Episode 21
Throughout the day I did not have the time to check on any of my friends including mona because am @ the school field with the coach we just engage ourself in some training he inforn me that we are having match with one school like that and that would be our first match in the principal’s cup so we need to warm up for the match even on sunday am on the field though paul try giving me injury buh he just always fail throughout that sunday also I don’t have time to meet mona and my friends fast forward to monday morning the weather condition is very nice that makes me feel activated you know the type of weather that is cute for couples by 10am our opponet school are already arriving o boy come see biceps o even I even fear if person pikin no go die here by 12noon we are already on the football pitch no work that day because all student both senior and junior are on the school field even the other school also bring almost all there student with them we are having full house am very tensed because this is my first time of representing school on top football matter the two school captain give each other a friendly hand shake they are to pass first, first 10 minute chai they press us like mad o I swear if dem check the ball poccession it would be 60 – 40 and even my leg is still yet to touch the ball their strikers are very strong they dribble our defender and give our keeper one fine placing buh thank God him catch the ball the keeper then give one of our defender to kick the ball he passed the ball to paul he also dribble like five of them he gained attention from audience as they come they hail him I think he feel untop of the world shaa because he is not willing to pass
He also give their goal keeper a hot shot but he keeper is also good he save the ball as the goal keeper kick the ball enter middle field the ball land our middle striker as he come give me pass am so tensed that the ball even make me to fall down without any opponet attacking me o chai!!! Nah so every body come day laugh am sure where my friends day dem go feel dissapointed my silly mistake make the opponent to score against us. They are now leading with a goal come see as every body day insult me o I even talk am in,side me pe I don enta one chance today even some of my team mate hit me and paul also insult me chai I really fell embarrased I wan cry buh water no gree come out the couch is seriously angry that he subtitute another person for me instantly the couch then took me to the changing room
Couch: vizkid what is your problem what wrong with you can you see what u’ve caused us and this is even your first time
Me: sir am just too tensed please sir I would make amendment
Couch: you don’t even need to make one because you are already out of the school team
Me: I accept that sir but let me finish this one match @ least to change people’s view of looking @ me
Couch: (looking @ me for some times) okay maybe during second half
Me: thank you sir
I later sit down beside our couch I could hear my school mates passing comment some are like buh he don’t normally play like this now a girl even said that maybe he is afraid of the crowd chai na so my head ring up pe me nah me people just day talk about like this @ the end of the first match the scores is 3-0 they are already leading us with three goals by second half am back to my wing this time around we are the one to pass no body is willing to pass to me because of the first experience so I decided to attack opponent and have my ball then as I take attack the opponent he use this follow me skills he is about gaining the ball when I jump up and use my head to stop the ball I started showing my skills I dribble any one that comes my way I passed the ball to our middle striker (victor) he cut the goal keeper away from the goal post as he score the first goal everybody hail him they don’t even remember that it is someone that did the assist o I scored the second goal while victor did the assistance everyone jubilate buh no one hug me or hail me this time around our opponent start playing defensive game we don’t have the previlege to even enter their box from outside box victor give the keeper super hot shot the keeper push the ball away which lead to conner kick, victor kick the ball and the opponet in front of me is a little taller than me so I put my two hands on the opponet’s shoulder and I jump up thank God I calculate well I then nod the ball before the keeper could save the ball it is already a goal everybody start jubilating some are even saying it is lucky that I use to score the ball after they pass they are now trying to give us a lead buh I hijack the ball from the opponent dribble every one even with their defender so am only left with the goal keeper the goal keeper is already running towards me though I could score the ball buh I passed it to paul he want to fall back but the ball is already with him I don’t know the main reason buh he don’t want to score the ball and he is now left with free post instead of him to score he passed back to me before the ball could reach where am standing my opponent has already kick me off ground I fell down and roll in pains the refree blew the wistle and it is a penalty kick am given first aid treatment because I get injury on my leg paul is then ask to play the penalty kick buh he ended loosing the ball chai!!! Na my own I day talk of come see as audience come day insult him now we took some break before penalty kick we both score all our kicks it now remains one last one for the two teams one of the opponent played first he almost scored the ball but our keeper saved it but not after he hit his head on the goal post he is rushed to the school clinic now our own turn to play everyone is running away to play the penalty me sef day run cos I no wan embarass my self again then the school couch told me that if I know that I want to change how people would be looking @ me I should play the penalty kick am afraid buh I brave my self up set the ball and whine the ball to the last angle the keeper tried to save the ball buh he is not that tall within seconds I heard people shouting
GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I sighed heavily before I fell down and everything is now a little black shaa I could hear couch shouting glucose!!! water!!! Be fast!!! Buh later wake up to found my self on a hospital bed
Episode 22
After some minute coach come in and ask how am feeling he then ask me to join the school team back buh I told him that am not interested again we are still on that when the doctor also walk in he examined me then ask me and couch to meet him @ his office
(In his office)
Doc: why did you like stressing your self?
Me: stressing my self as how
Doc: I don’t even think u’ve rest from morning till night without thinking of something or involving your self in something that require energy that is the main reason why you always faint because you are always worked out without resting
Me: doctor that is not true it is not like am carrying block now
Doc: just change your rutine if you don’t want to die young
Me: ahn ahn doctor un top watin now why you day wish me death
Doc: that is nuthing buh just the truth
Couch: well I would help him on that
Doc: that is right couch infact don’t let him play match again it is because he is just a strong type if he is all this febuary born he would have die
Because all those febuary born are fairly use
Me: are we free to go now??? (because my mind is not there anymore why is it that they can’t even take me to the school clinc instead of hospital am just worried about mona paul might be with her now who knows)
Doc: yes you can go make sure you………. Am already out before he complete his speech am outside by the couch’s car where is this man sef minute later he also come out of the building unlock his car and we zoom of to the school on the way he tried bringing up a conversation buh all I would tell is to be fast after some minute we are in the school compound I notice that students are now paying more attention to me buh I don’t know why the couch told me that we should go and see the principal buh I tell him later things I quickly check my class no mona none of my friends are also there I race to mona hostel she is not there also I check on tonia she is not available where is everybody now? I later check my hostel the same answer I decided to go and check on paul then @ least I would behave normallly just to find out what is going on, I knock on his door no response it seems the door is lock in,side knock for like 3 minute before someone open the door am still yet to see the person’s face I step in am over shocked about what am seeing alvin and mike are kneeling down tonia is sitting on his bed with only her p-nt and b-ra on, buh mona is sitting on paul’s leg while paul is resting his head on her br-ast tears are rolling down from mona’s eyes I just sighed heavily
Paul: abeg no faint for my room o
Me: (faintly) that can never happen
Paul: what did you want this time around
Me: alvin mike why are you guys kneeling down
Paul: if you should say a thing there did you know what that means
Me: oya you two should stand up
Paul: well you boys can try that if you like
Tonia: don’t let them to stand up
Me: will you just shut your trap you even disgust me how can you be like this you are a disgrace to the wh0le family yours is a different case
Paul: oh rilly is she a disgrace to your family (laughing) it is because she knew how to enjoy her self nah
Me: (I angrily pull them up) immediately mona’s cloth pull off automatically am now even confuse buh she is still having on her tight and this girls singlet
Paul: wow what a beauti……………………. Gbooooossssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No fear I no get that much strength, nah from mona to paul him face come red I put off my short and top for mona to put on mike also remove his shirt and knicker for tonia to put on
Me: why are you…………………. the guy that open the door for just hit me from the back the pain enter my brain I really feel like running mad mike get rid of him with two punch I no even know that mike strong reach that level we all leave the room including tonia. Me and mike are still on boxer and singlet that is still normal thing that any guy can put on around we all stop @ my lodge I gave mike another cloth to put on and I thank both of them though not after telling them how suprise I am with how they’ve change
Mona: (with tear) am sorry I caused all this for you guys
Mike and alvin: it nothing @ least star player deserve more than that
Me: and who is the star player
Mike and alvin are about to reply when I heard someone crying it is tonia and mona is patting her lyk a baby I just hissed
Mike: vizkid don’t judge too quick it is not good she did that just because of your monalisa o
Me: what are you saying would she tell me that is the first time paul would see her uncladness
Mike: calm down shabi it is because you are not there, if not that tonia volountrily remove her cloth mona would have been unclad before you arrive
Me: WHAT!!!!! Chai!!!! Ahhhhhh (how would she even forgive me now what am I to do now we are not even related by blood and she could go to that length to help me just to save my girl God forgive me o) (I then called her name softly) Tonia is just asif I add petrol to it o she just started another round of weeping o
Am now feeling guilty because I think I don’t really treat her like my blood sister. Wait o is that true am I not treating her like my blood sister?? Would she even forgive me now
