PANDORA
SEASON 2(RELOADED)
 
CHAPTER 16
 
Brutal grabbed a small knife and made towards the place he tied Lexi and Lin to in order to kill them.
.
“Now once I kill you two,I’ll be able to execute my mission.You know too much about me” Brutal said,rolling the knife in his hands.
.
“Killing us won’t save you from the wrath of Pandora,Fool” Lexi said,sticking out his tongue at Brutal.
.
“I don’t have much time.Let’s get this done with” Brutal said and made to stab Lexi but suddenly, a shield smashed a glass window into the museum,heading towards Brutal.Brutal swiftly caught it and before he looked towards the direction, a masked figure jumped in and shot a mandrill gun at Brutal,sending him towards a macro magnet which trapped Brutal because he was on a steel suit.The figure advanced towards Brutal and smashed a punch on his face,making him pass out.Lexi and Lin watched the happening until the figure took off the mask.

“Agent Brox???” Lexi exclaimed.
“How did you find me?” Lexi asked,obviously surprised at the sudden scenario.
.
“Well after you left,we tried locating you through the tracker in your suit but we couldn’t find you.The squad had presumed you dead until few moments ago when we received a signal from your tracker” Brox said and Lexi sighed heavily.

“What the hell are you doing here and who’s this Lady?” Brox asked,referring to Lin.
.
“Free us from this place first” Lexi said and Brox took out a gun and broke the chains with just four shots.Lexi and Lin landed on the ground with an heavy thud.
.
“Ouch,that’s painful” Lin said,trying to get up.
“Well Brox,I wanted to take the Greengod plant over there” Lexi said,pointing at the plant.
.
“Wait,what? Are you insane? That’s the only one left in the universe and you wanna take it?” Brox said sarcastically
“You’ll never understand” Lexi said and took the plant.
“When are you coming back to the squad cave anyway?” Brox asked and Lexi turned,facing him.
.
“Right after I resolve the mission I have but you can find me in the shadow laboratory for now” Lexi said left the place with Lin,leaving Brox.Few minutes later,Brox grabbed his jet and blasted away from the place too.

Brutal gained consciousness immediately after Brox left and somehow,he was able to disable the magnet,breaking free from it.To his greatest surprise,the plant was gone.

“Damn,I have to warn King Royce as fast as I can” Brutal said and opened a time portal.He jumped in and went back to Astoria…..

💥RIVENDELL💥

Myself and Shyla later decided not to inform everyone except Byron and Jason is a spy from Royce.Later that night,I went to Byron’s chambers to tell him about it.I opened the door and saw Byron sitting and mastering the use of his powers.

“Byron,we have a problem” I said as I sat down on a nearby chair in his chambers.
.
“A problem? What problem is it again?” Byron asked,confused as he stopped what he was doing before.I looked around to be sure anyone isn’t listening then I spoke.
.
“I’ve found out who the spy is.The spy Shyla was talking about” I said and Byron started laughing.Although I was upset about it but didn’t show it.
.
“Pandora,I don’t trust Shyla herself talk more of her discovering a spy among us here” Byron said and I adjusted,facing him.
.
“Jason is the spy here.He was sent by Royce.You have to believe me before something goes wrong” I said,trying to convince Byron to believing me.
.
“Jason is just a poor servant who escaped death.He would have been killed if he wasn’t lucky to escape Astoria” Byron said confidently as if he was there when it happened.
.
“Fine,you don’t believe me now but all I know is that we all are in serious danger if we don’t turn the table against Jason.I strongly believe he’s the spy here” I said and stood up.I left his chambers.

It’s been two days since Fletcher left for the mission the king assigned to him and since,nothing was heard of him.Under normal circ-mstances,he should have sent a message through his pet bird.The king was worried,although he knew Fletcher was a tough being.For over five days when nothing was heard about Fletcher or the mission’s result,the king of Avalon sent for a seer to come to his castle and when the seer arrived,he confirmed Fletcher dead.The king couldn’t believe his ears.He had sent Fletcher on more dangerous assassination greater than this and it never took him two days to complete.The king knew there was something mysterious about Byron and Xena.He decided to investigate further before coming up with another plan but little did he know that Lukas had his own plans on Byron and Xena.

The morning sun shone brightly,lighting up all angles of Rivendell city.I was still in bed when suddenly,a strange breeze blew,shattering the window of my chamber…..
.
“What’s this suppose to mean?” I asked myself and before I could stand up,Pasiphae stormed into my chambers,her mood was restless and aggressive.
.
“Pandora,we have a problem” Pasiphae said and I stood up,following her.We headed towards Roy’s chamber and as soon as we entered,my eyes went straight to Roy’s body which sprawled on the ground,with others around him including Byron and Jason.I bent close to him and felt his pulse.He was still breathing but in a critical condition.I placed my hands on his chest and closed my eyes………..and suddenly opened them.
.
“Oh no……The hell gr……..” I said,unable to complete my speech at first.
.
“The hell what? What’s happening to him?” Pasiphae said aggressively.
.
“Roy has been poisoned.The hell gourd poison was used on him”  I said and stood up from his unconscious body.
 
 
ASTORIA
Brutal Returned to Astoria and zoomed straight to Royce
“I’m afraid we’ve a problem, your majesty” Brutal said
“What’s the problem?” Royce asked
“Lexi and Rin took a plant that can dampen our powers, I tried to stop them but I couldn’t, they’ll give it to Pandora to stop you!” Brutal said and it infuriated Royce. Royce stood up angrily from his throne and smacked it with his fist, it broke into pieces. He raised up his palm and pointed it at Brutal, his hand acted like a vacuum and it pulled Brutal to him, he grabbed Brutal by the neck and started taking his powers, he took all his powers and then killed him. Dean stood somewhere, watching this horrific scene. Royce turned back and saw Dean, he grabbed him also and took his powers then killed him also.
“I don’t want partners!!!!!, I need no help!!, I’ll stop Pandora myself, If Sai fails too, he dies by my hand!!!!” Royce said and stormed to his chamber, his eye turned totally black and smokes emitted from him. Though he took Brutal’s power but it doesn’t make him super fast, instead he’s just more powerful.
RIVENDELL
“I know how to deal with this!!!” Pasiphae said and hurried in,side her chamber, she came back after a while with some plants, she wrinkled the plants so well that water started dropping, she collected the little water and then forced it into Roy’s mouth. Roy coughed heavily and then calmed down, he closed his eyes and then went unconscious for a while .
“He’ll wake up, he’s lucky I gave him the antidote quickly, else he’d have died.
“Who’s responsible for this?!!!” Hercules asked.
Hercules then went into Jason’s (Sai) room and grabbed him by the collar and dragged him out.
“You did this didn’t you?” Hercules said as he threw him hærd on the ground
“I’m just a servant, I swear I didn’t” Jason said pretendedly and cried out
“Come on, he’s innocent!!!” Byron said
“You’re naive Byron” Shyla said
Suddenly all of them except me and Jason felt pains in their stomach, horrible pain, they went down on their knees.
“Well, well” Sai said and stood up
“My name is Sai, and I’m happy to inform you that you’ve all been poisoned!” He added
“I don’t know why the poison isn’t working on you, Pandora, but I still did my job well, Royce will be proud of me for taking out many of your team!!!” Sai said and I became infuriated, at the same time blamed my self for being so stupid, we should have apprehended him when we had the chance.
“Pan…do….ra..Heal us while you still can, you’ve the powers”Hercules managed to say, only him and Byron are still not really affected by the poison very well yet.
I faced Sai, Burning with rage, Feeling the spirit in me, I’m about to unleash. Sai felt the power in me and tried to escape, I stopped him with my powers and threw him away, I have to be quick with him, else my friends would die, I froze him and then Quickly went to heal Byron first, Then Hercules and then I healed the rest too, Sai broke free from my spell and made to escape but Roy stood up and ran to him and grabbed him by the neck, he ins**ted his vampire teeth down his neck and killed him.
“Wh….What have I done!!!” Roy said and quickly rinsed his mouth. Blood really irritated him.
“Now that’s a real vampire!” Pasiphae said
Roy rushed to her and hugged her
“Thank you for saving my life .

“Pandora, I’m worried” Xena said as she sat beside me, her beautiful face turned sour.
“What’s wrong, what happened?” I asked her
“Avalon won’t desist from getting back at us, Avalon is one of the Most stubborn kingdoms, they’ll never yield to us!” Xena said
“Then what do you suggest we do?” I asked her
“Wage war against them!” Hercules said, smacking his weapons against each other
“What?, we and what army?” I asked
“I, Herc, You, Pasiphae, Roy, Shyla” Byron said
“And we too” Lexi and Rin said as they both jumped out of the time portal and appeared there.

Taong walked round his empire, happy with the new beings he created, Dean followed suit.
“We’re ready!!!!” Dean said
“Yes we’re, and we’ll attack them, SOOOON!!! I mean VERY SOOOON!!!!!” Taong said and left out a huge laughter that echoed through the place.
 
 
Royce sat in his chambers,with his hands on his bed as he sat straight,staring at the ceiling of the chambers and ruminating on how best to tackle Pandora and her tram should Sai fail him.Just suddenly,Sai stormed into Royce’s chambers,making Royce jolt in fear as he almost hit Sai away with a plasma fire.

“Your majesty,I…..I failed to execute the mission as planned” Sai said and Royce smiled,standing up from his bed.He would have killed Sai too but he later decided against it.
.
“If you failed,then how did you escape the kingdom?” Royce asked,thinking Sai was trying to fool him.
.
“I created an illusion of myself there when I escaped.They will think am the one they killed” Sai said,bowing before Royce.Royce turned his back on Sai and Laughed loudly.

“Your mates died due to the failure to succeed in my mission requests,I would have killed you too but I felt you’re going to be useful to me anyway” Royce said and stood up,exiting his chambers.Sai stood up and heaved a sigh of relief.Long before he confronted Royce with his mission results,he had expected death as soon as he delivered the message but he was lucky for Royce to have spared his life.Royce was a type of person that derived sadistic pleasures in humiliating and abusing his people and any other creature around him.Not even women and children were spared from his acts of cruelty,a major reason why Pandora hated him so much…

🌁RIVENDELL🌁
……However in Rivendell,there was a particular night that turned out to be terror for the population of the city.In the midst of unfathomable darkness of a vast night,a terrible storm began to rise.Thunder clapped and rumbled,sending a long flash of electricity across the dark night.The forests of Rivendell roared and roiled like giant dinosaurs,squeezing the life out of the citizens of Rivendell.In a flash,the men and women shrieked,the little ones cried.
In between all these terrific and horrible scenes of the night,I stood up from my chamber bed and woke others one by one.I couldn’t fathom the reason why the night wanted to turn into an apocalypse.We all grabbed whatever weapon was available,except Byron who followed us outside,empty handed.Immediately we stepped outside,a great thunderbolt advanced towards us and in a flash,I quickly created a red force field,making me absorb the full energy of the thunder.Others wondered why the night was so violent and immediately,we decided to split up into different angles of the castle.I suspect an indefinite attack but decided to wait a little longer to see where the terror of the night was heading to.Byron sent few guards to the people to calm them down and make them stay indoors. The king of Rivendell was not yet outside as expected by others and I then wondered what might be wrong with him.

“Where’s King Felhimns?” I haven’t seen him outside” I asked one of the guards who gave a negative answer to my question.One of the guards came running towards us,obviously terrified by something no one understood.
.
“Calm down,Now what’s the problem?” Hercules asked,taking possession of his two axes.
.
“King Felhimns!!!…..He’s nowhere to be found.I saw a dark figure with a pure white eyeballs bail out from the king’s chambers.He’s got the king” The guard said and immediately he landed his speech,he began to throw up a huge amount of blood from his mouth.Before I could take charge of his condition,he fell down dead right before us all.

“I know who captured the king already.No need to investigate” Shyla said,rolling her sword in a clockwise direction.
.
“What?Who’s responsible for this?” Xena asked and Shyla gave a long pause before she replied.
.
“It’s definitely my Father’s sidekick,Dean.He was created from the blood of Seven supernaturals and can take form of any of the seven” Shyla said,turning her gaze at me.She continued.
.
“My father probably told him to kidnap the king so as to be able to lure us into his trap by telling us to surrender ourselves,this was part of his plans which he told me himself” Shyla said and Hercules interrupted.

“How come you knew all this but not telling us in advance before so as to prevent it?”
.
“I can tell you about other plans but not this one,this is because none of us here can defeat my father’s sidekick.The prophecy is that it’s either he succeeded in taking the king or he kills some of us which is against our plan” Shyla said and Byron snapped his fingers,drawing our attention to him.
.
“Yes.I think I know this guy,Krohn told me how this all started thousands of years ago about a Phoenix god before he sacrificed his soul for me” Byron said and began to smile.To me,smiling was part of what makes Byron active,even when in serious moments,you’d always see him smiling.I had only seen Byron in an angry mood once.Just as if his present words were an antidote to the violent night,everything went back to normal and the night snatched back it’s normal state.

“Now the guy is out of Rivendell” Shyla said,throwing her weapons down.
.
“How powerful is he that made the night respond to his commands?” Pasiphae who had been quiet alongside Lexi and Lin asked.
.
“His name is Dean Makai.Krohn told me that long ago during the reign of a powerful Phoenix god,his father led a huge amount of warriors into battle with a legion of Vampires” Byron took a pause and all eyes turned to Roy.
.
“What? Why all looking at me like he was talking about me already?He was talking about another set of Vamps” Roy defended sarcastically and everyone smiled.Xena then suggested we all move into the castle for attentive hearing.In few moments,we’re all in,side the castle,with everyone seated.

“As I was saying,Dean’s father led the battle which turned out to be a total failure.The battle was a bloody hell battle that even the Phoenix god couldn’t stop the battle anymore.The war lasted for seventeen years before Dean’s father(Macai) was finally defeated.His army was defeated and Massacred, and him being the legion leader was taken captive by the Vampires.For close to ten years,Macai served the Vampire king to the extent that he knew almost everything about the Vampires” Byron took a pause and gulped down a wh0le sweaty mug of water.He continued.

“But then,the king’s daughter,Gyna loved Macai so much that they began to have secret dates and s€×,strictly out of the King’s Knowledge.Three years later,Gyna got pregnant and connived with Macai and they escaped the kingdom.During their escape,they ran into an army of Bearshifters,another set of supernatural capable of controlling the weather with their powers but then,Macai fought bravely,killing thousands of the Bearshifters to protect his wife and the unborn child from them but unfortunately,Macai was overpowered and killed by the Bearshifters.They took the wife captive and took care of her till she was due to give birth.Few months after the birth of her child,she died mysteriously,without anyone knowing the cause of her death.The Bearshifters took care of the baby whom they named Harry.He grew fast,possessing the ability of a Bearshifter and a hidden ability of a Vampire,Taking the replica of his mom,both genetic and physically.During this time,Taong had plans on locating a tribid vampire,a Vampire that has three different abilities to create his own Hybrid.After his endless research,he came to know about Harry,being a tribid vampire among the bearshifters.He waged war against the bearshifters and defeat them all.He was able to kill Harry by an unknown power and he then took Harry’s brain and part of his DNA and recreated him as a hybrid that possessed seven abilities.But after the creation,he wasn’t powerful enough to bring the hybrid to life so he sought the help of a powerful sorceress called Sasha,who used two hundred years to create a soul that was used to bring the Hybrid to life” Byron finally stopped and took another mug of water.The words were obviously rigid for his Larynx.

“Now where’s the Hybrid that Taong created?” Lexi asked.
.
“If am not mistaken,the hybrid is the guy who abducted our king.Dean Makai” Byron said.
.
“What the hell???” I exclaimed,rising up from my seat…..
.
“Wait Pandora,now Byron,can you tell us where exactly the phoenix god is?” Lin asked intelligently.
.
“He ascended into the underworld of the demi gods,his subjects were getting too powerful for him to control because when Dean was finally created,the phoenix god couldn’t stop a bit of Dean and Taong’s powers” Byron said.The powers Krohn gave him made him know all the history in Krohn’s brain without a mistake.

“But do you mean all these took place in this world of supernaturals?” I asked,not quite sure about it.
.
“There is a hidden dimension known as the dimension of destruction.All this bloody facts and history took place there because the dimension is ten times larger than this our own world” Byron answered solidly.
.
“But Taong was killed during our first encounter with him” Pasiphae said,confused about the wh0le story.
.
“If am not to deceive you all,the image of Taong we defeated then was a mere optical illusion.Taong faked a kingdom to know more about our powers.I have a feeling he’ll link up with Royce very soon which we must avoid at all cost” Byron said and stood up from where he was sitting.Everyone remained dead silent for the rest of that night……….
