“I should visit her, and know what’s going on, although am very sure that my mum won’t allow me”

“But I don’t have to let her now, I have to sneak out of the house”

“And none of the maids dares to let her know that I’m not in,side the house” Diana said in her mind.

As she then keeps her phone on top of the table and went outside her room to the living room.

In other for her to speak with the maids and figure out an easy way of escape.

★Nixon’s Home★

Nixon was outside his compound waiting for the arrival of Luna.

He has been outside since afternoon for over some hours now waiting for Luna.

And the day us already dark it is after 7 already and Luna is not here.

“No no no, not again, why is Luna playing with my heart like this”

“And I have already foolishly told her mum that I found her”

“If anything happen to her or she got missing from now on”

“They would hold me responsible for her missing”

“Almighty I pray that she comes back alive… or does it mean that she went to her mothers house?”

“I should call her mum and ask her, rather than destroying my heart here”

“No, I shouldn’t call her, what if Luna is not with her?”

“And besides, if her mum has seen her she would have called me and inform me that”

“No no, she is not with her, she is still outside, although…”

“I will go to her house to go and check later, but I should wait a little over here”

“And if she didn’t come in five minutes time, I will pay her mum a visit” Nixon concluded in his mind.

★Minutes Later★

Five minutes have passed by and Luna is still not here.

Nixon then thought that the last thing he would have to do is to pay her mum a visit.

Which is what he has to do now because he had no other thing to do.

And he jumped down from his sitting position, and just as he was moving one leg to walk in,side.

In other for him to go and prepare and start going to her Mother’s house.

He heard a sound of car and he hold on and turned back with faith.

And then saw his car as it drives into the compound.

He already know that Luna is the one in,side and nobody else.

“Oh, thanks goodness” Nixon said as he placed his two hands on top of his chest.

And then he sat back on where he was sitting before.

And was kindly waiting for Luna to cone and explain herself.

Although he is more happy to see her again, where she went to does no longer matters to him.

Besides when the car halts it took some minutes before Luna stepped out of the car.

And then walks slowly to go and meet Nixon at where he was sitting.

When she got closed to Nixon she was behaving like a kid.

She doesn’t know what to say, where to start and how to explain herself.

While Nixon does not also looks like he is ready to ask her any questions.

“Hmmm…. I… Ni…” Luna was still stammering on what to say to Nixon.

But Nixon stands up from his seat and slowly steps close to her.

And stares directly at her eyes for some times as tears goes down from Luna’s eyes..

“Nixon am so so…” She was still trying to say something.

But Nixon shut her up with a hug, he hug him so tight.

“Am very very happy that you are back Luna, you have no apology to make”

“Come on let’s go in,side” Nixon said as he first of all enters in,side.

While Luna stood so still looking at him, she was do wondered.

She was fully expecting Nixon to react badly at her because.

Even she herself knows that what she did was wrong.

So she stood still as she watches Nixon till he entered in,side.

“Where are you?” Nixon’s voice sounded again as he comes out of the house when he noticed that Luna wasn’t with him.

When he came out he saw that Luna was still down in tears.

“Hey, it is okay, am not upset with you, come on let’s go in,side” Nixon said but Luna was still looking at him.

“Oh come on” Nixon said as he steps forward by hi self and hold Luna’s hand.

And gently take her to in,side, when they get in,side.

Luna discovered that Nixon spent his day in door doing some of the work she was supposed to do.

She discovered that the house was well arranged and cleaned.

So she kindly sat on a chair and Nixon looks at her.

“Come on why are you sitting, let’s go to the dining”

“I made a very delicious meal for you” Nixon said to her.

And that’s another surprised word to her again “Nixon loves me like this?”

“And I have always been lying to him, am just so ashamed of myself”

“He also cooked for me?” Luna was still down thinking about her life but a hand held her.

She then looked up and saw that it was Nixon “Come on get up”

“Let’s go to the dining, I made a very delicious meal for you” Nixon said.

And then Luna gets up from her seat and followed him to the dining.

When they get to the dining she sat down and Nixon served her food.

She tested it and discovered that the meal was well prepared.

So she started eating, Although she was so hungry.

And then Nixon just sat besides her as he was watching her while she was eating her food.

Luna then looked up and saw that Nixon was not eating and she decided to ask.

“You are not eating? are you not hungry” Luna asked.

“Don’t worry about me Luna, I am fine, in fact I just finished eating some minutes ago” Nixon replied.

“Okay” Luna responded with a very low voice as she continues eating her food.

While Nixon was kindly waiting for her to finish eating her food.

Although he knows that he is going to ask a question later.

but he need to treat her the way she would be answering all the question that is ment for her to answer.

So in that case Nixon didn’t bother himself, he was patiently waiting for Luna to finish eating her food.

So that he would have the time and ask the question he was supposed to ask.

Although after some minutes passed by Luna was done eating.

Then Nixon picked up a can of water and used it to fill up the glass cup.

After that he hand it over to Luna, Luna accepted it and drank it at once.

And the Nixon set up his chair closer to that of Luna.

And stares at her for some minutes “Are you done now?”

“Are you satisfied, do you want any other thing?” Nixon asked while Luna waved her head.

“Alright from now on, I want you to speak with me”

“Anything I ask you, you reply me back, no waving of heads”

“No nodding of heads, you say whatever you have to say in words with your mouth”

“Do you understand me Luna?” Nixon asked.

“Yes, I understand” Luna answered with a very low voice.

“One more thing I would like you to do for me is to be audible” Nixon added.

“Luna!” Nixon called her on her name.

“Yes? Luna answered as she was facing down.

“Look into my eyes Luna” Nixon ordered and Luna looked directly into his eyes.

“Tell me Luna, do you still love me?” Nixon asked.

“Yes I do love you, my love for you glows even stronger now” replied.

“Good, then I want you to start telling me the truth as I will be asking you this questions”

“Luna, promise that any word that will come out from your mouth from now on”

“Will all be true, even though I know that lie is already part of your life”

“You can’t do without lying but I trust you this time around”

“Just promise me that whatever you say this time around shall all be the truth” Nixon said to Luna.

“I promise to you Nixon that whatever I say from now on will be the truth” Luna replied with her hand on top of her chest.

“Good, Luna I won’t you to tell me where you went to last night?” Nixon asked.

“I went to visit my friend, a friend of mine, I went to visit her” Luna replied.

“Where did you met this friend of yours that you went to visit?” Nixon asked.

“I met her at a school, at our own very school, that was where I met her” Luna replied.

“Okay, do you went to visit her for good or bad?” Nixon asked.

“For bad” Luna answered as Nixon nods.

“Did she tried to hurt you when you came to visit?” Nixon asked.

“No, she is a good person, she will never try to do such thing to me”

“She wouldn’t try to hurt me” Luna replied.

“Then did you tried to hurt her, and did you hurt her?” Nixon asked.

“Yes I tried to hurt her, in fact I hurt her so much, I did not injure her”

“That’s not the type of hurt am talking about I believed that she is okay by now” Luna replied.

“Okay, what did you do to her” Nixon asked.

“Nixon I wouldn’t try to lie for you, I just promised”

“But please stay out of it, it is none of your business”

“Apart from me nobody else should know about that” Luna replied with her face, faced on the ground.

“Okay… I would stay out of it, only for now, what about the calls you have been making?”

“The first day I saw you making that call Luna, was in the school”

“You were talking about a quest, and have over heard you several times”

“You keeps talking about a mission, I thought that my ear is deceiving me till last Friday”

“You were still talking about the mission, and suddenly you disappears from the house”

And went to spend a night outside the house and then you came back and started talking about a video.

And I was still talking to you, you ran away which am sure that you went to deliver the video.

“Luna what did you do to that your friend that you recorded on video?”

“What’s that video made for Luna you need to start talking now that we still have the time”

“We can amend things back and put them back the way it was supposed to be” Nixon said to Luna.

“Sorry Nixon, I wouldn’t dare tell you anything about that video”

“Nixon I made a very huge amount of money from that video”

“Infact here is the money” Luna said as she ins××ts her hand into her pocket.

And bring out so many dollar notes and keeps them on top of the table.

“Wow, you mean you made all this money from the video?” Nixon asked out of excitement.

“Yes and if you really want us to enjoy this money”

“Please you don’t have to ask me anything concerning that video again”

“You can insists that I should tell you about the video”

“Only if you truly want us to loose this whole money” Luna said to Nixon.
