Everyone continue to murmur as they watched the scene
Romeo let go of Betsy’s hand and she gulped,staring at her hand
“Stop causing trouble” Romeo muttered and exchanged glances with Sapphire before going to join his friends on the booth
“Wow,,what was that?” Princeton grinned
“It was absolutely nothing,don’t even think about it” Romeo replied
“Seriously? You just made Sapphire blush for nothing?” Ryan asked
“It wasn’t my intention to make her blush” Romeo muttered and started eating
Frankie scoffed from where he’s sitting with Cameron
“Don’t tell me that guy have a soft s₱0t for Sapphire” He said
“What if??” Cameron asked
“I’m going to destroy his face,Sapphire is mine and mine alone” Frankie said and Cameron chuckled
“You didn’t tell me you have a crush on her” Cameron said
“Now you know” Frankie roll his eyes
“Then you should tell her coz according to what I’m seeing,Sapphire likes Romeo” Cameron smirked
“Why would she like him? He’s not her type” Frankie said
“So,you’re Sapphire’s type?” Cameron asked
“Sure” Frankie said and Cameron laughed

“Are you supporting me or Romeo,what’s so funny?” Frankie frowned
“Sorry bro” Cameron muttered

“Tomorrow is Friday,,but I’m not ready for any f**king test. Rainbow high school,why” Bonnie started faking tears
Pearl chuckled
“Who said I am ready too? I don’t care,just read everything we were taught this week” Pearl said
“Seriously I was in the seventh position this week,I promised to move up only to discover that I have nothing in my head,no!!!!” Bonnie s¢ræmed dramatically
“I should be the one s¢ræming,I had an excuse for this week,if my score doesn’t Increase,what do you think will happen??” Pearl muttered
“Seriously,I need to meet the school authority,why must we write test every week? If I have a school,I will only let my students write an exam once in a year when they are going to another class” Bonnie said and Pearl laughed
“I’m sure your school will be overpopulated because that is every student’s dream,but I prefer no exam at all. They should just trust us that we understand everything they teach us” Pearl said and they both laughed again
They entered the junior girls restroom and met April and Blossom also coming out
“See who we got here” April grinned
“I hope your running stomach is gone” Pearl smiled
“Greatly sponsored by Algebra” Bonnie completed and they laughed before walking away
April and Blossom scoffed
“Gosh I hate those two” Blossom said
“More than you do” April hissed and they left
Bonnie and Pearl came out of different bathroom and they also left the restroom side,they walked back to their class
“Pearl is here!!” A student suddenly announced
Pearl and Bonnie exchanged meaningful glances
“Is your brother In love with Senior Sapphire??”
“I think those two seniors are crushing on your brother”
“I pray their relationsh¡p doesn’t work,Senior Romeo is my future boyfriend”
They kept on talking
Pearl ignored them and sat down,she looked at the seat beside her,Everest was not on his seat.
“I guess your crush is looking for you” Milo hit Everest playfully as they stared at Pearl from the back
“Stop it” Everest muttered
Just then April came in with Blossom
“April is it true your sister is crushing on senior Romeo but she’s not his type?” Someone immediately asked
“Who said that sh*t? We all know my sister is a beauty goddess,so obviously Senior Romeo is not my sister’s type,not the other way round” April said

“I disagree tho,you should have seen the way Senior Betsy’s cheeks turned red just because Senior Romeo touched her” A girl said and they laughed
“I don’t blame her,I would have fainted if it was me” Another said dreamily
“Honestly Pearl,I’m jealous of you. Staying in the same house with that hot senior,gosh!!!!!!”
“Thanks for the compliments,can you all stop mentioning my brother’s name? It’s suffocating” Pearl said

SENIORS BLOCK**
Romeo and his friends entered the class
“Make some noise for the newest lover boy in our class!!!” Cameron shouted from the back of the class

Romeo’s friends turned to him with a mocking smile before going to their different seats
The class kept on calling Romeo’s name,it even increased when he sat down next to Sapphire
“Don’t they look so perfect together??” Cameron asked
👥 They look really good
“Are you crazy?” Frankie asked Cameron
“What,I’m only trying to make Romeo angry” Cameron grinned
“But you’re making me angry also” Frankie snapped
Sapphire was playing with her fingers,she was as nervous as h*ll.
“Don’t be nervous,it was nothing. I only did that because I hate seeing people fight” Romeo muttered and she looked at him
“I didn’t say anything” She said
“I’m just trying to clarify things” Romeo also faced her
“Capture that!!!!” Campbell s¢ræmed as he took a picture of them
“Wow,this look like a movie scene” He said and immediately some students rushed to take a look at the picture
Romeo sighed and looked away
‘I shouldn’t have done that’ he said inwardly and used his headphones
Sapphire scoffed
‘Seriously?? How can he say that so easily?’ She thought and faced her book
“What’s going on here!!” The Physics teacher entered and the students scattered immediately
They all settled down
“Tomorrow is your text and you’re here doing meaningless things?? Why can’t you all be like Sapphire?? Always studying” He said
He looked at Romeo whose head was on the desk,
He tapped him and Romeo sat up properly before taking off his headphones,hanging around his neck
“Some of you are getting worst…..Frankie,you’re the last in class while your brother is one of the best students we have In school,what is your excuse??”
The class started murmuring
Frankie and Ryan exchanged glances and Ryan smirked at him,Frankie rolled his eyes
“And Princeton”
“Yes boss” Princeton answered and the students laughed
“How come you missed my test?” The teacher asked
“I didn’t miss it,I just didn’t write the test” Princeton replied
“Why?” The teacher frowned
“I don’t know either” Princeton smiled
“Detention right now!!” The teacher shouted and Princeton stood up
Ryan and Donovan waved at him as he walked out of the class
The teacher finally turned to the board
“Can I go with him?” Cassie asked and the teacher turned
“Where?”
“Detention room” Cassie replied
“Go home instead” The teacher said and the students laughed
Cassie roll her eyes before bringing out her note.
“More annoyingly,he will dump her @ss this week” Constance said
“I dare you to repeat that once more” Cassie turned back and Constance roll her eyes without saying a word
“Silence” Sapphire said and the class became quiet

PAINTING CLASS**
“Okay,that will be all for today. For the new students,meet up for extra classes with your seniors if possible” The teacher said before going out of the class
Immediately,the students started leaving one after the other.
Sapphire turned from her board and found just Pearl left. She smiled and stood up
“Hey bunny,can I take a look?” She asked and Pearl looked up
“Senior” She smiled and Sapphire went behind her
“Wow,you really tried for a beginner Pearl. You have such an amazing brain” Sapphire said as she stared at Pearl’s painting of a beautiful butterfly,even though it wasn’t perfect but she really tried
“Thank you” Pearl smiled
“I wish I can show my brother” She added
“Of course,just take a picture of it” Sapphire said
“Oh right,but my phone is in class. Can you use your phone and send it to me on WhatsApp?” Pearl asked
“Yeah sure”
After few minutes,they both walked to the sink to wash their hands.
“You’re still gonna come to my house on Saturday right?” Sapphire asked
“Of course”
“And…let’s be good friends” Sapphire said
“Sure” Pearl smiled
Sapphire touched her hair
They heard the school buzzer
“Oh,,end of the day already” Sapphire muttered,looking at the time on her wrist watch
“I enjoyed my last class thanks to you” Pearl said
“Me too,let’s go” Sapphire hold her hand and they left the class together
“Don’t you have any friend in school? You’re always alone” Pearl said
“No I don’t,nobody is my type. But maybe I and your brother talk just sometimes” Sapphire said and Pearl chuckled
“Really? But you want to be my friend? I guess I’m your type then”she said
“Yes bunny,I like you. So like I said,let’s be good friends” Sapphire said and Pearl covered her face with her palms cutely
“I can’t believe this,a senior asking me to be her friend?? I need to write this In my diary” Pearl said and Sapphire laughed
“You’re so cute Pearl” Sapphire said

“Who else is skipping school tomorrow because of the test?” Princeton asked
“Me” They all said at once
“Then let’s all skip school tomorrow” Romeo said and they all smiled at each other
‘I will be coming tomorrow’ Ryan said in his head
‘These three idiots really think they can fool me?’ Princeton said in his mind,smiling more widely
‘They will be surprised to see me in uniform tomorrow,I will take pictures’ Donovan thought
‘I will never skip school on a test day,who are they fooling?’ Romeo also scoffed inwardly
“So,no school tomorrow,how about hanging out?” Ryan asked
“No,I will be sleeping throughout tomorrow” Ryan said
“I’m meeting up with my f**kmate” Princeton said
“I will watch movies” Donovan said
“Okay then,Let’s meet at Romeo’s house on Saturday” Ryan smiled and they all nodded
“Brother!!” They heard Pearl and they all turned to see her coming
Soon she got to them
“Where have you been?” Romeo asked
“Painting,,you should see my work” Pearl grinned and turned to Ryan
“Senior Ryan” She smiled
“Hey cutie” Ryan stroke her hair
“Senior Princeton,you promised me you will stop breaking up with your girlfriends every week but you only got worst” Pearl shook her head
“When did I promise?” Princeton muttered and touched his hair
“I told you he was drunk that day” Donovan laughed
“Gosh” Pearl sighed
“Don’t worry,I will definitely change” Princeton said
“You’ve been saying this since we got to Senior class!!” They all yelled at him and Pearl laughed
“And now you’re in your last year,I give up on you” Pearl muttered with a pout
Ryan smiled,staring at her Face
“Bye” Romeo said and grabbed Pearl’s hand
“Bye seniors” Pearl waved at them as Romeo dragged her away
They entered the car and he drove off
The drive was silent,nobody talked until Romeo spoke up
“Why are you quiet?” He asked and Pearl faced him
“Do you like Senior Sapphire?” She asked
“Why? Isn’t that what you wanted?” Romeo asked
“That’s why I’m asking,my classmates wouldn’t stop talking about it and it’s annoying because I have no idea if it’s true or not” She muttered
“I just did that without any reason,so stop thinking about it” Romeo said
“So you mean,you don’t like her??” Pearl asked
“I don’t” Romeo replied and she smiled
“What,did you just smiled?” Romeo asked
“No I didn’t” Pearl denied and looked out of the window

9PM>THE CAYDEN’S MANSION**
Pearl knocked on Romeo’s door gently,she knocked again when she got no response
“Is he sleeping?” She muttered sadly,hugging the teddy in her hand to her chest tightly
The rain was falling nonstop and exactly her fear,she love rain but the thunder strike is her weakness
“What is it?” Romeo’s voice came from the back and she immediately turned
“Oh…where were you?? I’ve been knocking” She said
“I was downstairs” Romeo replied
“Is mom home?” She asked
“She left just few minutes ago” Romeo replied
Their mom is a nurse and she’s hærdly home
“Are you okay??” Romeo asked
“I can’t sleep in my room….” Pearl mumbled
Romeo knew what she meant immediately
He hold her hand and opened the door to his room,they both entered.
“Are you okay now?” Romeo asked
Pearl was about nodding when a loud thunder strike sounded
“Ahhh!!!!” She s¢ræmed and threw the teddy in her hand away before jumping on Romeo,hugging him tightly
Romeo pat her back until she calmed down
“Candy?” Romeo called
“Huh?”
“Are you okay now?” Romeo asked
“I think so” She muttered
Romeo made to drop her
“The table” Pearl said
Romeo walked to the table and made made her sit down
He took a bottle of water and opened it before giving her
“Thanks” She muttered and took a long sip from it
She gave it back to him
Romeo dropped it and return his gaze to Pearl.
They both stared at each other
“What,are you going to make fun of me?” Pearl asked
“No I won’t” Romeo replied not taking his eyes away from her
“Then why are you staring at me?” Pearl muttered in a low voice
“Because you’re beautiful” Romeo replied
“There are lots of beautiful girls….”
“Really?? How come you are the only one I know??” Romeo asked
Pearl kept quiet,staring into Romeo’s eyes
She couldn’t understand why her heart was beating so faster than usual.
Romeo smiled at her and she shifted on the table nervously
The thunder strike must love making things worst for her coz it came right at that moment again and Romeo quickly hugged her
Romeo k-issed her neck and she froze,her hand grabbing his shirt tightly as his cold l-ips touched her warm skin
