The_following_morning.

“Be a good girl, Chelsea” I ruffled its fur as i led her to its cage- I dropped her breakfast after I locked the cage and she barked softly, waggling her little tail.

“You really like food, don’t you?” I smile adoringly as I watch her devour her meal.

I stood up and threw my backpack to my back.

“Alright baby, I’m off to school” I told her but her wh0le attention was on the food.

Foodie.
I shook my head sideways and walked out of my room.

I climbed down the last staircase and saw mum approaching me with a little remorse crept up on her face.

“Good morning dearest”
“How was your night?” She asked in her always sweet voice.

I just gave a short nod in response and made to walk past her but she was too quick to held my wrist.

“You want to stay mad at your mom?” She said dolefully.
I gulped slowly resisting the urge to turn to her.

“I’ve been saying sorry since last night, Audrey” She added and I could feel water in my eyes already.

I hate things being like this but I’m really hurts by her words from yesterday.

“Come have breakfast” She urged me.
I gently removed my hands from her warm hand.

“Bye” I uttered, wiping my tears as I hurried out.

“Mi Cha” She called.
I stepped out and shut the entrance door.

I sauntered into the classroom and all the gazes fell on me at once and some girls are already murmuring to each other already.

I hissed softly as I found my way to my seat- bunch of fools.

I sat down and dropped my backpack on the desk, releasing a rueful breath.
I glanced up and their eyes are still on me.

Okay
Have I become a kinda celebrity now?

“Lazy a*ses” I mumbled.

My eyes landed on Duffer and i almost cussed aloud.
Damn you eyes!

He’s busy scribbling whatever on a note.
I rolled my eyes.
What has become my business with him now?

“Get up from my seat!” I flinched on hearing that and even Duffer turned to my direction and I quickly took my eyes to the dog that just barked.

Oh oh..
It’s another crazy blondie and standing behind her are red headed and her blondie friend.

“Are you deaf?” Her eyes glowered as she shouts.

I just folded my arms on my chest, watching her like she’s a kind of movie.

“Mr Yang the English language teacher was the one that told her to sit there” I look to my right hand side direction to see the girl that just talked.

“Will you shut it, you little brat!”Crazy blondie barked and I watch as the girl becomes frightened.

I scoffed, irritatedly.
She’s scared of her classmate?

“And you..” She turned to me again in a relaxed way.
“I already heard a lot about you and believe me, you still can’t stand me”
“So stand up right now while I’m being nice” She grinded her teeth and I crossed my legs.

She fumes.

“Min Jun” I turned to where she was now looking and Duffer was looking at her too.

Oh..
Min Jun.
That’s his name?

Uhmm
What a name for a Duffer like him.

“Could you please tell her I’m the right owner of this seat?” Her voice breaks like she’s gonna cry soon.

Duffer just turned to what he was doing like he’s not the one she was talking to and I couldn’t hold the laugh that escaped my mouth.

I mean what the f**k?!
He just snubbed her.

Crazy blondie watches me as i laugh, with rage builded up on her face.

“Why are you guys standing?” Blondie and her friends turned back and I also stretched my neck a little since they’re obstructing my view and i saw a young woman standing in front of the class- obviously, she’s a teacher.

“She’s sitting on my seat” She pointed to me.

“Then find another seat, Jin” The teacher said and it took all the strength in me to stop myself from laughing out again.

“But…”

“Do you want me to send you out of my class?” The young teacher went ballistic.

Crazy blondie shut me a dangerous look and stormed off, with her chickens following behind.

I twisted my l-ips.
Okay… The teacher wasn’t being nice.
She should have just told me to stand up instead.
I laughed inwardly- so funny.

“So, good morning class” The teacher greeted with little enthusiasm now.

“Good morning ma’am” The class chorused.

‘Should I just try their food once?’ I thought in my mind as I watch students walking out of the class.

I don’t want to go but I’m really hungry, I didn’t have lunch and dinner yesterday all because I was mad and I only had cookies with juice in the noon.

My stomach rumbled out and I quickly darted my eyes around the class to be sure no one heard it.

My eyes stopped at the frightened girl that talked earlier. She shot me a sweet smile and which I reciprocated in the best way I can.

I hope she didn’t hear it though.

I rose to my feet, lifting my backpack to my shoulder.

I’m really hungry.
I better go try out their meal.

I devoured my pasta hungrily, ignoring all the glances few students are stealing at me.

I won’t deny their pasta really tastes good- not compared to my mum’s though; she’s the best cook ever.

I gulped more water as the thought of mum welled up in my heart, I sincerely regret my actions towards her this morning.
I better apologize to her when I get home.

“Hey, dummy” I watch as Crazy blondie snapped at the girl from earlier.

She stopped walking and turned to them, with her tray of meal.

“Go get our food” She ordered her and my eyes bulged at once as I sit up very well.

“But.. I want to.. eat” She stutters, raising her tray of food to their faces.

“And how’s that our business?” Red headed butts in and my jaw tightened.

“Go get it, will you?” Crazy blondie half yelled.
She bow quickly and turned to walk away.

“If you take one more step, then I’ll deal with you personally” I said, loud enough to everyone’s hearing.

She retreated her steps, turning to me with a sympathy look.

“How on earth would you allow your own classmates to boss you around?” I asked her huskily as I stood up in anger.

“Are you dumb?” I yelled, walking close to her.

“And how does that affect you, crazy?” Crazy blondie also yelled, standing on her feet.

I turned to her with glinted eyes.

“You want to know how it does affect me?” I asked, my voice echoes- the wh0le place has fell in silence.

“Then try to make her move from this s₱0t” I told her as we both stare angrily into each other’s eyes.

“Go get our food, Kwan” She ordered again, without looking away from my eyes.

The girl didn’t budge and I raised a brow at her with a smirk lingering on my l-ips.

“Whoa whoa” She removed her eyes and turned to the girl.

“It’s good to know you now listen to someone else’s orders” She began, with her arms crossed on her chest.

“But in case you already forgotten, your secret is still in our palms and I guess it’s the high time we let it out” Crazy blondie said with a smirk appears on her l-ips.

The girl lifted her head to look at them, shaking with fright.

“Please don’t” Her voice wavers.
“I’ll go get your food right away” She added and wanted to walk away but I held her arm.

“You’re not…”

“Please Audrey, let me just get their food” She cut in with pleading eyes and I slowly let her go.

They let out a hysterical laugh.
“How cool is that, pumpkin?” Crazy blondie winked and I watch as they’ll returned to their seats.

My fist tightened up in anger and I stormed out of the cafeteria.

💘Jin POV💘

“You’re so good, Jin” Soo commended as we settled on our seat.
I just smile and tucked the loose strands of my hair.

“Look at her face back then”Ryung added with a light chuckle and we’ll laugh quietly again.

“We already told her about you yesterday, but I guess she’d thought it was a joke” Soo continues.

“Here’s your order” I looked up to see Kwan dropping two flatware, containing our orders- Hamburger with French fries.

“So you can’t bring the three flatware together right?” I eyed her, irritatedly.
She just bow lightly and walked away.

“That was quiet harsh, Jin” Soo smiled and I rolled my eyes.

Soo picked her Hamburger and took a small bite.

“I need to return to my seat, girls” I suddenly say and they both look up to my face.

“You both know how much I’ve been longing to have a chance with Min Jun”
“And now that I’m at the verge of getting close, one ostrich is just going to ruin that?” My eyes are soaked.

“Don’t let down your tears, Jin” Soo says.
“We’re going to do something about it” She assured, patting my hand on the table.

“I like Min Jun very much” A tear dropped and I sniffed back the rest.

“It’s okay, girl” Ryung says this time and I just gave a nod.

Min Jun is every girls crush but mine is extreme.
I’ve been having a huge crush on him since he had resumed with us and I make it so obvious to him and even to the wh0le class, letting my ego aside. But yet, he never acts like I exist.

Although, that’s how he is.
He barely talks in the class and I’ve never seen him talk to a girl before. Strange right?

But I’ve promised myself that no matter what it takes, I’ll have Min Jun all for myself and no one is going to stop me.

✓Audrey POV✓

I stepped out of the bathroom, dripping w-t.
I just returned from school and I was disappointed Mum wasn’t home- I was so eager to be in her arms.

I sought for a free dress and finally settled for a pink flowery middle length gown- Yeah.

I brought it out from the closet and put it on at once, humming to one of Nicki Minaj songs that blares from my phone.

I quickly dried my hair with a dryer and packed it in a rough bun.

“Perfect” I muttered as I stare at my reflection in the mirror.

All this time, Chelsea eyes didn’t leave my figure.

I smile as I approached its cage, crouching down.
“I’m sorry I didn’t let you out immediately I returned from school” I told her, unlocking its cage.

She barked, waggling her tail happily as she came out.

“Awww.. missed me?” I cooed, picking her from the floor.

“Do you know when mum left the house?” I asked her and she barked again.

“Really?”
I say as I walk into the kitchen, thinking of what to eat.

“Did she tell you she was leaving?” I asked her again but she just licked my arm with her tongue.

I laugh at her silly self.
“You love food, Chelsea”

What can I eat?
I thought with my eyes raking around the kitchen.
I saw my food flask and I quickly walked up to it, hoping mum would’ve kept something for me.

And Yeah!
She did.

What a sweet mum I’ve got.

It’s_evening.

I heard a car honks from the living room that I was sitting, and I’m sure it’s Mum.

The door creaked open after some minutes, I look back to see her walking in.
I sprang on my feet and rushed to her, gleefully.

“Forgive me,mum” I cried in her chest.
“I’m not mad at you, Audrey”She stroke my hair tenderly.

I sniffed and stand right too stare at her.

“You still won’t permit me to visit the States?” I asked in a crack voice.

“You’ll only get to visit the States again on one condition” She said and my brows furrowed.

“What condition, mum?” My voice came out very low.

“You’ll start talking to guys” She said with her shoulder up and my heart sank immediately.

“What?” My eyes popped.
