ROOFTOP
Valentino was sitting down on the floor,the smoke coming out from the weed in his hand moved in a zigzag manner,he was almost regretting ever yelling at Vanessa and the feeling was killing but whenever he thinks about his mom,he would lose it.
“I told you smoking is not the right choice to calm down” The voice made him look him instantly,he was surprised to see Vanessa walking toward him
“Nessa” He called faintly,staring at her sexy walking steps,she had her two hands behind her as if she was hiding something.
“Here” She stretched out her hand,handing over the banana milk to him
Valentino looked at her face instead
“Why are you here?” He asked
“You asked us to be friends” Vanessa said
“I was a jerk earlier” Valentino muttered
“No,you were always a jerk. I was mad at you but then I thought….you got into trouble because of me” Vanessa said and Valentino smiled before taking the bottle from her hand
“Thanks” He said and threw off the smoke in his hand
“Were you in trouble last night?” Vanessa asked and then sat down beside him.
“I’m always in trouble when it comes to my mom,it’s not a new thing” Valentino muttered,staring at the bottle in his hand
“So you’re a mommy’s boy?” Vanessa teased
“I wish I am” Valentino said and Vanessa faced him
“May be if I am….she will learn to pay little attention to me and not just about herself. She only do things that pleases her,it’s exhausting,so f**king exhausting….” Valentino rest his head on the wall trying hard not to tear up in front of her
“Don’t worry,you can cry all you want,it’s gonna hurt more if you hold it in” Vanessa muttered,staring at his face
“I don’t want to,don’t force me. You won’t be able to make me stop” Valentino said and Vanessa smiled
“Jerk” She said
“Short bug” Valentino said and Vanessa’s eyes grew wide
“What?! What do you mean by short bug?! Firstly,I’m not short,secondly I am not a bug okay?….”
“Who cares if you’re short or not? The fact is you’re shorter than me and you’re freaking annoying sometimes like a bug,so the combination of the two…Short Bug” Valentino smirked and Vanessa grabbed his ear
“Ahh!” Valentino yelped
“Call me that once again… ”
“I wouldn’t dare” Valentino said and Vanessa released his ear
“Short bug” Valentino grinned
“Valentino!” Vanessa yelled
“Fine if you don’t want that…how about shortie buggy?” He asked and Vanessa pushed his head
They both laughed
“Silly jerk,you’re finally smiling. You looked so ugly earlier” Vanessa said and Valentino chuckled
“Really? You mean my smile is cute right?” He asked
“Hell no” Vanessa scoffed
“You said it just now… ”
“No I didn’t,I did not!” Vanessa said audibly and Valentino laughed
“You’re going to give in soon that I am super handsome,soon” he winked at her
“Never,I will rather chop onions with my eyes open” Vanessa said
“Gosh,you’re so impossible” Valentino groaned and Vanessa laughed
Her phone suddenly rang out and she brought it out from her bag,Valentino saw the name clearly,Giovanni. He almost rolled his eyes seeing the way she smiled before answering the call.
He could hardly hear her voice cos he drove right into his thoughts as she talked on the phone
“Hey” Vanessa tapped him and he turned
“We should go,we are meeting with the team” she said
“Right now?” Valentino asked
“Yeah” She replied and they both got up.

AN EMPTY CLASS
“I thought we are more than this” Erica said
“Yeah,Vanessa and Valentino is not here yet” Gigi replied
“Stop talking as if they are together” Channel rolled her eyes and Gigi glared at her but her eyes softens when Terence walked in.
Channel immediately arranged her hair,waiting for his gaze to fall on her but he walked past her and went straight to Gigi
Channel fold her fist and swallowed hard
“Hey” Terence smiled at Gigi
“I’m not talking to you” Gigi scoffed
“That’s a lie right?” Terence whispers into her ear and she frowned
Giovanni entered and looked around expecting to see Vanessa but she wasn’t there yet.
“Looking for Vanessa?” Gigi asked
“Probably somewhere bitching around again” Becky hissed
“Say that again” Gigi almost moved from where she was standing
“Not now” Terence grabbed her hand and pulled her back
Just then,Valentino and Vanessa walked in together,a frown appeared on Giovanni’s face immediately. Vanessa waved and smiled at him
Becky glared at her and hissed out
“Can we start now please” Gigi said

“So,does this mean that we have to visit the cops station right?” Gigi asked and Giovanni nodded
“I wonder what his reasons are” Erica sighed
“We are not here to find out his damn reasons for becoming a murderer,who cares? We just need to find out who the hell he is” Becky rolled her eyes
“Seriously? How about we leave everything to you? You seem to have a great idea” Giovanni said
Gigi and Erica laughed and Becky rolled her eyes
“We should get to the cops first,we are sure going to get more details from them” Vanessa spoke up
“Are you going?” Giovanni asked
“Yeah,I want to” Vanessa replied
“Then I will go with you” Giovanni said
“Me too” Valentino said
“Three is enough right?” Gigi asked
“No,why can’t we all go together?” Vanessa asked
“May be turn by turn” Terence replied
“I will go when Terence is ready” Channel said and Gigi rolled her eyes
“Fine,Vanessa and I will…..”
“Valentino too” Valentino cut Giovanni off and he frowned
“Yeah,we are going together” Vanessa immediately spoke up to avoid more drama
“Good luck” Gigi smirked at Vanessa

A RESTAURANT
“Why are you in such a hurry to leave?” Lotus asked
“I told you I should be in school in thirty minutes,it’s really important Lotus” Virgil said
“I’m also important” Lotus smiled,sucking in the ramen into her mouth
“Reed is definitely going to kill me if he knows okay? So hurry up” Virgil scoffed
Lotus pouted sadly
“Stop being a cry baby” Virgil smiled and wiped the ramen stain from her lips
“Don’t smile,I’m angry” Lotus rolled her eyes
“Why?” Virgil asked
“Coz you never have time uncle Virgil,it’s either you’re going on a date or you have something important to do” Lotus said
“Date?” Virgil chuckled
“What,isn’t that what you always told me?”
“Those are lies,I just wanted to give you reasons why we need to hurry up” Virgil said
“So you’re a liar?” Lotus grinned
“You’re also a liar kiddo” Virgil said and Lotus frowned
“I told you to stop calling me that” She scoffed
“You’re so cute when angry” Virgil said
Lotus ignored him and continue eating
A girl suddenly stopped beside their table
“Hi” She smiled at Virgil and Lotus looked up
“Hi” Virgil replied and she smiled
“Mind if I join?” The girl asked with a pretty smile
Virgil looked at Lotus and she frowned
“Oh,is she your sister? She’s so cute,I’m Mirabel by the way” Mirabel said
Lotus ignored her and she sat down
“Whoa,you’re really more handsome now that I get to see you close” Mirabel said,staring at Virgil
“Do you know me?” Virgil asked
“Yeah,you attend ALS right??” Mirabel asked
“Yea” Virgil smiled
“Can we be friends?” Mirabel asked
Virgil was about to reply when Lotus stood up
“Where are you going?” Virgil asked
“Restroom” Lotus snapped and walked away
“I…..” Mirabel tried talking
“Excuse me” Virgil also got up
“Are you leaving?” Mirabel asked
“I think you should leave” Virgil gave her one of his charming smile before going after Lotus.

“Seriously can’t believe this,how can he flirt with a girl right in front of me? Coz I’m not as big as her?? Huh?” Lotus blabbered as she washed her hand aggressively for no reason
The door opened and she looked up to see Virgil
“Why are you here? I excused you two as the perfect sister that I am” Lotus said sarcastically
“If you’re going to excuse us,you should have gone to the car not here” Virgil said
“You really want me to excuse you? Do you like her?? Love at first sight? Why? Do I look like I am here just to be your sister?! It’s really annoying….”
“Seriously?” Virgil chuckled
“Why are you smiling?”
“Why are you talking to me so informally??” Virgil asked and Lotus blinked speechlessly
“And besides,why wouldn’t she think you’re my sister?? Are you not?? You look so small,you’re dressed in a uniform,you look like a sixteen years old kid you are,so stop complaining if people think you’re my sister,you’re so naive” Virgil said
Lotus said no word,she made to walk away but Virgil grabbed her hand and pulled her back
“I’m going home” She muttered
“Are you angry with me?” Virgil asked
“You’re right anyway,I’m so dumb and naive….”
“No,I didn’t mean it that way” Virgil groaned
“Then how?? It’s embarrassing right? Being seen with an high school student in a restaurant….”
“No Lotus,it’s not” Virgil groaned and roughed his hair
“I’m sorry okay?” He muttered
“If you are sorry then kiss me” Lotus said and Virgil’s eyes widened
“What?”
“You can’t?”
“You want your brother to kill me….”
“Stop bringing my brother into our conversations,He’s my brother,I’m not going to date him. Besides,he wouldn’t find out” Lotus mumbled
Virgil closed the door slowly and moved closer to her,he cupped her face and in a second,his lips captured her own. Lotus’s eyes went shut immediately.
Virgil took in her small pink lips and kissed her deeply,her scent was almost driving him crazy,she tasted really sweet and delicious,like strawberries. The moment she kissed him back,he almost lost it,even though she was really naive and doesn’t seem to know how to move,he still find it cute.
He didn’t know when his hand went to her little @ss,he almost squeezed her when he got back to his sense and immediately broke the kiss.
“What….I want more” Lotus said and held him again
“Lotus” Virgil called and she stopped
“Let’s leave” He muttered and walked out of the restroom,Lotus immediately followed him. He paid for her food and they left the restaurant
“Uncle Virgil” Lotus called when they entered the car and Virgil faced her
“Are you angry?” She asked
“No” Virgil replied and she smiled. Virgil returned the smile and started the car.

POLICE STATION
“What the h*ll do you mean by you got no evidence?!!” The general yelled angrily and hit the table with his palm
The two cops kept quiet
“Not even one?!!” He yelled again
“We are sorry boss” The female cop said
“Sorry?! Huh? Sorry?!! Is that what will save the life of the victims?!! Sorry?!!”
The male cop immediately pulled the female cop back and he moved to the front instead
“Boss please give us more time…”
“Indeed,and why were the patrol teams not on the highway last night?” The general asked
“He has never done anything there,so the highway was not part of the places the patrol teams were last night” The female cop replied
“You don’t have to wait till he choose a new location,surround everywhere!”
“Yes sir!!” They saluted
“Get out”
The cops sighed out when they finally got out
“Officer Jennie,you’ve got some visitors” A cop said without waiting
“Are you expecting anyone?” Noel faced her
“Not really” Jennie replied
Giovanni,Vanessa and Valentino are sitting on the bench waiting
“Oh,I think they are the law students we are expecting” Jennie said
“Is this some kind of case to use for their training? It’s a murder case not anything else” Noel scoffed and Jeanie chuckled before walking over to them
“Hello guys” She said and they got up
“Are you miss Jennie?” Giovanni asked
“Oh,are you not the attorney’s son?” Jennie immediately asked and Giovanni nodded
“Wow,let’s talk in my office. We are the leaders of the patrol team” Jennie said
“Nice to meet you” the trio said
“I’m looking forward to working with you too” Jennie smiled,leading them to her office,Noel also followed

ALS≈ORANGE MANSION
Angelique was just coming out of the bathroom when the door opened and Erica entered,she stood there,her eyes scanning her body all through.
“Hey” Angelique smiled,breaking the silence.
Erica closed the door and walked over to her
“I told you I have something to say” she said
“What…. is it?” Angelique asked nervously
“I don’t mind even if you don’t feel the same….I just can’t keep it anymore Angelique. I can’t stop thinking about you,and…”
“Are you in love with me?” Angelique grinned
“Why are you smiling? You’re not angry with me?” Erica asked
“Why should I be??” She said and Erica smiled
She slowly caress Angelique’s cheek before kissing her,Angelique reciprocated immediately and wrapped her arms around Erica’s neck. Her towel almost dropped in the process but she held it tight and broke the kiss.
“Promise me you won’t flirt with guys,I get crazily jealous” Erica said
“I want to see your jealous side” Angelique smirked
“Don’t do that” Erica said and Angelique smiled
Erica went for her lips again,the kiss was deeper this time,their tongues fighting for space in each other’s mouth,they slowly moved to the bed and the kiss grew intense. Erica loosen her towel and it dropped on the floor
“Hmm” Angelique moan as they both landed on the bed
Erica kissed her nipples and she giggled
“That feels so good” She said
Erica raised her head and went for her lips again

8PM≈DOYERS STREET
“So…the couple who died last night…owns this mall?” Vanessa asked as they stood in front of the mall which is now closed
“Yeah” Giovanni muttered
“Why are we here tho? Do you think the killer must have known their whereabouts before killing them?” Valentino asked
“Maybe,what if he’s been following them from here? I don’t think a normal person would just stay in a highway,waiting for a prey right?” Vanessa asked
“Only a psycho would do that with no reason” Giovanni said,his phone suddenly rang out and he stepped away to answer his call
Seconds later, a guy looking like a crazy taut showed up,he walked closer to Vanessa
“Hey hottie” He smiled crazily
Vanessa ignored him
“Hey….” He tried touching her and Valentino hit his hand,snapping it off
“Are you blind?” He asked and pulled Vanessa to himself.
The guy frowned angrily
“Is she your girlfriend?” He asked
“Get the f**k away” Valentino said and grabbed Vanessa’s hand. They turned and almost walked away but were surrounded by five other boys. Without thinking twice,two of the boys kicked Valentino at once in his tummy and he fell on the ground
“Valentine!” Vanessa screamed and almost rushed to him
Another guy grabbed her hand
“Let go of me!!” She yelled and tried kicking his d**k but the boy was fast enough to move back
“How dare you?!” He said crazily and raised his hand to slap her but someone held his hand in the air
Vanessa looked up immediately to see Giovanni,he kicked the crazy guy and then threw a punch on his face. Vanessa looked away from him and turned back to Valentino,her eyes widened when she saw four boys on him,two were holding him while the other two are beating him up
“No!! Valentino!!” She screamed and started running to him
Giovanni caught up with her and pulled her back
Vanessa faced him
“What do you think you’re doing? Are you seriously going there??” He asked
“This is all because of me..”
“You will get hurt….”
“I said it’s all because of me!!! If you’re going to stand here without helping then leave me alone!!!” She yelled and throw his hand off,Giovanni was shocked when he saw the tears rolling down her eyes
‘Really?? Just because of him?’ He said inwardly
At that moment,they heard the cops siren and immediately the boys ran off leaving Valentino.
Vanessa left Giovanni’s side and rushed to him
“Valentino,are you okay?” She asked with worries in her voice
“I’m fine” Valentino said and wiped his bloody lips
“You fool!!!! How could you let them do this to your face without fighting back!!” She yelled and hit his chest
“I’m sorry,bug” Valentino muttered
Vanessa sniffed and without thinking twice,she hugged him tightly
Valentino smiled and hugged her back even more tight
Giovanni stared at them for a minute before turning back,he entered his car and drove off roughly.
