“I’m so tired!!” Bonnie gr-0aned out loudly on her way to the restroom with Pearl

“Me too” Pearl muttered

“But seriously,should I come sleep over so your brother can help me write my assignment too?” Bonnie pouted and Pearl laughed

“Don’t be lazy baby girl,you’re going to come just because of an assignment?” Pearl asked

“Twenty math questions!! Pearl!! Don’t call it just,I could steal senior Romeo’s brain at this point” Bonnie muttered sadly and Pearl laughed more until they saw April and Blossom approaching

“Don’t say a word ” Pearl immediately said and Bonnie nodded

They would have passed without any problem but April knowingly walked through their middle

“Hey….” Bonnie grabbed April’s hair and pulled her back

“Are you crazy?!” April pushed Bonnie angrily

“April,come on. You started this….”

“Hey don’t ever call my name okay?” April snapped at Pearl

“Gosh,you’re an headache,it’s annoying how this puppy always follow you around” Bonnie said and Blossom glare at her

“What did you just call me! Puppy!”

“Yes,aren’t you a puppy??” Bonnie scoffed and Puppy slapped her which Bonnie returned immediately and they started fighting

Pearl immediately went between them and tried separating them but she was pushed in the process and she fell

“Ahh!” She s¢ræmed

Bonnie immediately let go of Blossom

“Are you okay?” She asked worriedly

April and Blossom glared at them one last time before walking away

Pearl tried getting up

“Ouch!!” She gr-0aned

“Oh no,what do I do? It’s my fault….”

“It’s not like I’m dying or something” Pearl roll her eyes and Bonnie managed to pull her up

She developed a bruise on a knees

“F**k,it stings” Pearl m-0aned

“We should go to the school clinic then,I’m sorry”

“You should have just ignored them like I said” Pearl muttered

“You know they provoked me” Bonnie roll her eyes

“What happened?” They suddenly heard a voice and they both looked up to see Ryan

“Senior Ryan” They called at a time and Ryan walked closer

“How did you get the wounds?” He asked Pearl

“I…fell” she uttered

“You should be careful Pearl” Ryan said worriedly

“Of course,don’t worry about me. I will get it treated” Pearl smiled and started limping again

Ryan walked back to her

“Let me help.” Before she could decline,Ryan already carried her in a bridal way and her eyes went wide

“Senior Ryan…”

“Don’t say a word and just let me take you there” Ryan said and she took her l-ips in

SENIORS BLOCK**

“Wow is that not Pearl in Ryan’s hand,did something happened to her?” Donovan’s word made Romeo look out of the window to see Ryan carrying Pearl

He immediately got up and walked out of the class but was interrupted by another junior student who took a bit of his time,by the time he ran to the school clinic,a nurse was already treating Pearl’s wound.

Romeo and Ryan exchanged glances

“Oh…brother you’re here” Pearl called happily when she saw Romeo and he looked away from Ryan

“Are you okay? How did you get hurt?” He asked

“I fell” Pearl replied

“All done” The nurse said as she plastered the wound and then left the ward

“I told you to be careful always,what were you looking at when you fell and hurt yourself?” Romeo scolded

“Don’t shout at her,it’s not her fault” Ryan said and Romeo looked at him

“Hey,am I shouting?” He asked

“Sounds like you are” Ryan muttered and Romeo almost rolled his eyes but he didn’t

He turned back to Pearl

“You can go back to class now right?” He asked and Pearl shook her head with a pout

“Then are you going to stay here?” Romeo asked and Pearl shook her head again

“So what do you want?” Romeo asked

“I think I know,do you want me to carry you back to the class?” Ryan asked Pearl

“Why would you do that?” Romeo asked getting pissed already

“I’m just trying to help,what’s the big deal?” Ryan asked

“The big deal is that I don’t want you to do that again” Romeo replied

“Why?………”

Pearl was getting uncomfortable with the situation already

“I am going to rest here for some minutes before returning to class,I have just one more,so you can leave me. I will be fine after taking a nap” Pearl said and immediately wrapped herself with the duvet

Romeo and Ryan looked at each other and Romeo went out first,followed by Ryan.

They met Donovan and Princeton also coming

“Is she okay?” Princeton asked

“Yeah…..she’s fine” Ryan muttered and they noticed their moods

“What happened?” Donovan asked

“Nothing,I’m going to class” Romeo mumbled and walked away

“Did something happened?” Princeton asked Ryan

“We have one last class right? Let’s go” Ryan said and also left

“What’s going on between those two?” Donovan scoffed and they also headed to the class.

AFTER SCHOOL**

“Whoa!! I did great!!” Pearl s¢ræmed as she finished her official second painting. It’s a bouquet of flowers in a vase

“Wow,it’s really beautiful. How come you learn so quickly?” A girl asked

“I’m kind of smart you know?” Pearl winked and they chuckled

“Bye” They left the class

Sapphire clapped from the back and Pearl turned

“Senior! You didn’t attend the class,I missed you” Pearl pouted

“Really? Oh my heart” Sapphire touched her chest and Pearl smiled

“Wow,I’m speechless. Did you really painted this all alone?” Lyric entered

“Yes I did” Pearl smiled and took a picture of it

They continue chatting until Romeo came in

“Hey Romeo” Sapphire smiled

He ignored her and grabbed Pearl’s hand

“Goodnight seniors” Pearl waved at them as she left with Romeo

“Gosh,that arrogant guy” Lyric scoffed and Sapphire sighed

“You should stop crushing on him” Lyric added

“Let’s go home,I have a lot of works to do” Sapphire muttered and they walked out of the class

“Lyric!!”

Lyric turned and saw Donovan and Princeton waving at her but instead of waiting,she took to her heels and ran off

“Wow,what is wrong with her?” Princeton chuckled,watching her run

“Where’s Romeo? Did he really left?” Donovan asked and Princeton nodded

“What the f**k happened,I’m dying in silence” Donovan gr-0aned and they turned to Ryan

“He’s angry because I carried Pearl to the infirmary” Ryan finally said

“Really? Just that?” Donovan asked

“Of course,I’m f**king pissed. Why the h*ll is he so possessive when it comes to her?? Not like he’s going to date her,she’s his sister for f**k sake” Ryan said angrily

“That’s enough…we all know Romeo doesn’t joke with Pearl….”

“But I’m beginning to find it annoying,f**king annoying” Ryan snapped and got into the car where Frankie was already waiting and they left

“Seriously? That little thing? Those two never cease to amaze me” Donovan sighed

“Where are you going?? Wanna hit the club and f**k some bitches later?” Princeton asked

“Count me in” Donovan smiled

“Should we meet in my house?” Princeton asked and Donovan nodded

They both got into their cars and drove out of the school.

NIGHT>CAYDEN’S MANSION**

“Who are the people coming again mom?” Pearl asked,watching as her mom and Penelope set the dining table

“It’s a business partner” Mrs Cayden replied

“I guess I look pretty this way” Pearl said and Mrs Cayden nodded

“Of course,my baby is always perfect” Mrs Cayden smiled

Mr Cayden showed up

“They will be here soon,where is Romeo? Still getting dressed?” Mr Cayden asked and Pearl nodded

Just then,they heard the door bell

“Pearl,go take it” Her mom said and she immediately walked to the door

She opened

“Oh….Oh my goodness,it’s you Pearl!” The woman said as if she recognized her

Pearl smiled and greeted her,and then the man

“Come in,come in John” Mr Cayden said,coming closer

“Oh,our daughter is picking up some stuffs in the car” Mrs Johnson said as she hugged Mrs Cayden

Both families exchanged pleasantries

“Did I just heard you saying your daughter?” Mrs Cayden asked

“Oh of course,we didn’t tell you she got back few weeks back” Mrs Johnson said and turned to Pearl

“I’m sure you two will get along,she’s just as pretty as you are” Mrs Johnson said and Pearl smiled but the smile fell when the so called daughter came in and it turned out to be Juliet

“Oh she’s here” Mr Johnson said

“Oh mine,,,she look so beautiful. Come here baby girl” Mrs Cayden immediately said and Juliet ran into her arm immediately she discovered what’s going on

Seeing Pearl here only meant one thing,the family they are meeting are Romeo’s parents.

“I’m Juliet” She said,smiling

“Wow really?? You look really beautiful” Mr Cayden said

“Hey Pearl” Juliet waved at her

“Oh,you two know each other?”

“Of course,she’s my junior in school” Juliet smiled

“Wow,does that mean you and Romeo are in the same class?”

“Yes ma’am” Juliet replied

“I hope you two are getting along coz my Romeo doesn’t talk that much” Mr Cayden laughed as they all walked to the dinning room

“Maybe after this dinner,they will get along well…”

Pearl listened as they left,she couldn’t understand her feelings at that moment but she could feel she was getting moody and sad. She didn’t think twice before running upstairs

Romeo was already on his way downstairs

“Candy….” Pearl grabbed his hand and pulled him back into his room and locked the door

“What happened?” Romeo asked,looking at Pearl’s worried and sad face

Pearl looked up at him

‘What if they decide to match make that girl with him?? I can’t let that happen….’ She thought

“Pearl” Romeo called again

“Don’t look at her” Pearl suddenly said and Romeo raised his brows

“What are you saying?”

“I’m serious Cherie,those family have a daughter and she’s Juliet from your class. I’m afraid they might try to bring you two together,but can you promise me you won’t allow them?? Huh?? I can’t stand it if they do that,not with her,not with anyone…..I don’t want any girl for you. I’m going to cry and fall sick if that happens so you better don’t even look her side if she smile at you” Pearl rushed her words while Romeo stared at her speechlessly not believing his ears

“Hey…..”

“I’m really serious” Pearl cut in immediately

“Stop it,if you keep saying words like this. I’m going to lose control of myself” Romeo muttered

“I don’t want you to control it either,,,I’m really Serious Cherie” Pearl said and Romeo grabbed her waist with the thought of slamming his l-ips against her small l-ips and k-iss her senselessly

But he held himself back,his hand still around her waist.

“I won’t look at her,I promise” he muttered

Pearl smiled and nodded

Romeo hold her hand and they left the room together
