Jayden’s POV
“No, don’t, don’t die, you can’t die, I can’t loose you too, John!!!” I yelled in anguish
“Oops, too bad he died instead of you” Landon said “But that doesn’t change anything does it? As you will still die right now in front of everyone!”
“Landon no please!!” Brie yelled “Do not kill my brother please” she cried and Landon laughed
“Is this not interesting? Well you can take solace in the fact that you will be joining him immediately he dies”
“I will kill you, touch my Alpha and I’ll cut of your head and feed it to the dogs!!!” Andre growled
“You’ll cut off my head?” Landon laughed “Even in chains you still threaten me Andre”
“Remove this chains from me and you’ll see exactly what am capable of doing to you!” Andre said
“Your loyalty to your Alpha is heart melting Andre, have no fear I shall remove your chains and make you join him after his death” Landon said as he pointed the sword to my throat “It’s been a long run Jayden Ashford but everything ends today!” he said as he made to slash my throat but he was suddenly unable to move
“What is going on? Why can’t I move Richard?!!” Landon asked as he struggled to move
“Oh no it’s not Richard, it’s my doing” the priestess of the Moon goddess said as she appeared from nowhere
“Priestess” I called
“Even though you’ve been really rude and troublesome to me, did you really think I was going to let you die?” she smiled
“Damn you priestess, why are you here?! You have no business here!!” Landon yelled still unable to move
“Let’s just say am a bit attached to the Alpha so I cannot let you kill him” the priestess said
“You made a mistake comic here priestess” Richard said
“Oh I’ve heard of you, a powerful wizard called Richard who proclaim himself to be the most powerful being in the world when in reality he’s just a weak person trying to gain recognition” the priestess said
“Oh I’ll show you how weak I am” Richard said angrily and a fight broke out between them
There was a sudden shriek from the forest and one of the wolves ran to meet Landon

“What is going on?” Landon asked
“We are being attacked” he said
“Attacked? By who?!!” Landon asked
“I don’t know, but they are led by a woman, they call her Luna” he said and my eyes brightened up
Luna!
“Get all the wolves, kill her army and bring her to me, I want her alive” he said and the wolf bowed and left
“Your wife is here” Landon said and then a frown appeared on his face “I will kill her”
“And how exactly will you do that? We are both unable to move” I said
“Richard!! Come and release me Richard!!” Landon yelled at Richard who was still on a fight with the priestess
“Audrey, Audrey!!” I heard Kilan called and Audrey looked at him
“Release me” he said to Audrey and she shook her head
“I can’t”
“Release me Audrey! Will you just stand there and watch me be killed?!” Killan said
“Try to unchain him Audrey and I promise I’ll give you a brutal death” Landon said
“He can’t do anything to you Audrey, he is spelled, he can’t even move!” Kilan said
“Why should I help you? You ended our relationship, you said I am not your sister anymore!”
“Yes I did, because you killed the only person I’ve ever loved, you ended her life! Ally life I’ve always lived doing what you or father tells me to and I never complained, father was killed and you wanted a revenge and I supported you…..”
“Yet you are now teaming up with the one that killed him!!!” Audrey yelled
“Is Jayden really responsible for father’s death?” Kilan asked
“Yes Kilan I was there, Jayden pulled out his heart right in front of me!!”
“Only because he admitted to being the Demon Wolf and killing his betas, in your outrage, did you ever stopped to wonder why father will admit to something he didn’t do?” Kilan said and Audrey was silent
“The night before father’s death, he had a visitor and I overheard them talking, Landon visited father secretly and told him he was on a fight against Alpha Jayden and he needed allies, he knew Father hated Jayden for breaking off his engagement with you an will do anything to get back at him so he made use of that, he convinced father to admit being the Demon Wolf in front of Jayden, he sent father to his death!” Kilan narrated
“No, it’s not true, it can’t be true” Audrey shook her head
“Audrey….”
“Why…..why didn’t you tell me earlier?!” She yelled
“And would you have listened?! Hell you’ve never for once asked for my opinion in anything, you never ask what I think, you just go ahead and do what you feel is right so I just let you!” Kilan said
“Audrey, Audrey do not release him” Landon said
“I don’t need to unchain him when I can kill you myself” Audrey said as he grabbed Landon’s sword
“Richard! Richard!!!” Landon called desperately as Audrey moved towards him
Richard waved his hand and the priestess went flying to the ground
He pointed his hand at Landon and casted a spell releasing him
Landon quickly grabbed Audrey by the throat
“I told you I’ll give you a brutal death if you go against me” Landon said as he plunged his hand into Audrey’s chest and pulled out her heart
“Noo!!!!” Kilan screamed
Landon grabbed his sword and looked at me
“I am going to get your wife and am going to make you watch me kill her” Landon said as he walked off
“No! Don’t you dare touch Luna!!!” I yelled
Luna’s POV
I moved with Daisy and the pack by my side as we killed through Landon’s wolves
I had a few skills on my courtesy of Jayden’s training but nevertheless, I’ll have been long dead if not for Daisy and the wolves that were constantly by my side protecting me
“Luna!!!” someone yelled through the crowd and soon Landon came into view with a sword
“The guts you have, coming here” he said as he grabbed my throat
“Leave her be!” Daisy tried to save me but Landon caught her with one hand and threw her to the ground
The wolves tried to help me to but more of Landon’s wolves came keeping them occupied
“I am going to rip out your heart right in front of Jayden” he said as he grabbed my her and pulled me through the fighting crowd
I struggled to break free from him but it was no use, he was too strong
He suddenly dropped me to the floor and I heard an angry groan
I looked up to see Jayden who was looking like who could Landon raw
“I am going to kill you Landon” Jayden said angrily
“Oh I’ve heard enough of your threats” he said as he pulled me up by my hair and I winced
“Landon!!!” Jayden screamed in anger
“Oh you must feel helpless, knowing your mate is about to die and there’s absolutely nothing you can die”
“I will kill you” he said but it was more of a growl
Landon grabbed my throat and raised me up the ground
“I….I….. can’t…..breath” I stuttered as he he tightened his grip round my throat
“I hope you are watching this Jayden” Landon said to Jayden who was suddenly shaking vigorously, a deep growl escaped from his throat as he eyes changed to a red color
I could hear the sound of his bones breaking and he slowly transformed into a big white wolf 6ft tall
He leaped of at Landon, bit his thigh and threw him away like he was weightless
I fell to the ground with a thud and Jayden’s wolf came to where I was, rubbing his soft fur against me, he gave a dominating howl……
