I Tried to console Annabel but she wouldn’t listen to me, she just went straight to her room and kept crying . I didn’t know what to do because I love her dearly and want her to recover quickly from the hurt and pain she has been feeling? ?
The next day she came out from her room to receive a package from the delivery man, i waited for her to collect the package close the sitting room door and i quickly came out from the kitchen to meet her .
How are you doing Annabel ? ?
Am not fine? ? She replied
Why are sweating she asked ??
I have been cooking ??
Why ?? Is the cook not around ?? She asked
I gave her a day off ..i said
Ok i see …
She didn’t say anything rather trying to open her package.
I prepared Rice, stew and plantain, should I serve yours??
Thank you so much for preparing food but am not hungry?
How can you do this to yourself, you haven’t eaten since morning. ..please try to eat a little. Please
How can James and Jacinta do this to me ,she burst into tears.
Its ok, I know its not easy but try to forget about them , don’t give them the pleasure of been so happy that you’re down. Besides I am here for you, to love and care for you in the best way I can.
I know its too soon but I really need to tell you some important only if you promise to eat. ..

We both went to the dinning table, I served the food and we both ate.
While eating she would beg me to tell her what I wanted to say earlier but I will kept quiet so as to make her eat more.
She could finish the portion of food I gave to her but at least she ate something.

After eating , i washed the dishes and went to her room. She was absent minded that she didn’t know when entered the room.
Annabel. ..not again, snap out of it , they’re not worth your tears . Don’t think too much about it, things will be better in time.

I have heard all you said and I think about it but I am curious of what would have happened if I had no caught James and Jacinta.
Sometime last week I over heard their conversion. .when I got home from work .
I saw Jacinta sitting on James lap rom-ncing and they were planning with your secretary from work to sell this house and your father company , they knew you are easy going and wouldn’t notice signing the doc-ments.
They also knew you trust people easily and they want to render you penniless and travel out of the country together.
So I had to stop you from travelling this weekend and made sure you catch them in the act before things get out of hand or beyond your control. Even if i don’t love you , I will still help you because you a woman with a beautiful soul. No harm will come you my dear. I love you with all my heart.
After talking for a while I left her room and allow her to rest. I knew she needed some time alone.
After that day she started getting better and we became close friends, she haven’t replied me yet but I don’t mind to wait ,so far we are together I am happy.
I also knew she loved me too. But she needed a break from what just happened .
One month later, I told her I will be moving out to get my own apartment but she refused and insisted I stayed with her .
Am a man Annabel, you’ve done so much for me, I need my own apartment to start my life afresh. ..

I am not leaving you , I will still be at your Beck and call.

After some months we got married and Annabel became pregnant immediately after.
Jacinta left James because he was so broke and couldn’t care for her anymore. She took her son and moved to another city to start all over , she couldn’t travel back since she had no money. Annabel was always helping her, but she betrayed her helper.
After some months Annabel gave birth to twin boys and we become so happy.
It was the worse day of my life that FRIDAY but it made me meet someone who changed everything about my life and made it colourful.
I don’t know your situation right now but I would want you not to give up but have faith the things will get better ,its only a matter of time and remember What God cannot do, does not exist.
