He then carried her and left the bathroom, dropping her on the bed. He lay next to her and pulled her much more closer and covered them with a duvet.
“Goodnight Glamour!”
He peck her lips shortly and Lyric slept smiled.

NEXT MORNING••ROYAL COLLEGE
Dylan stalked the halls of the school, his anger simmering just below the surface. Dave had been missing for days, and he was determined to find him and give him a piece of his mind.
Just as he was about to give up, he spotted his brother in a shadowy corner of the hallway. He was kissing a girl, his hands running up and down her body.
“That bastard!” Dylan folded his fist.
He charged towards him, his fist raised and ready to strike. Dave saw him coming and pulled away from the girl, but it was too late.
Dylan’s anger exploded, and he punched Dave hard in the face. The impact of the blow made Dave’s head snap back, and a spray of blood erupted from his nose.
“After what you’ve done,you still have the odacity to make out with another girl?” He inquired punching him so hard.
Students who had been passing by stopped on their tracks, shocked by the violence.

Dylan didn’t care. He was consumed by rage.
“You bastard! How dare you!!” he yelled, striking Dave again and again. Dave made no attempt to fight back. He just stood there, taking the blows, with a maniac grin on her face.
“I guess she cried to you already,yes.. I f**ked her and it’s was fun!” Dave said still laughing hard.
As Dylan continued to pummel his brother, the crowd of onlookers began to murmur and whisper among themselves.
“Hey, you need to stop! That’s enough Dylan” Mikaela cautioned but Dylan ignored them. His fists were a blur of motion as they rained down on Dave’s face.
She used all the strength she had in her to pulled Dylan off of Dave.
“That’s enough!” Mikaela yelled,and she felt a fluid rushed between her legs. Her eyes widened.
“You shouldn’t stoop so low and fight an @sshole like him.I’ll be back!” Mikaela said and left.
Dave stood there, bloodied and bruised, but he still had this annoying smile on.
Dylan folded his fist and walked away,running into Lisa. She as actually been watching from a corner.
“Li-
“You still like her right?” She asked,her voice low.
Dylan went mute.
“Silence means Yes.. I guess you still love her” She muttered and turned, Dylan grabbed her hand.
“What?”
“I’m sorry!!” Dylan replied.
“I’m okay,I don’t want you to feel like you owe me something for helping you and you’ve to like me back. I’m happy she finally realized her mistake and I hope you both made up and be happy…” She said and walked away.

“Mikaela!” Kelly called out and rushed to her. Mikaela stopped walking and turned to him.
“Hey.. Kelly!” She waved and smile simply.
“Are you okay?” Kelly asked,noticing the nervousness on her face.
“I’m fine..” She replied.
A long silence dragged between them,but Mikaela was already feeling some cramps. She had to discharge herself.
“If this is about Princeton, I’m really sorry for not reciprocating your love for me but I hope you can respect my decision. I’m really sorry, we’ve been friends for years,I hope you can understand”
“But we can still be friends if you want!” Mikaela added and Kelly slowly nodded.
He suddenly walk up to her and hug her.
“Ke…”
“Don’t break it please.. Consider this as my last feelings hug!” Kelly said in a mutter, hugging her tighter.
Mikaela stood still as he hugged her, then he finally broke it after five minute.
“See you in class!” She smiled and walk away.
Kelly stared at her,trying not to hide the hurt he was feeling. He just lost his first love, FOREVER!
Meanwhile, Nikita came out of her hidden place and walk up to him. She has been watching.
“I know it’s hard,but I’m here if you need someone to talk to” She said and Kelly just stared at her.

Lyric strolled down the street, the sun shining down on her as she just left Leonardo’s house,she insisted she can handle herself alone since she didn’t want to bother him.
As for Leonardo,he already went to the office.
She was in a good mood, enjoying the simple act of being out and about in the city. She was going to pick up a few things they might be needing in the house.
But as she was walking down the sidewalk, something caught her eye. Or rather, someone.
She froze in place as she saw Grayson, standing at the corner of the street, waiting for the light to change. Her eyes budging.
Grayson hadn’t seen her yet, and she wouldn’t want him to see her,but she couldn’t leave a spot.
She stood there, frozen in place, Grayson’s head turned and his eyes landed on her.
Their eyes met, and for a moment, time seemed to stand still. Lyric’s heart was racing, and she felt like she couldn’t breathe.
Grayson’s expression was unreadable, and she couldn’t tell what he was thinking. The moment was broken as the light changed and the cars began to move.
Lyric watched as Grayson began to cross the street towards her. His steps were slow and measured, and she could feel her anxiety rising with every step he took.
When he reached her, he stopped and looked down at her.
“Long time no see Lyric! How have you been?” Grayson asked with a smil.
Lyric swallowed hard, struggling to find her voice.
Grayson’s question hung in the air, but Lyric couldn’t bring herself to answer. Her heart was still pounding in her chest, and she felt like she was on the verge of a panic attack.
Without a word, she turned and ran, leaving Grayson standing there.
He stood there looking after her with a puzzled expression. Lyric ran down the street, not knowing where she was going, just knowing she had to get away.
Lyric got to the street and flagged down a cab, and when it pulled up to the curb, she practically jumped
building and leaned back against the seat, trying to slow her breathing. She could still feel her heart pounding in her chest, her body trembling from the run.
Soon,she got home and stumbled through the door and collapsed onto her bed, her limbs shaking. She lay there, staring at the ceiling, unable to process what had just happened.
All she could think was one thing,She just saw Grayson again.
The memories came flooding back, as vivid as the day she never want to recall.
**FLASHBACK•5YEARS AGO*
Nineteen years old Lyric could be seen in front of Grayson’s mansion sobbing uncontrollably as she banged his door nonstop. Currently,a heavy rain was pouring from the sky, soaking her badly.
She had all her bags with her. Her very own father just kicked her out of the house. She had lost everything,her pride and dignity.. She has lost it all..
“Grayson please hear me out just this once! Please Grayson! Grayson please!! Hear me out! I didn’t mean for it to happen! Please forgive me!! Please!!!” She Continue crying but reply came from Grayson.
“Grayson please!! Give me a chance to explain! Allow me to explain please! I didn’t mean it, believe me I would never do such a thing! Grayson!!!!”
Lyric sat dejectedly, burying her face on her knees as more rain poured from her. She checked her phone and she broke into more tears when she met no call or text from her so called family.
Do they even care about how she might be feeling at all? Cos she was a hotheaded b*tch doesn’t mean she’s wayward but no one believes her.
She got robbed of her virginity and everyone taught she did it on purpose and now she’s pregnant.
Her only hope is Grayson but what did he also do…
“I’m sorry Gray… son!” She lamented as she cried.
Suddenly,she heard a sound and immediately jerk up,she turned and saw Grayson standing by the door, his face filed with anger burning through him.
“Gray-”
“Take you leave Lyric.. leave now before I do something I’ll regret!!” Grayson growled looking at her with so much hates.
“I’m sorry! Please forgive me! Please!!” She pleaded shivering from the cold but Grayson cared less.
Her clothes are all dampened and wet,but it’s didn’t moved him.
“Are you serious right now? You were f*cked by someone only you know about and you expect me to pretend nothing happened and be happy with you. Who does that? Get the out of her before I loose the rest of respect I have for you…” Grayson yelled.
“Please…”
Lyric made to held him but Grayson pushed her off and slammed the door to her face.
“Grayson!! Grayson! Gray-”
She began gasping for breath,cos was already so weak,she didn’t finish the rest of the word before passing out on the floor,with the rain still pouring on her.
*END OF FLASHBACK*
Why did he came back out of the blue? She thought he hated her why will he approached her and talk to her?

She was unaware of when tears slipped out of her eyes. She slowly buried her face on her face on her pillow.

As Leonardo worked on his laptop, his thoughts kept wandering to Lyric.
He missed her so much already, and he couldn’t wait to see her after finishing up.
Just then, his phone buzzed with a text message from Pierce.
••CAN WE MEET UP TONIGHT AT THE BAR? I NEED TO TELL YOU SOMETHING••
He read and raised his eyebrows. Why is he being so serious and what is this about? He thought.

He replied and dropped his phone and turned back to his laptop.

HEARTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Starr and Pearl stood in front of the school, huddled close together to ward off the chill of the autumn air. They kept glancing down the street, eagerly awaiting the arrival of Lyric’s car.
“Do you think mom will let us get pizza for dinner?” Starr asked.
“I hope so!” Pearl exclaimed.
“I’m starving!”she pouted.
“Me too, Maybe we could get some soda, too?”Starr smiled.
“That would be awesome,but I bet mom won’t allow us to have dinner without doing our homework” Pearl said, her eyes lighting up.
Starr groaned.
Just then,A car suddenly pulled up in front of them. They watched as the driver’s door opened, and a woman stepped out. It’s Davina,she approached them, a smile on her face.
“Hello kids!!” Davina smiled..
Starr and Pearl looked at each other, confused. They had never seen this woman before, and they had no idea who she was.
“Who are you?” They both shrugged
“I’m Davina” Davina smile faltered.
“I’m not a stranger. I’m your daddy’s secretary, and he sent me to pick you up because he and your mommy had and mportant meeting and she couldn’t come himself.
“But Mom said we have to listen to her, She didn’t tell us this. We can’t go with you” Starr shook his head.
“You’re still a stranger,, We’ve never seen your picture with mom before too” Pearl also said.
“Here I taught you’re easy kids, I’ll have to do this with force then!” Davina smirked and the kids eyes widened. They made to took another part but Davina blocked them.
Davina’s man got down from the car. He walked up to them,a handkerchief in his hand. Davina moved closer to them, blocking their escape.
“What do you want from us?” Starr asked, his voice high-pitched with fear.
“What are you going to do to us?” Pearl broke into tears shaking.
“Shh!” Davina hushed angrily.
But before Starr could say anything else, the man covered her nose and mouth with the handkerchief. The world began to spin, and she felt herself slipping into darkness.
As Starr and Pearl drifted into unconsciousness, the guy lifted them into the car and secured them with seatbelts. Davina got into the driver’s seat and started the engine, and the car pulled away from the curb.

AN UNKNOWN LOCATION
Starr was the first to open his eyes.They were lying on a hard floor, and it took a moment for his eyes to adjust to the dim light. As his vision cleared, they realized they were in a room they didn’t recognize
And next to her was her sister, who was still unconscious.
“Pearl? Can you hear me? she whispered.
Pearl remained unmoved.
Panic rose within Starr.
“Wake up!” she said, a little louder this time. She shook her sister gently. “Please wake up!”
A few moments passed, and then Pearl’s eyes fluttered open
“Where are we?” Pearl whispered, her voice shaking.
“I don’t know,” Starr replied. She sat up and took in their surroundings
The room was small, with no windows and only a single door. There was a table and two chairs, and a small lightbulb hung from the ceiling. The walls were bare and painted a dull gray.
“I knew that woman is bad. What should we do Starr? Mom must be worried sick, We need to get out of here and find a way to call her.” Pearl said, her voice quavering
Starr nodded in agreement but before they can make a move-
The door opened, and Davina stepped into the room. Two large men followed her, and they both looked menacing. Davina was holding a bowl of dog food, and she held it out towards them.
“You must be hungry,” she said, her voice dripping with mockery.
“You’re really lucky,I’m nice enough to give you something to eat after what your wrenched mother did to me!!” Davina hissed.
“Don’t talk bad about mommy! What has she ever done to you!” Pearl shouts and Davina turned to her.
“Your mom made my life miserable,you little w*tch! Stop talking or I’ll blow your head off, now eat.. Tiny freaks!” She yelled.
“No! I’m not going to eat that!”
Davina’s eyes narrowed, and her face darkened with anger. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a gun.
“I said eat it,” she snarled, pointing the gun at Pearl.
Pearl’s eyes went wide, and she froze in terror. Starr started to cry, his tears streaming down her face.
“You have to do what she says!” He pleaded with her sister.
Pearl’s resolve didn’t waver.
“No! I won’t,dog foods are not meant for human being!!” she said, her voice shaking but firm.
Davina let out a growl of frustration, and her grip on the gun tightened. She grabbed Pearl by the hair and yanked her to her feet.
“You will do as I say!” she shouted, her face red with anger.
Pearl cried out in pain, but she didn’t give in.
“Please, let her go!” Starr pleaded. “You’re hurting her!”
Davina threw her back to the floor and she aim the gun at her again. Pearl cried out as she hurt her kneel.
“Now eat!!!” She ordered angrily and one of the men grabbed her hand.
“You shouldn’t be doing this…” He said but Davina pushed her off.
“Who the f*ck are you to tell me what to do? If you can’t stand what I’m gonna do to them, then you might as well lead the way to hell first before she joined you now!” Davina growled and shot the guy twice.
He went flat on the floor and died at spot. She then turned to Pearl.
Starr heart began beating first.
“I didn’t plan to kill you tiny freak just yet, but you went too far and your blabbering mouth remind me or your b*tch of a mother! I badly want to see her weep blood when she learn you’re dead,nitwit!!!”
The gunshots rang out thrice echoing in the small room. Pearl crumpled to the floor. Blood oozing from her tummy,her eyes shut at once,she stopped breathing immediately.
“Now you’ll do what I say”she smirked,turning to face Starr.
“Pearl!!!!!!!” Starr broke down in tears.
