Richærd POV

I have heard a enough. I was swelling, huffing and puffing with rage.
So she brought an imposter to act as Brian.
It was all a plot to separate me from the woman am in love with.
I more mad than before.

I was driving home when I s₱0t Elena car pack at a corner.
I stop on a safe s₱0t and alighted along with Sofia.
Am sure Elena is somewhere here.I moved forward with Sofia in my hand, scanning the place if I can at least s₱0t her.
I’d s₱0t her and she was with a strange man.
I moved closer without her noticing me and it took me in when I’d have a perfect view of the man.
I saw it was Brian. Why was Brian with her i wondered.
I move closer and heard everything. The anger I was trying to suppress surfaced again and this time it turn into rage.
My jaw and my fist were both clenched.
Only she knows who’ll save her from me and definitely nor gonna spare her ass and that of the imposter.
” Ric… Richærd ” she stammered already trembling.
I didn’t say anything. I was to angry to.

I grab her by the neck and squeeze her it with such rage.
She try free herself from my grip, but am not gonna let her have the chance am gonna kill her.
My eyes darted to the imposter Brian and release myself from Elena living her couching her life out continuously.
I rushed out the fake Brian before he could fled and gave him a punch on the face.
He fell to the floor and I picked him off the ground roughly and punch him again.
I punch his stomach, he gro-ned and try defending himself.
I didn’t let him have that chance.
He wanted to punch me, but I held his fist and twisted it to is back.
He gro-ned loudly in pain.

In all this rage I could hear Sofia crying.
I cease when I heard her cry and released the f-cking bastard.
He winced and went to where Sofia his and took her into my arms.
” Richærd please I…
She cease her speech when I arched a deadly brow.
Still having Sofia in my arms, I walked to Elena.
She was already trembling and I gaze at the fake Brian his face look teared and I saw another skin on it.

I return my gaze to Elena.
” Elena how could you stoop this low to the extent of bring an imposter to act as Brian.just because you wanna separate the both of us ” I roared and she flinched.
“I love you Richærd that why I did what I did ” she cried.
” Anyway on the bright side there is no Brian it all a plot ” I said I was smiling now.
“Guess,what Elena am gonna confess my love for Judy again and there is nothing you can do stop this ” I said with all seriousness.

“If you think of doing such am gonna take Sofia away from you ” she threaten with a smirk.
I gave mocking laugh and she made a confuse face.
” Elena your entire game is up. I have find out that Sofia isn’t mine ” I return her smirked.
” I know you’re just saying that. But the DNA re….
” DNA my foot the one you tampered with. How you were able to tampered with the second one I don’t know. All I know is that you adopted Sofia and thanks to that nun I found out everything ” I said and she shriek and leapt back a little.
She was stunned.
” Game over” I smirked and took Sofia along with me.
I place Sofia in the cycle and hopped in.
I marched on the brakes and ride away.
I was heading to Judy’s home. I smile at everything.
It was never true all along. I’m really gonna confess my feels to her after I exposed the imposter to her.

I got to Judy’s home and we both alighted and went in.
I ring the bell and Kim open up the door her face was lacing with smile.
“Thank goddess you’re here I wanna tell yo…
” That Judy as regain her memory ” I completed her words. That what she wanna say.

” How did yo..
” Am gonna explain later.I have bigger news ” I announced.
” Where is Judy ” I demanded.
” She is in ” she replied and urged me in.
When I went in Judy was just descending the stairs.
A smile curve me l-ips.our eyes met and I lock mine into hers.

She walked down the stairs and came to me.
“I wanna say tell you something ” I announced and she said nothing, but just stare.
” You mightn’t believe me, but all am gonna say is nothing but the truth” I added and gazed at me

Judy POV

I was about going to the kitchen to get some water because I was tasty.
When I was in the hallway I heard Judy speaking to someone.
I went to the stairs and saw it was Richærd.
I’d wanna meet him, he might be hear for question ❓.
Question am avoiding. But he had already caught me coming down the stairs.

But am confuse he looks as if he is excited instead if be disappointed for trying to keep such an important news from him.
He said he as something important to talk about and i mightn’t believe him.
I wondered what he want say.
” Brian is an imposter ” he said and my eyes w¡den.
I couldn’t believe a word he just told me.

What do he mean by Brian is an imposter.
As if caught the meaning of my looks.
He cupped my face in his palm making me shiver a little as some tangling s-nsation run through my spine.
” What do you mean? ” I queried.
” The Brian you think is your Brian is fake. Elena is behind everything. She brought a fake Brian to act as the real one in other to achieve her goal. She wanna separate us ” he explained.
” I knew it that Brian is faked and Richærd as confirm my doubt ” Kim ch¡pped in.
“What? ” mum exclaimed as she descended the stairs.

Is what Richærd saying is true. Or is he doing this because we can be together, it might be.
” Richærd I know why you’re doing this. Just stop ” I said, removing his hands gentle from my face.

Richærd’s POV

” Why am doing this ” I respected her lines with total shock.
It seems she doesn’t believe me.
I came closer to her tryna cupped her face again, but she leapt back a little waving her hands in gesture to tell me that I shouldn’t come close to her.

I stood in the s₱0t I was. How’ll I explain to her that Elena is a dangerous master planner.
She wanna separate us.
” Don’t you believe. You’ve to ” I said.
” Richærd I don’t wanna hear it. I know why you’re doing this ” she replied.
” Please believe what am…. ”
” Richærd just go ” she said.
” Am not gonna leave until you hear me out ” I said coming closer, she waved her hand again just as before.
But I choose to ignore her.
I came closer and cupped her face again.
” Am doing this to save you from the hands of Elena. I already gave up on you, because I thought Brian is back and we can have a relationsh¡p and….
“Richærd please stop..
“Am not gonna stop until you listen to me ” I replied.
“You’re making a grave mistake of not believing Richærd is trying to tell you the truth ” Kim ch¡pped in again.
” Stay at of this ” she warned with a Stern.
She try yanking her face again, but I didn’t gave her that chance.
She as to listen to me.
“Listen to me ” I said.
” I don’t wanna listen. I know you’re doing this because of your feelings” she replied.
” yea, I love you and am trying to protect you” I almost yelled admitting my feels for her.
They was silence between us. I stare at her eyes and she stare at me.

Kim’s POV

Wow, Richærd admitted his feelings for my sister am glad.
I knew he loves her the way he got hurt on the party day. The hospital.
In the look of things it seems Judy is confused and I can tell in the way she is looking at Richærd, she feels the same.
She gentle remove Richærd’s hand from her face again.
“Richærd please don’t do this ” she said.
Jeez, she doesn’t wanna believe me even after is explanation.
” What’ll I do in other for you do believe what am saying to you coz that man is an imposter” Richærd struggled trying is best to make Judy believe him.
“You want me to believe a word you say. Then give him a proof ” she stated with her hand folded.
I sighed.

I wonder what she needs prove for. She should be trusting Richærd now that she as regain her memory. She as always be with Richærd. So why can’t she believe him.
” I don’t have proof Judy. But what am saying is the truth. I just saw Elena and the so called Brian together discussing. I kinda of eavesdrop on their conversation and that when I heard the truth ” he explained. But it seems Judy isn’t buying into it.
” You’re just doing this, coz will can never be together. So you’re coming up with this scheme to break our relationsh¡p ” she replied.

Richærd’s POV

Wait, is that what she thinks about me.
” Brian is an imposter, an imposter”I yelled and a slap was what I gat next from her.
“Enough Richærd” she fired.
I was stunned coz of the slap I just receive.

Judy’s POV

I got angry and slap him. But now I regretted it.
I felt bad for slapping him like that.
He is stunned am sure.
The I went far. I slap him in front everyone. Kim, mum and the little girl Sofia.
“A..am sorry ” I stuttered.
He facial expression turn into a disappointed one.
He didn’t say anything, but walk away.
He took the little girl hand and scurried to the door.
When he got to the doorway. He arched a eyebrow to me.
He walk outside, since the door was already open and slammed the door.
I wanted to stop him by saying wait but my mouth could move, neither my leg.
Am so confuse was I wrong to slap him like that.
” You’re bad, very bad ” I heard Kim say.
I arched a guilty brow at her. She look disappointed too.
I couldn’t say anything. I lower my gaze.
She ran outside. Maybe she wanna catch up with Richærd.
Mum came to me and patted my shoulder.
She didn’t say anything, but headed upstairs.

Kim’s POV

I got to Richærd before he could start his cycle.
I came into the front of his cycle holding it.
He put Sofia down and also alighted.
“Richærd so…
” I know what you wanna say. It’s okay ” he cut my sentence short.
He had is gaze low. Am sure he is hurt or angry by Judy’s action.
” Are you angry with her ” I asked.
“Nope, am just hurt ” he replied.
He really looks hurt.
” Richærd I believe a word you say back there ” I said sincerely.
A grin which i assume to be an unhappy grin, produce on his face.
” you believe me. But Judy doesn’t ” he said and he hopped in to cycle. He place the child on the back seat.
” Richærd wait don’t go” I pleased.
” Kim please going in” he said.
He start the cycle and I let him go.

Judy will surely regret this.
I marched in and saw Judy seating in the couch with he head bow down.
Oh she regrets now and can go after him.
She raised her head and saw me.
” You shouldn’t have….
” please Kim what ever happens now is not for you to worry about and coming to think of it stop poking your nose on adult issues ” she implied.
Is she kidding me, ‘Adult issue ‘ unbelievable.
” I really give up ” I said.
I gro-ned before heading to my room.

#Two_days_later.

Judy’s POV

I was busy preparing breakfast for the entire family.
I planned on visiting Brian today.
There are lot of things I wanna ask him and am also having doubt about him.
If he really misses me so much, he would’ve come to visit.
But he didn’t come and he didn’t even ask for my number that day .
Dad bought me a new smartphone yestarday today.

At least he gave me his address.
Kim ate a little before. She sprung ready for school.
” Can you at least finish up your food before going to school” mum says
” Am full ” she replied.
Is she kidding. She barely have half of her meal and she says she full.
But there are lot in my mind to get worried about that right now.
” Eat ” mum insist.
” Mum please am really and beside am running late ” she said showing mum the wall clock.
” Okay mum love you ” she said and glance at dad.
” Love you too dad ”
“We both love you” the both echo.
She glance at me and rolled her eyes away, before going out.
She as be angry eve since the incident.

All set, I inform mum and dad that am living for Brain’s home.
I board a cab and headed to Brain’s home.
I really got to find out if Richærd was telling the truth.
I’ll ask him questions that was related to our past.
If he answers he is really my Brian.
