The House Help
Episode 15
(Through out the night, I didn’t sleep, I was trying to find out who wants me dead, I watched yvonne sleep. I walked through the window, opened the curtain slowly, The police were gallant.
I thought of so many things,
*What is happening to me?
*What wants me dead at this stage?
*Hmm, is it natasha? No i don’t think, tho she threatened me back then, but she didn’t mean it.
*Or is it Mrs Amanda?.. I don’t think so, she’s more like a mother to us.
*to many questions, no answers.
(While i was thinking about all this, I tried to stay out of the scene and set my own spy against the people in the building.)
I planned on going back to ikeja to meet my gang over there, I have guys that are ready to take bullets for me, this time i have to do it on my own without letting anybody know what am planing except yvonne and tunde. I went back to bed, when day break i’ll let yvonne know what i planned so far. it’s morning already, I opened my eyes, the day is so bright, it’s wednesday already. Yvonne is already awake.
Yvonne : Good morning love
Me : Good morning dear, how was your night.
Yvonne : You don’t accept it to be cool, after that call right?
Me : I know… But we’ve got to move on
Yvonne : Yeah… How is your arm?
Me : Not bad… Hmmm, baby i have a plan.
Yvonne : what plan?
Me : I don’t trust anyone in this house, so i decided to put up spy’s against everyone, I know you trust Mrs Amanda, but what if she has something to do with this, even natasha or rebecca.
Yvonne : What do you mean, Mrs Amanda have been with us for a very long time. No, she’s out of this plan of yours.
Me : Calm down, and let me handle things the way i can, Ok?
Yvonne : Please honey,vyou have to stay away from all this, the police are here to fight for us.
Me : (smile) Did i just here you say the police? Common! Where were the police when your mum was missing huh?. The police did not even trace the ones that killed your dad, you’ve got to let me handle this my own way or I’ll leave this house and go to where i was when you called me up here
Yvonne : (crying) You want to leave me here right? After all have done for you huh?
Me : And do you want to watch me die like a c*ckroach, just in only One day, I was hit by bullet, the enemies are in here or out there planning on there next mission and you want me to believe the police will solve my problem…Hell No! I quit, if you can’t trust me now.
Yvonne : (cleaning are tears) Ok, ok.. Have heard you, but promise me no one will get hurt.
Me : I promise
Yvonne : So what’s the plan?
Me : like i said before, I can’t trust anyone here, I want to go to ikeja, I have guys that are ready to take bullets for me… When i tell them about this, am sure they will act fast.
Yvonne : Haaa, Baby? How do you think this will work out?
Me : Just watch and see.
Yvonne : Then, how do you think you can go out without the police following you around.
Me : (laugh) leave that to me, do you have kingsley number
Yvonne : Yeah, what for?
Me : just dial it.
*She laughed, and shake her head in disbelieve, as she dialed kingsley number, he picked.
Kingsley : Hello, Madam
Me : Hello, Kingsley it’s me..
Kingsley : Oga, Good morning o
Me : Yeah, how is your family?
Kingsley : They are fine sir, hope you are getting better sir?
Me : Yeah, yeah… Please i need your help of a taxi cab, I want you to be the one to drive it, just find a way you can hire it.
Kingsley : No problem sir, I’ll do just that.
Me : When you get it, start coming to sky limit hotel immediately… When you get there beep me.
Kingsley : Ok sir.
Me : Don’t keep me waiting please, Bye
*i hanged up*
Yvonne : What are you planing to do baby
Me : Calm down
I washed my face and brushed my teeth, put on something light, spray perfume. I was ready to go, yvonne told me to take something, I told her i will when am back. We both walked down stairs, I saw Mrs Amanda and Rebecca talking, they saw me and pretended as if they where saying nothing… But i greeted them, I saw tunde and one of the police man talking about politics, they saw me and tunde came and shake my hand… We both step outside with yvonne. I know tunde needs an explanation on how i got rich. But i don’t have time for that, I need to fight for something hurting me. I only told him to drive me, the police starts there van, yvonne already told them were i was going to, tunde starts the engine, while the police van lead us.
The war is about to start…

Episode 16
(We got to the hotel, Tunde and i walked in,side the hotel, all workers saw me and they were all greeting me, some where murmuring among themselves, a man came to me and said, sir we the workers of this hotel heard what happened, we are truly sorry, I told them am fine and fit.
Tunde followed me to my office, I sat down on the chair scratching my head, he stood there looking at me, he asked me what was going on in my life, I have to let him know, I told him how everything started, how yvonne gave me her daddy doc-ment, I told him everything and also what i planed to do, he told me am taking a risk, but he promised to help me see the end of this… I was waiting for a call from kingsley, luckily his call came in, I pick the call
Me : Hello, kingsley what’s happening?
Kingsley : Am set, am at the car park
I opened the window, I look over it to confirm, he was truly there.
Me : Ok, wait… I’ll be down stairs shortly.
*i hanged the call* and face tunde
Tunde i need your clothes.
Tunde : why nau?
Me : For the police not to follow me, I need to go with a cab.
Tunde : wetin i go wear nau, and if peson find you come wetin i go tell the peson.
Me : tell the peson say you dey busy, if i comot, stay in,side here, lock the door… No open am for anybody o.
Tunde : Ok o, but u go fast o
*he pulled his clothes, while i put it on… I put on a face cap, I’ll be back soon, I said to him.
I came down and passed through the back door, nobody knew it was me. I passed the back that leads to the car park, I get to the point where kingsley parked, I opened the back seat.
Me : Take me to ikeja.
*without looking back, he coded, he knows it’s me.
Kingsley : Ok sir… (He starts the engine)
He drive to the gate where the police parked their van, they told him to open his boot, which he did… They allowed us to pass, kingsley is good in speed, he knows were there is holdup… He drives till we get to Ikeja, we entered Sara’s street, I saw my Area boys. They never knew it was me, until i step down the cab and removed my face cap… They saw my face and started hailing me, Oga Nick you just leave us comot like that, e no good o, they told me they’ve missed me and tunde. I told them i was sorry for all that, especially leaving without letting them know. I bought drinks for all of them, Kingsley was in,side the cab looking at us, I know he will be wondering how i knew this area boys. I called the four boys i could trust aside, and told them what was going on, they felt sorry for me, I told them what i want them to do for me, they all accepted, they told me i should go that they will come the next day, I counted 30k hand it over to them, payed for the drinks i bought, entered the car and zoomed off.
We got to the hotel again, I gave kingsley some cash, and told him to leave immediately, I passed the back of the hotel, I walked upstairs to my office and ringed the bell, tunde shouted from the in,side ”Am busy”
I told him it was me and he looked through the door h0le to confirm before opening the door.
Tunde : How you take woka?
*As i was pulling his clothes*
Me : I went well o, oyah do make we go
(We dressed up, as we were about to move, my phone ringed, it was Kingsley.
Me : Hello kingsley, what’s the problem?
Kingsley : Sir, the car that shot at us and the two guys, they are outside the hotel, maybe waiting for you to come outside, you’ve got to be careful…
*hanged up*
Me : What!!!
Tunde : wetin happen?
Me : Kingsley said the assassins are outside waiting for me to come out of the hotel.
Tunde : Calm down… I go inform the police, while you go call Kingsley make him come in,side come pick you, you go put on my clothe again be that o.
I accept, we changed again… He informed the police to be at alert, while i called Kingsley, he came in again… I got down stairs, pass the back, while tunde passed the front… I entered the back, Kingsley moved immediately, we passed the gate and i saw the assassins, truly it was them… We passed them, they didn’t know it was me. While tunde drive my car, I was looking from the back, immediately tunde drives outside the hotel without the police leading, the assassins followed tunde slowly… Am sure they want to ambush, they want to get to a lonely area… Kingsley packed at a corner, he was looking at the side mirror.
Me : Why do you stop kingsley?
Kingsley : Relax boss, I wanna teach them lessons
(scared this time, immediately tunde and the assassins passed us, Kingsley followed up immediately, I looked at the back, the police were also coming, Kingsley got closer to them and brought out a shotgun, he aimed their back tire and shot at it, the tire busted, they lost control and jamb a tree, until the police got to where they are and surrounds them. Tunde stopped the car and waited for Kingsley to approach him, I get down from the cab and entered mine, tunde and i head home straight with Kingsley following us at the back… We didn’t wait for the police, but we are sure they caught the assassins.
Thank God for Kingsley, Yvonne must hear this…
