Adrian’s POV
I never believed in God’s existence but the moment I saw Bellatrix standing in front of my dungeon I knew if God really existed then he’s definitely helping me right now so I decided to make the most of it, if I play this well I can actually get back at Gia and not just escape from this dungeon but the whole of Mordor taking Bellatrix along
I decided to tell her the truth of her life, there’ll be some little changes that will be of advantage to me, yes but most of it will be the truth

“Well let’s start with the fact that your name is not Chloe, your name is Bellatrix, Bellatrix Hammington. Outside of Mordor, there’s a world, a much bigger and larger world, it’s bigger than you can comprehend Bellatrix and in that world, witches and humans lives together”

“Witches? Like those I do read in fairytales book” Bellatrix asked and I nodded

“Yes, those kind of witches but only this time they are real, outside of Mordor. In the outside world there’s a a very popular and legendary family, a family that was everyone’s nightmare, everyone were afraid of them, parents told their kids about them as horror stories for the kids to be careful of them, they are savage, wild and brutal, they are the Hammingtons and they are one of the most powerful beings on Earth. The Hammingtons are composed of four siblings, the eldest being Dianna Hammington, second eldest is Ivan Hammington and the youngest are twins, Eric Hammington and Gia Hammington”

“My mother?! My mother is one of the Hammingtons?” Bellatrix asked wide-eyed

“Yes she is, the Hammington siblings were known for the way they always fought for each other, whenever one of them is in trouble, all of them turns up but when I met Gia and we fell in love, her siblings were not in support of our relationship so Gia developed a bitter relationship with her siblings where they always fought so we had no choice but to run off to a secluded place if we were ever to leave peacefully but as we ran, her siblings chased us, the eldest sibling, Dianna Hammington had a daughter, a daughter she obviously didn’t care about, her daughter was just about a year old but she took her along as she chased Gia and I, her daughter was predicted to be the most powerful witch mankind will ever see so she used her blood to carry out all sorts of magic, as Dianna chased us with her daughter, I was able to get a hold of her and I took her from Dianna, she was mistreating that little baby, milking her out of her blood just because of the power she holds and I couldn’t bear to see that, I had to save the child, when I brought the child home to Gia, she protested, taking Dianna’s baby will only make her continue chasing after us relentlessly, she told me to return the baby but I refused, returning the baby will only mean letting her suffer in the hands of Dianna again, I was barely able to convince Gia to let us keep the baby and eventually we agreed and we ran, along with the baby we ran from Dianna to a place she could never find us, a place where magic won’t be able to track us, we came here, to Mordor and the child that we came with, her name was Bellatrix Hammington”

“What? You said my name is Bellatrix Hammington, am I the baby you escaped with to Mordor? Did I really have a cruel mother like Dianna Hammington?” Bellatrix asked obviously confused, anyone would be especially someone her age

“Let’s go kid, it’s been way more than the two minutes I gave you” the guard said as he came to take Bellatrix

“One minute please” I said and I quickly faced Bellatrix
“Everything you are thinking is true, you are Bellatrix Hammington and I told you the destiny of Bellatrix Hammington right?”

“She’s destined to be the most powerful witch mankind have ever seen” Bellatrix said and I nodded

“You are different Bellatrix, you must have noticed it at some point too, you are destined for greatness, you are a strong girl, stronger than you can ever imagine so do not let Gia know about what I just told you yet, she never wanted me to tell about your true heritage and that’s what we always argued about” I said

“Why would she not want you to tell me?” Bellatrix asked

“That’s enough, time to leave” the guard said as he began to drag Bellatrix out

“Come back tomorrow and I’ll answer all of your questions” I yelled as the guard took Bellatrix out

I sighed as I sat back down in the dungeon, that went better than I expected, hopefully she won’t tell Gia and she’ll be back tomorrow

Bellatrix’s POV
I slowly walked back home, thinking of everything Dad had said
My name is Bellatrix Hammington?
Mum is not really my mother?
My real mother is someone named Dianna Hammington who’s actually very cruel?
I am supposed to be a very powerful witch yet I have no power at all?
This was just very difficult to believe, especially in one night

I had to go back home but I didn’t want to, Dad said I shouldn’t tell Mum all he told me but I do not know if I can lie to Mum
I still do not know why Dad wants to leave Mordor with me and why Mum is totally against it, I must find out from Dad and to find out I must visit Dad again tomorrow, I have to

I got home and slowly and carefully, I opened the door without anything any creaking sound, tiptoeing into the house
But unfortunately, I bumped into Mom pacing around in the living room

“Where the hell did you go to Chloe?!” Mom asked, her voice laced with worry and I felt a tad of guilt

“I…..I…..” I didn’t know what to say, I felt guilty, I didn’t want to lie to Mom

“If this is your way of protesting that we should bring your Dad back and leave Mordor with him then I assure you, it’s not going to work Chloe, it won’t work, ever, so whatever is going on in the little head of yours, end it, end whatever thought that involves seeing Adrian or leaving Mordor, you are only but a kid, your only concern should be your fairy tale books and how to play with your friends, now go to your room Chloe, and do not take a step out untill I allow you so!” Mom scolded and I walked to my room, heads down

She’s suddenly harsh toward me, why is she suddenly so harsh when it concerns Dad or leaving Mordor
Is what Dad said really true?
Is my name really Bellatrix Hammington?

Ethan’s POV
I had set up everything needed for the location spell and Layla handed me a small bottle containing her blood

“Do you need help performing the spell? I could perform it with you” Layla offered

“Don’t worry I can handle this, I remain Guardian of The Hell Gates after all” I assured and Layla nodded

I wanted to continue the spell but I wasn’t quite comfortable with Layla’s mood, she did brighten up with Ivan’s arrival but it was quite obvious, her sadness still remains

“On a second thought, I could use your help with the spell” I said

“Why all of a sudden? Thought you are the mighty Guardian of The Hell Gates and you can carry out all your spells alone” Layla uttered

“Well I still remain the mighty Guardian, I just thought why stress myself over the spell when I could share the stress with you, you know I never miss out on an opportunity to stress you out old lady” I said and Layla chuckled

“Fine, let’s begin shall we?” she asked and we began the spell

Ivan’s POV
I walked upstairs to a room I haven’t been in weeks, it was obvious no entered while I was gone
I sat on the bed, placing my head on my hands, when we get Drusilla, I must make sure to get the golden dagger, I have to

I stood up and looked through the window to see the street of Arcane City, everything seems to be back to normal now, the street is packed with people and the demons from hell gates are all gone
As the sun rose again, shinning it’s light on Arcane City, the only people still left in darkness are us Hammingtons, we are all still broken, beyond repair
I lost Sophie, Dianna lost her child, Eric is being lived off by a greedy old woman and Gia, well Gia is no longer a Hammington and along the my immortal life journey, if I ever cross paths with her then I shall rip her heart out

There was a knock on my door and Layla walked in
“You done with the location spell?” I asked

“Yeah, we found her” she said

“Then there’s no time to waste is there? Let’s go get her” I said but Layla stopped me

“Drusilla is powerful Ivan, her mind reading ability is much above mine, she can read all of your thoughts, all of your plans, she will be able to see your next move before you even make it, all she just needs to do is look into your eyes” Layla warned

“No matter how powerful Drusilla might be Layla, she dies today, by whatever means necessary” I said and walked out

Bellatrix’s POV
I didn’t sleep much last night and it’s morning
I was having breakfast with Mom and unlike the usual breakfast, this was in silence

“Chloe” Mom called breaking the silence

“You do know I love you right?” she asked and I only stared at her

“I love you Chloe more than you know, you do love me too right?” she asked and I slowly nodded

“Then let’s just forget about Adrian and live a happy life together here okay?” Mom asked and I nodded “Okay”

“That’s my girl” she muttered with a smile

We finished breakfast and I stood up
“I’m going to play with my friends” I announced

“Your friends?” Mom asked

“They are girls Mom and we aren’t doing anything dangerous, we are just going to the library to read some fairytale novels” I said and Mom nodded

“Okay then, you can go but be careful” she said and I nodded

I walked out of the house and slowly, my walk turned into a run, till I got to the stone tower where Dad was being held captive in a dungeon below the tower
The guard saw me and recognized me immediately

“You here to see your father again?” he asked and I nodded

“Where is your mother? Why are you always coming alone?” he asked

“My Mom, she….. she doesn’t care…. about my Dad” I said and the guard shook his head in pity

“Must have been a loveless marriage, follow me” he said and I followed him into the stone tower, climbing down a staircase and passing the guard seated in front of the dungeons, just like yesterday

We got to the dungeon where Dad was being held and his face lightened up immediately he saw me

“Bellatrix, you really came back” he said

“I’m giving you guys five minutes this time, so be fast about whatever it is you want to discuss” the guard emphasized and left

“Did you tell Gia everything I told you last night?” Dad asked and I shook my head

“Good” he smiled “I told you that you are stronger than you realize”

“You said if I come back today then you’ll answer all of my questions” I said and Dad nodded

“Of course, I’ll tell you everything, ask away” Dad said

“You said someone named Dianna Hammington is my real mother and she never really cared about me, what about my real father? What happened to him?” I asked

“You father was a very powerful man, he is what people outside Mordor call an innate one”

“An innate one?” I asked

“Yes, normally when witches wants to perform magic, they need to recite spells for it to happen but an innate one doesn’t need spells to make things happen, they only need to think of what they want and boom, it happens” Dad said

“Wow, that’s awesome” I marveled and he smiled

“Isn’t it? Your Dad was the last living innate one before he died”

“He died?” I asked

“Yes, your mother, Dianna Hammington, she killed him, I told you she’s evil right? She killed your real father making you the only innate one alive right now” Dad said

“Why….. why would she do that?”

“You see Bellatrix, evil people do not need a reason to be evil, it’s just in their nature to do bad things and hurt people” Dad said

“But….. but…..”

“I know this is a lot for you to take in but it’s the truth, I wanted to take you out of Mordor because I thought you deserve more than this place, you deserve to see the one that gave you birth and also abandoned you, you deserve to take your revenge on her but Gia won’t let me tell you anything because she fears if you find out, you’ll leave and go after Dianna to kill her and she knows you will succeed cause you are the most powerful witch this world have ever seen, Gia might not be in good terms with Dianna but she still loves her sister and she will protect her at all cost, even if it means keeping you in the dark” Dad said and I shook my head

“No, Mom is not that kind of person, she loves me”

“Of course she loves you, but she loves her sister much more, that’s why she never told you anything about your family, that’s why she locked me up here, because she fears if you know everything, you’ll go after her sister and hurt her” Dad said

“What…..what are we going to do?” I asked and Dad smiled

“You know I told you that you are strong and brave right?” he asked and I nodded
“First, I need to get out of this dungeon”

“How do we get you out?” I asked

“Remember when you were coming in, there was a guard seated in front of the entrance to the dungeon?” he asked and I nodded
“Did you see the table beside him too?” Dad asked

“Yes I saw it, there was some weird looking stuffs and weapons on top of the table”

“Yes Bellatrix, stuffs collected from the prisoners are kept on that table, and among the items there is the night stone that we can use to escape Mordor, I’ll need you to get that night stone for me” Dad said

“How do we do that? The guard is nice but he won’t just let me take the stone”

“Of course not, I’m going to create a distraction, I’ll pretend to have a seizure and you’ll have to act all worried calling the guards to come save your father, when they come to see what’s wrong with me, you’ll slip back, get the night stone from the table and hide it in your pocket and I’ll take care of everything else, can you do that Bellatrix?” Dad asked and I was quiet for a moment
“Bellatrix can you do it?” he asked again and I nodded

“Yes Dad”…..
