🍭Susan’s pov 🍭
Okay… Okay.. I think am ready for this, I have to be extra careful.
Jeez!! I didn’t call my mum yesterday, I was so tired, I fell asleep unknowingly. She’s gonna be really worried.
I tried calling her, but her number went straight to voicemail, well that doesn’t surprise me, mum usually switches off her phone every night to prevent disturbance. I think I’d try calling her later in the evening.
I rushed to the mirror to brush my hair, then I wore my shoes before picking up my phone and some money with me. Britney warned me not to carry a bag, I wonder why. I even asked her for reasons, but she refused telling me. Well, am not really a bag fan.
I rushed down the road to quickly board a cab, it’s almost 9am and I haven’t heard from Britney today, quite unusual….

I walked into the waiting room of the mansion to wait for Ricardo, it wasn’t that easy entering today, I had to make several calls to Ricardo before they let me in, it seems they didn’t recognize me as that private agent that came around some days ago, probably because I was wearing a dark shade glass then.
“Hey Suzy, you’re here pretty early” I heard Ricardo say as he took a seat beside me.
” You meant to say, you’re the one late, you are 15 minutes late. I shouldn’t even be surprised, you never kept to Time, right from high school” I said and he chuckled
” Are you angry with me? ” He asked
“Woah!! Am not, I’m quite used to it, you know” I replied and he nudged me
” Hope you slept well?” He asked
“Of course I did, what about my little baby Keisha? ” I asked
” She’s doing good, I told her about you and she’s really anxious to meet you, including Tina my wife” he replied
” Awwn.. am so honored” I replied and he rolled his eyes at me
” So Susan, we don’t have a lot of time to search Britney’s room, I normally go there but I come out almost immediately, so are you ready for this? ” He asked
” Definitely, take the lead” I said and he stood up while I followed behind him…………
We stepped into Britney’s room, it was so beautiful and classy just like when Britney took me back to view her death, it’s the same way since then…..
“Alright Suzy, let the search begin” he said and I rolled my eyes at him, he was being sarcastic, he doesn’t know me, I’ll surprise him.
I quickly rushed to the potrait Britney showed me. I lifted it up and surprisingly there was no camera there.
What!!! I thought Britney told me that the camera was behind the photo, there is nothing here, jeez !! I hope Bianca hasn’t found out and taken it away, it’s gonna be a different story if that’s what happened, I was still searching when Britney whispered my name, I look to the direction of her voice and she was right beside me..
I signed to her that the camera wasn’t there, rather she just gave me a smile..
She the pointed at the photo I brought down, I carried it up, but there was no camera there, I looked at her confused, but she chuckled in return.
She then point the top of the photo frame telling me to look behind the picture. I Did, it was then I saw a strapper, holding the camera, jeez!! No one would ever Know there is a camera on this photo, it’s just as the same way the photo is
“Wow!!” I exclaimed out loudly
“What’s up Suzy?” He asked
“I’ve found a camera, it’s been here all along” I said showing him the photo
“That’s not a camera Susan, that’s a photo frame” he said staring at me like I was insane
” Here it is” I said showing him exactly where it was
“OMG!! I can’t believe this, how the hell did you know this was here? nobody would actually know this was here except the person who put it there” he said
” Am as surprised as you are, no one would ever know about it” I replied
” We have a camera, that has been capturing every scene going on in Britney’s room, how are we gonna know if actually the video of how she was poisoned is in here? Probably she ate something poisonous or was maybe poisoned before coming home, and then it reacted here, we don’t know Susan” he said
” You’re right, let’s just watch the video,, who knows if we may find anything useful” I said trying to play along with him
” That’s gonna be later okay, you take it home with you, since we have no laptop, we would search it as soon as I come to you with my laptop, okay? ” He said
” Okay, that’s great” I replied
” Right, just try to keep this safe, okay?” He said
“Of course Ricardo, trust me” I replied……..
Now… Bianca is going to jail ………

“Hey Cath? Any update?📲I asked taking the incoming call from Catherine
“Am sorry Bianca, our plans kinda fail📲she said
” Hun?, What do you mean? 📲 I asked
“Well it turns out she had a large star. She didn’t come with a bag📲she replied
Jeez!! I should have thought of that and at least a plan to substitute of anything go wrong
“Jeez, so do you think she found anything implicating in Britney’s room📲I asked anxiously
“I heard them talking about a camera attached to a photo frame she actually left to check the day of Britney’s death clip. That lady seems smart, cause nobody could figure out that there was a secret camera installed in that room for eleven good months 📲 Cathrine said
Jeeeeeeez!! Am in big f-cking trouble, there was a camera in Britney’s room, but how was I supposed to know that there was a stupid camera attached to a stupid photo frame?? I know it’s Britney’s job, she always does stupid things.. how am I sure the camera didn’t capture me poisoning her drink…. Gosh!! Am doomed.
“Hey, hey, Bianca, are you there? 📲 I heard Cathrine ask
“I have to get that photo from her this instance 📲I said in fear
“What!!? But that’s impossible📲 she replied
“What do you mean by that 📲 I replied, I was already starting to get mad and confused
“Would I just go snatch it from her just like that? She’s not a little baby you know. And in addition, she’s far gone already 📲 she replied
Jeez!!!!!!!!!
“Why the hell didn’t you follow her📲 I yelled in anger
“Follow her? Have you forgotten I have to do that after my duty is over? I still have 1 hour 30 minutes to complete my shift here📲she replied
“Is like you have no idea that we are both doomed, if they found out what happened in that camera 📲I said furious
“How does it affects me, I didn’t do anything, neither did I ask you to do it📲she replied
“And who told you anyone would think of that? As far as you knew all along and couldn’t expose the culprit, rather you were working with the culprit to prevent her from being exposed, you would also be in big trouble 📲 I replied
“So you’re blackmailing me now, right? 📲She said
” Call it whatever you want 📲 I replied
” You know what Bianca, I regret helping you from the beginning, I’m gonna sneak into her hotel room myself and get that camera and destroy it myself and from that moment onward, I quit working for you, and for a fact, you still owe me two million dollars📲she said angrily, hanging up the call……
I hope she gets it, I can’t go to jail, I’m too young, classy and beautiful for that place…..
I angrily kicked the chair in front of me down in frustration, why didn’t I Know there was a f-cking camera in that room? Why!!!??
“Anything the problem, Bianca?” I heard my mum ask in her usual rude voice
” Mum, it turned out there was a camera in Britney’s room, which covered the wh0le scene” I replied
” Then go get it” she replied
” I wish I could, a lady who claimed to be a private agent had gotten hold of it, how do I get it from her now? ” I said and mum bursted into a round of laughter, she was laughing really hærd, like what I said was a huge joke she had never heard before……
“Mum??” I called
“Don’t call me that, fool, I knew you were stupid from the beginning, you couldn’t even search and find out if there was anything implicating in there, before you started walking freely all over the town. Now an outsider, just searched the room in one day and she got hold of the camera, bravo Bianca, you just got a first degree in stupidity” she said
” But mum, no one would know that there was a camera in that room, all the people coming to investigate her case never found out there was one” I said sadly
” But the strange lady did, didn’t she? ” She replied
” Mum…. I
“Look Bianca, anything happens to you, I swear, I don’t know you anymore” she said shattering my heart
” Are you denying me mum? ” I asked at the verge of tears
“I’ve already denied you, do you think I wished you were my daughter, you’ve always been a disappointment from the beginning” she said walking away angrily
” Mum please am sorry” I was in tears trying to stop her and she stopped
“I don’t wanna hear you call me mum again” she said walking away totally
My life is doomed!!

💖 Susan’s pov 💖
“Look Bianca, you’re confusing me, first you said I shouldn’t take a bag out, then now you’re asking us to change hotel” I said quite frustrated
” You just have to do it Susan” she replied
” I know I just have to do it, but my question is ‘why do I have to do it?’, that also remind me, today you arrived quite late, that’s unlike you? ” I said
” Well all I was doing was on my scheme to protect you and make sure this mission is a success, Susan , you might not know, but you’ve earned some numbers of enemies doing this, the most urgent thing we have to do now, is to leave this hotel, they do refund, they may refund the money of the days you didn’t spend, I know another cheap hotel we could lodge in down town” she said
” But why Britney, that’s what I wanna know” I said
“You’re right Susan, am gonna tell you everything when we settle down in a new hotel” she said and I finally agreed
I packed up all my stuff, keeping the camera in a safe place and also making sure I didn’t forget anything important.
I rushed out of the room with my luggage to the reception, I explained to the receptionist of how my plan to stay here for a month has been cut short, and surprisingly she refunded the balance with a smile on her face.
I quickly hail a cab, to avoid being seen by anyone, cause even without Britney telling me, I have this strange feeling that someone is following me, probably it Should be that crazy Stephen, my ex boss …..
The cab man finally stopped at the hotel I told him about, and then I gave him his pay, it was Britney who suggested it tho.
Actually this hotel look more classy than the one I just left some minutes ago, I just hope I can afford it.
I walked to the receptionist to make enquiries, it was cheap tho, but a little bit higher than the last place….
I was given a room at the second floor, it was much more bigger, at least the price wasn’t a waste.
Now I need to call Ricardo and tell him I’ve changed location, so he should come to the new place.
Just as I was about taking my phone to call him, an incoming call appeared from my mum. Jeez!! I forgot to call her…
“Hey mum, am really really really sorry for not calling you yesterday, I slept up, earlier than usual 📲 I tried explaining before she could say anything
“No problem sweetie, at least am glad to know you were actually safe📲she said
“Awwn, I am Mum, I hope you’re coping over there? 📲 I asked
” Well am trying my best tho, hope you’re also comfortable there? 📲She asked concerned
“I am mum, thanks for asking 📲I replied
” Alright sweetie, don’t forget to call me later 📲 she said
“Okay mum, bye, love you… 📲I said about hanging up but she stopped me
“Wait Susan 📲she said
” Any problem mum? 📲 I asked quite worried
“Your boss came over two days ago 📲she said
” What!!? You mean Stephen? 📲 I asked
” Yes, he came back to tell me he didn’t sack you from work that you decided to go away yourself because you two had some argument, he even said you both are in a relationsh¡p 📲 she said
“What!!? Stephen said that? Mum don’t believe him, he’s a big liar, he came here telling me you were the one called him to ask for money to pay off all our bills 📲 I replied paranoid
“No dear, he offered me the money, saying you would be upset if I don’t accept it 📲 Mum explained
“Jeez!! Mum, please don’t spend a penny from that money, he might use that against me, when he’s back in Ireland, you’ll return everything to him📲 I said
“Of course, I haven’t even touched it, thank God I called to find out, that guy is a snake, beware of him okay, take care Hun📲 she said
“Alright mum, bye📲 I replied and she hanged up the call…
Gosh!! Stephen is such a lying champ, I hate guys like him, they always get on the wrong side of me.
“Don’t mind him Susan, he’s just desperate to get a beautiful girl like you all to himself” I heard Britney say chuckling
” But he went to far, he’s crazy” I said and she laughed
” Okay Britney, now tell me the exact reason we are here” I said and she told me everything in details
It turns out that there was an in,side spy working for Bianca in the mansion, informing her of our every room, now Bianca knows we have the camera and is trying her best to get it from us….
Wow!! Such a twist, am glad Britney was here to inform me, probably I would have been implicated one way or the other, if that checkbook was actually successfully dropped in my bag, I would actually be in police custody, woah!!, Now am suddenly glad I listened to Britney.

💛 Daniel’s pov 💛
I’ve been meaning to see Susan since my last clash with both she and Stephen, I haven’t seen her since then. I don’t even know where she lives. Since she has apologized. She offered to explain why she suddenly left, but I refused on that, but now I think am ready to listen to her explanations.
She seems like a good person, quite understandable, I kind of doubt what Stephen said about her, she doesn’t seem like those sluty girls, Stephen has been a flirt from the beginning, it’s hærd to believe anything he says, despite the fact that he’s my closest friend.
I do think it’s time I make amends with her, and stop drowning in the past. But the only confusing part is that, I searched for her at the hotel I dropped her at the last we met, but they told me she checked out this afternoon and I’ve checked all flights living today, her name doesn’t seems to be part of their list, well I’ll search for her and am sure one way or the other or even through Stephen, I would probably find her

“I thought you were never going to come Ric, dude, you never keep to time” I said offering Ricardo in, locking the door behind us.
“It’s not that easy Susan, i had to make sure everything is in place before I leave, hope you have a flash drive with you? In case we find anything important in it ” He asked
” Yh, I got two here with me” I replied
” That’s great” he said
He took the camera and connected it to the system. It took a very long time for it to load, I actually thought the camera wasn’t good anymore, but actually it was.
“Jeez!! Susan, this is an impossible mission” I hear Ricardo say
” What do you mean by that?” I asked confused
“There are thousands of cl¡ps here, how are we gonna find the one that has to do with Britney’s death, it would take us months” he complained
” Don’t be dumb Ric, why don’t we just search May 23rd 2019, that’s the day of Britney’s death, right?” I said
” Ohh, that skipped my mind, you’re right tho” he replied
He searched for the date of her death, and it came out almost immediately, it was a 24 hours clip, so it took a lot of our time, we kept on forwarding it, till we got to the part where Britney was searching her laptop…
“Stop Ric, don’t forward it again, let’s watch from here” I said and he agreed….
It played from the part Bianca came in, to the part Britney went out to get Bianca water, down to the part where Bianca injected a liquid into Britney’s drink and finally to the part Britney took the drink and reacted to it.
“Wait!!!! I don’t think am seeing well, isn’t that Bianca??” He said and I nodded
” It was said that Britney was killed through a poisoned soda, and that’s Bianca injecting her drink” he said and I also nodded
” That means, Bianca killed Britney” he said
” Am as surprised as you are”I replied
“I’ve never trusted that Bianca of a girl, Britney was just a harmless girl, what could have warrant such wickedness” he said sadly
” Well, sometimes, we shouldn’t trust everyone around us, we might not know who really have our back” I replied
” No time to talk, I have to copy this into the flash drive” he said, cutting the video short to the part we needed then transferring it to the two flash drives…..
“Now we have the video Susan, we need to get to the police this instant” Ricardo said
” What?? But that’s quite impossible, it’s late already” I said
” This is risky to be kept with you, Susan” he said
” What are you even saying, I know what I’m doing, right from the start” I argued
” You don’t know Susan, you don’t know what you got yourself into, the very moment you got that camera with you” he said
” Of course I do, don’t take me for a fool Ricardo” I replied
” Then you’d let us report to the authorities this moment” Ricardo yelled and suddenly someone barged in almost breaking the door
“No one is reporting to the authorities, I have a weapon” the lady said
