SAME NIGHT
Lucifer stared at Larisa sleeping peacefully as he smoked,thank greatness he was able to control his horny demons,he would have forced her and that wouldn’t be nice.
He suddenly felt a strange breeze in the chamber and he stopped,he dropped the weed in his hand and looked around,he was right,something strange is in the Empire. In a second,he was already out of the chamber and he appeared on the rooftop,Right he felt the strange energy up here and that’s why he appeared here.
“Show yourself” Lucifer said in his deep voice,the strange energy increased so much and the wind was blowing so heavily but it didn’t move Lucifer anyway.
“Show yourself if you love your life!” Lucifer said and his red eyes shone but turned dark again,it was just a warning.
Almost immediately a body became visible right before him,he could see the person in all black from his head down to his legs,his long hair was blowing in the direction of the wind.
Lucifer stood there quietly waiting for the person to turn and slowly he faced Lucifer.
Immediately,Lucifer’s eyes widened when he saw the devil’s red eyes. The devil standing right in front of him is no one else but Daven,his father.
“Long time no see son” he said with a smirk,his red eyes glowing so brightly,he must have turned to a complete monster
“What are you doing here?” Lucifer asked.
Daven sped closer to him,it was so fast that the wind moved with him.
“Are you not happy to see me?” He asked
“And why should I be?? I’ve been suffering all because of you all my life” Lucifer said and Daven laughed
“And you’re making the same mistake son….”
“They are different…..”
“She’s still human! And you know what that means!” Daven glared at him
“Are you here for threaten me?? I’m not soft either” Lucifer said
Daven chuckled
“You should know you are not even half as powerful as I am,so be respectful while I’m still nice” He said and Lucifer glared at him
“You and that human are not meant to be…..”
“She’s my mate….”
“I don’t care!!” Daven yelled and the wind threw Lucifer against the wall roughly
Lucifer’s eyes turned red but Daven appeared in front of him again and pinned him against the wall with his eyes,Lucifer tried to free himself but couldn’t
“Stay away from that human,or you will end up like your mother and I” Daven said and vanished
Lucifer breathe out as he got released,he immediately appeared back in his room and rushed to check on Larisa,he exhaled in relief when he saw her looking just fine.

NEXT MORNING
Larisa walked out of the bathroom and found Lucifer waiting,she didn’t wake up to see him and she was already getting worried
“Where did you go to?” She asked,seeing that he was dressed up
Lucifer walked closer to him and pulled her into a hug
“I’m sorry” He muttered
Larisa rest her head on his shoulder
“Tell me what I want to know” She said and Lucifer broke the hug
He grabbed her hand and pulled her to the bed,they both sat down.
“Actually..” Lucifer started and Larisa nodded curiously
“My father….was a devil” He said and she looked up
“Devil….” She stopped and Lucifer nodded
“He was the most powerful supernatural being in the spiritual realm,he was the king,that was what I was told” Lucifer said
“But my mother was a human” He added and Larisa gasped
“Really?” She asked and Lucifer nodded
“My father actually fell in love with her and he rejected his mate…”
“Wow” Larisa muttered
“Then he was cursed” Lucifer said and Larisa’s eyes widened
“Cursed?? By who?”
“The goddess” Lucifer replied
“When my mother discovered he wasn’t a human,she ran away from him with me,he was cursed and he became a monster but no one ever heard from him since that day….so the curse…..was shifted…..to me” Lucifer muttered and Larisa gasped out
“I am not supposed to have a mate,even if I have one,I am not allowed to love you,,,but most especially…I’m not supposed to be with a human, they believe all humans are the same because your life will always be in danger because of me…that is why,whenever you bleed,those evil spirits always come for you because my blood is inside you” Lucifer said
“But…..why did you fall in love with me??” Larisa asked
“It’s not something I can control” Lucifer said
“Then….what are you gonna do now??”
“I will protect you….”
“I don’t care,this is all your father’s fault not yours,why would you get punished because of him,my life is in danger…!” Larisa said in tears
“That’s why I said I will protect you!” Lucifer snapped and she looked at him
“Will you always be there?” She asked
“I’ve always been there Risa,I will protect you with my life if I have to…”
“You think I want you to protect me with your life? You think I want you to get hurt because of me? I don’t want any of that!” Larisa cried
“This is why I never wanted to tell you in the first place,humans are so f**king emotional and it’s annoying” Lucifer said
“Really?? That’s all you are going to say? Then you should look for supernatural mate and stay away from me…”
“Risa that’s not what I meant…..”
“I don’t care!” She snapped and left the bedroom. Lucifer sighed out and rough his hair.
Larisa came back wearing a joggers and a sweatshirt,her hair was packed in a ponytail,she walked out without sparing him a glance.
Lucifer sighed out and stood up when he heard some steps in the living room
He walked out
“Hey” Bathsheba smiled
“Old one” Lucifer called
“I see you’ve been having problems with Larisa these days” Bathsheba said
“I told her everything” Lucifer muttered and sat down
“So….what’s wrong?” Bathsheba asked,giving him a cup of tea
“You know I don’t drink that” Lucifer said and Bathsheba chuckled
“Your mate is a human,don’t be like that” She said and Lucifer took it from her
“She got too emotional even when I told her I will protect her” Lucifer said
“It’s normal I guess” Bathsheba said
“She’s too much,really too much. I’m even scared of her these days” Lucifer said and Bathsheba laughed
“That’s what they call law or karma okay? You’ve been scaring the hell out of the poor girl but now it’s your turn” Bathsheba said and Lucifer smiled
“You don’t feel sorry for me?? I hate it even when she’s mad at me because I will be there one feeling the pain,she doesn’t even know anything” Lucifer sighed out
“Just talk to her calmly next time and stop calling her human as if you regret her being your mate” Bathsheba said and Lucifer nodded

“Wow Larisa,you got so better” BB said as she watched the way Larisa got the targets so perfectly
“I’m really amazed,she’s such a fast learner” Pistol said
“Thank you guys” Larisa smiled
“Enough of guns please” Vesper clapped her hands and Larisa dropped her gun
“I will be teaching her first” BB said
“She need a better foundation,not from an ice queen” Vesper snapped and BB frowned
“BB” Larisa called
“Fine” BB rolled her eyes stubbornly
“Can you too settle already? It’s becoming annoying” Wednesday said
“Same here,my head bangs anytime you two act this way” Desdemona said
“You all know she started all these” BB said
“She’s no longer after Rocco so please” Larisa groaned
“I have nothing against her,I knew all along that Rocco and I were never gonna end up together” Vesper smirked
“Well I’m not surprised,you’re a witch anyway” Wednesday said
“So you’ve been annoying her these whole while?” Pistol asked
“It was fun,especially our fight” Vesper laughed
“You almost killed me” BB yelled
“Oh sorry kiddo” Vesper laughed again
“Stop calling everyone Kiddo Vesper” Larisa groaned
“Hey little one,you’re just nineteen,do I have to remind you again?” Vesper grinned and Larisa pushed her
“So how old are you?” Desdemona asked and Vesper faced Wednesday
“Little witch,how old am I?” She asked,connecting her eyes with Wednesday’s own
“What are they doing?” BB muttered
Wednesday suddenly gasped and Vesper smiled
“How old is she?” Larisa asked
“I don’t really know…but she’s more than hundred years already” Wednesday said and they all gasped
“Geez she’s so weak” Vesper scoffed and glared at Wednesday
“I’m sorry,I still find it hard to learn enough spells” Wednesday muttered
“Then learn from older people” Vesper snapped
“How old are you?” BB asked
“I lost counts after I clocked five hundred” Vesper said and they all fainted except Wednesday
“Gosh,what do they take me for?” Vesper flaunt her hair and Wednesday chuckled
“Five what??!!!” BB screamed
“Little one,your training” Vesper said
“Yes old one” Larisa replied and Vesper chuckled
“Don’t get it twisted,I’m just twenty three years in the human world” She smiled and they all exhaled
“Thank goodness” Desdemona muttered
“So we are age mates” BB said
“But still,in the supernatural realm…”
“Stop,we are in the human world so she’s twenty three please! If I want to think about the other age then I might start running from her” Desdemona said and they all laughed.

NIGHT≈VESPER’S ROOM
Vesper was just coming out of the bathroom when she heard the door,she made the door transparent from where she was standing and when she saw that it was Ryder,she opened the door with her eyes.
Ryder came in and almost stopped when he saw her in just a towel
“Come in” She said
Ryder closed the door
“Why are you here?” Vesper crossed her arms
“You’ve been avoiding me…are you angry with me?” He asked
“No” Vesper muttered
“Then….I’m sorry for the kiss….” He was cut off when Vesper moved closer to him and slammed her lips on his own. She broke it again,looking into his eyes
“You can kiss me now,permission granted” She muttered and Ryder smiled
He immediately pulled her closer by the waist and connected their lips again in a deep kiss,Vesper’s arms around his neck

TRAINING ARENA
A duel was going on among the mobsters and it was super interesting,Ethan and Rocky were suddenly called next
“Oh oh,this is gonna be crazy” Wednesday uttered
“Why?” Larisa asked
“Because those two are in love with Wednesday” Desdemona said and BB laughed out
“Wow really??” Larisa laughed
“Gosh stop it” Wednesday groaned
“I’m so jealous” Desdemona said
“I hate you girls” Wednesday said but they only laughed more
Ethan and Rocky both grabbed their swords
*Risa*
A voice called in Larisa’s head and she looked around
*Risa* the voice called again
*Lucifer?* Larisa also called in her head
*Yea it’s me* Lucifer said
*Whoa,so we can communicate this way also?* she smiled
*Sure,little bride* Lucifer said and Larisa chuckled,she suddenly realize how much she missed him all day
She immediately got up
“Where are you going?” BB asked
“Maybe she miss the boss” Desdemona grinned
Larisa chuckled and left the training arena immediately but as soon as she stepped out,a strange breeze covered her up,it was so heavy that she had to cover her face,it went on for like a minute before it became all calm but when she opened her eyes,she was in a different place entirely.
It was like something which came out of an imagination,it was all covered with shinning glasses and she could see her own images all over the room as If they are staring back at her.
“Where am I?” She asked and her voice echoed scarily back to her
Suddenly someone appeared at the end of the large room,covered in all black,his face was covered too as the person walked to her. Larisa didn’t move,she stood there until the person stopped right in front of her and his face was revealed.
Larisa almost lost her breath when she saw his eyes
“Who….are you?” She asked
“So it’s you…..the human” Daven smirked and Larisa raised her brows
“How do you know me?”
“He told you about me already” Daven said and Larisa gasped
“The…devil?!” She almost screamed as she looked down from his eyes
“You don’t sound like you’re scared of me” Daven said and Larisa looked up again
“Why…are you here? Why did you bring me here?” Larisa asked
“Such nerves” Daven growled and Larisa moved back
“I’m sure he told you the story already…..so stay away from him if he’s too foolish to do that” He said
“We love each other,we can’t be separated just because of your sin,it’s not his fault that you rejected your mate” Larisa said to his face and Daven’s eyes turned dark red,his claws came out and Larisa swallowed
“What did you just say?” Daven asked
“You can’t hurt me” Larisa said
“Really? You think that little devil will come to save you?” Daven asked and sped closer to her,he almost grabbed her neck when Lucifer appeared
“Lorenzo!” Larisa immediately called and tried running over to him
Daven shone his eyes on her and she couldn’t take another step
“Lorenzo!” Larisa called in fear as she struggled to move
“I told you to stay away from her!” Lucifer growled angrily and Daven chuckled
“Stop making that annoying little noise and listen to me” He said
“Let her go,I’m not ready to listen to your shits” Lucifer said and Daven became angry immediately
He turned to Larisa and stretched his hand to her,numbers of knives came out of it and Larisa’s closed her eyes as the knifes ran directly to her,the knives stabbed her all at once but she felt no pain at all,instead she heard a groan which made her open her eyes again.
To her surprise,the knives were all stuck to her chest but she was fine,no single blood was coming out of her body,her eyes widened when she saw Lucifer’s body covered with blood
“Lorenzo!!!!!” She screamed out as blood poured out of his mouth
He was struggling with his own life at the moment
“Lorenzo” Larisa muttered,tears rolling down her eyes but she couldn’t move
“Should we do more?” Daven smirked
“You devil!!!!!!!” Larisa screamed out in tears
Daven opened his palm,a mixture of both green and red flame danced on his palm
Larisa’s eyes widened
“Are you going to give up on this human or not?” Daven asked Lucifer and Lucifer looked up with red eyes
“Who said I’m giving up??” He asked,glaring at Daven and without thinking twice,Daven threw the ball of flames in his palm on his body.
Lucifer puked out blood and fell on the ground unconsciously
“No!!!! Lorenzo!!!!” Larisa screamed out and also lost her consciousness immediately.
