Episode 46

AUTHORESS P.O.V

“I actually discovered that I hurt you with my words, it wasn’t intentional, I just don’t want anything that will put an end to our friendsh¡p because I cherished our friendsh¡p a lot,” Stanley said.

“You didn’t hurt me, you made me realize how desperate I’m, don’t worry we are still friends, I hold no grudges against you” Vera replied.

. “I’m very sorry,” Stanley said. “You don’t need to be sorry, moreover we are still friends” Vera replied.

“But you refused to pick up my calls and you also refused to listen to me the day you came to our house,” Stanley said.

“That was because I don’t wanna disturb you again” Vera replied.

Stanley moved closer to her and hug her, taking her by surprise and she gasp.

“I feel like making the relationsh¡p work,” Stanley said and Vera disengage from the hug. “No, it will be a problem for our friendsh¡p” Vera replied with a smirk.

“Let’s try, there’s no harm in trying right?” Stanley asked. “There’s you’ve introduced Miss Maxwell to your parents and mum told me they like her” Vera replied.

“Don’t worry, they’re my parents I know what to do” Stanley replied and Vera clear her throat before looking away.

“Hey, how did you know I’m here?” Rowen asks Bryan.

“I called Miss Maxwell and she told me she’s in the hospital with you, my brother is the one after your life, she told me he will deal with you, he’s also in the hospital now, I bet it if he can walk with his one of his legs again, and the cops found some hærd drugs in his room” Bryan replied.

“But why will Steve do a thing like that? Why will he be after Rowen’s life?” Emma asked.

“That’s because he’s obsessed with you” Stanley replied.

“I have told him time without number that I don’t love him,” Emma said.

“I pity him, he will go to jail with one leg,” Rowen said.

“You don’t have to, Steve is paying for all the sins he has committed, he has committed any sin, I pray the judge didn’t kill him,” Bryan said.

“Sorry,” Austin said to Bryan. “You don’t need to tell me sorry, be deserve what he gets, Rowen hope you’re good now?” Bryan asked.

“Sure I’m, Thanks for coming to come to check on me” Rowen replied.

“You also came to check on me even when you hate me,” Bryan said.

“I don’t hate you” Rowen replied.

“Are we friends now?” Bryan asked.

“No” Austin replied. “My wife has spoken, so we can’t be friends” Rowen replied with a smile.

“I’m Jealous of you guys” Bryan replied. “Jealous is a disease and I’m not working again you guys will have to search for a new chef” Rowen said.

“What? You’re the best we can’t afford to lose a great cook like you” Bryan replied.

“You don’t really know me, if my dad finds out I’m working as a chef here he will be very angry, I’ve found what I came for so it’s high time I leave Paris” Rowen replied.

“Hey go! You’re making my dad to talk too much he needs to eat” Sophia said pushing Bryan.

“Baby let him be please” Rowen pledged.

“No he talks too much he won’t allow you to eat” Sophia replied.

“Okay, I won’t talk again until I finish eating” Rowen replied.

“Aunty brings the food, I’ll be the one to feed him,” Sophia said.

“With which hand?” Nadia asked.

“This” Sophia replied showing off her hand. “Baby she’s jèàlóûs of you, feed me I’m ready to eat from your hand,” Rowen said.

“Babes, we need to talk, let’s leave the guys here,” Brittany said. “Alright” Emma and Nadia replied.

EMMA P.O.V

“Any gist?” I asked Brittany with a smile and she left out a smirk.

She’s up the no good.

“I set Dora up, she’s in the cops’ custody, including Steve, yes I set the both of them up I planted drugs in their room,” Brittany said and left out a wîckèd smile.

When did she do that? “I thought we left together” Emma replied.

“I went back,” Brittany said and burst into laughter.

“They both deserve it, let them rot in Jail most especially Dora, she doesn’t have a good plan for the both of you” Nadia replied.

“I know, but don’t you think setting them up is bad?” I asked because they will suffer for a crime they didn’t commit and I don’t support that.

“Hey babe, I do what I’ve to do” Brittany replied. “You’re right though, I just felt pity for the both of them” I replied.

“No pity please, let’s talk about Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell,” Brittany said.

“They’ll be happy to have me back, but we won’t pass through the door, you know how we used to do it, we will take them by surprise,” Emma said.

“Miss Maxwell you’re bad,” Brittany said and they all burst into laughter.

“Don’t you think it’s right for us to tell Rowen that your blood match with his and the fact that the both of your blood is rare, don’t you think there’s something we need to know?” Emma said.

“I didn’t think any meaning to it, Blood does match without being related” Brittany replied. “But we still need to tell him” Emma replied.

“Miss I and my brother will like to take our leave now since your boyfriend is fine,” Jayden said.

That’s true I have even forgotten that they’re still here, but I’ll still teach Ray a lesson he will never forget and I believe we will still meet again.

“But you need to see Rowen first, go check on him,” I said and he nod his head with a smile. He’s very cool, unlike his brother.

“Emma let’s go check on Dora I’m very sure he will be happy to see her, let’s see her for the last time since we are going back tomorrow,” Brittany said.

“You’re right,” I replied and faced Jayden. “Please help me tell Rowen that we went out, we won’t take long,” I said and be nod his head before walking away.

We walked to the garage and hop in,side my car it was time to see a crazy bîtch. “I can’t wait to see Dora, I can’t wait to show her who the boss is,” Brittany said.

“Yeah she will be very surprised to see us together, she thinks she’s wise” Brittany replied.

“Hey, are you ready?” Ray asked and Jayden shake his head negatively.

“What’s the problem this time?” Ray asked puffing out smoke from his mouth and nostril.

“We need to check on who you hit to at least say hi to him” Jayden replied.

“Jay, what’s your problem? I’m tired of this rubbish, let’s go there’s no need to say hi, after all, we didn’t die again” Ray replied.

Jayden dragged Ray out of the car and pushed him in,side the hospital.

“Are you trying to force me now?” Ray asked with a frown.

“Something like that” Jayden replied.

He opened the door to Rowen ward with his leg and entered pushing Ray in,side.

“What’s this f00l doing here?” Austin asked and point at Ray with a frown.

“I don’t want to come here either it’s this îdiot that forced me” Ray replied.

“Mr how’s your health?” Jayden asked with a frown.

“I’m fine, but you look familiar” Rowen replied trying to remember where he knows him from. “your face also looks familiar, but I don’t remember where I know you from” Jayden replied.

Emma, Brittany, and Nadia walked in,side the place they put Nadia with a smile.

Dora was more than surprised to see them. “Don’t tell me you’re the one,” Dora said with a frown.

“Yeah, just wanna show you that I’m your boss in this game you’re too small for me” Brittany replied.

“You set me up!” Dora said. “And you don’t have a good plan for me either, enjoy your jail term, and I heard they found a gun you don’t have the license for in your room,” Brittany said and left out an evil smile.

“I’ll make you pay” Dora yelled. “How did you intend to make her pay?” Emma asked with a frown.

“I’ll still come back to you, you all will pay” Dora shouted. “ouch! I’m scared” Emma said and hold her chest. “What if I make you pay now?” Emma asked moving closer to her. “Wh.. are….”

Episode 47

AUTHORESS P.O.V

“Wha… Are you trying to do?” Dora asked with a frown.

“You look tensed are you scared?” Emma asked with a smirk.

“I can never be scared of you, but don’t you dare come close to me,” Dora said.

“Wait she has the mouth to talk wonderful” Emma said dramatically and Nadia burst into laughter.

“Should I join you” Nadia asked? “No baby, you can just lock the door for me I hate being disturb” Emma said and Brittany rushed to close the door.

“Did she send you” Nadia asked with a frown. “Trying to be a good Samaritan” Brittany replied and stick out her tongue.

Emma moved closer to Dora and grab her head.

She dragged her with her hair and she s¢ræmed in pain.

“Bîtch are you planning to make me go bald?” Dora asked.

“Yes darling, that’s my plan from upset” Emma replied still dragging her hair.

She lift her up from the chair with her hair and slam her back on the wall.

She grabbed hold of her neck and started choking her.

“Emma that’s enough you’re gonna kîll her” Nadia shouted and rushed to seperate them. “Let her just dîè” Emma shouted and Nadia separated them.

“Hey smile, I hate seeing ugly face like yours” Emma said with a frown.

“you really do a great job” Brittany said with a smile.

“You all will pay!” Dora said and cough out loud.

“Our time is up, let’s go before the cops come for us,” Brittany said and they all rushed out.

“Should we visit Steve in the hospital?” Brittany asked.

“No we need to go back to the hospital” Emma replied.

“That means we won’t see Steve again, I really wish they see the judgment they’re going to pass to them,” Brittany said with a smile.

“We will come to Paris,” Emma replied.

“Yeah!” Brittany said happily.

“You’re a bàdàss” Emma said. “You taught me how to be one” Brittany replied and they all walked to the garage.

“Wait I need to interview Stanley brother today!” Emma said.

“Wow really? Who’s he?” Brittany asked.

“He’s a model, he wanna model for my fashion house” Emma replied.

“That’s nice, you can go interview hi. now, then we will go back to prepare tomorrow’s journey, I can’t wait to start tormenting Mr and. Mrs. Maxwell” Brittany said happily.

“Let’s go we won’t take long, Rogers is very Lucky I won’t have to ask him silly question today,” Emma said.

“But did you know you’re putting on a pygamas and head cap, don’t tell me you intend to wear this to your fashion house?” Nadia asked.

“I have even forgotten I haven’t taken my bath today, anyway we can go, I’ll change when I get to the fashion house” Emma replied.

“You really wanna wear this to the fashion house?” Nadia asked.

“Sure let’s go” Emma replied. “Your workers are gonna laugh at you,” Nadia said.

“I don’t care and no one knows to know me as the boss” Emma replied and her phone rayng out loud.

“Roger is calling!” She said and pick up immediately.

“I’ll soon be there,” Emma said and end the call.

“Let me open the car door for you, Miss Maxwell,” Brittany said and rushed to open the car door.

“you’re cràzy” Emma said with a smile.

“Where did I go wrong? Why will Miss Maxwell insult me, Miss Maxwell insulted a whole me” Brittany said with a frown.

“Don’t you think Brittany isn’t okay?” Emma asked Nadia.

“I was also thinking the same, we will branch hospital later to check her temperature” Nadia’s said and Brittany gave the both of them a knock on their heads.

“Ouch! Did you realize, I’m driving?” Emma asked.

“I’m not blind, I can see you’re driving” Brittany replied with a smirk.

Emma parked her car at the garage and came down from the car.

Her Head net fell from her head and she picked it up immediately.

Some workers burst into laughter.

Emma send them a glare and they keep quiet immediately.

“Wow good morning Miss Maxwell I was about to call you” Leo said with a smile.

“Good I forget,” Emma said. “Mr Roger is in,side the CEO office waiting for him to be interview by you” Leo replied and the workers laughing at Emma earlier gasp.

“First of all I need to change my cloth, I’ll join him soon” Emma asked and rushed to the changing room.

She picked up a gown and put it on immediately.

She adjusted it well on her body before walking out of the room.

“I’m good to go now, I look responsible” Emma said with a smile.

“So you knew you don’t look responsible before?” Before asked with a smile.

“Hey just keep quiet!” Emma replied with a pout.

“I thought you’re gonna sack the workers because they laughed at you” Nadia said.

“Common they’re humans and I also know I look funny, and you both didn’t dim it fit to tell me before leaving the hospital” Emma said and walked in,side the CEO office.

“Wow good morning Miss Maxwell, it’s an honor to meet you again” Roger said with a smile.

“Sure it’s, let’s go straight to the point,” Emma said.

“Trying to be professional” Nadia’s whispered to Brittany.

“Emma doesn’t joke with her work, she’s always professional when it comes to wolk” Brittany replied.

“Yeah I know, I thought she would have change, it has been long she work” Nadia said.

“Emma can never change” Brittany replied. “Can I see your resume?” Emma asked and Roger gave her some files..

“I love what I’m seeing, you’ve work experience, it will be easy to work with you, can I see some videos of your work?” Emma asked.

“Sure ma’am” Roger replied and brought out his laptop.

He showed Emma some videos and pictures and Emma nod in satisfaction, before showing the videos and pictures to Brittany, Nadia and Leo.

“Oh my gosh! He look f×¢king good” Brittany said with a smile.

“That’s not what I asked you” Emma said with an eye roll. “I’m sorry, but he’s good to go” Brittany replied.

“Leo what did you think?” Emma asked.

“He’s good Miss Maxwell” Leo replied.

“Yes he’s” Nadia’s replied.

“Congratulations Roger you can work with Emma fashion house now, Leo will put you through because I’m leaving Paris tomorrow” Emma said and stood up from the chair.

“Thanks very much Miss Maxwell, it’s an honor to work for your company” Roger said.

“You’re welcome and send my regards to your brother” Emma said with a smile.

“I’m here madam” Stanley replied coming in,side the office.

“What are you doing here?” Emma asked with a frown. “I’ve a problem!” Stanley replied.

“Wait I think I remember now” Rowen said and brought out his phone. He stroll through his pictures and stop when he saw a group picture.

“Are you among this people?” Rowen ask showing Jayden his phone.

“Sure, I and my brother in our elementary days” Jayden replied and Ray collected the phone from him.

“Wait the school nerd!” Ray shouted and burst into laughter.

He sat on the floor and hold his stomach. “Wait now I get, you guys have intensive memory” Austin said.

“I’ve been looking at your face since I saw you” Jayden said to Austin

“You guys have changed alot, most especially him, our school nerd” Jayden said.

.”He still looks ugly” Ray replied.

“You can never change Ray, I think you should be more mature by now” Austin replied.

“Hey did you look at the mirror before going out every morning?” Sophia asked Ray.

“Yes I do, any problem with that?” Ray asked.

“I doubt it, because if you do you’ll see how ugly you’re, I doubt if you don’t belong to the chimpanzee family, what am I even talking about, you’re the chimpanzee first child” Sophia said and every one burst into laughter expect Ray.

“Did this little girl just insulted me?” Ray asked with a frown. “No she’s just trying to tell you the truth, and they say the truth is bitter” Jayden replied with a smirk.

“And I think it’s high time I pay you back in your own coins, did you remember what you did to me back then?” Rowen ask.

“What can you do, you’re still a weakling” Ray replied and burst into laughter.

“Maxwell you aren’t doing anything again, you’re just folding your hands, didn’t you missed our child? Or did you have another child that you didn’t tell me about?” Mrs Maxwell asked with a frown.

“Maxwell? What happened to Honey, darling?” Maxwell asked.

“So you expect me to be calling you sweet names when my daughter is no where to be found, and you aren’t doing anything about it” Mrs Maxwell replied.

“You are taking this thing too far, Miss Maxwell isn’t a kid, Emma is old enough to take care of herself, she will be fine, she’s fine relax your mind” Mr Maxwell replied.

“She’s not fine because she’s not planning to get married” Mrs Maxwell replied.
