Cyril POV 😜
I walk out of the bathroom. The clothes ,I was gonna wear was already set on the bed. My bedspread has been changed as usual.
The maids always change it,I don’t use bedspread and duvet twice. That must’ve been so stressful for them.
I’ll change that law henceforth. They’re all doing a great work in the house.
I move to the dressing mirror and dried my body,dress up and brush my hair. I need to change my hair color.
But what color? Ummm.. Pink…Yeah.
Meryl said I look beautiful in pink.
I stare at my fingernails,which was painted pink and couldn’t help but smile.
I reach for a gold chain,five rings and earrings which I made use. I sprayed my body. Wait…My phone.
I took one of them and headed to the living room. Descending the stairs. I turn my data on immediately,my phone started to buzz.
Christ!
Too much notifications.
“Boss”. I heard Jayden’s deep masculine voice and I look up from my phone.
” Bro”. I exclaimed and threw my arms around him.
“Is eve…rythi….ng okay?”. He stuttered.
I pulled out of the hug. “I’ve missed you so much,you know”.
“Miss me? Sure, you’re fine?”.
“What do you mean?”.
“Am sorry. I don’t mean to say that but isn’t it weird that you just hugged me and proclaim to miss me”
” Oh”. I chuckled and hit his arm playfully. ” I know,i haven’t done that before,so I expect it”.
We entered the living room and the maids laid flat on the floor,when they saw me.
” Welcome sir”.
“Thank you”. I mumbled and settled in the sofa.
All the maids and guards except Jayden left.
“Call me all the maids”.
“Sir?”.
“Call all the workers”. I repeated.
Not like he did not hear me,so what?
” Sure boss”. He left and I log on to my Instagram.
Different posts.
📱 “Mr handsome missing”.
I click the comments box.
💬 ” He’s said to be out of San Francisco”.
💬 ” I heard he got married secretly”.
💬 “He’s confirmed gay”.
💬 ” He’s in coma,heard he was involve in plane crash”.
💬 ” Not seen in the city”.
💬 ” Found dead and buried secretly”.

I left the post and came across another.
📱”Meryl Martin also confirmed missing”.
I click the comments.
💬 ” Could they be together?”.
💬 “Nah fool. They’re enemies”.
💬 “But it could be true”.
💬 ” Not possible”.
The replies were over millions ,so I just left , checking other posts out.
💬”I miss Cyril,my forever crush”.
Okay,this gat me blushing.
💬 “I love Cyril Ross”.
💬 “Come back,Mr handsome”.
It filled Twitter too.
💬 ” Cyril squad: We miss Mr handsome”.

💬 ” You’re the best, Handsome”.
” Sir”.
I look up and found my maids standing before me. When did they get here?
I was too engrossed in the posts,I guess.
“Is this everybody?”.
“Yes sir”.
“Okay. So umm.. Everybody,I wanna thank you all for….
I was cut off as the maids burst into tears.
What ? Why?
They dropped on their kneel and started to wail.
“What wrong with you, people?”. I asked looking about their faces.
“Please don’t fire us. Working in this house is the best thing that has happened to us so far. Please”. The cheif maid cried.
” You think I wanna fire you?”.
” Forgive us,if there’s something we’ve done wrong. Please”. Another cried.
” Stand up, everybody”.
Their eyes grew big. ” Sir?”.
” Yeah,I wanna discuss with you all”.
“We’re okay this way”.
“Boss said you should!”. Jayden yelled and they flinched.
” It okay,Jay”. I waved him.
The maids changed their kneeling position and sat on the tiled floor.
“I never said,sit on the floor. In the chairs. It can occupy everyone”.
They exchange looks.
” Boss?”. Jayden called.
“Yes?”
“They should sit in the chairs?”
“Yeah. Any problem?”.
” No.. no”.
” Sit everybody and that’s an order”. I said sternly and they obeyed.
Nobody likes to get on my bad side.
“The reason,I called you all isn’t because I wanna sack you. I won’t do the because I can’t. You’re all doing a good job here.Lots of things gonna change henceforth. So take note”.
I brush my hair backwards. ” Henceforth,you’ll change my bedspread once a week. You can watch movies and eat whatever you want , whenever you want.
You don’t have to bow to me like am a god anymore,Just greet me like normal boss”. I took a pause and look around.
All of them was surprised including Jayden..
” And one more thing,your salary will be increase by 50%”.
They all gasped,their eyes wide .
” Sir Cyril?” .
” Yeah. We’re one. Family, that’s it. I appreciate you all”. I turn to Jayden. ” Call my hairstylist”
” Thank you so much sir”. They all applauded.
I smiled at them. ” You can all return to your duties”.
“God bless you”. They grinned and stood up, whispering among themselves as they walk out of the living room.
“Boss, what’s going on?”
“You mean?”.
“Why the sudden increase in salary?”.
“So you mean,it bad to appreciate people’s effort?”.
” No but…..
“Put a call across to the stylist”. I said and stood up leaving the living room to my personal salon, somewhere in my mansion by the pool side.
I entered the salon and sat down, Jayden walk in with the stylist.
“Sir Cyril”. He bowed.
“How you today?”.
“Good sir”. He covered my body with a yellow clothe to avoid my body from getting hair stains.
“Ummm.. waht should I work on? Cut or what?”.
“Just change the color and trace out some hair”.
“What color, sir?”.
“Pink”
I recalled how Meryl had said,it make me beautiful and I found myself smiling.
“Someone said I look cute in pink,so use pink”.
“Yes sir”.
My phone started to ring. Jayden pick it up and place it on my ear,I collected the phone cos that’s must be stressful.
“Cyril”.
Oh mom.
“Hey Nancy”. I smiled.
“Am not fine. Have missed you so much,Son”.
” Me too”.
” I hope you’re still at home cos am about to come over”
” Don’t bother,Mom. Am coming to see you and Dad”.
” Okay,I’ll prepare your favorite meals myself. Okay?”
” I love you ,Mom”.
I aborted the call and the stylist start to work on my hair. Once he was done ,I went back into my room and had a shower then changed my clothes.
I don’t mean to stress the maids though.
I proceeded downstairs,my guards were waiting.
“Let’s get going”.
I got out of the house,Jayden rush to open the Bugatti Divo for me.
“Am using the Ferrari today”. I chuckled as I walk towards the Ferrari.
Jayden opened the door but I left and went over to the driver’s seat.
“Am driving myself”. I grinned as I got in the car.
“Boss, you’re not suppose to be driving yourself”.
” And why is that? C’mon get in or you’ll have to enter another car. By the way,only one car should follow me”.
” What?!!!”.
” Yes”.
Jayden stood staring at me weirdly.
” C’mon Jayden”.
He turn and I heard him order the guards to retreat back to the house and only one car should follow.
He got into the car and I started,the gate opened and I drove out.
Jayden kept stealing glance at me, weirdly.
“What’s your problem,Jay?”
“Am afraid”.
“Why?”.
“Are you sure, you’re okay? Did something happened to you?”.
” What??”. I pulled up by the roadside and turn to him. ” You think,am sick upstairs? That’s kinda insult,you know”.
“No … Just tha…
He was interrupted by the crowd of people rushing to my car.

👥 “Cyril is back”. They s¢ræmed in joy.
Am not ready to answer any questions
I started the car’s engine and zoomed off.
” Boss. Why that?”.
“I don’t wanna answer any questions” .

I step out of the car and March into the house. The guards bowed as I pass them. Immediately I entered,the maids bowed just like I’ve instructed them ,the last time.
Geez…
Can’t believe I did that horrible thing.
“Where is Mom and Dad?”. I asked no one in particular.
“In the fourth sitting room”. One answered.
“Oh okay… Go tell them,am here. Jay”. I said to Jayden who obeyed and left.
I settled in the sofa,look around me and found all the maids stiff.
Geez… I really have a long way to go.
“Just go back to your duties,please”. I said clasping my palms together.
They stare at me for a while and finally left.
I heaved a sigh of relieve.
🗣️ Mr handsome seen around Jodie’s shopping mall”.
I heard and followed the voice. It actually coming from the TV. It was the headline.
🗣️ News in detail.
Cyril Ross ,The Mr Handsome of San Francisco’s car was seen around Jodie’s shopping mall few minutes ago.
Rumors has it that he’s not the one because the car drive off immediately the Paparazzi showed up. What do you think,Theresa?”. The Female reporter asked the other.
🗣️” Well, Rosemary. The only way to find out is seeing him. That’s the only way to clear the rumors”
🗣️” Do you think,that could be him?”.
🗣️” Ummm… That could be him in my own opinion because it a yellow Ferrari,which is his favorite car”.
I reached for the remote and changed the channel but same thing with different headline. I changed it to other channels and still the same.
Am not surprised though.
Am the city’s sweetheart.
A live video will be good. To clear the air.
First I went to my Twitter and posted then finally Instagram. Immediately I click the live video, comments and loves were coming in.

“Hey guys”. I chuckled.
“Rumors had it that my car was seen this afternoon. Yeah.It not just my car but am the one in it.
Am not sick or anything. Just feel like staying indoor for a while and am….
“Cyril”. I heard my mom s¢ræm.
I look up and saw her descending the stairs.
“I told ya guys”.
With my phone still capturing the moment,I went over to my mom and she hugged .e tight before pulling out.
I hand the phone to Jayden and he tried to stop the video but I told him to continue.
My mom plant k!$ses all over my face. “I’ve missed you so much”.
“Me too”. I responded and peck both her cheeks.
I turn to the camera. ” So guys,Cyril is now back in the city. See ya later,Bye!”. I waved and Jayden stopped the video.
My mom took me to the couch and we both settled in it. She start inspecting my body.
“We’re you hurt?”.
“I ate mushrooms and…..
” What?”. She gasped.
“Why are you acting a dream now,huh? Trying to say you don’t know?”.
“I don’t Cyril. I promise. Ross didn’t tell me anything”
” And that’s because you’re gonna black out,if I do”. My Dad spoke up and I turn to see him coming into the living room.
He settled in a sofa and stare at me.”Young Man”.
“Why are you looking at me like that?”.
“I expect you to lash out on me by now and probably disown me”.
I chuckled as I cross my legs.” That’s what I planned to do,two days after I got into that house but later ,it changed”.
” Wow. So you not mad at your Dad,anymore?”.
” I am. He brought me back without a notice”.
” Why are you mad at that?”.
” You shorten the time,I had to spend with a friend”. I pouted.
” A friend?”.
” Yes Mom. Dad wanted us to fall in love but we end up being friends. Isn’t that nice?”.
” No son, you’re suppose to be dating by now”.
” Seriously? Are you that desperate for us?”.
” It Okay ,Cyril. Let’s go to the dinning. I made your favorites”.
” Okay,Mom”.
I stood up and she did the same.
” Mr Famous is all the channels, can’t even watch any news in peace.
“. My Dad whined and I turn to the TV.
It was showing the live video,I did earlier.
“Enjoy it Dad. That’s what you get for having a pretty,Son”. I grinned as I walk out of the living room with my Mom and Jayden behind.
I got to the dinning room and settled in a chair,I winked at Jayden and he sat down beside me.
“You’ll be spending the night here”. My Mom stated.
“I did not plan to”.
“Well…Plan it now cos I already have the maid take care if your room here”.
” Mom….”.
” Son please. Just a night”. She came in front of me, giving me a puppy face,which always work on me.
More of the reason,I don’t keep anything from her.
“Okay. Fine. Fine,I’ll spend three days with you guys then”.
I told ya,her puppy face is like a charm on me.
” Thanks Mr Handsome”. She winked and we both chuckled.
