The party room was disorganized for some minutes,Ricardo got up and went after Leonard.

“What happened?? Is Mariana hurt?” Octavia asked with wide eyes

“I think so,but Leonard was bleeding. What do you think happened!” Alexa said

Mary bite her bottom lip and said nothing,She could see Tessa and her friends glaring at her already and she sighed

“I need to go,see you girls tomorrow” She said and hurriedly went out of the party room

Outside,Ricardo caught up with Leonard as he was about dropping Mariana in the car

“What happened?? And why are you bleeding so much?” He asked and touched Leonard’s head

Leonard kept quiet and dropped Mariana in the car

“Long story,can you call the cops?? Some silly guys are in the restroom,they tried to assault her in there” Leonard said

“What?!! Are they still in there??” Ricardo asked and Leonard nodded

“Then I better go back to make sure they wouldn’t escape,I’m gonna call the cops. Take care of her and yourself” Ricardo said and Leonard nodded before getting into the car

Mariana kept staring at him as he drove out of the school.

Ricardo immediately went back into the party room,he found his way toward the restroom but when he entered,the four guys are nowhere

“F**k Sh*t!” He spat and ran out again

After searching for minutes without finding them,he texted Leonard

“How the h*ll did it happened?!!” Tessa yelled at the guys

“We told you Leonard came over and did these to us” One of them said

“You should have finished up before Leonard gets there!! I f**king paid you!!” Tessa snapped

“We were beaten up,obviously we are gonna use the money for medication” another guy said and like that they walked out on her

“Ahhhhhh!!!!!!” Tessa screamed angrily,folding her fist

“I never knew you’re as evil as this Tessa” Jeremy suddenly appeared

Tessa turned and her eyes widened

“Je…..Jeremy?” She stammered

“Everything you said was recorded here on my phone” He raised his phone up and Tessa staggered

“I’m going to send it to Leonard and you’re gone” he muttered and started pressing his phone

“No!!” Tessa screamed and immediately ran to him

“Please Jeremy,you can’t do that to me…..”

“Seriously? You set Mariana up and paid some guys to rape her? Why Tessa,I know you’re crazy but you shouldn’t allow jealousy take over your emotions…..”

“Can you just delete the recording please? I will do anything you want,I don’t mind you f**king me everyday so please don’t expose me” Tessa said and Jeremy scoffed

“F**k you everyday? For real?” He asked and Tessa nodded

“You think I am a pu$$y f**ker?? Hell no” Jeremy said

“Then what else should I do? Please,I don’t want to get expelled” She started crying

“Wow,almighty Tessa crying,why does this look so good to watch?” Jeremy grinned and Tessa wiped her tears

“Please Jeremy….”

“Fine fine,since you said you will do anything I want then I will start thinking about it,as long as you do anything I want then your secret is safe with me” Jeremy smiled

“Anything,I promise” Tessa said

“Then good,you can go. I don’t want anyone seeing us together” Jeremy said

Tessa wiped the rest of the tears in her eyes and walked away

“This is gonna be fun” Jeremy chuckled and turned only to find Alexa glaring at him angrily

“Hey Alexa” He smiled

“What were you doing here all alone with Tessa?” Alexa asked

“Oh,it’s nothing. Just a little talk” Jeremy replied

“I knew it,you like her right?? You are only pretending to hate her in front of everyone,I know you have feelings for her you jerk!” Alexa snapped

“What are you talking about? Tessa?? Me? That’s never going to happen so stop talking about it” Jeremy scoffed

“You were smiling when I got here and you didn’t even notice Jeremy”Alexa said

“That’s not……”

“I’m leaving,goodnight” Alexa cut him off and walked away

“Gosh,I can’t even explain what happened” Jeremy rough his hair

“Is your crush mad at you?” Louis asked from behind

“Yeah” Jeremy muttered

“So what happened?” Louis asked

“Can we just leave? I’m gonna tell you when we get home” Jeremy said and they both entered the car and left

LEONARD’S MANSION**

Leonard carried Mariana from the car and she hung her arms around his neck,she wanted to talk but then changed her mind. They entered the house and went upstairs,Leonard opened the door to Mariana’s room and gently placed her on the bed,Mariana released his neck wondering if he’s not going to say a word to her

“Are you okay?” Leonard asked and she nodded

“You should try not to drink too much,what would have happened if I was one minute late?? You should have seen how worried I was…..”

“I’m sorry” Mariana muttered and he stopped

She sat up and removed his jacket from her body,she touched his head

“Does it hurt?” She asked worriedly and Leonard nodded

“Really? Shouldn’t we go to the hospital……”

“No,I will be fine. I’m just glad they didn’t succeed,I wouldn’t forgive myself” Leonard muttered

“Do you have a first aid kit? I’m gonna help you clean up the wound” Mariana said

Leonard held her waist and pulled her into a hug,making her stop moving,she didn’t move or hug him back until he broke the hug

“Let’s treat your wound first” she muttered

Leonard got up and she followed him out of the room,they entered Leonard’s room

“Wow” Mariana muttered,looking around. The room was just perfect,the dim light making the room more glowing and beautiful,she could see another entrance and she was curious about it

“Is there another room in there?” She asked

“Yeah,wanna check it out?” Leonard asked and Mariana faced him

“After we are done” She said

“Then you should wait,I’m gonna take my bath first” Leonard said and she nodded watching him leaving the room.

She kept looking around the room,walking and checking all around.

Her eyes suddenly caught with a small picture frame just on the nearest table,she took the frame,it’s a picture of two teenage boys,they seems to be best friends with the way they were smiling happily in the picture.

‘One of them is Leonard right?’ She thought as she stared at the pictures but she doesn’t seem to recognize the face of which one is Leonard no matter how hard she try

“What’s going on?” She muttered and kept staring at the picture,suddenly a sharp headache struck her and she got hold of her hair with a groan,the frame almost fell from her hand and she immediately dropped it on the table

“What happened?” Leonard’s voice came from the back and Mariana turned

Leonard immediately moved closer to her

“What happened? Your head hurts?” He asked with concern

Mariana kept quiet and looked back at the picture

Leonard also traced her gaze and he took the frame and returned it to the right position before facing her

“Tell me what happened” he said

“That picture…..” Mariana muttered

“My ex best friend and I” Leonard said

“We were fifteen back then” he added and Mariana looked at him

“So….which one is you?” She asked and Leonard looked at her

“Seriously? You don’t know which one??” He asked and Mariana shook her head

“This one” he pointed but Mariana’s eyes were only focused on the second boy

“Where is he?” She asked and Leonard kept quiet

“The first aid box” He muttered,immediately changing the topic

“Oh right yeah” Mariana said,her headache already stopped. She sat down on the bed when Leonard dropped the box

“I wonder where the wound is” she mumbled,stroking his hair

“Ouch” Leonard let out a sharp moan

“I got it” Mariana said and immediately separated his hair

“It’s quite deep,we should go to the hospital” She said

“I didn’t know you care about me so much” Leonard chuckled

“It’s just a payback,you saved me” Mariana rolled her eyes and started treating the wound,after that she attached the medical plaster

“All done” She muttered and covered the plaster with his hair

Leonard took his phone,he heard his phone buzzed minutes ago but he didn’t check

*COULDN’T FIND THEM,I THINK THEY ESCAPED* from Ricardo

Leonard frowned

“What happened?” Mariana asked

“The guys escaped” Leonard replied

“You don’t have to worry about me,I will be more careful……”

“You better be” Leonard scoffed

Mariana got up

“Goodnight” She muttered and Leonard pulled her back on the bed earning a sudden gasp from her

“Where do you think you’re going?” He asked

“Huh?” Mariana widened her eyes

“I saved you,I deserve at least a reward” He said

“I helped you with your wound,isn’t that enough?” Mariana asked

“I got hurt because of you so that one is out of it” Leonard said

“So….what do you want?” Mariana asked slowly

“Sleep with me…..”

“What?!!!!” Mariana screamed

“What are you thinking…..I’m saying……so you can calm me down when I have the nightmare” Leonard said and Mariana exhaled

“So you can’t let me f**k you?” Leonard asked and Mariana frowned

“No,never” She scoffed and Leonard kept quiet,he had actually wanted to ask for that but he immediately changed it because of her expressions.

“So,would you stay beside me??” He asked

“Yeah that’s quite better,a pay back. Let me take my bath first” she said and went out of Leonard’s room

Leonard groaned

“I think I’m going crazy” he muttered and lie down on the bed,minutes later Mariana came in. She was putting on her nightie and Leonard’s eyes pierced right into her body

“Your eyes” Mariana said and Leonard chuckled

“You look hot” He muttered

“Don’t even think I’m trying to impress you,this is the most covered up nightie I have” Mariana rolled her eyes

“I wish I can see you in the most sexiest one” Leonard said naughtily

Mariana scoffed and joined him on the bed,she faced him and Leonard smiled

“What,why are you smiling?” Mariana asked

“Nothing,goodnight” He muttered and pulled her closer by the waist

“Leonardo…….”

“Don’t complain Rianna,just finish the so called pay back” Leonard groaned and she kept quiet

He pulled her more closer,hugging her waist before he closed his eyes. Mariana stared at his face for some minutes until she slept off. Leonard opened his eyes after she slept,

‘I think you’re going to be the end of me at this rate,but I’m scared of losing you like others’ he thought and slowly lean closer,he kissed her eyes and also dozed off

NEXT MORNING ≈DIAMONDS UNI**

Immediately Mariana came into view as she entered the school compound,tones of murmurs came up from different angles,some students are even taking her pictures as she walked

‘What’s going on?’ Mariana thought and immediately covered her face with the hoodie she was putting on

👥 She’s right there,that’s the slut!!

Some group of girls who are obviously not students from Diamond university started rushing toward her

👥 How dare you date Leonard!!!

👥 He’s for Jessica you b*tch!!!

That was when she realized,they are obviously Jessica’s fans or the fans who want Leonard and Jessica together

They started throwing things on her,bottles,papers,eggs,some were even throwing stones

Mariana could only protect her eyes from the things being thrown,she didn’t move an inch from where they surrounded her,she only covered her face in tears

👥 He’s for Jessica!!!

Some students are watching the scene and taking numbers of videos but none of them moved close to the scene

Ricardo drove into the school and the first thing his eyes caught was the scene

“What the f**k?” He immediately rushed out of the car,running toward them

Nico and Royce also saw what was going on and they both ran toward her at the same time too but Nico got there first and immediately covered Mariana up while they keep throwing things

“Mari” Nico called and Mariana looked up,her eyes were so red

“Nico” She called,breaking into more tears

Nico immediately hugged her tightly not minding the stones landing on his back

Ricardo and Royce got there also

“Are you all insane!!!!” Ricardo yelled angrily and the girls all stopped

“How dare you all come in here to cause this crazy scene…..”

👥 She should stay away from Leonard!!

“I see,you really mean business.” Ricardo muttered and immediately his bodyguards covered everywhere and the girls started shivering in fear

“Make sure none of them escape” Ricardo said

“You all are going to complete your protest in jail,trust me” Ricardo muttered

They immediately scattered trying to run away but the bodyguards caught them all and in a minutes,they were all packed into the car and driven out of the school.

Ricardo turned to Mariana who was still crying on Nico’s shoulder

“Are you okay?” He asked and she broke the hug

Royce bite his bottom lip and walked away

“Mariana!!” Charlotte and Octavia ran to them

“Are you okay? I just saw the video,I’m sorry I wasn’t here” Octavia immediately said almost in tears

“Are you okay?” Charlotte asked

Mariana nodded

“You should just go home,you look so messy” Nico said,wiping her tears

Mariana nodded

“I will take you home” Ricardo and Nico said at a time and then exchanged glances

Mariana turned to Nico

“I will just go with him,thank you for everything” Mariana muttered and her hand slowly slipped from Nico’s hand

She followed Ricardo

“You are also filled with the mess” Octavia said to Nico but he ignored her walked away

As soon as Ricardo drove out of the school,he immediately texted him about what happened,and it’s even easier coz the news is everywhere already as usual

JESSICA’S HOUSE**

Jessica was laughing out loudly as she watched the video of how Mariana was ridiculed in school. She sipped from her wine and continued watching the videos

She’s the one who actually sent those girls and paid them some money to do that

“Girlfriend my @ss,I’m going to kill her” She said with a wicked smirk

All of a sudden,the door burst open and Leonard walked in looking angry,she stood up

“Leo…….” The slap from Leonard make her stagger and she fell on her b*tt on the couch

“Leonard!!” She screamed and touched her lips which bursted as a result of the hard slap

“If you call me again I’m going to do worst,how f**king dare you!!!” Leonard yelled

“What are you talking about?!! How Dare you hit me!” Jessica yelled back and Leonard almost punched her mouth but he stopped himself or he’s only gonna destroy her face and that won’t be nice if the news go around again

“I’m only going to warn you this once so listen carefully,the next time you try this bullshit again trying to hurt her,I swear I will forget about me being a Leonard and destroy your face” Leonard said

Jessica couldn’t talk,she was dumbfounded,she have never seen the angry side of him and she wouldn’t deny that it scared him

Leonard glared at her again and went out

Jessica bite her lips hard trying hard to control her tears but she couldn’t

“I’m going to kill you Mariana!!!! I swear you wait and see!!!”

LEONARD’S MANSION**

Immediately Leonard parked the car in the lot,he rushed out of the car and ran inside

He met Ricardo in the living room

“You’re finally here” Ricardo said

“Where’s She?” Leonard asked

“Her room”

Leonard ran upstairs without waiting,he entered Mariana’s room and met her packing her stuffs

“What…..what are you doing?” He asked trying not to believe it’s what he’s thinking

“I’m leaving Leonard” Mariana replied

“Why?”

“I don’t have any reasons to be here,I can’t continue staying here. I just feel like I’m going to be in more dangers if I stay with you,I’m leaving,we both don’t want the engagement in the first place anyway” Mariana said and started going out

Leonard followed her until they got downstairs,Ricardo stood up

“Rianna wait…..”Leonard grabbed her hand

“If you want me to stay then f**king tell your crazy fans and the world that I’m your fiancee!!!!” Mariana yelled and Leonard’s hand dropped

“You can’t do that right?” Mariana asked

“Can you just understand…..”

“Let’s end this crazy sh*t here,goodbye” Mariana muttered and went out of the house with her bags
