CHAPTER 27&28

Natsha wiped her tears after crying for a while,Lamia still laying on the ground,she couldn’t feel his breaths,everything was so silent and the woods have become so dark that she couldn’t do anything. Her hands and clothes are covered with Lamia’s blood since she used it to wipe off the blood on Lamia’s face.

“Lamia,I promise to get us out of here” She muttered and stood up. She exhaled loudly and started testing to see if her powers are back.

“Please work out,please” She whimpered as she closed her eyes,she felt just a tiny spark of her power and she sighed.

“Okay,let’s try it out” She muttered and fell back on her knees beside Lamia,she held him tightly and shut her eyes back.

Natasha opened her eyes and they were on the road of Valerie.

“Not here!!!” She screamed in frustration and shut her eyes again.

“Light realm please,please” She whispers and opened her eyes.

Her throat went dry the moment she opened her eyes,they are right outside somewhere that seems like a clubhouse and the noise coming from inside confirmed that.

Natasha swallowed and looked at the unconscious Lamia,she looked around. They can’t be seen like this,they can’t.

“Lamia please wake up,please” She broke into tears.

She heard some people coming outside and she didn’t waste time before they vanished again and this time they appeared somewhere like a room.

Natasha fell weakly on the floor not knowing what else to do,she already lost her strength and her throat are f**king dry,she glanced at Lamia for a minute before her eyes went close also.

LIGHT REALM VILLA★CONTROL ROOM**

The students all gathered around Bryant and Thatcher who were on the systems trying to find the location of Lamia and Natasha,the masters already left the villa to search for them also.

“I don’t think they are in the woods again” Damon said impatiently.

“Can’t even check the woods anyway” Bryant said.

“Is that….not blood on the ground?” Winter pointed out when that road of Valerie came to view.

“You think its from Lamia and Natasha?” Eugene asked.

“Hmm” Winter nodded.

“Then,that means they aren’t in the woods anymore” Summer said.

“That also means they are hurt! Check somewhere else!” Eugene snapped.

“Calm down dude,we are checking” Thatcher said.

Eugene sighed out and started pacing around.

Summer walked to him

“I’m sure Lamia will be fine,He’s quite strong” She said.

“This is not a matter of strength,you saw what Sadie drew,I don’t think his strength can face that damn beast” Eugene said and Summer took her lips in,she said nothing.

The three masters appeared in the control room and the students rushed to them.

“Where are they?” Damon and Eugene asked at time.

“They escaped from the woods” Master Liam said.

“So what? Where are they now?” Speedy asked.

The masters sighed.

“No idea” Master Lilith muttered.

“Seriously? Is this what you meant by you will come to us if something went wrong?! Is it!! You can’t even find where your students are!!” Eugene said angrily.

“Euegne calm down….”

“F**k that sh*t,calm down my foot. You better look for them,you sent them anyway” Eugene said and stormed out of the room.

Everyone sighed.

“Eugene Is right tho,if you can’t even help in a situation like this,it’s bad” Summer muttered and also went out.

“They will be back” Master River said and the students walked out one after the other.

Lilith immediately faced Liam and River.

“We can’t stay here doing nothing,we need to find out where they are. Master Liam,why aren’t you saying anything?” She asked.

“I honestly have no idea what’s going on,I never imagined that beast would appear so soon,but then….what if those kids are connected to this situation?” Master Liam asked.

“That should be the last thing we are concerned about right now,the kids are angry” Master River said.

12AM★BACK IN THE DARK ROOM**

Natasha finally opened her eyes after the long sleep,she felt a bit stronger than before,she quickly rushed to Lamia and checked his pulse,it was still very low and his temperature was so high.

“Oh no” Natasha cried.

“Let’s see again” She mumbled trying to test maybe her powers are now stable.

“Let’s hope it works this time” She sighed and closed her eyes,it took her a while before she finally opened and at last,they were right inside Lamia’s room.

“Oh greatness” she smiled excitedly and didn’t waste a second before rushing out of the room,running out. She got to the arena and met everyone,including the masters.

“Natasha!” Everyone stood up the moment they saw her.

“Where’s Lamia?” Eugene asked.

“Help…..Lamia..He’s hurt” Natasha said in tears

“Where is he right now?” Master Lilith asked.

“His room,I just managed to get my powers back” Natasha explained and immediately everyone began running to Lamia’s room.

Natasha sighed out loudly and swallowed as she remained standing.

“Hey” Winter came closer and hugged her.

“It’s….it’s because of me” Natasha said in tears.

“He saved me” She added.

Winter rubbed her back.

“I’m sure he will be fine,you know Lamia,He’s very strong” Winter said.

“That’s why I’m mad,everyone think because he’s strong,he will be fine. Strong people get hurt too” Natasha said,crying on Winter’s shoulder.

“It’s okay,we should go check on him” Winter said and they both walked to Lamia’s room.

Master Lilith was already healing the wound on his back,it was so fresh filled with green.

“But then…..what’s the green blood about?” Chase finally asked.

Everyone became quiet,no one have the answer to that.

“And why does he smell like that?” Speedy asked also.

“Like petals of flowers” Skylar mumbled.

“Flower? Wait,I’ve heard Heaven calling him that before” Winter said.

“I’m confused” Thatcher muttered.

“I have no idea either,but the only thing you should know is…He’s different from y’all” Master Lilith said after she succeeded in closing his wound.

Everyone divert their eyes on Lamia whose eyes were prettily closed.

“How did he get hurt?” Ruben asked and Natasha explained to them.

“Can’t believe he did that” Eugene mumbled sadly,touching Lamia’s hair.

“Let’s hope he wake up soon” Master Lilith said and stood up.

“Everyone should leave…the noise might be too much” She added.

“I will stay with him” Eugene said.

“I will stay with him” Natasha also said.

“Eugene,I think you should let Natasha stay behind” Master Lilith said and Eugene stood up.

“Better keep your eyes on him” He said to Natasha befoee walking out.

Heaven was in her room,she was sitting gently on the floor,she was busy praying inwardly for Lamia,she had no idea of their arrival,she’s been sitting in the same position since the others returned without Lamia.

Her door suddenly burst open and Cat-Girl walked in.

“You’re still here?” She groaned.

Heaven ignored her.

“Lamia and Natasha are back” Cat-Girl said and Heaven sprang up.

“Where are they?” She asked.

“Natasha is okay,but…Lamia is unconscious,he got hurt…”

“What?!” Heaven screamed.

“According to Natasha,he was trying to save her” Cat-Girl said.

“Why would he do that?? Where is he right now?” Heaven asked impatiently.

“The master said we should leave him there……”

“I don’t care! I’m going to stay with him!” Heaven snapped and left the room,Cat-Girl ran after her.

“Careful,I will take you there” She said behind her.

LAMIA’S ROOM**

Natasha was sitting on the bed beside Lamia,she took his hand and held it gently.

“I’m sorry” She muttered.

“I should have protected you instead,I shouldn’t have allowed you take it all for me,please wake up soon” She said,trying her best not to cry.

The door suddenly opened and she looked up to see Heaven and Cat-Girl.

Natasha stood up.

“Why are you here?” She asked.

“Who the f**k do you think you are to ask me?” Heaven asked and Natasha frowned.

“Leave,master asked me to stay with him” She said.

“Really? After he got hurt because of you? Now you think you should be the one who also stay with him and watch over him?!” Heaven half yelled,Cat-Girl touched her but she snapped her hand off.

Other students who heard her voice came in as well.

“Leave right now,I will watch over him all night” Heaven said.

“What can you do? Watch over him? With your blind eyes?” Natasha asked and they gasped.

“Even with my blind eyes,I wouldn’t allow him protect me to the point of dying!!” Heaven said.

“Who said I wanted him to do that?! Stop talking if you know nothing!! You weren’t even there to witness what we went through,how dare you say sh*ts?!” Natasha yelled angrily.

“I don’t care the f**k you went through,the point is,he got hurt because of you!!” Heaven yelled back.

“Then f**k off,I will deal with it myself and watch over him! What the f**k are you saying?!”

“I won’t leave him with someone like you,get some rest and leave!” Heaven said.

“Why? You want to be the first person he see when he wake up? Is that it?” Natasha asked.

“That’s right,and there’s nothing you can do about it. The least you could do is to hurt me same way you did to Lamia” Heaven said and Natasha rushed toward her,she was about grabbing her but Eugene came in front Of Heaven.

“I don’t understand,you heard when the master said he doesn’t need this f**king noise” Eugene said.

“Throw this blind bitch out of this room!” Natasha yelled.

“You should be the one to leave” Eugene said.

“What?” Natasha frowned.

“I hate the fact that he’s like this because of you also,get out” Eugene said.

Natasha bite her lip and looked away,trying to control her tears.

“Are you…..like…blaming me right now? Well fine,it’s all my fault,I should have been the one in that state he is right now,that’s what you’re trying to say? You’re right” Natasha muttered and ran out of the room.

“You shouldn’t blame her,It was Lamia who protected her,not like she begged for it,f**k you!” Winter shouted at Eugene and ran after Natasha.

“What are you waiting for? Leave” Eugene said to others and he also walked out,all leaving Heaven in the room.

Heaven sniffed in her tears and sat beside Lamia.

“Flower” She called.

“I missed you all day…….I was praying so hard,but I guess my prayers were not answered. I’m sorry” she mumbled in tears and kissed Lamia’s head. She held his hand in her own.

“Hey” Summer sat down beside Eugene at the passage way.

“I want to be alone” Eugene muttered.

“Hey,I understand Lamia is your best friend okay? But you can’t blame Natasha,it’s not her fault. I’m sure Lamia saved her because she once did the same for him,he must have thought that way when he did it you know? I don’t like Natasha,but I’m sure she would have protected Lamia with her life also if she have the chance to….I envy her braveness sometimes too,I know she can do that.” Summer said.

“I know……I just feel sad seeing him unconscious that way,I can’t even do anything to help” Eugene sighed.

“He will be awake by tomorrow,I trust him” Summer said and Eugene faced her.

“Since when did you start talking to people so calmly?” He asked and Summer rolled her eyes.

“I guess you’re okay now,I should go” She tried standing up but Eugene grabbed her hand.

“What” she muttered.

“Can I get a hug?” Eugene asked.

“I don’t like hugging people” Summer looked away.

“Okay” Eugene said and released her.

“Really? You can’t ask again?” Summer frowned.

“I don’t like forcing people to do things,I have pride you know?” Eugene smiled.

“Fine,just two minutes” Summer said.

“Ten minutes” Eugene smiled before hugging her.

NEXT MORNING★LAMIA’S ROOM**

Lamia opened his eyes slowly and the first thing his eyes met with was the sleeping Heaven beside him on the bed,he chuckled and turned properly to get a full view of her cute face.

“She really slept here?” He muttered and slowly began removing her blindfold.

“Hey Heaven” He whispered and Heaven opened her eyes.

“Flower?” Heaven called.

“You’re calling me that again” Lamia groaned.

“You’re awake” Heaven said excitedly and Lamia smiled,staring at her eyes.

“I was worried about you all night,I was so scared” Hevans said,with tears rolling down her eyes.

“Don’t cry,I’m okay now” Lamia said and wiped her tears.

“Where’s Natasha?” He asked.

“She will probably be in her room” Heaven replied and Lamia bite his lips.

“You should be worried about yourself,are you feeling good?” Heaven asked.

“Of course,I’m feeling super good but seeing your eyes makes it better” Lamia said and Heaven hit him playfully.

“I missed you so much” She said.

“I thought you were mad at me” Lamia teased and Heaven started beating him.

“Ahh! That hurts! Heaven! Fine I’m sorry,how can you be doing this to a patient?” Lamia shouted playfully.

“Patient my foot” Heaven scoffed.

Natasha was standing by the door all these while,her eyes full of tears as she watched them secretly,she gently closed the door.

“I’m glad you’re awake” She mumbled and wiped her tears before walking away.
