Venessa POV 💄

“We are here.” Mia announced as she drove into the hospital premises.

Parking her car, we both step out of the car and make our way into the hospital.

As the entrance door was opened for us, I couldn’t help but feel nervous.

“Mia why don’t we go back? I mean it only the doctor here that’s our kind. ”

I whispered quietly in her ear.

” Seriously? In this hospital, they are all vampires. There’s no human working with them.

Even the place we are working, I mean the TV station we both work at.

They all vampires. “Mia said making me look at her with wide eyes.

I don’t even know how or when the nervousness in my body flew out.

“You don’t mean it.” I said.

“Of course yes, our kind hold some important place of authority and power in every country. ”

Mia added.

” Wow, there are many things I don’t know about our kind. “I said and she nodded.

” Don’t worry, when we are done with the test, I will tell you more about our kind. ”

She said holding my hand in hers.

I no longer Finch when she, my friends, my parent or any Vampire touch me.

Unlike when I was still with Ryan.

There are sometimes he would hold me and I will jump due to how cold he is.

But after taking the antidotes, it’s like everything about me is changing.

Like now, I no longer hate hospital the way I hated it before.

I once hate hospital because of blood, I hate the smell of blood like my poop.

Because it always make my stomach turn somehow.

And I do somehow carve for it like it’s a normal juice then.

Because it seems strange to me thinking I am a human.

So why would I be carving for blood when am not a vampire.

And since then,I have always kept my space between anything called blood or anything that has red colour.

But now, I already know why I do carve for it when ever I see or smell it.

“But don’t those people working where I was working carve for my blood? ”

I asked as we both took our sit waiting for our turn in the process.

“Of course, they do but that’s the work of Scott and Josh.

They are to chas and scare the off so that they won’t have anything to do with you. “She said.

” Why would they scare them off so that they won’t have anything to do with me? “I asked.

” Because we don’t know who is the mistress spy between them. “She explained and I nodded.

We were called into the doctors office after some minutes of waiting.

“Miss Blackwell, it’s nice to finally meet you when you aren’t sleeping.”

She said making me look at her in a questioning manner.

“Oh sorry, they didn’t tell you that they do injected you so that you can fall asleep before I come down to treat you. “She said and I smile.

I can’t believe my parent always lie that I fell asleep due to an tired.

“It’s nice to finally meet you too doctor. “I said taking her hand in a shake.

” Your mom called, saying you aren’t feeling too well.” She said and I nodded.

“Can you tell me the symptoms? “She asked taking out a jotter and fountain pen.

“Well, have been eating more than usual, been sleeping more than before.

I do get tired easily especially while working and lastly, I vomited today when I smelt something I don’t like.

And instantly, dizziness washed over me. “I explained sitting up as I await what she is going to say.

” With what you have said, are you mated and you have done it with him?” She asked bluntly.

I had to look away as my face turned shade of red because of what she just said.

Is she meant to ask that kind of question? I thought before nodding sluggishly.

“You will have to have your urine sample same as your blood sample. The I will examine it ”

She said handling me a small glass they usually use in the lab.

I allowed her to take my blood sample before walking into her toilet with the glass.

Doing as she asked me to do, I brought it back then hand it to her.

She stood up and walk towards her work place to examine it.

Walking back to her sit, she brought along a paper.

“Well, I would say congratulations, you are six weeks pregnant. “She said and my head rang few bells.

Preg what? It’s just thrice or four times we did it, it’s not suppose to turn out like this.

Not when his or her father cheated on me with another vampire, I thought looking down.

“Congratulations venessa, I can’t wait to have him or her call me aunt. ”

Mia said and I smiled before collecting the result from the doctor.

On our way to the car, she kept talking about how she will spoil the child.

Only if she knows I can’t tell the father this, not now….

Ryan POV 🍷

As we drove into venessa parent restaurant, I met her parent alone.

Asking about their daughter, they didn’t even reply.

All they said is I should listen to the second party explanation.

I asked the boys to take them to my place because if I didn’t take them, Nessa won’t come back to me.

And I don’t know where she is and her parents won’t want to disclose her where about.

Driving to their house, I drop a letter for her before leaving…

Venessa POV 💄

As we drove into the house, I started getting this feelings. Like something isn’t right.

As Mia parked the car, I jumped out of the car then opened the entrance door.

I was greeted by his scent. That very one that I have always love, cherish and I will always love it.

What the heck did Ryan come here to do? I thought busting into the living room.

Then my eyes picked a white sheet folded neatly laying on the table.

Walking towards it,I pick the sheet then found out it’s a letter which was meant for me.

“He has my parents in his custody,that son of a bitch!!” I yelled angrily.

I threw the paper into my mouth then chew it angrily before spitting it out.

“Am so going to kill yo Ryan if anything happen to my parent.”I swear before grabbing my keys.

I drag Mia into the passenger seat then explained everything.

I also told her if am not back before six hours,she and the others should come looking for me at Ryan’s house.

Giving her the address,I hugged her tightly before I left the house.

Driving the same way the taxi driver that brought me the other day drove,I got to that same restaurant I was meant to din with Bella.

With the way Ryan drive drove me here,I drive back to Ryan’s house.

Driving into the house premises,I parked my car and matched into his house.

His workers gaps as they saw me walk into his house with Anger written on my face.

And to crown it,am dressed like someone going to the club.

But who cares? Not me either.

Walking into our…I mean his bedroom,I found no one there so I used my vampire speed to run through the tiring stairs.

I banged the door open with so much force then walk into his office.

Turning the switch,I found him sitting with a smirk on his face.

“I knew you would come.” He said playing with his fingers.

All the memories of how he turned and told me everything everything about him.

The moment I decided to be his queen,the queen to all vampires and the mother of his unborn children.

But now,I wish I can reverse everything.

I don’t wish to be his queen,the queen to all vampires.

Neither do I want to be the mother of his unborn children.

And right now,there is one thing I can’t reverse. Cause am carrying his child.

And I can’t abort it else,I will die alongside my unborn child.

I can’t let my unborn baby die because he or she didn’t beg to come into this world.

It was us who begged him or her to come. It’s us who made him or her.

Automatically,I will fight this war so that he or she can live in peace.

And not have any worry or war to fight like I am doing right now.

Looking back at Ryan,I don’t realize he was talking to me until he bang his table.

“Am talking to you!” He yelled making me jump a little bit backwards.

“What did you want to hear huh? What?you piece of shit!” I yelled angrily back at him.

” Why did you leave me?” He asked making me roll my eyes.

” Why did you want me back? Did you get tired of f**king her already?Is her p**sy not as tight as mine?

She doesn’t scream your name like I do on our bed? She doesn’t have those flavor you needed and do find in me?”

I asked not believing it in my own ears that I could say something like this.

“Shut up!” Ryan yelled.

“You don’t own me and am not yours so stop shouting!”I yelled back angrily.

” You are mine so don’t tell me what to say!” He yelled banging his fist on the table.

“I can never be yours, you mother f**king merciless blood sucker monster!”

I said poking his chest while he just smirked.

Turning around, I walk down to the door.

Raisng his hand, I was raised by an invisible force which turned me around.

“I told you, you are mine and mine alone!” He yelled with his eyes turning to red.

All of a sudden, all the lights in the room turned off as a result of his anger.

The only light in the room comes from his red fire blazing eyes.

“No matter what, I won’t bend to you!” I yelled trying to free myself from the invisible force.

” You are still that beast that live on human blood only! “I yelled again.

He closed his eyes tight before opening it again. His eyes is filled with nothing but range of anger.

“How dear you!” He yelled holding his hand tight. She started chocking.

All what she could see is spinning house but as for him, it’s normal.

I closed my eyes and reopened it because my head is spinning really bad.

I opened my mouth to talk while placing my hand around my stomach because am feeling unease.

But unfortunately, I vomited unto his face making him drop me to my foot.

“Hope you like that?” I asked laughing before cleaning my mouth with the back of my hand.

“You are just the same person that killed his mom and lied to his junior sister! ”

I yelled and heard some gaps from the entrance I guess…
