And then suddenly,sound of double gunshots was heard.
Silence followed.
The two bullets from Ace’s gun hit Leo’s arm at a time,he tried shooting his gun again but the same thing,no bullets,he looked at Ace with shocking eyes.
Ace smirked and moved closer to him,Leo’s arm was bleeding so heavily by now but he didn’t flinch,his eyes only on Ace,expecting the worst from him.
“Wondering how?? Well…you’re not as smart as expected,but when I turned off the light earlier,what do you think I was up to?? It’s what you’re thinking,I removed all the rounds in your gun” Ace smirked.
Leo said nothing,he was only glaring at him angrily.
“You really made the greatest mistake of your life dude,I can kill you right now and that’s the end” Ace said and Leo scoffed.
“You think I’m scared of you?? You can’t kill me” Leo said.
“It’s not that I can’t kill you,I just like making reservations,your death shouldn’t come now,I will save it for later” Ace said and Leo glared at him.
“But one thing….” Ace lean closer.
“If I see you close to Lily again,it might trigger your death” He whispers.
“You should be the one to stay away from her you bastard!! I’ve known her for ages,who the f**k do you think you are?!!” Leo yelled.
Ace nodded.
“We will see to that,bye” He smiled and went out.
“Ahhhhh!!!!” Leo groaned out loudly in pain and grabbed his arm tightly,the blood started popping out even more,he bite his lips hardly and rushed out of the house,he quickly entered his car and drove off with one hand.

Ace was still driving,he checked the time and it was almost 12am in the morning,he immediately dialed Razor’s number but got no answer.
“Answer the call motherf**ker!!!!” Ace groaned and hit his fist on the wheel.
He dialed the number again and Razor finally answered.
📞 Why are you just calling? I’ve been trying to reach out to you!
Razor shouted on the phone.
📞 It’s a long story..is everything good??
Ace asked.
📞 Not at all…I think Garrett men knew about our plan.
Razor muttered.
📞 Yeah,so what happened??
📞 Blondie and Nicki got shot
📞 What?!! Tell me it’s not bad.
📞 It’s worse Ace….I’m afraid they might not survive it…..
Ace hung up the call and stepped on the speed at once.

WHITE HOUSE**
Lily opened her room door and went out,she climbed down the stairs slowly. Badly she was missing Ace and at the same time worried about him,what if something happened to him? She wanted to call him but also scared he might get mad and she wouldn’t want that at the moment.
She entered the kitchen and opened the fridge,she brought out a bottle of milkshake and left the kitchen,she settled on the couch in the living room and started sipping slowly from the bottle.
“Past twelve” She muttered,staring at the innocent wall clock making the sounds of each seconds.
Soon,she got tired and decided to give in to her worry,she took her phone and dialed Ace’s number.
It rang for some time but no answer,she continued to dial and call and after the fourth time,Ace finally answered.
📞 Stop calling and go to bed.
Ace’s cold voice came from the other side and Lily smiled even though he hung up almost immediately,now she’s calm that he’s fine.
She can get angry in peace the next day while trying to know why he didn’t bother telling her that he wouldn’t come home.
Lily scoffed and rolled her eyes,she got up and went upstairs.

X-MOB**
Spartacus and Spidey were both outside the mob waiting for Leo’s return,when they saw him driving in,they quickly ran toward him but were both shocked to see his arm.
“Boss!!” They both shouted at once.
“Get Maximus” Leo immediately said.
“Yes boss” Spidey ran off.
Maximus is he mob doctor.
“Boss,was it Ace??” Spartacus asked behind Leo.
“Isn’t it obvious?? Where’s Pinkie??” Leo asked,pulling off his shirt as he walked.
“She’s in the arena,she refused to sleep” Spartacus replied,trying hard to meet up with Leo’s pace.
“How was the mission??” Leo asked.
“Nobody got hurt,but we couldn’t kill anyone of them either,they are really strong…..”
“Shut up and f**k off!!” Leo yelled.
Spartacus immediately bowed his head.
Leo glared at him and walked away,he met Pinkie at the arena and she immediately stood up.
“You got hurt” She said.
“It’s nothing serious….”
“You were shot! I told you Ace isn’t someone easy to capture,you need weeks of planning but you didn’t listen to me….”
“He’s not a god!” Leo yelled.
“He’s like a bad@ss god….you don’t know him more than me dude,I was a part of their clan for ten years” Pinkie said and Leo was quiet,their eyes on each other.
“I’m going to kill him…first reason,Father’s order,second reason,I want him out of my way because of the girl I’m in love with,third reason,your revenge,fourth reason..I just hate him!!” Leo said loudly.
“Then don’t rush things,I will help” Pinkie said.
Leo groaned and held his arm.
“You should go treat yourself,stop talking” Pinkie said,following Leo at the back.

VIPERS PENTHOUSE**
Ace rushed out of the car and ran inside hurriedly,he bumped into Rambo who was also looking rough with blood all over his body,but obviously not his blood,his eyes looking so red from tears.
“Boss” He muttered and managed to bow.
“Where are they??” Ace asked impatiently.
“Treatment room” Rambo replied and without waiting,Ace walked away.
Rambo fell on the floor and another round of tears started flowing down his eyes,he was the one who carried Nicki who was shot at the back while trying to save him from being shot,he’s supposed to be in that situation.
“Why did you do that? Why??” He mumbled,almost choking on his own word.
“I won’t forgive myself if anything happens to you….I will die” He run his fingers through his hair.
Hermes appeared,also in tears but the moment he saw Rambo,he glared.
“What are you doing here??” He asked and Rambo looked up.
“What are you doing here you bastard!!” Hermes yelled and grabbed Rambo’s collar to pull him up.
“Go into the ward right now and stay with her,she’s in that position because of you!!! Stay with her you animal!!” Hermes yelled,shaking Rambo roughly.
Rambo didn’t even fight back.
“You can just hit me” He muttered and without thinking twice,Hermes punched him.
“I don’t know why she had to risk her life for you!!! You should have just died instead!!” Hermes shouted and punched Rambo again.
Cardi and Flash ruahed to the scene,Cardi held Hermes while Flash stayed in front of Rambo.
“What do you think you’re doing?! This is not going to solve anything!!” Flash yelled at Hermes.
“Nicki…..is lying down there…helplessly,nobody knows if she’s going to make it or not….”
“It’s not Rambo’s fault,Nicki saved him…”
“He should have pushed her away and receive his death peacefully!!!!!” Hermes shouted.
“Hermes stop” Flash said and dragged Rambo away.
Hermes fell on the floor in tears,Cardi squatted in front of him.
“Hey” She called.
“Leave,I’m not in the mood to talk to anyone..” Hermes muttered.
“I know you’re sad….”
“F**k off!!!!” Hermes shouted.
Cardi sighed and got up,she looked at him briefly again and walked away.
Hermes continue crying.

TREATMENT ROOM**
The door opened and Ace entered,Scar and Razor turned at a time.
Whiskey was sitting down on the floor somewhere in the room,his eyes only on Blondie on the bed.
“You’re here” Razor said.
Ace ignored him and rushed to Blondie’s bed,she was looking totally pale in her unconscious state.
“Where was she shot?” Ace asked,not taking his eyes from her.
“Tummy” Scar replied and Ace pulled down the cover cloth,her wound was already stitched,he pulled it back and touched Blondie’s hair,before moving to Nicki who was also laying there looking half dead.
“She was shot at the back” Razor said .
“How did all these happened?? Just how?” Ace looked at them.
“We had no idea those animals were there,they just started shooting out of the blue” Razor said.
“Where’s father??” Ace asked.
“His suit” Scar replied and Ace walked out immediately.
He entered Loretto’s room in no time and met him standing,staring at a frame on the wall.
“I’ve been waiting for you,what took you do long??” Loretto faced him.
“How can you look so calm? Two people are laying down almost dead….”
“It’s normal for that to happen,you don’t have to make a big deal out of it” Loretto said and sat down.
Ace sighed and roughed his hair.
“How was it???…..”
“Don’t you get it at all?!!! Nothing is going well!! I almost died today!!” Ace yelled and Loretto frowned.
“You know that wouldn’t happen….”
“But it almost happened” Ace said.
“Where’s Pinkie??” Loretto asked.
“She escaped,they took her away…you didn’t tell me Garrett got a son” Ace said.
“His son is not in Paris” Loretto said.
“Yes he is…in disguise” Ace mutterer,walking to the door.
“What??!!!…..”
“Don’t do anything,I will take care of him my own way” Ace muttered and walked out of the room,slamming the door behind him.
“You should sleep,you look tired” Razor appeared.
“I’m going home” Ace muttered and Razor raised his brow.
“It’s midnight,and besides,it’s so f**king cold outside” Razor said.
“I will see you tomorrow” Ace said and walked out of his sight.
“Wow” Razor said in surprise as he stared at Ace’s back.

WHITE HOUSE★1AM^LILY’S ROOM**
Lily was still awake studying,she turned when she heard the loud breeze blowing from outside,she dropped the pen in her hand and got up,she walked to the window and stared outside,she could see the breeze blowing across the city.
“It’s winter” She smiled cutely.
Just then,she heard her door open and she quickly turned only to find Ace coming in.
Lily’s eyes widened,seeing his wounded face.
“Ace!” She called and immediately ran to him.
“You got hurt,are you okay?? How did this happen??” She threw the questions worriedly,touching his face while standing on her toes since she’s not tall enough but in her eyes,they are filled with worries.
Ace hugged her gently and she stood still.
“Are you okay?? You don’t look fine” She said,almost in tears.
“I want to…..” Ace stopped.
“What do you want?? Tell me” Lily said.
“I want to bury myself inside you…..this night” Ace muttered and Lily froze.
“Please” Ace added giving Lily the shock of her life.
