The doorknob press downward, and surprisedly the door that was lock creak open reveal the sinister creature smirking at Mia.
Mia felt the worse fear ever, she was struck numb and kept staring fearfully at the monstrous creature. It move faster to Mia, with a speed beyond humans imagination.
It was just a centimeter away from Mia. Mia could feel . She could bear the sight of it, she felt her vision’ fading away, her knees were crumbling. she was slowing collasping to the ground, but when she fainted her head landed at the edge of the bed.
Blood gushed down from her left temple, the thing smirk in satisfaction, and it could hear Louis saying ‘hello ‘repeatedly over the phone. It pick up the phone and answered it.

Louis was on his bed at that time, the phone was on the floor. He brought his knees to his chest, his heart was heavy with fear. He couldn’t scre-m. So all was true, what was going around his brother and girlfriend was all real and not cause of the fear of that box, he blame himself for what was happening to them. The thought to encounter the demon was giving him goosebumps.
He wonder, what have happen to Mia.
His brother and parents were at home, they were in Ace’s room. Their mum volunteer to stay with Ace.

Saturday morning 🌄
Louis couldn’t go to Mia’s home cause he was grounded. He beg his parents to let him to visit Mia, but they refuse. He told them something bad might have happen to her and he narrated what the strange voice told him, but they don’t believe him, they say he was just making up stories so he could go visit.
Just when he was arguing with his parents in the sitting room, they was a knock on the door.
Louis’s mum went to open the door.
” Louis your friend is here ” she announce
Louis went to the door. It was his friend in school, Randy.
Randy lives in Mia’s neighborhood. He wonder what was wrong.
” Hello Randy ” he shook hand with Randy
” Louis I got bad news” Randy announce balefully.
“What that ” Louis ask nervously.
” It’s Mia ”
” what with Mia ” Louis inquired trembling.
Randy shook his head again and sigh deeply..
“Mia’s dead ” he broke the saddest news to Louis.

It was exactly three days of Mia’s shocking death. Louis was baleful, pale, he couldn’t eat properly. His parents try to solace him, but it of no use. They can’t take away the pain he was feeling, Ace was still beating back pain of his, he can’t even comfort Louis.
They all attend Mia’s funeral
The parents are so worried of what was happening to their kids. Mr and Mrs Thompson allowed Louis to do everything they once bound him to, maybe if he engages himself in those stuff, he will forget about hid sorrow, but it was of no use.
Louis was both scared and heart broken. He was scared because of the demon that will soon hunt him and heart broken coz of Mia, he loved her.
Six days as pass no sigh of the moon demon tormenting Ace or Louis.
#Friday_night
Mr Thompson as gone on a business trip for days he won’t be at home. Mrs Thompson was working on a night shift. They felt bad of living their children alone, but the nature of their job won’t let them. Mrs Thompson was planning on spend two days with her kids without going to work.
Louis and Ace slept in the same room cause Ace was scared of sleeping alone. So he was now sharing a room with his older brother.
Louis woke up and was feeling hungry, his stomach growl harshly. He haven’t eating much in the day coz he was busy thinking of Mia. He knew the demon will come for him too and he wonder why it was silent.
He try going to sleep, but the hunger couldn’t let him,he got up reluctantly and head to the kitchen. When he was descending the stairs, he thought he saw something staring at him. Louis blink his eyes, but it was gone, he started get and eerie feeling in his stomach. He wave it off and went to the kitchen.
He brought a leftover pizza from the fridge and after microwaving it for a minute.
He sat at the dinning table eating it. He had his eyes in the pizza and munch on them, he was famished and his stomach growl for more.
He wasn’t satisfied yet, he stomach growl for more and he went to the fridge, to search for any other eatable meal. He saw two pack of ch¡ps and was about collecting them, when he thought he heard someone whispering behind him.
“Ah uh uh ” the was the sound.
He turn around and didn’t see anything, was he imagining. He was feeling eerily reminiscent of the demon. He wave that fearful thought away and boldly collects the ch¡ps went to the dinning table, sat down. He munch on the ch¡ps. When he got to the second pack,he froze. Louis heard a fainting whispers, it was calling his name ‘ Louis ‘ he arched a fearful eye brow.
Afterwards, was a scre-m.
There before him was the demon. He sat at chair facing him in the other end.
Louis rise up with fear, scattering the chair with fright. The dining chair he sat on landed on the floor making a loud noise.
Louis shriek.
He ran to the kitchen to get a knife. He got the knife and pointed it to the demon, who was moving to him with a sinister grin.
” Louis you’re my favorite, that I won’t torment you much, I will collect your soul now. I would’ve collected your soul first before your girlfriend, but I wanted you to be last. But now I am hungry for your soul I want it ” it said calmly, but sinisterly.
” F-ck face, back off, you don’t owe my soul” Louis manage to yell, he felt rage coming over him.
” I want your soul, I want your soul, I want your soul ” the demon replied repeatedly, this time with an horrorful voice.
Louis scre-med loud with rage not with fear. He raise the knife to stab the demon.

Ace could hear Louis scre-ming from downstair. He only heard the third scre-ming coz he was in a deep sleep. He woke up and found Louis not in bed. He put on his glasses, got up and rushed to the door. The scre-ming as stop when he got to the hallway, but with fear he move slowly, he knew what he will face. He went to the kitchen assuming that was were the scre-ming came from.
When he got to the kitchen, he saw Louis on the floor . He rushed to Louis. Louis throat was wounded. He held his throat still as blood pump out of it. He was slowly dying.
“Louis ” Ace cried in angony.
” Please run….
He couldn’t complete his statement , before he fell down and lost consciousness.
Ace cried out loud and was shaking Louis. Louis didn’t answer in just stay there lifeless with pool of blood. Ace eyes diverted to his right hand and he saw knife on his hand with blood on it.
” the demon make you do this ” Ace lamented.
” Hello, Ace ” the demon said from his corner.
He turn and saw the worst nightmare ever.
