Eversince Lucy died, so many things changes in goodluck’s life, Kate stopped him from schooling, going to church, playing with his friends and many more, goodluck on seeing all this never stopped crying and wishing for death to come and take him,..he cried and cried but later gets used to it, all these continues as Kate never stopped maltreating goodluck, even as the extend of turning him into her house boy,.. goodluck will go to the street to beg for food just to survive…

TWELVE YEARS LATER.
goodluck has grown into a very handsome young guy, but though still looking very dirty and unkempt,…a day can never pass without Kate reminding him of his father been an armbed robber,.. goodluck has called death so many times to come and take him but death wasn’t coming forth,..Kate on the other hand has tried so many times to kill goodluck but it seems luck was shinning on his side,….
One sunny afternoon, goodluck was sweeping the compound, yes that reminds me, Kate has packed out from that their one room apartment and rented a three room bedroom,..Kate was really ok with money now,..she worked in a place where dey are paying her five hundred thousand naira per month,..she now owns her own car,
FAST FORWARD
as goodluck was still sweeping, kate car began to horn outside the compound, so goodluck quickly rushed and opened the gate for her as she drove in,..Kate angrily came down from her car, walked up to goodluck and landed him a hot slap on the face ”u stupid useless criminal! why did u waste time in opening the gate for me”,she yelled
”but I wa…”, Kate shut him up with another slap before walking to her car ”baby come down”, Kate said to the young guy who was in,side her car, the guy came down from the car smiling,.. the guy is almost goodluck age mate 19 years of age, the guy looked at goodluck and gave him a devilish smile
”my friend u better be fast with that sweeping and come and prepare something for my boyfriend to eat! stupid little criminal”, Kate yelled at goodluck who was seen crying and holding his cheek due to the slap Kate gave him ”my friend will u continue sweeping the compound before I decend on u! mtwcheeee! baby come on let’s go in,side jare don’t mind this stupid boy”,Kate said to her boyfriend as both holds each other and walked in,side chatting noisily.

Good luck was seen cleaning the bathroom when he heard Lucy scre-med his name, ”mum pls am coming”, goodluck answered and ran to the sitting room ”didnt u heard me calling ur name? Kate asked rudely ”but I answered u mum”, good luck sadly said
”will u shut up ur stupid mouth! who is ur mum? now tell me! who took my twenty thousand naira I left in this bag? Kate asked raising up a bag ”honey I can’t believe u have a criminal in this house? Kate boyfriend asked ”answer me u this criminal!! Kate shouted at goodluck who just stood calm and speechless at that moment
”honey I told u he was the one that took the money, while u were bathing, I saw him going towards the bag! I saw him but he didn’t know someone was watching him! hmmm thief”,Kate boyfriend said ”are u not the one am talking to? Kate said to goodluck and landed him a slap on the cheek ”i swear I didnt take the money! I didn’t take it”,goodluck cried, holding his cheek.

Jenny a billionaire’s daughter could be seen discussing an issue with her father Mr Frank A.K.A, money miss road ”daddy pls I want u to permit me to sack that clousy secretary of urs! that lady is so annoying”,Jenny complained ”hahahaha!! wat did she do this time? Mr Frank said smiling
”daddy can u imagine I sent her on an errand, do u know wat she did? she hissed and eyed me without even saying anything! can u imagine? wat an insult! daddy u know I have been complaining of this particular lady almost everyday! I have heard enough! dad pls permit me”, Jenny said with a frowned face
”errrrm Jenny my daughter am really surprised u are asking for my permission before u sack someone? now listen to me! u are my daughter and I made u the MD of that company, so being an MD,u have every right to decide who to leave and who to stay! u have the right to sack and employ! so without my permission u can do whatever u wished to do in the company ok”, Mr Frank said
”ok daddy have heard u! that lady has really bitting more than she can chew! I don’t really know who is giving her the gut to talk to me anyhow? or is it because am too quiet that is why she is taking my quietness for granted, no problem I will give her letter when I gets to the office! I have heard enough”,Jenny said with seriousness on her face,
”daddy let me rush and get prepared to the office”,Jenny said and hugged her father ”ok!! but wait that reminds me! I will be traveling to California next week to know how my MD is managing my company”,Mr Frank said smiling ”ok dad no prob! let me rush and take my bath”,Jenny said and walked away.

”For the last time goodluck! where is my money? where did u keep my money? where is my money? Kate shouted at goodluck who was seen crying ”mum I swear I did not take ur money! pls stop slapping me, I did not take ur money believe me”, goodluck defended crying seriously
”u did not take the money then why did u go towards her bag direction!! baby he is a theif, he stole the money”, Kate boyfriend accused goodluck ”where is my money? where is my money this criminal? Kate yelled and landed goodluck another hot slap making him to stagger and hit his head on the wall
”kill me!! go ahead and slap me to death! wat am I living for anyway? just end my life u Jezebel of a mother! u have been maltreating me for over nineteen years now! accusing me for wat I know nothing about!! just go ahead and end my life let me rest,..am tired of living! kill me”, goodluck cried
”what?? u just talked back at me? u are a badluck in my life,..I will do exactly wat u want me to do? I will end ur life u criminal,..I want u to disappear from my life”,Kate said with her eyes red with anger,..she walked into the kitchen and came out with a very big rod,..she looked at goodluck wickedly and hit him the heavy rod on his head, goodluck scre-med and fell on the ground bleeding seriously on the head at the same time loosing his breath gradually gradually
”oh my God! Kate why did u hit him that rod? why did u do that to ur son? oh my God I wasn’t expecting this from u? I was the one who took ur money and not him, why did u do that to him? Kate boyfriend asked feeling a kind of pity for good luck ”i despise him! I want him to dissapear from my life!! let him just die”, Kate angrily said and hit goodluck the rod again ”i will never forgive u”, goodluck managed to say and blacked out.
