The day was already getting dark.. as the clouds moved around the blue sky.
Xandria stared at her wrist watch and hissed.

Damn! She had been so busy that she had forgot to check the time.
It was already 6:50pm!!

She grabbed her bag.. and started arranging her things, so she would leave.

She looked though her office glass walls, and there was no body in side the department.
She hurriedly grabbed her other things in a rush.. and off she left the office.

Just as she was about to walk to the elevator.
She turned to Xander’s office and his lights were still on.
That meant only one thing.

He was still in the office.
She sighed, as she walked closer to take a look at what he was doing.

She walked closer to the door, and peered in,side.
Thank God, he had taken the blinds down.

She looked up and he was fast asleep on the chair.
She unlocked the door, since she knew the office code.

Xander. She called, but got no replied.
She walked closer till she was so close to him.

She brought her hand closer to his face and damn! He was burning up.
Xander. She called again, and this time… He woke up.

But is eyes still felt dizzy.
She stared at him and shook her head.

You’ll sprain your neck if you keep sleeping this way. She mumbled, but he was still sleepy.

She helped him stand up and walked him to the couch that was just near the office reserve.
She dropped him on the couch… And walked in to the bathroom.

She grabbed a clean towel and soaked it in to the water.

She walked back to the sleeping man.. and gently placed the towel on his fore head.
Once your fever is done.. we’ll go home together. She muttered, as she placed a hand on his chest.

I.. I think I have to let you go from now.
It hurts but it’s okay.

It’s for the company.. so I understand. She mumbled, as a tear rolled down her eyes.

Wow! Can’t believe I’m really crying for a man! She chuckled.. turning to the man that was fast asleep.

She stood up and was about to get her back.. when she felt a hand grabbed her wrist.
She turned to him.. and he was awake, staring at her.

Huh? You were not asleep!? She asked, with dilated eyes as she cleaned her tears in a rush.
He sighed, pulling her down with that one hand.

She landed on his chest, burying her face into his hærd chest.
Why? Why did you had to fall in love with some one like me? He murmured, stroking her hair.

She sniffed.
I don’t know too.
I mean you’re a jerk. You hurt me several times.
You don’t care about my feelings for you.
You hated me at first sight.

You made me feel like trash.
I still don’t know how I had to fall in love with the jerk.. who played with my heart severally! She said, sniffing again.

He laughed.. stroking her hair again.
That’s not true.. I loved you at first sight.

But then… I tried to mask it with hate.
I wanted to hate you so badly.. that it hurts.
You clinging on me, was some thing I would never hate.

Pphh.. The phone on the table distracted his words.
He made to stand up but she pressed him down tightly.

Stay.. Don’t stand. She said, more like a order.
He stared hærd at her.. and as if compelled… Did what she said.

I have to savor this moment.
Cause from tomorrow.. you’re no more Xander to me.
You’re Mr Xander.. legally married to who ever is on that wall paper. She muttered.
Her head burnt with tears… But she refrained them.

He sighed again.
That only means one thing… Mom had chosen some one for him.
He bit his l-ips hærd, and gro-ned.

Xander. She called, as she stood up from his chest.
He stood up too, just staring at her teary face.

k-ss me. She mumbled.
k-ss me please… let me just have this last memory of you before I leave. She muttered, making him squint his eyes.

Leave? He c*cked a brow.. staring at her.
You’re leaving? He asked to be sure of what he might be hearing.

Hmm.. Do you really think I’ll stay? She aksed, with a huffed
I’ll stay and watch you get married to another woman.
You’ll k-ss her good morning every morning.. and she might as well bring your food to work.
And I’ll watch all that, still your secretary? She asked, chuckling.

I’m leaving tommorow. My resignation letter is already on your Table.
Sign it and pass it to the EOD team.
I’ll be leaving for Texas Tomorrow morning.

I have a distant aunt who lives there.
She contacted me few days ago.. I was too busy so I called her today.
Turns out I’m not abandoned any way. She grinned.

No. Came the deep reply of Xander De Lucci.
No what? I don’t understand you Xander.. make it more clearer. Xandria replied, as she turned fully to him.

I’m not letting you leave.
You’re not going any where. He said, more like a warning.

Just few hours ago.. you stopped being my Boss Xander De Lucci.
So stop acting Bossy. Xandria smirked.

Are you seriously leaving? He asked, with a confused face.
Yes. Xandria nodded, with a smile.

So k-ss me Mr Xander.. and don’t refrian yourself!!
