Chapter Twenty Four :
Ares
Squeezing my hands my back break the more and am left feeling the pain, fighting to get up I feel so suppress ” let go!!!” Yelling didn’t change anything and if I don’t act fast this skull will pull me in and take over
Gaining energy I tried standing up,putting my bones back to its original location ” don’t fight me” each time the skull spoke it felt like my body being eaten upon ” I own you ”
” shut the f-ck up!!!” With my last energy I stand up, holding the couch for support, breathing heavily sweats pour from my head down to my body ” little mouse?? ” she was standing here a minute ago, where the f-ck is she
First of all I have to shut this skull for now then I will be able to find her. Walking to my room I open the door, my gaze drag down to all my injections on the floor, why are they here
Bending down I pick one up, I trying injecting it but it won’t work, I tried again and this time it broke ” what the hell??” This only happens when the skull has eaten someone waiting to digest, lifting my gaze up I stare at the skull, his mouth open wide
Don’t tell me Zoe came here, shit. And when I wasn’t in?, what the hell was she thinking, I gave her a simple rule ” god damn it ” sitting on the bed I cover my face with my hand
” what happened here ” Zar and Xar step into my room ” are you okay….look at your chest ” starring down I clench my fist, the skull was developing there too, the teeth is out ” you need your injection ”
” can’t take that ”
” why not ” Xar asked and I point up, they all look up at once and it realization hit them hærd ” why will Zoe come here ”
” to get the injections for Ares of course ” Zar shook his head ” why aren’t you with one, you were always with one ” they both stare at me, even at Zoe place I was with one and after using it I forgot to take another
” long story ” I muttered ” we need to find a way to get her out, after 48 hours she is good as dead”
” the skull will defiantly try killing her, he hasn’t eaten for awhile ” Xar mumble running his hands through his hair ” they is no way of taking her out of there Ares, she has to get out of this one herself”
” she might be scared to death over there, I have to get her if I lose her I don’t know what I will do” standing up I stare at the skull ” am going in ”
” no you are not” Zar rush his words ” are you forgetting the skull himself is on your back and spreading fast, going there will only increase its power and lower Zoe surviving rate…we need to think of a way to stop this skull from spreading, its taking over your body ”
” why don’t you drink the liquid placed in the injection” Xar said, I stare at him like he has lost his mind completely ” doing that the mouth will close and Zoe is good as dead ”
” then what the hell do we do ” Zar asked ” leaving you like this means the skull will defiantly take control ”
” that’s what Evelyn want anyway ” grabbing my shirt I exhale “am going on a trip, to Evelyn ” stepping out of the house I put on my shirt and out the house I went
I won’t let anything happen to my little mouse, If anything do happen I might lose my shit and everyone around me is good as dead

Murmur fill the wh0le castle as I step in,side, starring at the guards all I can see on the face is fear, I wasn’t smiling but frowning, they should know something is wrong
Opening the crown room door I stare at Evelyn, sitting gracefully, her long blond hair lose down while her brown eyes stare at me as I step closer to her ” what do I owe this….unwanted visit ”
” why do you think am here Evelyn ” I gro-n already getting disgusted by her face ” this damn curse you place on my back has eaten my little mouse and I want her back ”
” is that the right way to speak to your mother” she rise her brows and I didn’t smile, my frown deepen the more
” you’re never a mother to me” I gro-n ” and I despise you, no mother will turn their child to an experiment ”
” you need to understand….. ” rising my hand I cut her up, I do know she hate been cut off but I didn’t come here for this discussion ” I didn’t come here for this Evelyn… How do I get her out ”
” why do you think I planted that on your back Ares” she chuckle ” anyone that gets in dies, that way the descendants don’t stand a chance but if she could make a deal with the dark myth maybe he will let her out ”
Clenching my fists I turn around ” it seems like he is successfully taking over your body, it already spread to your neck and by the time it cover your wh0le body, he will take control, you will be no more, looks like they is no need for my injection ” Evelyn muttered, feeling happy with what she created
” if she doesn’t make it” I turn around starring at Evelyn ” I will kill you ” I watch fear register in her eyes before I walk out
Zoe you have to get out of this one, dont you dare die on me little mouse

Chapter Twenty Five:
Zoe
Blinking my eyes thrice I woke up, gro-ning in pain, sitting up I rob my head while looking, I couldn’t see anything because of the darkness am in ” where am I??” I said to no one in particular
Standing up my mind completely forgot about Ares, is he still in pain, I couldn’t get the injections to him in time, Zar and Xar seem to have left the house. I have to get out of here to save him
Looking around I growl, should I keep going straight, I can’t see anything. Exhaling I take a step after another, going slowly and so far nothing has touch or scare me
Maybe I will be out of here in no time, taking another step I halt and scre-m, the pain flow right to my head ” oh god??” Lifting my leg I step back then fall down, my breathing increased before pulling what got stuck in my leg
I couldn’t help as tears drop from my eyes, It Pierce from the middle right to the top of my leg ” Ahhh!!” Pulling it out, blood flow out of my leg, it hurts, I have to make it stop bleeding
Tearing my dress I tie it around my legs and try standing up and when I successfully did, I couldn’t drop my leg leg on the ground. Dipping my hands in my summer dress pocket my hands touched my phone
Pulling it out I move to the flash light and turn it on, I stare at what got into my legs, a huge nail, taking another step I stare at different bones, human bones to be precise are all over the wh0le place, they is no wall around, everywhere is huge and so dark
Am I gonna turn to one of these bones, am I gonna die and be eaten, Ares can’t come here, he needs my help, I need to get out of here and help him, I shouldn’t lose hope
Wherever I am, am gonna get out of here ” you hear me skull head, am getting out of here” yelling I listen to my voice echo repeatedly all over, looks like am alone over here, just need to find my way out
Focusing I take another jump, my gaze drag down, rats run all over, roaming around the wh0le place, looking up it felt like my heart jump out of my body as I fall down
Sweating are beginning to form on my forehead, I stare at the skeleton who seem so interested in looking at me strangely ” stop starring ” I yell, I was getting angry ” if Ares sent you then behave ”
I watch the skull step back, his body slowly start having some flesh in them that scare me a little, did Ares really send this guy or is he gonna kill me
I shouldn’t be yelling at people I don’t know. The skeleton turn to Ares, Ares is standing right next to me but his hair is silver while is eyes yellow, apart from that he looks like Ares, his face grow into a evil smile and I know am in trouble
” sorry for yelling ” my voice shaky as I crawl back a little ” my name is Zoe ” he title his head to his left then chuckle deeply, his laugh fill with danger, I know if I don’t do something I will die
I tried standing, the pain in my leg increased and am left wondering why am not healing, I usually heal fast but now all I need to worry about is how to get out of here
The moment I tried moving I couldn’t feel my body anymore, it felt like am paralyzed ” where do you think you’re going zoey” he muttered moving close and grabbing my chin tight, inflicting pain to my wh0le body from just that
” what do you want!!” I yell surprised I can talk
” am hungry “he step closer ” haven’t eaten for one hundred years, your little boyfriend tried putting me under control ”
” and you think eating me you will be okay ” I couldn’t even frown if I want to ” can’t you see am ski-ny and taste bad, you will probably vomit if you try to eat me…what if your stomach don’t digest me huh, do you want to waste my flesh???” He step back, I could see he is confused
” aren’t you scared ” he gro-n ” how dare you talk to me like am a dear friend to Ares ” he lift his hand up and immediately I feel all my body rise up then the pain begin
All my bones breaking and relocating, each time it break I scre-m and yell…I couldn’t take it anymore the pain is too much ” am not scared of you!!!!” I gro-n ” you big ugly skull” am going to die either way why not insult him ” bastard from hell, incredible…. Ahhh!!….incredible urine s-cker!!” I had no idea where the names come from but I was yelling and shouting names
Letting go I fall to the ground, my breathing got heavier by the second, tears dropping off my eyes ” I refuse to die now, Ares need my help, I have to go back so let me go” I sob ” please ”
” and why should I listen to you ” his voice fill with amusement ” you think I have a soft heart for you to talk to, news flashing ” he turn back to a mean dry skeleton ” am nothing but an evil skeleton ”
” no!!!!” It felt like my wh0le body was laying on different nails Piercing all over me, I couldn’t yell or cry, blood wasn’t coming out but the pain was too much
” torture before eating is always the best ” his face curve into a smile, he seem to be growing bigger by the minute, his energy keep increasing, I can feel it ” am sorry you can’t use your powers here descendant… This is my world”
After those words left his mouth fire started burning, I was burning in fire, I couldn’t breath anymore, I was losing myself, the pain was too much
