“you.. you are..” Piper paused and rethink what she was about to say.

Lucas on the other hand dipped his right hand into his pocket reaching out the small pen. A pen with a sharp blade once a small button is pressed.

“You’re the guy I stole his watch the other day. Now I know why you look familiar” Piper changed her word.

“Stole?” Elsa’s weak voice sounded.

“Sis I’m sorry, I was once stealing people’s stuff just to help myself. I needed money at that moment and I didn’t want to worry you” she explained.

“I can’t believe this Piper” Elsa muttered.

“I’m sorry” Piper repeated.

Elsa looked up to Lucas. “I apologise on her behalf”

“I forgave her long ago, how are you feeling?” Lucas asked with a small smile.

“Better thanks” She said looking elsewhere.

“You should rest some more okay?” Charlie said.

Raymond kept on tapping his booth creating soft thuds.

‘Go away!’ He rested his head on the wall behind him with his jaw clinching hard.

Ben sat beside him. “Just give her some time”

“She doesn’t hate me right?” He asked.

“Yes she does, you broke her real hard Man”

“I was still in shock when she came to me in the bar. I could not just spill it out. I don’t want her to see me as a murderer. It’s her dad we are talking about”

“So you were planning to push her away and never tell her the truth?”

“She would know the truth somehow but by then it won’t break her too much but Mrs Brown made me realize my move was stupid. She’s all I need. I don’t care if she hears the truth and hate me. I will find a way to bring her to my arms again” Raymond muttered.

“I feel like I’m talking to someone else and not Ray” Ben chuckled.

“F**k you Ben, Don’t start” Raymond rolled his eyes.

“How’s she?” He asked.

Ben explained her situation to Raymond and he felt terrible the more. This is all his fault.

“Who was that guy in suit?” Ben asked remembering Lucas.

“My f**king competitor. That asshole wants Elsa too” Raymond face turned cold.

“Competitor, He’s handsome” Ben muttered, Raymond threw him a hard glare.

“That prof is a nightmare don’t let his goody goody get into your head”

“Prof, he’s a professor?” Ben frowned.

‘I was telling her about her professor before she hang up’ Ben recall Mikaela words.

“Yeah and a dickface”

Ben made to talk but Lucas walked out of the ward and they both raised their head to him.

“Asshole” Raymond muttered and watched him walk towards him. He was expecting him to say something but he walked pass him instead.

“He gat some balls” Ben muttered chuckling.

“I’m still upset. How could you not wanna tell me where my girl is”

“Oh now she’s your girl? Just last night were trying to push her away”

“I told you my reason already”

Lucas hand tightened on his steering wheel. Piper seems suspicious. What was she trying to say? He bought out his phone to call someone.

“Did you find her?” Lucas asked.

“We are still working on it boss”

Lucas chuckled. “Still working on it, should I just end you?” He asked coldly.

“I’m so sorry boss” Dagon said quickly.

“I know where she might be, I just need a clear proof.. Keep your eyes on Piper” Lucas said lightly with some thoughts running through his head.

Raymond stood near the door, she could hear her voice. She was busy laughing with Charlie and Piper. Jake and Ben left already.

Elsa stopped laughing, her eyes went towards the door.

Piper smile slowly disappeared remembering Lucas. She can’t be sure of it yet without evidence beside anyone can have a mark on their neck.

~EVENING~

Charlie walked out of the ward and found Raymond sleeping with his head rested on the wall. He was uncomfortable but didn’t plan to leave soon.

Elsa also walk out, she was discharged already. She took a deep breath and walked pass Raymond. Charlie follows but Piper waited.

She walked towards Raymond and tap his shoulder lightly. His Bloodshot eyes flew opened and moved up to her.

“Hey” Piper clinched her jaw.

“Hi, how’s she?” He asked in an hoarse voice looking around.

“She left already” she replied.

Raymond closed his eyes and groaned out lightly. “I can’t believe I slept off”

Piper sat beside him with her hand tucked into her pocket.

“Your professor seems weird, you should look into him” Piper said.

“Yeah I would, I hate him from the starts. Why did you say that though?” Raymond replied.

“He is strange that’s all. I’m good at studying people” she replied.

“I was expected you to punch me in the face” Raymond muttered.

“Trust me, I badly want to hit you. Cut off your hair making you go bald. Pull out your intestine and feed them to my dog. Pluck your eyes and give them to my fishes then finally burn you alive while I watch you scream in pain”

“Damn” Raymond blinked severally imagining what Piper had said. How cruel!

“But I can’t do that cus you’re meant for her. My sister was tough and she needs someone to bring that out. But that doesn’t mean you should hurt cus I’m gonna make you pay in a thousand folds”

He nodded lightly then whisper “Right.. I get it”

“Why did you push her away though?” She asked.

Raymond bit down his lips. Piper’s dad is also Elsa’s.

“If you don’t wanna tell me the fine, just don’t hurt my sister. I’m leaving, you should leave too, you look like a ghost who had been roaming for six years. Give her some time. I’m sure she’ll come around” Piper said leaving him.

“Gawd, she’s scary” he whispered watching Piper leaves.

Raymond hit his head lightly on the wall behind him. “F**k me”

“Argh!! My Instagram just hit 5 million Elsa” Charlie squealed while they walked into the school.

“Congratulations, My girl is going viral” Elsa chuckled.

“I’m thinking of going into modelling, that really suits me”

“Oh now you’re thinking about that? I literally told a million times to do that but you were like.. No my parents would be against it”

“Here comes the Snow nagging” Charlie rolled her eyes playfully. “Selfie” she grinned raising her phone up as the took many shots..

Somewhere around the corner a man face squeezed in anger as he watch Elsa walking into the school. He pulled out his phone quickly and called someone.

“Hello” a voice sounded.

“Hello Champ, this Carl. I just saw Raider’s daughter” The man informed.

“Where is she? I’m going to send my men immediately” The voice stated.

Back in the school**

“You should go into modelling too, with me” Charlie suggested.

“Nah, I’m good. You know I’m not a social person”

“Don’t worry, I gat you covered. It’s easy.. wow! We look so good” Charlie’s smile slowly died down.

“It would have been better if Natasha was here” Elsa said pouting.

“I know right. I’ve missed her so much. I’m seriously going to drag her ear once she comes back. She left without informing us, and the shut us out”

“I’ve missed her teasing”

“I’ve missed her short hair”

“You should cut your hair too” Charlie faced her. “So it would be the three of us with short hair”

“No, I love my hair like this beside Ray would…” She stopped realizing what she was about to say.

“You miss him, don’t you?”

“No I don’t” she said walking away.

“You’re so bad at Lying” Charlie shook her head.

Elsa walked into the class. Her eyes spotted Raymond who was busy writing something on his note. She had been ignoring his calls and texts for two days now.

Raymond suddenly look up to her, she advert her gaze and went to sit on an empty chair beside a new guy.

“Hey” The new guy greeted with a smile.

“Hi” Elsa smiled back.

Charlie sat on her spot.

“I’m literally dying” Raymond muttered while watching Elsa and the guy discussing.

Charlie chuckled. “Give her sometime” she said putting on her lipstick.

Her phone buzz revealing Leonard message.

The class ended and Elsa made to leave.

“Elsa!” Raymond ran towards her but she didn’t stop.

“Can I get a minute? C’mon it’s been two days” He said trying to get to her.

“Can you just let me be. I really can’t stand you for now. I mean you made me walk through that door without stopping me. If you did love me, then you would have told me the truth. You had the chance but you lost it..”

“I’m ready Elsa, I’m ready to spill everything out but please to push me like this. I can’t stand it. I miss you Elsa. I feel empty without you” he begged, his eyes brimmed with tears.

“I don’t know what to think Ray, just leave me alone” she said walking away.

Jake walked into a small apartment, his eyes settled on a guy busy on his system.

“Hey” He muttered walking towards him.

“Hi, you’re here” the guy smiled.

“Sorry it took so long, my phone got smashed” he chuckled. Raymond actually gave him the money to buy another one but he rejected it.

“Did you find out what I asked you to?” Jake asked dropping his bag.

“Yeah, it’s strange cause. There was no sign of her leaving” the guy explained.

“What do you mean?”

“Though there was a record of her leaving but there was no sign of her from the airport footage. It was really hard to get them” the guy explained.

Jake went mute staring at the screen before him.

~EVENING~

“Thanks” Elsa said taking the bag filled with apple from the counter.

She pulled out her phone reading Raymond’s texts. She wish she could type back but she wants him to pay dearly for it.

Getting outside, the fresh breeze hit her. She decided to take a walk to her dorm instead.

Feeling a strange presence behind her, she turn back but saw no one.

She continued walking and began to type something as fast as she could on her phone then slide her phone into her bra. A hand grabbed her from behind. She twisted the hand and face the person but another guy placed an handkerchief on her nose. She tried to fight the darkness creeping in but it won instead.

“Wakey wakey” A strange voice woke her up from her sleep.

She blinked several times before she could have a clear sight. Her hands and leg were tied. A middle age man was before her. Two guys stood behind him with a dangerous look.

She could still feel her phone in her bra, she knew they won’t search her there.

“You’ve changed a lot, I almost didn’t recognize you” The man said.

“Who the fuck are you?” She asked feeling irritated.

“They call me Champ, the greatest gangster in the street. I once worked with your father. We did a business together and I’m yet to collect my share” He spoke showing his black teeth, his accent a bit strange.

“Oh God, not again” she muttered.

He leaned forward. “You my dear, are going to pay the debt of your father or else we’ll kill you”

“First, fuck you for bringing me here, second don’t call me dear it squeezes my stomach and lastly if you have a fucked up issue with my father. Go to heaven and meet him” she snapped.

“Heaven? You think you father went to heaven?” He chuckled, the men behind him laughed lightly.

“Right then. Go to hell motherfucker” she said. A slap land on her cheek and she bleed at one side of her lips.

“Cheeky bastard, you’re just like your Father!” Champ spat.

Elsa sucked in the blood on her lips and spat it out. “Yunno someone is so obsessed with the lips you just hit and he’s going to get so mad if you destroy it” she muttered raising her cold gaze to Champ.

“What, who are you talking about?” He asked.

“Ha sorry my bad, I forgot to tell you” she smiled cutely at him.

“I have a boyfriend”

Immediately she said those words a loud scream could be heard.

“Who is that?” Champ asked getting restless. He look back and forth before standing on his feet.

The sound of gunshots send fear into them.

“Argh, my eyes, he stabbed my fucking eyes!!!” Another scream rented the place, Champ men pulled out their guns and pointed it towards the door.

Elsa let out a secret smile.

“Who is that?!” Champ asked hearing another scream.

“I told you already. Trust me your punishment would be double since you almost destroyed his favorite candy” she smirked.

Champ bought out his knife and placed it on her neck. “Let’s see how he’ll react seeing you like this” he smirked, his mouth smell horribly.

If her hands wasn’t tied, then she would have covered her nose.

The door busted down and the men began to shoot the person who showed up. Smoke covered everywhere as they watch the person collided to the floor bleeding on every part. It was one of their men.

A masked guy came in, he stabbed the right one chest with the knife on his hand, he hit the gun away from his hand. Removing the knife, he shoved it into his neck. Blood splat over.

Champ eyes widened as he watched in terror.

The other guy began to shoot but the masked guy dodge until he got to him. Sending several punch into his stomach until he bleed from his lips. He held her neck and twisted it, killing him instantly.

Champ almost forgotten the girl before him.

The masked guy threw a knife in the air, then jumped to kick it. The knife flew and dive into Champ’s skull sending him down, his blood wetting the floor.

Elsa’s eyes was on the masked guy the entire time without blinking for a moment. His moves were just like that night.

The guy took slow steps towards her before squatting. His hand reached to remove the mask revealing his face.

Raymond!

“Hey” he breath out scanning her body. “You alright, they didn’t hurt you right?”

Elsa lips were parted. He actually texted him before she was kidnapped expecting him to call the police or something but instead, he single handedly took down the whole gang by himself.

Raymond knew what she was thinking. He already told Mrs Brown about the rules he was planing to break when he sensed she was in trouble and she was like. ‘Go get your girl’.

Atleast he can come clean and make her know who he is.

“Elsa?” He called lightly at the shocked lady.

“It’s you” she whispered.

Oh no! Her expression wasn’t what he expected.

“Elsa, I can explain”

A deep frown appeared on her face as she whispered in a shaky voice

“You’re the masked guy”
