The capone kept on sending various members of the confraternity, to the hospital to threaten him and finally he was given an ultimatum of fourteen days to return or face the wrath of the capman.
   On a normal state, Smart was already supposed to be a dead man, starting from the day, he found himself in the hospital, if not that the capone had picked interest in Smart, as a needed factor for the terrorist group he was working for.
   The unusual interest the capone was showing on Smart, was what Detective Sunday and his fellow detectives needed, Detective Sunday had joined league with other detectives. As the capones mission was more of a top priority one, and shouldn’t be toyed with..

It would easily lead him to them and make them grasp him red handed in the act.. 
           Smart had made the necessary plans with the police, but this time around in the secret, as there was too much prying in the dark.

With many reports brought to the police force on the acts perpetrated by the capone almost everybody is now out to make sure he is now apprehended this time around and with the evidence provided by Staniac, Padiac and Smart, who had promised to stand as an evidence against him in the court of law.
.
Smart, Padiac, and Staniac’s crime were dismissed more as a child abuse, though ignorance of the law is not an excuse, but their help in tracking this criminal down, had really given them a room for amnesty.
.
Getting hold of the capone was as good as getting hold of the terrorists group itself, as he was more of their eyes outside.
.
Smart had finally agreed to come back to the confraternity, as it was now the twelfth day of the ultimatum given to them.
.
When the capone got news of Smart’s returning to them, he was so happy that his men were all confused, as to what really of use was Smart to him, that really made him so excited.
.
The capone had gone to the head of the terrorist group, explaining in details Smarts prowess and how ruthless he had been in his killings since he joined the cult group, especially how he maimed his uncle and this had really interested the terrorist lord, he had promised to buy Smart over with the whooping sum of twenty million naira.
That was actually last year, before Smart disappeared into the thin air and now you can really relate why he really needed, Smart so desperately.

Senator Obi, Alex’s father, who’s son was killed by the Dynasty confraternity had really been on the loose to mercilessly get hold of those, who killed his son.

.
And the police had pushed the wh0le blame to the Dynasty, but removed Smart totally from the pictures, that he had any link with them.

One thing about working for this terrorist group, was that, immediately you are blended into the fold, you would be hypnotized and the memories of your past wiped out, as you would be filled with lies and told the opposite of what you used to believe, in order to turn you into a heartless and bloods-cking beast.

The capone had already decided to have Smart taken to the terrorists basement, as he felt that he no longer had any use for him and might be quite dangerous.
.
The capone had already decided for a place to meet with Smart, a place he had already planned out well to be of his own advantage, incase if the police or any unknown surprises pops up.
