Natalia was squatting in front of Lucky’s room,she hugged her kneel praying silently. She raised her head constantly checking impatient of when the doctor will come out.

She was unaware of when Vincent got to her. He squatted before her,and raised her up head up,that was when she saw him.

“Vincent!” She spranged up and Vincent stood up straight too.

“How’s she? Still nothing?” He asked and she blink as if she’s going to cry again.

“No more tears… Your eyes already suffer alot, give it a rest!”Vincent said.

“But I can’t hold it” She muttered, squeezing her face for real.She broke into tears again and he quickly pulled her to a hug.

“Thank you!” She sniffed and buried her face in his chest as she cried.

Vincent wrapped his hands around her waist hugging her tightly. She also did the same. If only she knows what her tears is doing to him.

“Do you know you always look ugly when you cry?” He suddenly said and Natalia broke the hug to glare at him.

“Just kidding,whether you cry or smile. You’re still the prettiest girl to me” He said and a smile appeared on her lips.

“Really? Can I borrow this?” She asked grabbing his sleeves.

She didn’t wait for his response before wiping her running nose with it.

“What the f**k!!!” Vincent’s snapped.

“You’re shouting at me again…” She began crying aloud and Vincent eyes widened.

“F**k just use it” He raised his left hand to her face and she quickly grabbed it and wipe the rest with it. He feel so irritated like mad that he began to wonder why he’s allowing her to do all this.

By the time Natalia let go of his sleeves,he almost pulled off his shirt cos he’s feeling like throwing up.

Nevertheless, Vincent wiped her tears and pulled her into a hug

“Stop crying,you don’t want to fall sick,do you???” Vincent said and she nodded.

Two figures could be seen walking into Magnus chamber. Magnus guard’s opened the door for them and they were brought in.

Magnus was in smoking agressively.

“Boss!!” A voice of a lady called and Magnus turned to her at once.

“Snake ice?” Magnus said and The lady referred to as Snake ice nodded.

“What a surprise visit, how come you’re here without the little devil knowing? Any good news?” Magnus groaned his face becoming a bit scary.

“I did what you ask me to do but… but…

“But what Snake ice? But what? Don’t dare mention you fail!!” Magnus roared and Snake Ice stepped back in fear.

“I mistook his sister for someone else,I shot another….” Magnus shot her arm before she could finish.

“Aaarhh” Snake Ice groaned in agony.

Magnus raised the gun to her skull and she immediately went on her knees palming her hands together.

“I’m sorry god… father,I’m really sorry I know I deserve to die but spare me please. I promise to do better,I’ll gather more information for you from now on and I won’t fail to kill Lotus next time I promise…” Snake Ice pleaded.

“I want that girl out of this world finally. She did nothing wrong but I just loathe her from the start. If not for Logan that failed to kidnap her with her twins,we would have eliminate them both the day they were born!’ Magnus grunted and Snake Ice widened.

“Lotus has a twin?” She exclaimed.

“And how’s that your f*cking business? We already get rid of the other girl, but that girl is such a d*ckhead. She’s too hard to kill but I won’t stop either!” He growled.

“I’m sorry I failed…

“It’s okay. Infact I don’t want you to kill her anymore. I’ll abduct her and kill her myself. She’ll pay for not dieing alongside her twin” Magnus yelled and Snake Ice gulped.

“Get the f**k out of here!!” He barked and she immediately stormed out.

Magnus turned to the other lady.

“Get Franco out of Underground celts. He learned enough lesson already,but don’t give him food or drink untill I say so. Do you understood?”

“Yes boss!!” The lady bowed and left.

“You all are just as useless,I really need to get rid of both. I’ll avenge your death Logan and Margaret” He said to himself.

“What should we do? I’m really running out of patient. I really hate seeing both of them together,I can’t take it anymore…” Eight muttered as she and Venus towards her(Venus) room.

“Let’s meet up early tommorow morning,so we can plan everything… ” Venus muttered.

“So what are you planning? What am I supposed to do?” Eight asked.

Venus pulled her closer and whispered something into her hearing.

“I’m sure she has no choice but to break up with him after this” Venus added and Eight smiled.

“I have to go now,I’m sure that idiot will have been looking for me” Eight frowned.

“You have no choice but to keep pretending you like that fool,untill she realize it herself…” Venus said and they both laugh.

“I know right, I really can’t wait to get rid of her” Eight gritted her teeth.

“Go now and don’t forget about our plan” Venus added and Eight left afterwards.

Venus entered the room and her eyes widened when she bumped into Butthead by the door,she obviously heard everything.

“F**k, you startled me” Venus gulped wondering if she really heard thier conversation.

“What are you both planning to do to Grinder? I thought you’ve changed for good Ven. When did you become like this? You’re not the friend I use to know,where is the real you?” Butthead shierked angrily.

“Shut the hell Brittany!! You know nothing about me so stop all this already,it’s not going to change how I feel toward her. Even if it’s meant getting rid of Grinder will make me have Luca I’ll gladly do it,you hear me” Venus shot.

“I’m not even surprised cos you’ve always hated her but even her friend is siding with you,what a life” Butthead shooked her head.

“And how are you any different from us? Huh? Didn’t you shot that girl cos you’re also in love with Cat? You murderer!!” Venus yelled and Butthead landed a defeaning slap on her cheek.

Venus eyes widened as she held her red cheek. “Did you just slap me?”

“And I’ll do it again if you talk sh!t about me. Even if I love him I’ll never stoop so low and murder an innocent girl,I’m not as desperate as you. I’ll never do such a thing for someone who don’t feel the same way for me, give up when it’s too late. I’m won’t repeat repeat this again!!” Butthead stormed and left the room.

She met Tomcat at the balcony of that floor. He’s staring down from there, leaning on the rails.

She ignored him and started staring down too. Cat turned to see her but he turned away.

The awkward air persisted till he broke the silence.

“I won’t say sorry, cos no amount of sorry can make you forgive me for what I’ve done” he said guiltily.

Butthead faced him.

“Why are you standing here doing nothing? Aren’t you supposed to be with Lucky? Don’t you hear about what happened?” She asked him.

“She already got operated but still unconscious from what I heard from Grinder, I’ll visit her tomorrow” Cat replied.

“I’ll come with you” Butthead said.

Tomcat nodded.

“Aren’t you angry with me?” He faced her.

“I am but it’s also my fault anyways… Let’s just forget it” She smiled.

“To be honest with you. I’m confused about my feelings for Lucky… Maybe because I’m a playboy, she’s still too young to get hurt” He paused to look to her face reaction before he continued.

“I use to like you before, remember our last mission… I almost run mad thinking you were the one who got shot. I couldn’t confess my feelings because I thought you won’t believe me…

“But you love Lucky now right?” Butthead cut him off.

“I think so” Cat replied and She gave him a knock on his head.

“Aaarrgh,what was that for?” Cat said rubbing that spot.

“You think so? Stop playing an innocent girl. She’s too young to be going through heartbreak,you better not break her heart or you’ll really get it from me!” She said seriously.

“What about you?”

“I’m okay, I’m not even interested in relationships. It’s too early to get my fragile hearts hurt” She grimaced and he nodded.

“So friends?” He stretched his hand for handshakes and she looked at the hand,not taking it. He held her and forcefully and she suddenly winced and retreat her hand from him.

“What’s wrong? You ok?” He asked.

“Yes… I have to go now” She muttered and hurriedly left.

“Is she okay?” Tomcat wondered.

9PM~HOSPITAL

Vincent entered Lucky’s ward and sat on the chair next to her. His mind went to what the doctor said as he stared at her.

The doctor actually encourage him.into doing a DNA test to clear his doubts and he agreed. All he need is to wait for the results to come out so he can found out the truth.

His eyes suddenly caught something behind her eyebrows..

FLASHBACK~15 YEARS AGO

Hazel (Vincent mom) could be seen carrying one day old Lotus in her arms, she was breastfeeding her and six years old Vincent was sitting next to him.

“Mom,have you thought of a name for her yet? What should I call my sister?” He asked funnily and Hazel smiled.

“We haven’t thought of a name yet,you can simply call her baby sister” Hazel said.

“Baby sister” Vincent smiled holding the baby’s small hand.

Surprisedly,the baby smile back at him and he gasped.

“Mom, she’s smiling at me” He giggled and Hazel chuckled. His eyes suddenly went to a small black spot below her eyebrows.

“Mom,what is this?” He asked.

“It’s a birthmark… You have it too” Hazel replied.

“Why can’t I see mine?” Little Vincent asked.

“You can only see it in a mirror,we will check it when we got home okay” Hazel added and He nodded in affirmation.

•BACK TO PRESENT•

Could it be truth? If Lucky is his real sister, who’s Lotus? He has so many questions that only he can answer them.

His ringing phone interrupted,and he checked the caller ID before swiping green.

“Are you here already?” He asked the caller.

“Right in front of her ward,why are you so impatient?” Rusty entered the ward and Vincent hunged up.

“What’s up? Why did you ask me to come here this late?” Rusty asked when he got to him.

“I have something to tell you but can you do something for me first?” Vincent replied.

Rusty nodded.

“What did you want to tell me first?” Rusty added and Vincent was about speaking.

Just then,Natalia came in and he quickly signaled to Rusty who immediately understood.

“How’s her operation?” Rusty said and Vincent rolled eyes before turning to Natalia.

“What did the doctor said?” Vincent asked her.

“The operation was successful but she might undergo memory loss for the mean time,I just hope she regain it” Natalia muttered.

“She surely will” Vincent assured patting her back. She nodded and he checked his wristwatch.

“You’ve been here since daylight. You need some to rest”

“I don’t want to rest,I want to be beside her when she wake up and… What if the killer came for her again?” Natalia said.

Vincent sighed.

“I’ll stay with her if you want and I’ll call you the moment she wakes up,” Rusty added. “I promise, Natalia. You can trust me.”

Natalia nodded, her shoulders relaxing a bit. “I know I can trust you. But are you sure you don’t mind staying here?”

Rusty smiled. “It’s no trouble at all. In fact, I’d rather be here than at the clan right now. Things are pretty tense there.”

“I can imagine,” said Natalia.

Rusty smiled and Vincent shot him a glare. His smile disappeared immediately.

“Let’s go” He held Natalia’s hand and they both left the hospital.

Vincent car came to a halt in the clan. They both got down and she began making her way to her room. He suddenly went after her and grabbed her hand.

“Are you sure you’re okay? Can your walk alone?” Vincent asked and she nodded.

“I’ll walk you to your room” He said and she gave a nod again. None said anything to the other till they got to her room’s door, then he looked at her.

“Go in now. Good night” He said, and she just stared at him.

“What?” He asked and she shook her head.

“What’s it?”

“I’m scared,I want to sleep beside you.” She said and he chuckled, walking closer to her then he leaned to her level.

“What are you saying?” He whispered and Natalia raised her brows.

“It’s not what you’re thinking at all, I’m just scared to stay alone” She muttered.

“Don’t worry, you don’t have to be afraid. I’ll come to you tomorrow, for now…” He stood straight and held her shoulders.

“Go in” He said, and opened the door for her. Then he let her in.

“Goodnight. Dream of me.” He said with a smile before turning around and walking away.

Natalia smiled,holding the door. She was about taking a step further into her room but she halted and turned around. She came out of the room and saw Vincent at the far end of the hall.

“Wait!!” She yelled running after him.

He turned to see her behind him, panting… She really followed him.

“Do you really mean it?” He asked surprisedly.

“Please! I’ll just keep thinking about Lucky…” She sniffed and Vincent let out a sigh.

“Fine…” He finally said and Natalia smiled and immediately joined him. They walked into his room together.

“Here,can you sleep now?” He pointed at the bed and she went to sit by the edge. Vincent turned towards the bathroom.

“How about you? Aren’t you sleeping now?” She said and he turned to her.

“Don’t wait for me,I won’t be sleeping here” He said and her eyes widened.

“Why? Is it because of me?”

“No…

“I really can’t sleep alone,I’m so scared.” She muttered blinking constantly.

“Are you sure about this? I don’t want trouble again?” Vincent said.

Natalia fell on the bed stretching her body on it.

“Come here…” She tapped next to her and Vincent sluggishly walked towards the bed and he sat beside her.

“What now?” He asked and move closer to him leaning closer to his lips. The she said the next shocking word.

“Kiss me…” She said seriously and Vincent only stared at her still in shock. “I’m serious… Don’t you want to?” Natalia added.

Then he smirked, crawling closer to her on the bed, surprisedly she didn’t move a step backward.

Vincent pulled her by the waist and a gasp escape her lips .Vincent lean closer to her face and she swallowed.

Is he really going to kiss her??

“Stay still” he said and she nodded wondering what he’s doing.

Vincent pulled her even more closer and without a second thought,he crashed his lips on Natalia’s own gaining a loud gasp from her. She responded in a fast pace and they began devouring each other completely.

As if they have been deprived of it for decades,they both melted into the kiss sweetly as if it’s the only think they needed to survive. He got lost into the kiss and was unaware of when they both fell on the bed and he came on top,still kissing hard.

Natalia suddenly broke the kiss,both breathing heavily….They began staring at each other untill she spoke..

“Let’s do it again?” She whispered bitting her lower lips.
