Alice was in the trying to fixed something for dinner. Ever since she returned home she has been quiet which got Mrs Sophia worried and wondering what could have went wrong in her visit to the hospital.

“Alice…are you okay?” She had asked her when she couldn’t bear seeing her in that state anymore.

Alice was crying in,side but mrs Sophia didn’t notice since there was no tears trickling down her face.

“I…I’m good mother. Maybe I needed some sleep.” She’d answered.

“How is your friend health?” Mrs Sophia asked worriedly.

“She…she’s feeling okay. And she sent her thank you to you.” She’d replied slowly.

“Alright. I can see you’re feeling sad for your friend. You can go to your room and sleep.” Mrs Sophia had said.

“Y..yes mother. Thank you.” She’d risen to her feet and dragged herself upstairs.

She got into her room and cried profusely feeling guilty and eventually slept off unknowingly. It was when she woke up some minutes past six that she started cooking.

She sneezed a little at the thought. She has finished cooking but has to clean the kitchen.

As she was cleaning, her mind drifted to what happened in the hotel earlier.

(Welcome back. The story continue)

After the hotel waitress has gone. He poured the wine into each cup in normal quantity.

“Why? Why are you doing this to me?” Alice asked, her voice broken.

“Because…you’re ruining another man’s life.” He said less concerned.

“But you ruined my life first. You ruin me! You are the cause of all my problems. I regret ever knowing you.” she said angrily.

He laughed

“Really? You regret ever knowing me after nine years you’ve spent with me?” He asked with a smirk smile.

“And what’s the reward that I’ve knew you for that long?” Tears rolled down her cheeks.

“You cannot conceive.” He mocked.

“Shut up!!!” She yelled giving him a hot slap.

He held his cheek as anger flooded his face.

“Shut the f**k up. Don’t you know that hurt? You kept rejoicing on what’s making me shed tears. Only if I had known I wouldn’t have got myself involved with you. I hate you with everything in me.” She yelled taking her bag to leave but he forcefully held her back making her staggered back and fell heavily on the bed after pushing her.

Her tears flowed freely as she watched him unbuckled his belt slipping off his briefs as well as the shirt he wore.

He smiled devilishly at her and climbed the bed. He got rid of her clothes including her undies.

“Please, don’t do this to me.” she pleaded.

“Beg me one more time and I stab you.” He thundered loudly.

She cried and cried but to no avail.

He positioned his d**k into her v’gina and slipped it in causing her to cry more.

“Oops…your husband must be enjoying what’s mine everyday. ohh…you are so sweet Alice.” He said in between the thr-sts.

He f**ked her like his life depends on it. His each thr-st into her earn nothing but tears from Alice.

“Ohh…ouch Alice!” He mo-ned in ecstasy..

He slammed real deep into her. He f-cked her hærd and faster for a long time before reaching climax and he c-m hotly in her.

“whether I c-m in you or not, you’re still never gonna get pregnant. So, what’s the use of wasting my c-ms.” He gro-ned as he breathed heavily non stop laying beside her.

She continued crying as she walked into the bathroom.
Minutes later, she walked out and wore her clothes before leaving.

“Let’s do a quickie before you leave” he mocked.

She hissed loudly before going out.

Alice scre-med when she felt a hand on her wa-ist.

“It’s me. Why are you scared? This isn’t the first time I’m doing this to you. Are you saying you don’t recognize my touch on you again?” Samuel said looking at his wife who has turned to face him now.

“I’m sorry honey. I was actually thinking about something when you came. I had no idea when you drove in and even when you got here. I’m really sorry. Please.” She apologized and k-ssed him on his l-ips lightly but he didn’t k-ssed her back.

“Are you still mad at me?” She asked.

“No. Are you okay? What’re you thinking?” He asked worriedly.

“Nothing much darling…just…just.. Everything! All that’s happening to us isn’t that enough?” She said sadly

“But I told you I don’t wanna see you brooding over this matter. ” Samuel said pulling her into an affectionate hug.

She sniffed in tears on his shoulder.

“I’m sorry. I’m sorry honey.” She said crying.

“You did nothing wrong. Don’t feel guilty.” He said stroking her hair.

‘But I cheated on you today. I allowed another man to slept with me today all because I don’t want you to know the truth. I’m sorry my husband.’ She imagined herself saying that as she hugged him more tighter.

‘It’s scarce to see this kind of people in this world. -a ever caring loving husband and mother in-law.’ She thought.

Samuel broke the hug and faced her holding her wa-ist.

“I’m sorry.” She muttered looking at the floor.

“Babe…all is gonna fine. Okay? It’s just a matter of time and we’d have our kids running around the house. Don’t worry, we’ll try more h-rder. And you know I love you so no woman on this earth is gonna take your place in my heart.” Samuel told her with a smile on his cute face.

“Thanks honey. I love you too. And I promise you I’d conceive and give you lots of children soon.” She said hopefully.

Samuel smiled widely.

“That’s my girl. I always want you to hope and believe always.” He said and Alice nodded rapidly smiling.

He k-ssed her forehead.

“Babe..I’m thinking maybe I should conduct a test on us myself instead of….” He couldn’t complete his statement when Alice quickly shut him up with a k-ss.

“What was that?” He asked after she was done k-ssing him.

“don’t bother yourself baby. Other doctors confirmed that we’re Okay. So, there’s no need for you to do anything anymore.” She said.

“Babe…but it’s not called stress. I’m doing it for us…for our own good so it’s not a stress babe.” he said.

“But I don’t want you to.” She snapped.

“Why? You always tell me not to conduct any single test on you or us. Even if you are sick, you never allow me to treat you instead you always ask me to take you to another hospital when you marry a medical doctor that can treat you without any problem.” He said obviously not understanding his wife.

Alice breathed out heavily. She took her time before responding.

“Honey, don’t be mad at me. I’m just saving you from stress.” Alice said gently staring intently at her husband.

“What about other patients I always treat there in the hospital. Have I ever come home to report to you that I’m being stressed treating them? Huh?” He said raising his voice almost yelling.

This got Alice scared, her husband he had marry for 2years has never yelled at her or raised his voice at her before.

“H…honey, you just yelled at me.” She stuttered.

“You made me do that. Why can’t I run any test on you?” He asked trying to be calm now.

“I…I..n…” She stammered.

“Every female out there are Always proud of their husband’s profession especially when he’s a medical doctor. But yours is different. That means even I’m selling anything, you wouldn’t patronize me,right?” Samuel asked moving away from her slightly.

“No darling…it’s not like you think.” Alice protested.

“Really? If it is not like I think, let me conduct a test on us so I could be sure you are not hiding anything from me.” He said and walked out of the kitchen leaving Alice in a shock state.

Her jaw opened unknowingly.

‘If am not hiding anything from him?’ she thought.

‘I hope George is not playing smart with me?’ She was troubled as she dished out the food.

The next day…It was Saturday.
Cindy came out of her room dressed up. She was wearing blue short gown having some white dots on it. She held a blue designer bag on her right hand.

She descended from the staircase and made to leave the house when her mum’s voice from the dining stopped her.

“Cindy…” Mrs Veronica called and Cindy halted.

Mrs Veronica walked up to her.

“Good morning mum.” She greeted without smiling.

“This is unlike you Cindy. Where are you heading to this early morning?” She asked concerned.

“To a friend’s place.” S
Cindy replied.

“Cindy…is it about what i talked about last night?” She asked pulling Cindy to a couch to sit.

“Mum…let me go. At least to clear my head in the house of someone that trusted me more than my own mum.” She said looking away.

“Cindy…I trust you. I’m just saying just reminding you. Not that I don’t trust you. Who do you expect me to trust if not you. Or do you see any other child in this house except you. So, since you’re the only one I’ve gotten I should keep an eye on you so that you wouldn’t go astray. I’m sorry if I did wrong by doing that.” Mrs Veronica said standing up. She was at the verge of tears.

Cindy was moved…she was just being harsh on her mum’ she thought.

She stood up and hugged her mum.

“I’m sorry mum. I thought you didn’t trust me. I was wrong. Sorry mummy.” She pleaded on her shoulder.

“It’s okay. I understand. But always have it in mind that, no matter what happened, I will always trust you.” Mrs Veronica said as they disengaged from the hug.

“Thank mummy. I love you.” Cindy said.

“I love you too daughter.” mrs Veronica replied pecking her daughter.

“are you still going out?” She asked.

“Hell no! I’m staying with you since it’s Saturday. I missed you all week.” Cindy giggled sitting down.

“Thank you baby.” Mrs Veronica said.

“Who are you babying? I hope it’s not a man.” Lawyer James said Coming in.

“Welcome daddy!” Cindy said.

“Welcome honey.” Mrs Veronica greeted hugging him.

“It’s Saturday…let’s go out to enjoy! Bills on me!” Cindy announced!

“Sure!” Her parents responded!

She hugged them both.
