands
He smiled and they walked back to class
Lydia went to her seat immediately and sat down beside Tracy
“what did he say Lydia?”
“he said I shouldn’t tell you that he said I should stay away from Freddie”
“what?”
“what happen?”
“he knows Freddie?..how Lydia?”
“the day we went to the mall we met him and his London Bridge face girlfriend”she said and Tracy nodded
Okay so Freddie and Alec has met
No wonder he was so mad
She thought and sighed
She just wants Lydia to be happy even without any of them
The teacher walked in and class began

It was lunch break and Daniel walked to Tracy immediately
Tracy sighed on seeing him and he smiled back
“hey babe”he said and they hugged
Lydia kept starring at them not knowing what was going on
“hey”Tracy said back and smiled shyly
“hi Daniel”Lydia said
“how are you Lydia?”
“am fine”
“so Tracy want to have lunch with me?”Daniel asked
“yes but I can’t leave Lydia alone”
“Lydia will be fine”
“are you sure Lydia?”Tracy asked not wanting to leave her
“yes Lydia is sure”
“Lydia are you sure?”
“yes you can go”she said and Tracy nodded even though she still doesn’t want to leave Lydia and at the same time disappoint Daniel
“okay”Tracy said and Daniel smiled
They walked out together and Lydia smiled
She stood at the same s₱0t starring at the board and she didn’t notice Alec was in the class
She walked to the board and picked the marker
She started drawing on the board and Alec smiled as he watched her draw him
“she is so in love with me”he muttered and smirked
Lydia moved to the middle of the board and drew herself and she moved to the last part and drew Freddie
She is really good at drawing
Alec frowned seeing the drawing of Freddie
“he is cuter than me”he muttered and scoffed
On the top of the drawings Lydia wrote Santa on Alec’s own and wrote Fred on Freddie’s own
On her own she wrote “Lydia is confused”
Alec smiled when she wrote it
She is still confused
And if I step up my game she will end up falling in love with me
He thought and stood up
“Lydia”he called and she flinched
She thought she was the only one in class
She took the duster and rubbed it off immediately and Alec smiled

“I don’t know”she said honestly and he smiled

“Lydia still loves Santa but Lydia is scared”
“why is Lydia scared?”
“she is scared Alec wants to hurts her”she said and he smiled

“yes”he said and smirked
He walked to her and held her wa-ist
Lydia became nervous immediately and looked down
He chuckled and raised her head up with his hand
“I can be better than Freddie”he said and moved his face closer to hers to k-ss her
He was about to k-ss her and the school bell rang

School was finally over and Lydia and Tracy walked out of the school
“so I and Daniel are dating Lydia”Tracy said and Lydia suddenly scre-med happily
She danced around Tracy in the parking lot and she gasped
Lydia was about to start twerking and Tracy gasped and held her
“stop it Lydia”Tracy said and she giggled happily
“am so happy”she yelled and ran towards the car
“and even I and my boyfriend are not this happy”Tracy said and ran after her

They finally got home and they got down from the car
And Lydia was so happy for Tracy she started dancing on a s₱0t
Tracy laughed and hugged her
“Lydia come on it’s okay”
“okay”she said and giggled again
They walked in and paused when they saw Freddie with a girl
He were talking and they were starring at each other
“Katy?”Tracy called and she smiled
“hey Tracy”she said and Tracy gave Freddie a look and he shrugged
“ohh she lives here”Katy said referring to Lydia
Lydia recognised her as the girl that dumped Freddie
Is he getting back together with her?
She thought and shrugged
“I thought you dumped Freddie”she said and Katy smiled
“yes I did but am just here to get some of my important things with him”she said and lifted the box before smiling
She waved at them in a classy way and walked out
Tracy placed her hand on her chest and sighed in relief
“I thought you were back together with her”
“no I don’t do that”
“hey Fred”Lydia said happily
“hey”Freddie said casually and walked upstairs
“ugh why can’t your brother stop acting annoying?”Lydia said and huffed
She walked upstairs and Tracy sighed

It was dinner time and they all gathered around the table and ate
Lydia and Freddie kept starring at each other and looked away again
“mum am leaving for college tomorrow”Freddie said and his parents turned to him
“why?”they asked and he shrugged
“I want to go early so I can prepare earlier”
“well it’s fine by me,I will transfer some money into your account”
“thanks dad”he said and his mother gave him a look
“why are you starring at me like that mum?”
“are you leaving because of Lydia?”his mum asked and Lydia raised her head up hearing her name
“am Lydia”she said with a smile
“I don’t know what you are talking about mum”
“of course you do, just cause….”
“stop it”Freddie’s dad snapped at her
“am I causing any trouble in your home cause I can become angel and join my parents”
“no you are not Lydia”their mother said and she nodded
Freddie sighed and stood up from the dinning
“Fred”Lydia called and he turned to her getting ready to shun her
“yes what?”he snapped at her and she giggled
“can I have your chicken?”she asked .

“yeah whatever”he said and walked upstairs
Lydia giggled happily and took his chicken
Their mother smiled watching Lydia and wished she was mentally stable
THE NEXT DAY
Freddie dragged his bags out of the room and bumped into Lydia as she was also walking out of the room
They both paused and starred at each other
Lydia suddenly remembered what Santa told her to do when she sees Freddie
She stopped starring at him and ran down the stairs
Freddie shrugged thinking it was one of her mental problems
He got downstairs with his bags and Tracy hugged him
“I know you are leaving because of her and I really wish you could stay “she said and he chuckled
“your friend is breaking my heart”he whispered in her ear and winked
She laughed and his mum rushed out of the kitchen and hugged him
“ohh my baby am going to miss you so much and I can’t believe I won’t see you till like two years…..”
“woah woah mum am coming back in three months time let’s not get that dramatic”he chuckled and she laughed
“I know am just going to miss you so much and your father left early this morning”

“bye guys”he said and carried his bags
He paused a bit and looked at Lydia to see if she was going to at least say goodbye and Lydia looked away
He sighed and walked out of the house with his heart aching
“why did you do that Lydia?”Tracy asked immediately Freddie out and their mum walked upstairs
“do what?”
“Lydia why didn’t you talk to Freddie?”
“cause Santa said I should stay away from him cause he is not good for me”she said and Tracy sighed
She really needs to get Lydia to stop thinking and loving Alec before it is too late
They had their breakfast and walked out of the house
They entered the car and their driver drove them to school
They got to school and entered
They got to their class and a teacher walked in
“all students should report to the auditorium”the teacher said simply and walked out
Lydia didn’t understand what just happened and Tracy held her hand
They all walked out of the class and Lydia kept looking around when she saw students coming out from different classes
“hi”she said and waved to every students she comes across
“if you keep waving at everybody before we get to where we are going your hand will hurt a lot Lydia”Tracy said and she ignored her
“hi”she and waved to another students that passed by her
“and the funniest part is that they keep ignoring you Lydia”Tracy said and dragged her hand down
She jerked her hand away from Tracy and continued waving
Tracy gro-ned and pulled her
“hi everyone!”Lydia scre-med and waved since Tracy was pulling her and she couldn’t greet them individually so she did that
They got to the auditorium and Tracy found a perfect seat for them
“ouch my wrist hurts”Lydia said as they sat down and Tracy laughed loudly
“told ya”
“Tracy my wrist hurts”she said
“I told you not to keep waving at everyone Lydia”
“I didn’t know my wrist will hurt so bad”she whined and Tracy laughed loudly
“okay sorry”Tracy said and blew air to her wrist and that made Lydia giggle happily
The students were finally settled in the auditorium and the principal walked in
Lydia stood up immediately and clapped but others were seated and it made her look stupid
The students laughed as Tracy stood up and pulled her down and they both sat down
The principal smiled and walked to the mic
He took it and cleared his throat
“thanks a lot Lydia for the standing ovation”he said and she giggled
“am Lydia”she yelled and waved happily to the students and they laughed at her
“so I know you guys will be wondering why I called you into the auditorium cause any time I do it means an important information is about to be passed to you”
“yes sir”the students chorused and Lydia wondered why
“yes sir”she yelled and laughed when others were silent already
The students laughed and she smiled happily
“stop it Lydia”Tracy said and she giggled ignoring her
“okay as I was saying this years is the year of the nationals competition and lucky for us our school has been invited and we are to pick two students that will represent the school, a male and a female from the last grade will be representing them and for the male student we have Alec Wealth”
“what?”Alec yelled and the students clapped
“Alec Wealth please step forward”the principal said and he gro-ned before standing up from his seat and moved forward
He is not ready for any dumb competition
Am very sure dad picked the names
He thought and frowned
But on the bright side he knows he will get paired up with Debbie cause she is the best female best student so maybe it will be a little bit fun and not so bad
“and for the female we have….”the principal hasn’t called the name and Debbie stood up already and adjusted her uniform
“Lydia Williams”he said and Debbie’s eyes w¡den I shock
“what?”she yelled and the students laughed
She was beyond embarrassed and she slowly sat down and bowed her head in shame
“Lydia Williams please come forward”the principal said and Tracy turned to Lydia who was busy giggling and playing with her hair
“Lydia go forward”Tracy said and she frowned
“why?”
“you are being called just go”Tracy said and she stood up still confused
The students clapped and she also clapped as she walked forward which made the students laughed
She got to the front and stood beside Alec and folded her arms like Alec did
The principal laughed and turned to them
“so you guys will be taking extra classes after school and every weekend you meet at Alec’s house to study starting from tomorrow till the competition or any further announcements”he said and Alec rolled his eyes
Extra classes?
What he needs for now is Extra parties
“that will be all you are all dismissed”he said and the students walked out
Tracy stood up immediately and rushed to her cause Debbie was really fuming in anger and was walking towards her
She pulled her from Alec a bit and gave him a f*uck you sign
“am proud of you Lydia”Tracy yelled and hugged her
“for what?”she asked feeling really confused
“I will explain to you later but right now we need to run Lydia”
“run why?”
“because Debbie is coming for you and she is really mad because they picked you and not her Lydia”
“well we don’t need to run”
“why?”
“cause I will just make her sleep again like this”she smiled and knock Debbie out immediately she got to them even before she could talk
