Although he noticed something when he was getting closer.

He couldn’t see his car anymore where it was parked!

“No no no, I think that this must be a joke or does it mean that Rehab parked the car at another place?” Delis said as he is yet to take it seriously.

It was all like a joke to him till when he finally arrived.

And his car is nowhere to be found in the compound.

He was so shocked so he quickly called on Rehab to come and explain to him.

What really happened to the car he left at the compound before leaving.

And without wasting so much time he called on Rehab with a heavy voice.

“Rehab! Rehab!” Delis shouted her name and she answered.

“Yes!” Rehab answered from in,side the house.

“Over here please” Delis requested.

And then Rehab came out after taking some few minutes in,side.

“Yes why are you shouting my name like that?” Rehab said to Delis.

“Rehab my car is nowhere to he found, did you helped me to park it?” Delis asked.

“Oh the car? is that why you are shouting like that?” Rehab said as Delis minds calms down immediately.

His mind calmed down because all his hope was that Rehab kept it safe for her.

“Yeah… I actually… thought that something happened to it”

“So where did you park it?” Delis asked.

“Park it? come on I didn’t park it” Rehab responded.

“Like I don’t understand… you didn’t park it? where is the car then?”

“You didn’t park it and you are sounding as if you helped me to park it?”

“Do you think that am joking or what, what happened to the car?” Delis asked with a serious look on his face.

“I sold it” Rehab replied, and that response from Rehab sounded like a drum in Delis’s ear.

What did she meant by she sold it? even after she has been warned continuously by Delis.

She have been warned not to sell the car at his back and yet she went on?

“Tell me you are joking, Rehab please just tell me you are joking” Delis said to Rehab.

“Joking…? do I look like am joking to you…? am serious of course” Rehab said to Delis.

“Like seriously? you mean you sold the car after I warned you not to do so at my back?”

“Why the hell did you sell it!” Delis asked with an angry voice.

“Please calm down okay….” Rehab was still trying to calm him down.

Because she has really seen that Delis is already getting out of hand.

“Don’t tell me to calm down please! just give me the explanation I need!” Delis yelled at her angrily.

“That’s what am trying to do please, before I could call the man that wanted to buy the car”

“I discovered that he is already closed to our house”

“I thought that it would be somehow sending him back”

“Although it is better we just sell it now that he still wants it”

“Rather than postponing it to when he wouldn’t be interested anymore”

“And besides my mum is so hungry, there was no money to get her food”

“You and I knows that there is no money left on me to get her food”

“So I just decided to sell the car immediately” Rehab gives her explanation.

And then the words of Rehab made Delis to calm down immediately.

Although Delis is always a dull person when he is not with Diana.

If these words are from Diana he could have known that it is all lies.

But right now it came from Rehab and he couldn’t find out.

Because this is the person his heart choose to be with.

So his heart was calmed as he just felt like to have pity over the sick mum.

So he decided to request for his balance of the money that is sold from the car.

“Alright, what is the balance left with you there?” Delis asked.

“Um…. I am left with… um…. fifteen thousand dollars” Rehab responded

And this one sounded like a heavy band in Delis’s head.

Delis first of all smiles bitterly over the response of Rehab.

“So you mean that the man bought it that large amount?”

“fifty thousand dollars as a whole? wow that’s such a heavy amount for us to share” Delis said with smiles.

“Fifty!? I didn’t say fifty,I said fifteen thousand,I mean 15 thousand dollar” Rehab said.

“You must be very stupid for saying that! you can’t be serious!” Delis angrily yelled at her.

“Delis you are bullying me?” Rehab asked.

“You deserve more than that for saying that you sold a car what 28 thousand dollars for 15 thousand dollar!” Delis responded with a heavy voice.

“Well the man said that the car is old that is why he priced it so low like that” Rehab responded.

“You can’t be serious! a car that I haven’t drive for a weak?”

“The same car that Diana bought for me few days before we broke up!?”

“You must be kidding me! do you know how much that car whats on a new one?”

“And then you would sell the one I drive just a week for 15 thousand dollar?” Delis shouted at Rehab!

“But that’s what the man said, I wasn’t the one that said it please” Rehab replied.

“And why didn’t you wait for me to return! you gave him the car for free!”

“What nonsense are you saying Rehab, alright….”

“Alright… alright! you know what you need to do for me right now?” Delis asked and Rehabs waves her head.

“Just call the man and tell him that the owner of the car is no longer interested”

“Tell him to come and take his money and return my car back!” Delis said to Rehab with a loud voice.

“Am… sorry… but that’s not possible, am afraid that there is nothing”

“We can do about this” Rehab responded with a low voice.

“What do you mean buy there is nothing we can do about it?”

“Just call him to bring back the car and take his money back” Delis replied.

“No refund of money, he personally told me that” Rehab said to Delis.

“He told you that!? and you still have the guts to sell the car without my permission!?”

“And you have to sell it just like that, I thought that I told you”

“That the car is 28 thousand dollars to sell it and you moved ahead to do whatever you like?”

“Rehab!?” Delis said to her.

“Excuse me please, you did not tell me anything about that please”

“If you told me, I wouldn’t have sell it this low” Rehab responded.

And Delis came to think of it and he find out that it is true.

And thinks that he did not let her know about that amount.

But he still thinks that he let her know at the same time.

Although letting her know or not is never the problem.

Whether he told her about that or not but he actually told her.

That the car can’t be sold at his absent, so that’s the real mistake in this situation.

And it is obvious that, that is what Rehab wanted to do.

How sure can it even be that she didn’t sell the car 28 thousand but hided the money in her pocket.

Right now Delis was so frustrated, he doesn’t know what to do.

“Rehab but I told you that the car should not be sold without my presence?” Delis said with a low voice as he sat down closed to the food and was almost crying.

“Am very very sorry Delis it was never my fault, it is always my mother”

“How I wish I didn’t spent all the money you gave to me in fashion”

“I could have used it to get her food and I wouldn’t have thought of selling the car”

“That you personally told me not to sell, but I was left with no money”

“You and I know that I have no money left on me please”

“I have no other option than to sell the car and get food for my mum”

“Am really sorry Delis, I can do whatever you want to prove to you that am sorry”

“Apart from refunding the money I can do any other thing you want me to do”

“Am very sorry please forgive me” Rehab said as she tries to step close to Delis.

“Get out of my side! stand up and get our right now!” Delis shouted at her.

And the Rehab realised that Delis’s anger is really out of hand.

And there is nothing she could do, there is no how she would beg.

And there us no amount of her begs that would made him to calm down.

So Rehab was about to Reveal her full force to him also.

But she just decided to calm down again and hold on for sometimes.

In other to know if Delis will really calm down, so she just sat at the corner.

Looking at Delis while Delis was looking directly at the ground.

And there are so many things running through his mind.

All his plan of what he would do with the 28 thousand have really failed to go well.

He is beginning to think of what he would do with the 15 thousand dollars.

So after keeping quite for some times, Delis decided to talk.

“Alright Rehab go and bring the 15 thousand dollars for me” Delis ordered her.

And the Rehab happily ran in,side to bring out the money.

Although she was very happy because her plan has worked.

So there are some cash left with her right now for her fashions.

After some minutes she came out from in,side with the money in her hand.

So many dollar notes was in her hand and she kindly hand it over to Delis.

And Delis accepted the money with a boiling heart.

When he collected the money, he started counting it to know how much it is.

And there he ends up having just 11thousand dollars instead of 15.

He thought that it was a mistake, he counted it again and it is still 11 thousand dollars.

Although Rehab understands what was going on with Delis.

But she decided to keep quiet till she was asked to speak.

So after Delis keeps counting the money over and over again.

And the money keeps saying eleven thousand dollars.

Delis stares at Rehab with an angry look on his face.

“Rehab are you playing with me or what, cause I don’t understand anymore”

“I don’t understand what is going on here, you said you sold the car 15 thousand right?”

“Then why am I having just 11 out of 15 thousand dollars?” Delis asked with a cool voice.

Because he doesn’t want to be harsh this time around.

He needs a cool explanation right now, so this is not time for shouting at each other.

“Yeah you have 11 thousand dollars in your hand of course”

“Are you actually expecting 15 thousand dollars?”

“Why then… what then made me to sell the car? I sold it because my mum needs food” Rehab replied with a serious look.

“Yeah? you sold it because your mum needs food and so?” Delis asked.

“What do you mean and so? I sold it and used just 4 thousand dollars and get food stuffs for my mum” Rehab responded.

“You can’t be serious, you mean you used four thousand dollars to buy food for your mum!?”

Delis yelled at Rehab with a loud voice but then he came to think of what she said.

She just said that she bought foodstuffs, that means she bought it in a large quantity

And that means that she will not ask for another money to buy food for her again.

So if that is the case there is no problem about that, that saved a lot of money.

“Oh I forgot that you said that you bought food stuff for her”

“So that means, there are a lot of food that we would be eating for right?” Delis said to Rehab with a low voice.

“No, that’s not what I meant, I didn’t but any food stuff”

“And I don’t understand what you mean by you will not bring any money again”

“You are to keep this 11 thousand so that we would be spending from there”

“Delis you are not taking the money to go and do anything and we would be perishing in hunger” Rehab said to Delis.

“Then you must be kidding, am very sure that you planned this”

“You just wanted to take the whole money from me and left me stranded”

“Are you aware that you deserve to be arrested!?” Delis said to Rehab in an anger mood.

And then that word of him annoyed Rehab so much.

She was never expecting such from Delis.

“Yea! I deserve to be arrested because of 4 thousand dollars?”

“And please what will happened to you that took millions of dollars from Diana?” Rehab asked.

And Delis reacted to the question, so this is how the world turns against someone easily.

All because the money is no longer there.

“Rehab! Rehab!!! you said that to me!? and you are the one that broke my sweet relationsh¡p!?”

“You are the one that told me to dump her and take away all her money”

“All the plans we took on her just to take money from her was brought by you!” Delis responded almost in tears.

“And you are the foolish one that agreed to dump someone that made you who you are”

“You dumped her because you are a fool,in fact am sick and tired of all this”

“Am no longer interested in your money, just take the 12 thousand dollars and get out of my house now!
