“ we’ll continue with the plan”Magdalene said “but with a different strategy!!she added
We all looked at her surprised ,none of us not understanding what the queen meant by another strategy…. What could she mean?????
I looked straight at Rick who also has the same look as others…
“Lucia!!!!”Magdalene called and a beautiful girl amidst the ones assigned to me rushed out kneeling in front of the queen“Your majesty!!”she said…
The queen smiled and turned to face me “Kayla,Lucia will be going with us instead of you while you wait out here with Rick!!”she said…
I had a look of surprise on my face… Will this plan work, will we succeed??
“ do you think it will work Mother???” Rick asked mirroring my fears…
He’s right ,will it work what if Lucio finds out,what if he sees through the trick..
“i know you fear for Kayla but don’t worry ,Lucio hasn’t met Kayla before so it will be easy to fool him!!”she explained..
“but he may have seen Lucia before”Father interjected….
“hmmm off course has has but only when she’s a baby …don’t worry Gerald it will work”she replied “do you understand what you have to do Lucia??”she asked facing the woman who has been kneeling all through the conversation..
“yes your majesty!!”she replied bowing…
“Now let’s go!!!”the queen announced and they all marched forward ,the girl named Lucia standing in my position while Rick and I stayed behind…
“come with me!!!!”Rick whispered into my ears
I nodded and followed him absentmindedly…
We entered into a room,it was dark but I can hear faint sounds coming from a wall…
“follow me!!”Rick ordered silently….
I had no option but to follow him… I’m trying to put NY head in the task ahead as I force myself not to think that I’m here alone walking in the dark with Rick ….
My mind is doing something’s to me like Rick should just push me on the wall and k-ss me senseless…. What the hell am I thinking right now …even in time of dire situation, I’m thinking of Rick k-ssing me… No I must definitely have lost it
“what are you thinking???”Rick asked. His voice echoing through the still passage…
“no…nothing!!!”I stammered out…
I put my hands on my cheek glad that its dark and he can’t see my face..
“really???. Then should I tell you what I’m thinking??”he asked…
“uhn????”I said shocked…
He laughed heartily “ I’m thinking maybe I should take you and run away and once I’m sure we are far away from everyone and the war, k-ss you senseless and make senseless love to you!!”he said…
His words made me surprise and I feel myself blushing all the more… Nah he shouldn’t do that, the others life will be at stake…
“but I won’t do that, I will wait …after the war,I can do what I have in mind… I bet you won’t be able to walk well once I’m done with you!!”he said…
I smiled knowing he’s gonna be smirking while talking and also the promise in his voice got my toes turning to jellies..
“we are here!!!”he announced…
I stopped trying to listen for any sound… He held on to my hands and we waited for any sound then I heard their cries “Victory is ours!!!”I smiled holding on to Rick ,I’m sure he’s also smiling…
“this isn’t supposed to be right !!”Rick said…
“what do you mean by that!!”I asked surprised at his choice of words…
“the prophecy clearly says he’s gonna die by your hands not any other person hands!!”he said…
I thought carefully about what he said then I heard grunts and then the voice “no!!!victory is mine!!!!”

That voice gave me the cue …its time to attack..
I had taken Kayla to a passageway, one that leads to the throne room and we stood there lying in wait even though it was hærd to ignore my raging libido and I’m glad I did cause I didn’t wait to be warned of the next plan as I stormed into the throne room Kayla on my heels… I saw Lucia on the floor while Mom was in Hus grasp before I could react, Kayla already slashed Lucio from his back making him turn to face her….
I busied myself with attacking the other chamans with the Aquiyas while Kayla face Lucio….
🔥Author’s POV🔥
Kayla attacked Lucio with her sword using her hands also in attacking him… She swung her hands at him lifting him across the wall..
Lucio looked at her in surprise “it can’t be ,you can’t be the Chosen one …I definitely killed her”Lucio said grunting in pains surprised….
“no you didn’t assh-le !!”Kayla replied her eyes completely turning blue as she made a wh¡p with water and wh¡pped him…
He tried to also attack her dodging most of her attacks…. From her attacks he was sure that he’s already facing the chosen and she’s stronger than the average Aquiya even Magdalene is not as strong as her….
Kayla pushed him to the floor using the pillar in the room to pin him to the floor making sure he’s held down by the huge pillar…
“you deserve to die!!!”Kayla said walking to the wounded Lucio smirking..
She was about to attack him when Lucio raised his hands sending fire to her …she fell to the floor wounded ..her blue aura dimming ….its sure that the fire really affected her…
She felt dried up …she needs water …just a little source of it…she whined struggling on the floor..
Lucio pranced to her slowly “with your death ,I will change history!!”he sneered moving closer to her …
She whined on the floor in pain needing water as fast as her next breath…
He was about to attack her when a knife pushed into his stomach… He turned back and pushed the Aquiya that struck him completely forgetting about Kayla for while…
While Lucio concentrated on Aquiya who had attacked him,another Aquiya moved to her giving her a little bit of water which rejuvenated her body….
She felt herself gaining back her powers… She stood up and advanced towards the retreating Lucio and attacked him….
He turned to face her also creating a fire wh¡p of his own as they bother battled..Kayla pierced him with her sword earning a cry from him. He rose and was about to attack her when a hand sunclad over his head… icing him through his head …..
He knelt on the floor grunting in pain as his body starts icing…
Kayla looked at the scene before him and remembered that its just like her vision ….the mam kneeling and the woman icing him was actually Magdalene…
“Now Kayla!!”she yelled
And I rushed towards him forming a sword with my hands and pierced it
through his heart….
He began melting and immediately turned to water which washed away…..
Everyone yelled in victory as Rick ran over to hug her everyone shouting and yelling her name “Kayla!!Kayla !!!Kayla!!!”they all yelled as all Aquiyas carried her on their shoulder…….
