It is almost three years at the university and Lucy had been doing pretty well but not without challenges which she had overcome with lots of stress. Lucy had to develop passion for business she spent almost six months for that, she also had to calculate a lot which she despise but with God she pass through all that not alone though it was with her soul mate JESSE.

I wonder why Lucy is not doing well in her studies. The Lucy I know I mean my own Lucy is always on the top but this time around the reverse I the case. It’s not like she is failing but this her results are unusual of her. I called my wife to discuss things with her in Lucy matter. Besides Lucy is yet to come home she would be finishing her semester and the results of this semester determines whether she is going to come out with good results in her final year.

God what have I done to deserve this,this is too much for me to bear. I spent sleep ness night studying this particular course yet I did not do well.My dad would be mad at me,my mum will be disappointed but this is not my fault they force me to this. Ivy came in as I started packing my language cause I was really late,I was supposed to be in my way home not sitting thinking of how to face my parent. Ivy is my coursemate who was very brilliant also. Ivy couldn’t comprehend why my results were bad,she knew of the sleepness nights i had all because of this course yet I didn’t do well. I bade her goodbye as she left me. I went out of my hotel with my luggage on my right hand and my bag on the left hand,in my thought dumbfounded I was thinking deeply not until I bumped into someone “Watch your way lady” the guy yelled at me. I was astonished by the look of the guy and couldn’t do anything only because my thoughts had overweighed me. Another 10 hours journey with different thoughts on my mind. I arrived home at around 9 pm,my mum astounded me with a high and k-sses. Randy and Jessy were there to welcome me,not without receiving remarks from them.

Randy:big sis you look like a ghost

Jessy:she is overweighed! what happen to you,oops maybe another guy was disturbing her,he better dont let jesse zach catch him{i said with hint of taunt in my tone}

Randy:yes!so big sis tell us so we can inform Jesse fast

Jessy:big sis what did you bring for me. You I so much love sausage

Mum:leave her alone,she should get some rest . Lucy come over to the dinning table and have something to eat. Your dad is not yet back but you shall see him tomorrow.

Lucy:{walks up to the dining,settles down to eat}This food is great mum

Mum:thanks darling

Lucy:I should do upstairs now,I think it’s a goodnight

Mum:Have a goodnight baby

I think there is something wrong with Lucy,she looks pale,thin,she looks disturbed. I was busy with my thoughts when my husband walked in. He also knew that instant that something was wrong. After asking why I was like that,I explained to him about Lucy state but he waved it off saying maybe the exams were too much and stress of school. He managed to convince me that all was okay with Lucy,With that on my mind that Lucy is okay we said our goodnight and I place my head on his chest while his hand rest on my back then we slept off.

(The News)

🌷🌷🌷 Jesse Pov 🌷🌷🌷

Jeez it’s 7 am, I need to see my beautiful princess. It’s been a long week saw each other, wh0le three years huh 😔 I thought am going to breakdown thanks to technology I I make sure I do call her everyday,morning and even nights. As about my school when I passed out from college my parents said I shouldn’t bother going to university since I already know everything about my dad business,he will be handling his business to me that was after Lucy went to university. Although we didn’t plan on going to the same university but a very close one. Now that my dad is handing his business over to me though we are still settling our differences,like I said still settling so I decided not to tell Lucy her not to be bothered .I started taking online lesson so I won’t be needing a graduation party because everything will be done online I will just give to get my doc-ments. That doesn’t mean I should not call her,I make sure I wake her in the morning and put her to sleep in the night. She never complained,wondered how I have her timetable after dropping Lucy I went to the receptionist and begged her to give me her timetable copy which she gave before going back home. I only told her about the online classes as you will know she was not pleased so I have to further explain to defend myself.
Now that she has arrived I don’t call her because I want it make it a surprise,I missed her so much. I missed her smile and her soft voice,I brought out my phone and looked at her pictures the ones we took when we went for a party,the videos we had,the ones I took unaware of her,oh God 😔😔 I missed her. I would have gone to meet her yesterday when she arrived but my mum and dad are finally settling down with me, after almost 16years of abandoning me always for their business. Before I wake up in the morning they are gone and they come back very late in the night, Thanks to God,it took me some months to settle my differences with them.

I took up a black top with the inscription”I LOVE YOU” on it with a jean trousers. I took my phone and my wallet plus my car keys. I got out, don’t even know which car to take after some minutes,I took the Lamborghini 2020 model I just bought,I don’t mean to brag just want to be in my best for my love {but don’t get jealous😉😉} I got to Lucy house, I hope we have a good time today cause I will love to have her to myself all day. I don’t want to call her yet,I got to her door post and rang the bell while waiting for the door to open I started operating my phone.

Hmm 🤔Jesse is not calling,well if he doesn’t call me definitely I am not calling either. I went downstairs for breakfast, everyone already had theirs. I woke up late so I just dressed casually I wore a crop top and a short skirt,I hope I would be able to break the news of my results to them. As I sat down to eat the door bell rang, so I went to open it. I opened the door and saw him {Jesse} operating his phone. I snatched it from him and sat down on the couch,he came in and greeted my parents then walked up to me I know he must have come for a hug so as he was about to touch me I stood up to go but was blocked by him. He took my hand and take me to my room he sat me down and brought his head to mine making our forehead touch,I melted and all my anger vanished.

Jesse: my darling am sorry for not calling or even text you. Am very sorry babe, my parents and I have been sorting out our differences.

Lucy: Wow that’s nice then you are forgiven dear{finally he’s complete….parents and love life.}

Jesse: Thanks love. so how was your results ,I don’t need a soothsayer before I know you don’t do well. {I should know,she was forced into this}

Lucy: {startled}how did you know

Jesse: baby I should know {I said holding her hands squeezing her hand gently to comfort her}you went for this course because you were forced to. Your forced yourself to love this job, you forced yourself to read,you did everything pertaining this course by force. So I understand if your results isn’t that good dear.

Lucy: Am short of right now,how do I tell dad,how do I face mum. They will be disappointed and am sure they are waiting for us downstairs {i said with a little sorry since Jesse is out of them now }

Jesse:Are you sure you can do this?{I asked with more concern}

Lucy:I have pulled up courage,am going to tell them anyways,so is better I have it done once and for all.

Lucy get down and break the news to them,although she showed them the papers. she was nervous so she just gave them the results laughing at the movie they were watching before sitting down beside Jesse. Her dad opened it and with a frown he raised his head up to talk.
