Patricia twisted her lips one said as she stared coldly at the guy before her. The fact that this guy act like weak is what piss her off the most. Why did the teacher decided to join her with him. She feel like going crazy any moment.
“Patri…”
“Shh” She cut him off and he went mute. “I’d like to give rules before we can work together. First, I want you to know the fact that I hate you. Second, keep your distance away from me and lastly do the assignment yourself” She said.
“What! But we are asked to work together.. you heard what the teacher said…” Daniel said.
“Work together.. tssk.. do you really think I’d work with you. I can’t even stand a minute around you. You disgust me!” She spat.
“Do you have to be so mean?” Daniel asked.
“What did you just say?” Patricia asked, surprised to see the upset look on his face.
“I still don’t get what I’ve ever done to you. You always call me mean names. I’m a human who have feelings and I wanna let you know that your word is like a needle piercing my heart in viscious way. You know what.. fine… You don’t wanna do the assignment then we are both going to fail!.. and I don’t care.. keep your bitch ass roaming about!” Daniel yelled and walked pass her.
Patrick stood frozen, his word repeated in her head. “What was that?” She muttered.
Getting out of the place, Daniel spot Annabelle.
“Nice job” She said.
“Do you think that would work? I said pretty a lot of things back there” He said.
“One thing I know about Patricia is her pride. She loves using people as a stepping stone. She’ll come back to you in order to do the assignment. She wouldn’t want to fail” Annabelle said calmly.
Daniel exhaled lightly. “I kinda feel relieved saying those words. It like an heavy load been lifted off my shoulder.. thanks”
Annabelle only smiled a little.
“Wow, that would be the first time I’ll see you smile. It’s pretty” he said adjusting his glasses, her smile disappeared instantly.
“Anna!” A voice discontinued their discussion.
Ethan walked towards, his eyes on Annabelle.
“I’ll be leaving” Daniel said and left.
“Hey” he greeted but didn’t get a reply from her in return. “I’ve been looking for you” he said.
“Why?” She asked. Ethan was a bit surprised on how she sound.
“You left without saying goodbye so I was worried.. you okay?” He asked.
“I’m fine” she replied and made to leave. Frowning Ethan hold her back by the hand. She jerk it immediately and glare at him hard.
“I don’t mind breaking that arm of yours” She warned and he slowly let her go.
“Did I do something wrong?” He asked but she only stare at him coldly.
“Hey Annabelle” Someone called walking towards them.
Ethan brow curved down. Bastian?
“Hey” Annabelle greeted and he smiled.
“Hey Ethan” he greeted the guy beside him but got a glare in return.
“I’ve got an idea on the assignment, come with me” he said.
Why is he speaking casually with her? He questioned himself and watch them leave. Bastian look back his with a smirk on his face. ‘She look cute though’ he recalled his word. Is he making a move on her?

Getting to a distance, Bastian made to touch Annabelle hand.
“Don’t” Came a cold warning from her. “I know the reason why you are acting this calm and gentle I’m not fool, and I’d advice you not to cross the line. I might break all your bone and make you cripple for the rest of your life” She threaten.
Bastian laughed lightly at her words. “What a nice threat you have there Annabelle. I guess I’ll have to learn from you then”
“Do you have the guts? Not everyone can handle it” she said.
“I can try” he replied.
Annabelle smirked secretly. “Let’s do the assignment first”
“I think this point will fit in. It explain ls how the solar system works. The sun is fifty thousand times bigger than the earth.. wow! This is unbelievable!” Jennifer exclaimed but the guy before her didn’t say anything. He had been like this since they started.
“Wanna tell me what’s going on?” She asked, snapping him out if his trance.
“Huh? Nothing, I just feel a little bit tired that’s all. You know I slept late last night because of your visit” He said. Wait! Is Annabelle upset because of what she saw. That can’t be, right?
“Oh, I’m so sorry about that. I guess I won’t come tonight then” she said.
Ethan raised his brow. She was planning to do the same tonight?
“Actually we can do this during the day and not during the night” he said and her face dropped.
“Okay” She said sadly. “But thanks for last night though, I got to lean on a shoulder and it was amazing”
“Sure, we are friends after all” he said stretching to hold her hand. Jennifer smile return by his action.
“Awwn” A voice interrupt them. They look up and found Selene and Liam staring at them.
“This is really cute” Selene squealed.
“Ah, it’s not what you think” Ethan said.
“Are you guys together?” Liam asked. He was slowly breaking inside.
“Of course not stupid. How can I and Jennifer be together? We are just friends” Ethan said, it was Jennifer’s turn to be hurt.
“Do you think she feels the same way?” Selene asked and they all turn their gaze to Jennifer who went silent. It took every nerves in her not to say what she had in mind. Liam noticed.
“C’mon Ethan, we’ve got practice” Liam broke the silence. Jennifer breath out in relief.
As soon as they both leave, Selene turn to look at Jennifer.
“What did you think you are doing!” Jennifer snap at her.
“What is right… When are you going to tell him huh? Until some bitch ass lady comes from no where and snatch him right on your face?” She asked.
“I will tell him when the time is right. You made things awkward between us” Jennifer sighed.
“Look.. I’m sure Ethan feels the same way. You’re the only girl he let into his room and judging by the way he treats you, I think he likes you too”
Jennifer bite down her lips. “Is that so”
On their way to the court Ethan spot Annabelle talking with Bastian before they part the ways.
“I never thought they would get along with each other. That’s surprising” Liam muttered.
“Let’s go” Ethan said heading to the court.
At night, Ethan got into his room after dinner, expecting Annabelle to show up but she didn’t.
“Fuck, this is driving me crazy” he mumbled and decided to wait for her. There’s no way he can reach her talkless of talking to her.
His mind drifted to last night, her laughter. The scene played in his head as his lips stretched into a smile. He wish to hear that sound again.
“Where are you” he muttered staying by the window.

Meanwhile in Spain, A room was filled with rogue people, drinking and smoking around a large table at the middle. Smoke filled the room as each of the men have a striper grinding theirself on their body. Some of them was kissing, while caressing the fat ass.
A man in suit walked in and went to meet a middle aged man. He had three women for himself.
“Master Voldemort, there’s an update you need to hear” The man said.
“Say it Walter, I’m all ears” Voldemort said.
“Vincent..” Walter hesitated for a moment but then said reluctantly. “Is found dead Master”
Voldemort whose eyes were close flew open the moment he heard those words. He stood up on his feet and storm out with Walter walking behind him.
“How the fuck did my younger brother got killed!!” Voldemort yelled insanely as he smashed his system right in front of Walter and some men.
“He was caught trying to ships two highschool girls..” Walter said.
“Who did this?! Tell me this instant!” He roared.
“There is a witness, luckily he was the only survivor on the ship” Walter said and a man walked forward with his head low.
“Speak”
“I didn’t see her face clearly because it was dark. But all I know is she was a girl…
The scene flashed before him and trembled slightly.
“She is fast and so dangerous. She is all black, young, slim and short but crazily strong”
Voldemort brow curved down, his look was scary. His brother was killed by a mere girl. How strong could she be? Well he is going to find out and destroy her into pieces then feed her flesh to his dog.
“What about those girls?” He asked.
“I really don’t know what happened to them. I fled when the strange black girl arrived at the scene” He replied.
“Useless” With this Voldemort raised his gun and send a bullet to the man’s head. He fell to the floor, with blood splashing over. Shifting his gaze to Walter, Voldemort commanded in a cold tone.
“Find that little bitch”

(NEXT DAY.. BRILLIANT HIGH)
Daniel was about to go into the library when Patricia blocked his way.
“What do you want?” He asked coldly.
“What do you mean what I want? I’m here to talk about the assignment!” She snapped but the guy made to walk pass her. Patricia held his hand Instantly.
“C’mon Daniel.. you have to do the assignment” she said with a pleading look.
“We have to do the assignment. You can’t put all the work on me. I’m not your slave Patricia” he said.
“But, I have a lot to do before that day. My nails, shopping and so on…”
“And you think I don’t have something to do? Come back to me when you are ready. I don’t mind failing this course.. it’s going to be my first.. and I know how much it’ll affect you.. so think well Patricia” he said and made to leave again.
“Fine!” She exclaimed holding him again. Her grades are not really good. Failing this course would make her dad scold her.. and that is what she hates the most. “Let’s do the assignment together” she said.
Daniel nodded. “Let’s meet after school, I have an idea”
“But…” Patricia made to speak but earn a glare from him. “After school.. will be great” she quickly said and watch him leave.
“Fuck” she muttered.

(BASKETBALL COURT)
“Focus Ethan! Focus!” The coach yelled as Ethan missed another goal.
“I’m trying coach!!” He yelled back in a cold manner surprising everyone in the court. They have never seen him like this.
“Watch your tone boy!” The coach warned.
Ethan didn’t reply as he went to grab a water to drink. Liam came to sit beside him.
“Is everything alright with you. You don’t look good. Did you even sleep?” Liam asked.
Ethan cleaned the sweat on his face and drop the towel in anger. His gaze on the floor. She didn’t come the night before and last night… At school she gives him cold shoulder…
Like he doesn’t exist!!!
“Ethan…” Liam called
“I’m fine” Ethan cut in and stand up.
Liam got worried a little. The last time he saw Ethan this way was a year ago.
Bastian smirked seeing this..
After the match Ethan’s cold face was still on. ‘What is wrong with me’ he thought to himself.
“Hey dickface!” Bastian called from behind but he didn’t reply. “You’re trying to hold yourself back aren’t you?” He asked.
Ethan wore his school shirt and left the place, Bastian followed him. He is going to wake the devil inside him.
“C’mon Ethan. I’ve missed the old you. We use to be buddies remember? Fucking girls around, drinking, smoking and treating those below us like shit. The reason why you change is what I still don’t know. I saw the way you tried to hold yourself during our fight the other day” He said as the both go out of the changing room.
Seeing his words wasn’t affect him, he decided to try something else.
“Annabelle”
Ethan stopped his track hearing that name but then made to leave again.
“Like I said she is really cute. I should try her”
He stopped again.
“Her lips is the most beautiful one I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait get to know how good it taste…”
Ethan’s fist clinched into a ball.
“Her body looks unique too.. I’m wondering what’s underneath.. I wish to roam my hand on it…
His words were cut short with Ethan throwing a punch on his face. “Watch your mouth motherfucker, I can’t promise to act nice if you say shit about her!” He spat holding his collar.
“Woah! Woah! This is Ethan I’ve been craving to see. Are you perhaps falling for that creepy girl?” Bastian asked with a smirk on his face.
Five punch land on his face repeated. Bastian tried to punch him back but Ethan block it and gave him three more punch. Bastian face was swollen and blood could be seen coming out from his lips.
Student gathered around.
Liam saw this. “Oh no” he muttered, and went to grab Ethan from Bastian.
“What do you think you are doing? Snap out of it man!! Don’t let him get into your head!!” Liam yelled at him. Ethan eye widened seeing what he had done. Bastian was trying to get up, his face unrecognizable.
“Shit” he muttered sweeping his hair backwards, he then noticed a figure standing not far away. Her look was blank as she stare at Ethan.
Annabelle.
The reason why she decided to avoid him was because of the strange thing she feels around him. Somehow knew these emotions might not end well. She’s here for a reason and that’s to study. Getting to him, they stared at each other for a while. The will be the first time she’ll see this side of him.
“Why did you do it?” She asked lightly.
“Why do you care?” He asked back, his eyes cold. “You know I feel like I’m the one forcing myself on you and that won’t happen anymore” his voice cold as he stepped away from her and left her there.
Another strange emotion..
It’s like a sting in her heart.
“Weird” she muttered.
